Great staff and good hospitality overall

This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff. However, we deliberately booked a hotel with an indoor pool and were then shocked to be told on arrival that the pool was being refurbished and was out of action. We could go across the road for a sauna but that's not the same thing. If we had known this before we would not have booked. That said, it's a lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic. Just don't assume the publicised amenities actually work.

Super luxury and service at nice price

Service level and condition and location all incredible. Only negative is that hotels.com filtered it on ‘has pool’ but pool is under renovation. In every other way a luxurious experience at a normal hotel price

The hotel design is chic, location is OK but to close to tourist crowds. The reception staff were not helpful and denied most of our requests. The dining room during breakfast was not clean and the staff were too efficient.

Chic Modern Hotel

Modern chic hotel! Our stay here was very comfortable, their breakfast is tasty and filling. Staff is extremely polite and attentive. Best stay so far!!

Property was very nice. Be aware the bathroom area isn't private in the guest rooms.

Beautiful hotel! Comfortable beds. Slept great! Excellent air conditioning which was much needed as Prague temperatures were unseasonably hot, above 90F everyday.

Great stay Convenient location Helpful staff

The hotel staff is very dedicated to each of its guests comfort and convenience. Within a short walk of the train station and the Palladium shopping mall. Highly recommend.👍👍

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast however was very average. The selection and quality of food was mediocre.

This hotel was in walking distance to the Old Town Square and other tourists attractions. The staff were hospitable and went above and beyond with their service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back if I am ever in Prague again

Excellent staff. We were exhausted and they took our bags straight to our room. Excellent sauna, steam room, huge hot tub, and exercise room. Highly recommended. I felt like I was at a wellness center.

Modern clean and great customer service

This boutique hotel punches above its weight... The location is super convenient, down a side street right between the Old Town and the New Town in Prague, only about a ten minute walk to the Old Square. The lobby and bar area is relatively small but stylish and comfortable. Our rooms were well appointed, modern and comfortable with great storage space and a fantastic and clean tub and shower. The breakfast option is fantastic - a lovely light, conservatory type room with welcoming staff and an excellent selection of food. The spa area fits the same profile - smaller but felt very high end. Overall, we loved this place and would highly recommend!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is very central and perfect for visiting, shopping, eating and just enjoying this beautiful city. The rooms are spotless and surprisingly large for a European hotel. The best for last: the staff! My husband and I unfortunately got ill a few days into our holiday. Everybody did their absolute best to make this unfortunate event much less unpleasant. We were visited by a very competent doctor in our own hotel room, thus avoiding long waits in a clinic.Igor at the bar and Erika in the restaurant looked after us like family. Five stars are NOT enough! Please note that there is a jacuzzi but no swimming pool

Fantastic stay from start to finish.

We loved everything about this hotel! Wonderful location on a quiet street near Old Town with easy access to public transport. Large, lovely rooms with incredibly soft sheets and an amazing shower. Complimentary glasses of wine between 5-6 in the little garden. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Amazing little boutique hotel. Felt like a $500/night hotel that was much less pricey. Common areas, rooms, and spaces all feel very recently renovated. Professional staff, large rooms, clean, and free water!

The location and services are great. I would rate 5 stars if they can fix SPA jacuzzi jets, shower in steam room and side showerheads.

Great location

Fantastic hotel. Great location, modern, clean, friendly staff. The only negative was that the hot tub heater was not working on the second day of my visit and also the cold water showers. Once these two issues in the spa are fixed this is an easy 10/10 in my books.

This was my favorite Hotel ever! I loved the spacious rooms, huge bathrooms,the breakfast was amazing! The place was perfect. The hot tub is a warm tub and the sauna and steam room did not appear to work when we were there! But I loved this hotel!

Very nice boutique hotel just a block from the Municipal Palace and entrance to the Old town. The hotel is modern and new. We reserved Junior Suites and made the right choice, otherwise, expect small rooms.

Great hotel in central Prague. Quality structure (rooms, spa etc). Wonderful staff. 6 stars out of 5. To be clear, everything is understated excellence, not over the top.

The hotel was unbelievable incredible in every aspect! Members was very polite and lovely people! Breakfast was everything perfect! I loved the fact that is about 3 min walking to the main square! The room was lovely very comfortable and super clean! We left planning when to come back for sure!

Amazing service, and a beautiful property. We loved the toiletries and access to the sauna. The only downside is that the shower design makes for a very wet bathroom.

We made a family trip with two little ones and had a wonderful experience at Boho Prague. The staff were incredibly helpful in booking transport, making reservations on our behalf and making suggestions for child friendly activities. We were impressed with how large our room was and had a truly wonderful stay!

I am a return customer and I can only say that I absolutely love this hotel. Originally I was going to stay at Andaz Prague but the lack of customer service there just send me back to Boho where I know that I’ll be taking care of. From checking in to our massages everything was perfect. Big thank you to all of the staff. I am going to be back for sure.

This property was beautiful, clean, safe, conveniently located, with friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint was that our room was extremely hot and with several complaints they were unable to rectify the problem. The thermostat was broken and we wete told to open the window in order to get the temperature to cool down. Otherwise, I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Terrible staff member!!!! I was yelled at by your staff member for no reason and hile trying to catch my Uber. There is a way of talking to human to get a point across. Very disappointing

Excellent hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. it’s in a great location, walking distance to everything George at the front desk is very very helpful. This was the first hotel of many i’ve stayed at on this trip and it definitely sent set a high standard. They had a Nespresso maker in the room, comfy pillows, updated room with a wonderful shower. I tried to stay here again, but it was sold out and prices were too high. The spa room is wonderful with a very hot sauna and steam room with a pool.

Excellent hotel in a great area of Prague, with most sights easily walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful junior suite room, which was large, very comfortable and warm with lovely toiletries, coffee machine etc. The spa was small, but very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Perfectly located, equipped with everything needed for a city break, lovely room, fantastic food and comfortable bar and restaurant. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
