We loved everything about the property couldnt want anything more. Had everything you needed, staff amazing especially Jonathon who went above and beyond for us. Easy to get to all atrractions with or without a car. Will defineatly be back.

Great place me and my family enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I didn’t like about the property of the paddle boats. I would like to see an upgrade there other than that the staff was phenomenal. They helped me with everything. I did not have any problems the nicest people I just wanna see some better paddle boats, but the lake was phenomenal. It was beautiful. The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice the grills everything was just beautiful.

Super thoughtful people providing all the comforts of home, from details like dish soap, laundry detergent, utensils, dishwasher, full kitchen, and lots of space for a family to spread out. Texting with the front desk was friendly and fast.

The people who worked here were so nice. The check in was easy!

Good property, great location close to Disney and Universal parks. Stay was comfortable except noticing some cockroaches in the property.

Front desk customer service was fabulous, Johnathan Caldwell was very helpful and attentive to our needs, it was a plce very pleasant to stay with my family, they all enjoy it.

Great place, quick access to Disney and Universal

Went up for a quick weekend to universal for the holiday decorations. It’s a quick 20 minute drive with the traffic and it’s super close to Disney Springs. The place is very close and can’t beat the price for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen and living room! Always a great stay and the checkin staff are extremely helpful! Thank you Jonathan!!

I have stayed at Bryan's Spanish Cove multiple times and love it due to space, efficiency to Disney Springs and the parks, and quietness; however, this trip I was given the room off the main road. My sister and I did not sleep a wink. The road traffic was so loud all night; it did not stop. A sound barrier wall would be in the best interest of future hotel guests. Also, the water pipes whistled when the shower was in use. An option for internet tv where guests could login to their streaming subscriptions should be available, instead of mirror imaging from their personal device.

Nice place near Disney!

The resort is in a good area we checked in late since our flight had arrived late and it was a terrible time getting a rental car. We were assured checking in would be fine even though it was after 1am. They informed the security guard that we would be arriving late and security was expecting us when we arrived! The resort is older but nicely renovated with a pool and hot tub and is located on Lake Bryan they have kayaks and paddle boats you are able to use it was a little cold and we didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake… the pool did have a pump problem while we were there but they have a sister resort next door that you are able to use as well… if you are going to Disney and like the Disney springs area this is a great hotel/resort to stay out especially if you like cooking and washing your own clothes! We will definitely stay here again!

One night stay

This is my go to hotel in Orlando because it’s quiet and close to everything.. My business partners & I stayed only for one night. I love the layout and the beautiful view at the lake, sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning.

Everything was great. But there are too many flies entering the house. The shower head wasn't very good. It was difficult to take a shower.Anyway, We had a good holiday.Thank you!

The hotel was very enjoyable to stay at, clean and spacious rooms, albeit we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but def had some good amenities. I’d stay there again for sure if I was traveling to Orlando area.

I really enjoyed the open space of the unit. Made it nice for the 5 of us. 3 adults, 16,12, and 10 year old. But night 1 we noticed the light cover was full of live bugs in the guest closet. I contacted them and they quickly sent maintenance to take care of it. But then on day 3 when i found one on my clothes it was time to go!

A quiet hideaway.

The property is very nice the units are very roomy. It is an older property yet they keep things clean and pleasant. We have stayed here twice it is close to the parks and it is comfortable after a long day out.

Great visit we had 3 adults and an adult size teenager we all had a comfy bed full size kitchen so we could bring home left overs and cook breakfast Had family over from another hotel it held all of us and still had room to breath it was so nice The dock is beautiful The staff is amazing everyone you talk to is positive and helpful Best place to stay!!

We had an excellent stay at Bryan’s Spanish Cove. Accommodation was first class, with great amenities in a very large and comfortable apartment. Front desk staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. I had asked if we could get a lake view room and they were able to do this for us. This was brilliant as the lake and pool area are beautiful, and really enhanced our holiday.

This was our second time this year staying at Bryan’s Spanish Cove. I have nothing negative to say about our stay Aug 16-18. We were 3 adults and 3 children this time. Wanted to say thank you to whoever was working at the front desk on our check in day/night that was able to accommodate us with a lake view. Jonathan if that was you thank you and thank you for your great hospitality once again. This time we were able to enjoy the amenities due to good weather ( pool, hot tub, and a little paddle boating ). We really like Bryan’s Spanish Cove because the units are NOT like a typical hotel room with just a couple beds and a mini fridge and no space. These units are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with full kitchen and living room. Second floor units have vaulted ceilings making it seem even larger in space. The units even have washer and dryer. The location is great, most theme parks aren’t too far away and there’s plenty of restaurants close by. Once again thank you to all the staff for doing a great job keeping things looking nice and clean and assisting with the paddle boats. Bottom line I really recommend staying here. I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

Fantastic Stay - Will be back :)

This was my 2nd time staying at this same location in 2024. I went with 2 other friends both times - we love the location (that it is close to Sea World and not far from Universal Studios) as well as the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We took full advantage of the pool on several evenings. In addition, we woke up early to go sit on the dock to see the amazing sunrise view offered from this location. We will most certainly be back again in 2024!

Lovely peaceful stay

Its near everything. We couldnt use the pool which was very small by the way ,due to weather, the daily rate overpriced and it shouldnt be called a resort and charge for a resort fee its just an old buldings very basic AirB&B ,big space if you travel with a family ,its clean but still found a 1/2 inch roache on the curtain styed in the secound bulding from the entrance and i could hear the road traffic in the bedroom specily the car with muffler pop tune 6 oclock in the morning passing by

Excellent condo for our Disney weekend. Kids adored the pool and doing karaoke. Wish we had been able to stay longer to use more amenities!

No one came to empty trash or replace toilet paper or towels. In fact there was no indication that any hotel staff was in the room at all during the entire 7-night stay. Parking is extremely limited. They charged me a 116 resort fee even though we didn't use the pool, wifi, or any other 'amenity.' The resort fees are flat out thievery anyway.

This place is definitely a hidden treasure! It is a great location to parks etc.

It was very welcome roomy and very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Timeshare scam

We stayed at this place three months ago and the amount of harassment I have received from them for their timeshare. Makes it where I regret staying here. I am called sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, at least once or twice a week. They have even resorted to changing their area code on the calls. I have asked to be put on their do not call list, and they continue to harass me. Do not stay here, or at least do not give them your real phone number.

It is small with few amenties.

The property is right by the lake and offers kayaks, duck boats, and fishing gears. We very much enjoyed the water view and the breeze from the lake when spending time on the dock. Maria and the gentleman whose name I didn't get at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to prepare a greater variety of fishing supplies (hooks of different sizes, etc.) and put more fishing line on each rod. Traffic at the entrance is bad but it is that way in the whole area.

We've been staying here for several years and the condition of the resort has been consistently well kept.

This was our second stay at Bryan’s Spanish Cove and it again exceeded our expectations. They were also very accommodating with our late check out!! And only about 15 minutes to all the theme parks!! Will stay again.

Shower heads need to be updated. They hurt when showering. Overall good affordable place for big size families.

I like a small and cozy living quarter. The view of the lake was awesome. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I liked the beach towels available at the pool along with paddle boat and toys for entertainment. Liked activities as well. Close to parks and restaurants. A great family oriented place to stay.

Excellent stay!

Unit was very clean and the property had some stunning views of the lake. The pool was very nice and there were free activities (paddle boat and canoe/kayak). I was a late checkin (1:45 AM) but had communicated with the property before my vacation began and they were exceptionally accommodating for me.

It’s very near the Orlando parks as well as it has a great view of the lake from their pool and hot tub.

Best Resort.

It was an amazing experience staying at this resort. Comfortable, peaceful and near by all the attractions. My kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Service was excellent.

Plenty of Room

This place was very large, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large full kitchen and nice living room. We had plenty of room to spread out. I also loved the patio and screened in porch. The pool overlooking the lake was nice and there were paddle boats and canoes to use. We went to Disney the 2 full days we were there and regret not having time to enjoy the resort. Also, the staff was very friendly and texted about activities. We would definitely stay there again.

It was really close to all the things we had planned. Disney Springs, The outlet mall, Bahama Breeze. The property is beautiful, the staff was amazing, welling to make your stay great. Would stay there again.

Better than the big named resorts!

We had such a nice stay everything was so clean and we loved the view from the dock in the morning where the sun rises. The hot tub and pool are very clean and well maintained as well. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room its self was amazing everything was washed and stocked very well. Definitely going to be staying here instead of the big named resorts.

We loved our stay, we did not used the amenities but the view was amazing. Property was clean, linens were new. We didn't cook but loved the openness. Will stay again. Price was fair for thw 2 rooms.

Amazing!!!!

Amazing from start to finish checked in and the man was so nice and helpful walked into the room it feels like home clean cool and BIG Beds for the whole family beds are comfy kid had his own room and the kitchens perfect for everyone to gather and have breakfast :) The best part is I can text a live person if I need anything last night I forgot to get laundry soap before we left so I texted the desk and they put it by the door! Best place ever!

Hidden gem

This is a great stay we found here on Hotels.com. Service was on point, room was super clean, and close to all things Disney. This space is more than just a room. It’s a two-bedroom, full 2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, small living room, backyard/patio. The place has been updated and was very comfortable. We will definitely be checking back to see if Bryan’s Spanish Cove is available next time we are in the area.

This place is very nice and quiet! Very clean. The room is big and amenities is nice. Paddle boat, they have pool, jacuzzi and kayaking.

My Husband and I love Jonathan so friendly always and very helpful. The new guy is very friendly also.

Great place to stay with family! Rooms are large and well equipped with new appliances and furniture! Swimming pool is heated and next to the lake! Very nice view! I could not enjoy activities on the lake due to the poor weather, but it surely would have been great!

Wonderful little secret next to Disney, so easy to park, get in and out, amazing to have full kitchen and laundry. Pull out bed the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

Excellent resort! Clean rooms with LOTS of space! Amenities like pool, hot tub, fishing, paddle boats, activities were great and a real safe and comfortable family resort feel. Highly recommend! Only thing I didn’t like was pressure and spray of shower heads. Careful ladies! ;-)

Gem near Disney

My stay at Bryan’s Spanish cove was excellent. It’s a hidden gem of a property. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I love that they had activities planned daily. Communication with updates via text was great. A home away from home. I miss it so much already. Will return when in this Location.

comparing to most modern hotels the suit of this cove is homey. It is spacious, comfortable, and with good taste. the parking spots are wider than Costco's. Most importantly my daughter got a good night sleep in the master bedroom by herself in the king bed. My wife rested well in the separated bedroom. I did ok in the living room sofa. we did not used the kitchen, but it is bigger than that of most families'. That Definitely will come back again. Just a little problem: not sure if they (or Expedia skipped) added on $250 cleaning fee Also the wifi logon is 0 room#. It took us a while to figure this out
