Wonderful holiday with impeccable service. Room is comfortable and air conditioning feels clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast has an egg station which we loved and dinner is a 3 course menu with good portions and thoughtful execution. Drinks are very well priced. Within short walking distance to the beach and slightly longer scenic walk to the cove. Highly recommended if you want a quiet holiday. Walk along the shops in the evening towards the other beaches on the left; there is good shopping which ends with a few places for drinks and getting some fresh air.

Beautifully presented hotel. Nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. The facilities are excellent. Great location close to main attractions but also quiet.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Pool area was great to relax. Staff really pleasant. Food and drink was very reasonably priced and cheaper than the bars in the area. It’s situated in a nice quiet area and it’s very close to the bus stop to get to Palma and the beach and bars. We also hired a car and there was free parking a short walk away behind the hotel. Would highly recommend (we were a couple from the UK).

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern with an amazing pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Me and my partner will definitely be returning!

Great stay in a fresh hotel in Peguera

Great stay! I got upgraded at the check in, staff way very friendly, room was clean, excellent service and very good breakfast. I used the spa, which you have to reserve, and it was great because you are alone. Everything looks new and well maintained. Only one note: the gym has only 3 cardio machines, no weights (if a properly equipped gym is deal breaker this is not the hotel for you) - for me it’s a 5 stars (10/10) as gym is not dealbreaker

Perfect for couples and singles. Food is great, service is incredibly professional. Grateful for the staff who did such an amazing job and made our stay memorable. Highly recommend the half board - breakfast is buffet and dinner is a three course meal (menu changes everyday). We will be back for sure.

Lovely Stay at BQ Paguera Boutique Hotel.

Great Stay, 30 ish Mins from a airport in taxi. Lovely cover beaches just 5 min walk away. Hotel was clean, service was always good, polite and friendly. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. Can’t fault it. We had a lovely stay. The Balinese beds are a nice touch and you can use them as long as they’re available.

3 night stay

We arrived early and the front desk staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. The room is small but was comfortable enough. The AC didn’t get very cold though but the weather wasn’t too hot at the time we were there. Close walk to the beach and Main Street. It is far from the airport and Palma (main city) and you either have to drive for take the bus (40 min - 1 hr)

Love the location. Hotel is spotless and very modern. We had room 110 with great big terrace. All you need in the room coffee machine, kettle and water. Beach towel in room Already! The added bonus a roof terrace with bean bags si beds and shower. The only thing I would either remove the chair or the material stool as they take too much space. Loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Can’t wait to come back. PS if driving , plenty of spaces in front or side street.

This hotel is lovely. It's small and feels private. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast options are plentiful. Just a short walk to the beach. The bus that goes to/from Palma airport is about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. The customer service is excellent!

Great staff. Small, quiet hotel. Good breakfast selection including egg/pancake station where you can order freshly made eggs of your choice.

On our first day we did have someone who runs the restaurant be a little rude to us so we didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but other than that I was a very comfortable and clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay x also could do with some music by the pool lol xx

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was good quality, the pool area was intimate but just the right size for the number of guests. The food in the hotel was absolutely brilliant, and Javier and all the other staff were so friendly. A gem to stay at

It was very clean around the hotel and in the room. Bar and cleaning staff are really nice especially Angela. For 2 days they didn’t refill my coffee and tea and machine was leaking anyway. There’s only German tv which is kind of disappointing because before bed you would like to watch something and I couldn’t use that on my holiday. The hotel most of the guest are German and they’re quite rude. Other than that hotel is super nice and good amenities top roof especially. Location is very good as well bare in mind is a German area in Mallorca

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and nice to have a fridge. Great location near to beach and all facilities.

The refusal of ice to take to our room at night I was not impressed.

Did not like the tricky payment system for the bar & restaurant. Hard to sign things to the room or had to pay in cash. Loved that you can replace dirty beach/pool towels as much as you liked & the terrace!

Absolutely superb.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. EVEN THOUGH WE ARRIVED AFTER 2300 there was food waiting for us and a warm welcome. We cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and it's staff and we will be returning again.

Tolles Hotel! Es war unheimlich sauber und das Personal super freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Wenn man Halbpension bucht kann man am Abend ein Menü auswählen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren 4-Tage für einen Kurztrip da und dafür war es perfekt. Habe noch kein besseres Hotel auf der Insel gefunden.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, hatte eine tolle Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder😊

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet in einem top Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit einem „Showcooking“-Eck für frische Spiegeleier & Pfannkuchen auch sehr vielfältig und das Servicepersonal ebenso stets freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Alles wird sehr professionell gehalten. Die Lage, wenn man in Paguera sein möchte, ist 1A. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Auch der Strand befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und die Strandtücher werden 1 x täglich kostenlos gewechselt. Gleich ums Eck gibt‘s genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, um mit einem Mietwagen die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Die Rezeptionistinnen geben da gerne weiter Auskunft. Es gibt zudem nur wenige Autominuten entfernt einen Lidl, um Getränke günstig einzukaufen. Es lohnt sich an der Rezeption nach Schirmen/Badematten zu fragen - Viele Besucher, darunter auch wir, lassen es nach dem Urlaub nämlich dort, da wir es nicht mit ins Gepäck bekommen würden. Die Bar bietet leckere Cocktails zu fairen Preisen an. Diese darf man sich im Plastikbecher auch auf die Dachterasse nehmen, um den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen. Alles in einem, war es für unser erstes Mal auf Mallorca ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel.

Freundliches und kompetentes Personal, die Zimmer war immer sauber und schön. Das Essen war mal ein anderer Ansatz und man musste sich drauf einlassen mal etwas anderes zu probieren. Das Essen war immer lecker.

Wir waren drei Tage in dem Hotel und es war alles super. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt schön ein wenig Abseits der Einkaufs,-Strandmeile, was sehr angenehm ist. Es braucht keine 5Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zu erwähnen gilt allerdings, das der Pool nur bis 19Uhr zu nutzen erlaubt ist und schwimmen als solches bedingt der Größe nicht wirklich möglich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war einladend. Es war ein sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wäre mein nächster Urlaub wieder in Paguera, dann nur mit Übernachtung im BQ Boutique Hotel Paguera.

Sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit ansprechender Einrichtung, alles modern und schick, Parkplatz für Mietauto direkt in der Nähe, Boulevard fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel, dass man nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Top Hotel !!!! Wirklich alles war bei diesem Hotel Spitze. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Jederzeit wieder !!!!

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte im BQ Paguera Boutique Hotel und waren leider von negativen Erfahrungen geprägt. Mangelhafte Qualität des Abendessens, unfreundliches und diskriminierendes Personal, unbefugter Zugang zum Zimmer, Hygiene-Mängel und Sprachbarrieren zwingen uns, dieses Hotel nicht weiterzuempfehlen. 2. Hauptkritikpunkte Mangelhafte Qualität: Das Abendessen war geschmacklos und von schlechter Qualität. Unfreundliches Personal: Das Personal war unaufmerksam, unhilfsbereit und diskriminierte uns aufgrund unseres Alters. Ungehörige Handlungen: Der Zimmerservice betrat unser Zimmer ohne Zustimmung und räumte unsere persönlichen Gegenstände um. Hygiene-Mängel: Beim Frühstück wurden Käfer auf den Broten entdeckt. Sprachbarrieren: Die Kommunikation mit einigen Servicemitarbeitern war schwierig, da diese nur Spanisch sprachen und sich weigerten, auf Deutsch oder Englisch zu kommunizieren. 3. Fazit und Empfehlung Aufgrund dieser Punkte war unser Aufenthalt äußerst negativ. Wir raten allen potenziellen Gästen dringend davon ab, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich es ist sehr ruhig alles entspannt. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuss sowie man auch gleich auf der Einkaufsstraße ist.

Hervorragender Service. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen ist von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker, jedoch ist die Auswahl beim Abendessen nichts für mäkelige Esser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Lage des Hotels zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstrasse super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war ein rundrum sorgloser Urlaub. Alles hat gestimmt. Das Personal war sehr nett, die gute Seele war Olivier. Er hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Hoffentlich bald!

Wir waren für 4 Tage Anfang April im BQ Peguera Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein. Das Waschbecken befindet sich daher nicht im Bad, sondern im Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist bestückt mit unnötigem Stuhl Hocker, Kofferablage, der nirgends aufgestellt werden kann, pro Bett (zu jeweils 2 Schlafkissen) noch 2 Dekokissen, beengt das Ganze noch zusätzlich. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine im Zimmer hingegen ist angenehm. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen freundlich und nett, ebenso die Damen, die die Zimmer reinigen. Das Personal im Service nicht durchweg. Frühstück war sehr gut und eine gute Auswahl vorhanden. Leider befindet sich der Frühstücksraum im Souterrain. (viel künstliches Licht und laute Belüftung) Die Auswahl bei HP (a la Carte) ist nicht so groß und gut. Hatte wegen der guten Bewertung (z. T. 10/10) Besseres erwartet. Preis /Leistung passte.

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm und nicht zu groß. Das Hotel ist mittig im Ort. Zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße nur ein paar Minuten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wenn auch etwas eng. Guter Zimmerservice. Großes Frühstücksangebot, auch mit etwas Abwechslung. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und in vielen Sprachen versiertem Personal, angenehm abseits vom großen Rummel gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und hochwertiges Abendessen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten für Mietwägen könnten besser sein und die Portionen beim Abendessen etwas größer.

Das perfekte Hotel. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 10/10 👍☀️😊

Super Hotel! Sehr sauber, schöner Poolbereich, mit das beste Frühstück was ich je erlebt habe, die Straße runter ist man schnell am Strand, Restaurants & Geschäfteb. Ausflüge kann man easy mit dem öffentlich Bus planen, auch der Weg vom und zum Flughafen.

El personal muy atento y simpático. Las piezas y el edificio son muy modernas y el público muy tranquilo. Lo disfrutamos mucho y pudimos descansar como queríamos.

All is Good

We are very happy with the hotel. The room the breakfast the short walking distance to the beach, everything was great. However we had half board and ate dinner at the hotel and that was not good. The chef mad over complicated 3 course dinners that was not good. In our 7 night stay we were happy with the food at 2 occasions, that is not good enough. I reccomend not to choose half board!

Terrible behaviour of the staff and of the manager - that is the typical situation in high season - mass tourism I give everyone a good advice: Never book this hotel Peter/London

Skønt og super dejligt boutique Hotel, som ligger fredeligt,og alligevel tæt på Peguera hovedstrøg og strand. Stort og indbydende morgenbuffet.Flot interiør overalt, herunder også i hotel værelse.Skønt poolområdet og tagterrasse. Her kommer man tilbage! .
