We stayed here for 5 nights and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Everything from airport pickup to check in and all throughout our stay was seamless. The staff are incredibly friendly and it was an absolute pleasure laughing and chatting with them. The owners are very sweet and really care about their guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

Hotel's ambience is very unique. The hotel is located in a very quite and secluded area at the same time it is close to many popular attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was consistently great. The hotel has the most amazing view on the island. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay. Easily the best view on the entire island, and the pool is incredible. The whole staff is perfect and friendly, and make everything so easy. Truly the best stay I’ve ever had.

Highly recommend Caille Blanc. As a boutique hotel (only six rooms) you are really able to relax. The staff are all incredibly friendly - they go above and beyond to ask about your tours and make sure you are prepared for your day. The property is absolutely stunning with a great view of the pitons. The location is convenient to town and area beaches (accessible by shuttle or walking).

Absolutely a joy to stay there the views were amazing I was able to upgrade my room with no issues, they use an app that is tech friendly and concise ! The staff is amazing Natasha and Hilarious were a joy and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome, also the Manager was so friendly and helpful, I can’t wait to tell friends and family about how great Caille Blanc is I also tagged it on social media

Incredible views and wonderful staff and property Food was excellent For you early risers breakfast doesn’t start until 9 The access road to the hotel is an adventure in itself-free beach shuttle at 10am and 3 pm return We stayed in the beautiful upper temple suite which had 3 separate ac units which worked great and a nice balcony We did all of the local excursions and had dinner at chocolat-well worth the ride We’ll be back!

I took my husband for a surprise trip. The villa is breath taking. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I was treated like a queen. The drivers were friendly and kind. Thank you everyone!!

Best of the best

This property is BEAUTIFUL. The views are unmatched, and the staff is FANTASTIC. They're attentive, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable...all the things you hope for. Be aware the outdoor shower will draw bugs at night and have bug spray because the mosquitos are always looking for a good meal, lol.

Caille blanc is Just the most beautiful villa with likely the best views available on the island. The villa is only 5 total rooms, so it is a very intimate and friendly environment. The staff are so accommodating and fun to chat with, and the food (especially the breakfast), is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a relaxation station, look no further than caille blanc!!

Me and my wife visited for our honeymoon in late June. We had an AMAZING time. We booked almost every excursion and activity through the resort's app. All of them were amazing. But by far the best part of the resort (right up there with the views) was the people. Everyone there made us feel like family and we will truly miss them. We stayed in the Grotto Suite which was amazing. The view and privacy were spectacular. It also had a nice little kitchen area, private pool, Japanese soaking sub, private loungers, etc. We had a meal plan and ate there every day. The food was DELICIOUS!

I loved the views, the staff, the location, it was perfect for honeymooners. The Chef is top notch and willing to cater to your needs. Be ready to be in a remote setting; and if you want to do a lot of walking outside the resort, it may not be the place for you. However, the setting, service and views are the best in St Lucia,.

The view was exceptional!

We had an amazing time at Caille Blanc. The view and architecture of this resort can’t be matched. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Food was delicious. All around 5 stars. Pure relaxation, we will be back for sure!

This property wasn’t a good hotel- it was spectacular. From the moment we got to Caille Blanc, we were welcomed to “paradise”, by Ernie. He was the best host, and attentive to detail. All of the staff were more than accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of. My partner has a shellfish allergy, and had a small scare (thinking he was going to have a reaction), and staff checked on him many times that night, and days after. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. This was definitely an unforgettable trip to St Lucia, but more so because of the staff and their quality service.

Caille Blanc is a truly luxurious experience. The views are unparalleled, the service was impeccable, the rooms were thoughtfully and beautifully appointed- it was flawless from start to finish.

This property is stunning. Almost certainly the best views of any property on the entire island. Every morning - paradise. The staff, Ernie and his team, every single person went above and beyond for our entire stay, making sure we wanted for nothing; I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of the entire stay. Thanks to the team for making such an amazing trip that much greater.

I liked that there were only a few rooms and it was not crowded. The staff was phenomenal.

Be careful!!

Things to be careful about: After taking the PCR 72 hours by a hotel “doctor”, the hotel manager informed me that I was positive, I received no official confirmation by email as promised and when requested the hotel mentioned it was not available (which is impossible as all tests are administered a letter vie email to show insurance companies, government etc) and told I needed to stay isolated at the hotel for 10 days at 75% charge of the daily rate. I had no symptoms. I undertook another test same day and it came negative next day. I also came back to the UK and tested negative again. There are stories of fake tests/ results to make guests stay longer so please stay vigilant! and careful! On the last night I was there, although there are beautiful interiors, there are a lot of insects and animals. A bat was able to crawl under my door at night and I was unable to contact anyone for help. Good things: The Villa itself is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the Gros Pitons and a great infinity pool. The staff are efficient with the use of their app Edgar, you can order food, drinks and services efficiently with prompt responses. Overall slightly pricey but great if you want to stay central in Soufriere which is more touristy and able to get to prime locations easily. Had there been better service and no scams. This would have been a perfect stay.

There's a lot to love about this property. If you're looking to relax and rejuvenate in the most peaceful and tranquil of places with great food and service - this is it. What I didn't like about it is the rough road getting to this dream destination - not sure why it can't be paved as it's the same road leading to anse chastanet and jade.

We had a wonderful stay at Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel. The staff is all wonderful and very helpful. The only downside is the transportation fee which is expensive. The shuttle to the beach is $50.00 and you will be charged an additional $25.00 if you want to leave the resort earlier to get to the beach or come back to the hotel sooner. I think that the shuttle to the beach should be included in the package. The food was great. We did not get the meal plan and I think we saved more that way. We tried different restaurants in the area and also tried the local food which was really good. We highly recommend a stay at Caille Blanc and we will be back :)

originally my husband and I wanted to go to Italy. Due to covid that was not possible so we picked St Lucia. This place made me feel as if I went to italy with the unique architecture. The view was breath taking and I felt as if i was able to engagr in the environment and culture. this place is so peaceful

I stayed in the fabulous Grotto Suite. The staff, food, location and beauty of Caille Blanc made for a very relaxing stay. These were not a big deal to me; however they did not provide body lotion and the room does not come with a complete kitchen (i.e., no plates, glasses, microwave or coffee/tea maker in room).

The decor of the property was amazing. The resort was very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in, the temple suite, WiFi continuously kicked us out. We were suppose to have private WiFi in our room, it never worked due to covid we were restricted to the resort besides the excursions, however during our stay we couldn’t watch tv or use any WiFi because the power (maybe just in our suite) stopped working

Boutique feel, most beautiful view on the island

Caille blanc has the best view on the island at a reasonable price and it still has a special boutique feel where you are not just a number. The manager addresses you by your name and pitches in to make you your passion fruit mojito during happy hour. The staff always says hello and gives the place a special touch. They chat with you and make you feel welcome. The food is good and plentiful too. I highly recommend caille blanc and its pool suite. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed all across the world.

I loved staying at the pool suite at Caille Blanc. The views were AMAZING & the staff was super welcoming and hospitable. I enjoyed the food especially the garlic toast and the lamb chop! The app was also a very convenient and efficient way to communicate with the staff. I’d highly recommend this place and will be back!

We cannot say enough positives things about Caille Blanc! We stayed during February of 2021 and despite traveling during these Covid times, we absolutely loved our trip. We stayed in the Grotto Suite, which I would definitely recommend as it not only has its own patio and mini pool, but the views are absolutely unreal. It is incredibly private and definitely worth booking if you visit this villa! Ernie and the entire staff could not be better. They are incredibly accommodating and welcoming! All of their food is really, really good as well. Also, thankfully the hotel provided on site Covid testing so that we were able to get our negative results in time to fly back to the US! Everyone has to visit St Lucia and stay at this resort. Trust me, the views are unreal. My boyfriend and I travel a ton but we both agreed this is the most beautiful place we have ever been!
