Nice, clean, comfortable, convenient

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3 days in Tallinn. Walking distance from the ferry port and Old Town made it a great location. Highly recommended unless you need an elevator. We were on floor 3 and there wasn't one so we made a couple of trups to get our suitcases to the room. The amenities were picked out perfectly! We had brought our own adaptor but having one that matched our US plugs available was a nice personal touch. The shopping bag was a money saver as most places in Old Town charged for bags. And last, but not least, the handwritten welcome note was a sweet surprise. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and clean appartment, good value for money and good location. Only negative is too much messaging via whatsapp posing off as being personal and familiar, giving it a somewhat fake feeling. Otherwise great, highly recommended!

Hallo Bob Die Wohnung war fast perfekt. Gefehlt hat ein Möglichkeit die Badetücher oder die Handtücher zu trocknen oder aufzuhängen. Ein Schuhanzieher wäre auch noch sehr hilfreich. Ich habe die Scharniere der beiden innen Türen geölt da das Quietschen nicht mehr auszuhalten war. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dirk

Best apartment

There were couple problems but those were solved so quickly and amazing customer service and they helped me with everything. And the location was amazing close to everything

I had an amazing experience at Bob W. Ambassador. The management team was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns I had promptly and efficiently. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - from the lobby to my room, everything sparkled. I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout my stay, from the neatly arranged amenities to the personalized welcome note waiting for me in my room. It's clear that the staff take pride in their work, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. However, it's worth mentioning that there was no elevator and we had a heavy suitcase. Despite this drawback, the management's responsiveness to any queries or needs was impressive. I'll definitely be returning to Bob W. Ambassador in the future!

Great place to stay

We had a great time in Tallinn staying at Bob W. They communicated via WhatsApp very efficiently. Thank you for coming out on a Sunday when we asked for a minor help!

Very good location. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for stay. Customer service is very helpful and reliable. We stay there for 10 day and had wonderful time. Thank you Bob for your hospitality! Highly recommended

Two night stay

Very nicely appointed room with good amenities. Unfortunately the area is a building site right now,but once it's done the hotel will have a lot of transport options.

Nothing special

Overall an average stay. There is no reception desk, it's just a block of flats. If your mobile phone runs out of battery, you won't even enter the building. The room was noisy during the night, as it was located on the 2nd floor and there were drunk people outside the property.

Amazing apartment

We stayed 2 wonderful nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment with special touch, comfortable beds and great location. The customer service is on top of it with very quick response time. I look forward to stay here again.

Basement flat on two floors. Bedrooms downstairs.

Lovely basement flat. The Bob W brand go the extra mile to ensure all needs are catered for, and can easily be contacted. The surrounding area is undergoing major transport improvements resulting in an inability to drive to the property. We had to park in the nearby shopping centre. The sat nav had problems as so many surrounding roads were.closed.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, small but comfy and clean. About a 10/15 min walk to Old Town. A little bit noisy with trams outside if you’re a light sleeper but nothing too loud. Good communication via WhatsApp

Grea location and space

Great location and a 15 min walk to explore old town. Rooms and bathroom are big and spacious. There is “no elevator” if that is an issue. As there is no reception, BOB W the owner is a WhatsApp message away and he is truly fantastic. Once you check in, you will not be receiving turn down service which wasn’t a problem for me.

Central location. Very clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen, nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Online check in was very convenient. No front desk but all questions were answered via whatsapp.

I loved everything, easy access through codes, customer service is there for you all the time and the studio was cozy.

Bob W has done it again. One of the most comfortable stays of my life. The apartment had everything I personally needed: coffee machine & good coffee, toiletries, heavenly mattress, wifi, comfortable sofa and chairs. My apartment had a spacious bathroom as well. Neighbourhood has everything nearby: shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and lovely cafes. The Old Town is just a 10 min walk. Bob W Ambassador is definitely the place you want to visit at least once and I will be back for sure.

I had an amazing stay. First, the contactless check-in is super convenient and easy. Apartment was so beautifully designed and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment had anything a traveler might need - fast wifi, coffee machine, comfortable bed, etc. The location is just perfect, in the heart of Tallinn, near Viru Keskus and Rotermanni. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I cannot wait to return.

Good

Generally a good experience! Location is in the city center, close to the tram and buses. The apartment was big, had lovely interior and generally looked very nice. Plus for hair drier, soaps, cotton pads and q-tips and everything in the kitchen. It had everything you need basically. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding. Communication with the hotel via chat was easy. Some concerns was that the bedrooms are in the cellar and one of the rooms didn't have a window, which is sketchy in case of fire. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to chat with the hotel to know if it was safe to go back inside. But the alarm is obviously super sensitive and they had installed large fans in the hallways, so it felt safe. It's worth to note that we saw three long-tailed silverfish, which is common in newer buildings, so take precautions and put your luggage on something and not on the floor. If you're a light sleeper the bedrooms in the cellar is a minus because you can hear (and almost feel) the tram go by. Also the flushing and water draining from the showers in other rooms are quite loud. When we arrived there were some dirt on the sheet and hairs on one of the pillows, but I think it was an honest mistake because the bedding looked clean elsewhere. We told the hotel and they offered us a late check out and 10% off the next stay, which was a nice offer.

Family trip and needed more rooms, for that purpose this was a good choice.

My family loved this apartment! Modern, fresh and perfectly clean, and the location was really good. Our host made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and kind.

Great service

Everything working well and place is really good. A carpet and a smaller light (foot lamp) would have been a nice extra to the items.

Manage your expectations

Our experience was not very satisfying as the owners had not managed our exprctations properly. 1. There were big public works just in front of the hotel, which made it ugly, noisy and difficult to access 2. There was no reception, so all was by phone 3. When we told them the room was full of flies, they told me to kill them with a newspaper 4. Place was new, but not very well thought out - sofabed was super small for two, no plugs in the dorm, lack of pegs for towels in the bath Honestly, a disappointing experience only saved by the location.
