This is not a 4 star hotel, staff rude. Room was like a prison cell without balcony, 3 foot away from very busy road. With a hostel opposite. Area is fake restaurants poor. Beach area wasn’t a beach just rocks. People in area rude and make it known they don’t want you there. Pool was tiny, no sun bed around pool, server coughing all over people when giving them drinks or food by the pool. Food was frozen pizza. The canteen glasses n bowl smell like sewage even the server pulled a face when she smelt it. Will never stay here again, even if you paid me. Don’t believe false reviews they lie, worse place I’ve ever stayed and we have been to Spain many times.

The hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are small but the location is great. Pool area is nice and the staff are lovely also. I hope to stay here again.

The front desk people are quite rude and not accommodating. The hotel is strange. There is a strange painting down the hallway. It’s just creepy.

Lovely location. Had a nice balcony over the bay. Great breakfast offering and service around the pool. Say 15 mins walk to the Old Town and bus centre Nice restaurants in the area

The hotel was very nice and kept very clean it was so close to the beach and had a great sun deck and pool there was a great choice at breakfast and also was nice and close to many restaurants Ibiza old town was about 10 mins walk away even if it was up a steep hill overall a great place to stay

Room was pretty basic for money (£400 a night) food option wasn’t great and little choice. TV in room kept losing signal for hours on end, rooms supposed to be soundproof but could hear everything!! Absolutely disgusting smell in the corridor at night almost like a sewer smell which was a bit disconcerting!!!!! Wouldn’t stay there again for that money. Oh forgot to say best bit was the sea view from our room

This hotel is in a great central location to explore the old town of Ibiza and also 10mins drive from the main party scenes including Pacha, Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. The hotel is very modern and pristine with beautiful views out over the sea. They offer a fantastic buffet breakfast with so many options and the chefs will cook fresh omelettes for you. The dinner is a similar set up where they offer a huge variety of choice. The chefs will cook you fresh meat or fish to order also. Every night they have a different theme, Asian, Italian, Mexican etc for €20 per person which is quite reasonable . A couple of things that were missing from the room were no tea making facilities, no iron and the fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful property! It has a spa vibe to it. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and gorgeous. Short drive to Saint-Tropez and not to mention the stunning sunset over the mountains.

I had such a great time while staying at this hotel. They cleaned my room every day. I had a balcony with ocean view. It has a walkable parking for additional cost. There were restaurants and groceries around. It was walking distance to Dalt Vila. Great choice!

Love this hotel! Comfortable beds and pillows, great sea view and balcony. Easy access to the promenade and beach, and 15 minute walk into Ibiza Town. Small fridge in the room also very handy.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice.

Where to start. Room dirty, small, kind of like college dorm type of accommodation. Very dark, no view some Felt like I was in a prison cell. On top of that, the front desk was no help. Wanted to charge me €10 to use the safe in the room ridiculous. Took hours to let me check out of my reservation finally agreed to give me a refund. Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.p

Good location, very poor service

The hotel building and the surrounding area was good. The room, the bed and the view as well. However, the walls are thinner than paper and you hear every snore of your neighbours. Also the service is really poor. For example, the receptionist couldn’t hide what she was thinking when I confirmed that me and my girlfriend wanted a matrimonial bed… Incredibly rude! Further, I cannot understand how the hotel can charge their guests 7 euro per day to give them access to the safebox in the room when it is a rather pricey 4 star hotel. Also, there was no staff available when we needed to check out so we had to leave our room key cards on the counter and call in from the taxi to complete the check out. The exception from the poor service was the breakfast restaurant staff - they were both friendly and service minded. I would not recommend this hotel.

A quick May break

Really nice, quiet hotel. The bed was so comfortable! Air con was rubbish so room got very hot. Our room was small & not enough storage, would benefit from having some drawers. The bed has to be the best I’ve slept in, in a hotel. Could be difficult to get a sun bed in high season but the pool & bar area is lovely.

All the staff were amazing right from the start, the lovely ladies on reception that checked us in even though we arrived earlier than expected. Daniela was super helpful telling us how to walk into town and what to do once there. Alfredo and his restaurant team were always so incredibly efficient and friendly even when my husband tried out his limited Spanish on them, and the bar staff make the best Mojitos. Will definitely be back to see our primo amigos and amigas!

Fantastic Hotel

Nice hotel, breakfast worth paying for at £5 a night, clean, good location. Only small negatives you had to queue for breakfast in the morning to get a table and it wasn’t peak season. Also had a room next to the pool and they cleaned it at 0730 every morning which would wake you up for an hour

A lovely, small and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious with toiletries and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was perfect. The pool area was clean and comfy with great views of the sea. The hotel felt safe and had a holiday vibe. Easy walk into Ibiza Town. Lots of breakfast choices, quality was average but worth having for a small extra charge. Definitely return.

No soundproofing you can hear the noises from the other rooms . Even when they are talking you can here there . It was very disturbing Will definitely not go back The good point about the hotel was that all the staff were amazing . Always smiling and ready to help

Booked a single room at this hotel & was pleased to find a double bed when I arrived. As expected the room was small, but very clean & well equipped, with plenty of toiletries etc. Location is great with bars, restaurants & the beach nearby & only 15 minute walk into the Old Town. The hotel bar is also very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ibiza.

The lobby small pool, and bar areas are lovely but the beauty stops there. Skin deep. The room we related was small and dark and dank. The a/c was poor and the overhead fan was old dirty, and so loud it kept us awake. Just like the very loud sounds from the “soundproof “ rooms around us. There was no evidence of the safety measures which were advertised. The night clerk and and hotel manager and housekeeper were so nice, sometimes in stark contrast to thru day clerk often a two as if she found guests an annoying interruption. None of this hurt our trip much. The location was super right on the beach and the wonderful promenade filled with people laughing, talking, walking dogs, stopping in at the many restaurants… all a wonderful experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had high hopes for this hotel as I booked it based on reviews, but my experience turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. I usually refrain from leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to share my unfortunate stay. Firstly, the check-in process was a complete letdown. Despite the hotel's website clearly stating a 2 PM check-in time, the staff made me wait until 3 PM before I could finally access my room. This was not the best way to start my stay. To make matters worse, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked. They had the audacity to claim that the room in the picture required an additional payment. This blatant misrepresentation was disappointing and unprofessional. As for the hotel's condition, it was subpar at best. The overall ambiance and amenities left much to be desired, making it difficult to enjoy my time there. However, the worst part of my stay was during check-out. I was well aware of the 11 AM check-out time, and I accept that. But when I was getting ready to leave the room at 11:15 AM, I received an abrupt call from the hotel staff, rudely informing me that check-out was 30 minutes ago. The person on the phone was downright impolite and unprofessional. Their suggestion to use the pool locker rooms for a shower was an insult. Great hotel in a nice location not far from Old Town. It has a nice beach just outside the hotel and several restaurants. The pool was great except it stopped giving towels by 4pm (or earlier sometimes). It makes no sense a beach hotel that doesn’t give towels after 4pm. At least leave some beach towels in the room.

Beautiful hotel!

We had an incredible week long stay at Nautico Ebeso. We had a sea view room with a balcony, the view was beautiful. Amazing breakfast and all the staff were lovely. The bar was great too and drinks were quite cheap. Really well maintained and clean pool area. There were only a few minor downsides. Firstly, the a/c in the room was not very strong. It managed to cool the room down to a point but not quite as cool as we would have liked it. The wifi signal in our room (floor 7) was very poor, often couldn’t get any signal at all. The wifi downstairs and by the pool was great though so again it wasn’t really a big problem for us. The area is serene, beautiful and quiet with some great sea front restaurants within throwing distance. The nearby beaches are great. It’s a short walk to Ibiza old town. We would definitely stay again!

Good enough could be better

Nice clean room and good service however breakfast was rubbish. Eggs tasted poor and they didn’t understand what an omelette was… in Spain!

The hotel was spotless. There were fresh towels everyday and clean room. I didn’t have food included so can’t comment. The only thing that let it down was the thin walls in the rooms. You could hear every word of the other guest, whether 2pm or 3am. There also wasn’t an explanation upon arrival as to where everything was - which was a shame - as having not been before I didn’t know if I could use the spa or had to pay etc.

Hotel curato e pulito, la camera BASIC grande e confortevole. Servizio reception e ristorante gentile e premuroso. L'hotel ha una splendida vista mare e la piscina anche se non grandissima è ben curata. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena erano ricche di alternative. Parcheggio gratuito e libero per lo scooter a ridosso della struttura . Soddisfatta della scelta

Perfect location, very close to the city center & Figueretas beach. Rooms have normal facilities and everything is clean. The breakfast was very good and plential. The reception staff is helpful at all times, respectful & discreet.

This property needs work. The service is terrible and the rooms are way too hot. The AC did not work in our room during our entire stay. The staff kept saying they would have someone fix it but that never happened. Would not recommend staying there.

Pool playlist needs a review but I'd still rebook!

Second time staying here. We stayed again because the rooms are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the hotel. The beds are comfy. Cons: the pool and playlist by the pool! Due to the size of the pool area, the sun loungers are up a few stairs. The chairs by the pool are deck chairs and uncomfortable. You couldn't sunbathe properly all day in them. Walking up/down a few stairs isn't terrible though! The music playlist on the other hand ...to say its Ibiza and a lot about music, the playlist definitely needs a review! It was terrible two years ago and it hasn't changed this year! There's also a small gym which has fairly new equipment plus a spa for massage, nails etc. I'd also request a room higher than level 1 as this is the level on the sun lounger level/ground. We had a few ants in our room this year :( Having said all of this, I'd probably book this hotel again next year!

Horrible service

Stayed for one week in middle of July, 2022. The first thing we realized after entering the hotel is that the entire hotel stink of sewage. Then, service is really subpar!. When checking in we were not even greeted by the receptionist at our arrival, she just said she needed our credit card to be able to check us in. No info at all provided about the hotel or its surroundings. We had to pay an additional fee plus an additional deposit to be able to use the safety deposit box in the room. In addition, we had to pay a deposit to use the pool towels. Anything similar has never happened to me in any other hotel. Next thing we realized is that the room we got, room 207 - avoid that, had window walls facing south and west making it impossible for the AC to do it's job. We left the AC on for 24 h but it was still around 35°C in the room in the afternoon. We went to the reception to get the rooms changed and then the receptionist just laughed at us. After we had to get really upset we eventually got a new room which was much better in terms of temperature. Some good things: breakfast buffet is great, hotel location is perfect and room cleanliness is also very good. But I would never stay here again.

Hotel was good/clean/nice. View great. Staff except for the pool lady (was great) were miserable! Two in the bar were ok, others not so much. The reception desk was entirely miserable. Like any question was a huge hassle.. Not a single smile all week. Disappointing. Let down the rest. We enjoyed our stay but dreaded asking Reception for anything! They were poor. Also website states laundry service. When asking at reception about it, an incredulous look followed by a “No” was what we got, then directions to a laundrette in centre of town. (There was actually one around the corner).

Great location and breakfast with minor issues

The hotel is ideally located, near the promenade and within walking distance of the old town and ferry terminal. The bed was comfortable and the view amazing. Breakfast was substantial and the smoothie booth was definitely a highlight. With that said, the shower temperature was very inconsistent, lukewarm some days and hotter other days. The lack of a kettle was also strange and when I asked reception for one I was told they can't provide a small room kettle. From an environmental viewpoint the use of plastic sachets for all toiletries isn't ideal. Overall, a great hotel but the shower temperature, lack of kettle and single use plastics dampened my experience.

Bonne surprise au départ où nous avons eu un surclassement de chambre avec vus mer. Le charme fut de courte durée en nous apercevant que nous étions à côté du local technique de la piscine et qu’un bruit continu était présent.En soi un cadeau qui n’en était pas un. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre on nous a dit que c’était complet… Mis à part ça un hôtel très bien placé et un excellent petit dej! Mis à part l’amabilité et le sens du service des réceptionnistes , je recommande cet hôtel!

Damp smelling room - very disappointing.

Dreadfully overpriced room, smelled damp and mouldy, had ineffective airconditioning and staining from leaks on the ceiling. Certainly not worth the money we paid and thankfully we only stayed one night. I can imagine higher rooms are perhaps more pleasant and well ventilated but avoid the ground floor ones at all costs despite them being close to the pool. Meal in the evening at restaurant was very pleasant to be fair and staff all very nice so not all bad.

La atención del personal fue horrorosa, nunca nos han tratado tan mal en ningún hotel, tanto en la recepción , como en el restaurante. El desayuno es muy básico, poca variedad. La habitación pequeñisima. Es increíble que la categoría sea de 4 estrellas. Nos recojieron la sombrilla y las tumbonas mientras nos estabamos bañando en la piscina, a las 6:40 , cuando el horario de piscina era hasta las 7. Una estancia muy desafortunada. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

Friendly staff. Niko was very helpful as it was my first time in Ibiza (post Covid). Also the lady at the spa made my stay a little more relaxing. I had a different idea in mind when I saw the property was oceanfront ..

Good other than the check in check out service, due to the rudest and least helpful redhead receptionist Erika, not that she did not help with anything her way of talking to us and other guests is al least unfriendly - the hotel is great but you should avoid having staff like this

Must Stay.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service, we would definitely return. Covid was respected throughout by both guests and staff. Extremely clean throughout. Being Vegan I was pleasantly surprised at the various choices for the dinner. There could be a few more choices for breakfast though. The bar staff were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. The massage was to die for.

Basic amenities

Very basic room and amenities. We asked for one large bed and were given a room with three single beds. Our room was next to the elevator and overall did not feel safe, anyone can walk in the hotel and walk around. Terrible that no safe is freely provided in the room, you have to request a key at reception and pay a fee. Can’t believe this still exists in 2021.

Calm relaxed and perfect short stay

This is a great little hotel overlooking Figueretes Bay, food choices are decent and although a small pool it’s ideal for a dip. Would definitely stay here again.

Not happy with HOTELS.COM!!

I like the hotel and I have stayed before. I was very upset because HOTELS.COM advertised the basic room that I booked for three nights as a room with balcony. This was an error as the basic rooms look out onto the road and the rooms that are advertised as partial sea view have a full sea view. The problem is not with the hotel.

Good hotel, would come back!

The hotel is fairly new so it feels clean and looks nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Masks were worn so all feels very safe. The pool is quite small and there are deck chairs around the side of the pool. The sunbeds are upstairs at the end of the pool, overlooking the pool and the sea. The music they play by the pool definitely, 100% needs a revamp. I'd say this is the only thing we'd change but to put it bluntly...it was awful. Definitely not what you need when chilling in Ibiza even though the genres changed on a daily basis! The food was nice. Salads were really fresh, healthy and good portion size. All in all, it's a good hotel and we'd definitely stay again.

The hotel is excellent BUT: Very bad noise insulation. I could practically follow conversations in both rooms either side of mine. Not funny if someone holds a telephone conversation at 4am for 45 minutes! Or puts on loud music after midnight. On all other criteria I rate this hotel as good.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LOST 2.5K. NO HELP.

We were unable to travel due to COVID-19 and went back and forth with Hotels.com for months trying to contact the property to try and cancel / obtain a refund or credit. The property was non-responsive for months. Hotels.com did nothing to help, customer service agents were providing scripted responses and not answering any of our questions. We advised hotels.com that we needed to cancel the booking so we could claim on travel insurance however they did not offer any suggestions as to whether to do this or wait for the hotel to respond. Just under a week before check-in, we submitted a cancellation request via hotels.com so that we could try and claim this on travel insurance. This did not get processed by hotels.com so I did this again, sending multiple emails and trying to call to get this cancelled. Hotels.com NEVER cancelled the booking. I have emailed again and gain since this point and spent hours on the phone with them, customer service supervisors promising they will call me back and never do. SO I then have to follow up with emails and more calls re-explaining to a new set of staff who again cannot provide us any help or tell us why our booking was not cancelled. Hotels.com will not send a confirmation that we did not stay or could not get refunded, meaning we cannot claim on travel insurance. We have now lost $2.5K AUD and hotels.com have just stopped all communication with me. Think carefully before using them, or booking with the hotel if you are not local

We stayed here for 2 days and the hotel had no hot water. We went three days without taking a shower because the water was so cold. When we asked the answer was always, “someone us supposed to come fix it.” Not having hot water can ruin the entire stay.

The pool was tiny. They have no safes in the room at least they are not free. Our room was supposed to be none smoking and it smelled like an ashtray and they couldn't move us to another room. The staff is nice though and always try to help.

Small rooms, smelly rooms. The front desk lady was super rude wheni had an issue with internet. There was barely any natural lights in the room unfortunately we took the city view facing. In short, i would never stay on this hotel ever again.

Great pool area. Nice resturuant and bar area. Staff was nice. Prices at bar very reasonable. Location was good. Room was ok. Bathroom was very nice water pressure and shower. Hallways and elevator need to be renovated and repaired. Would stay again.

Don’t believe that is a 4 stars is not even a 3 stars , parking , room condition , tv etc etc are not in a good condition. The only part of the hotel that is perfect is the location

Best hotel to stay at

We loved everything about this hotel.

It was right on the water but we purchased a king room sea view room and they overbooked the hotel and we got a dungeon room that was tiny and looked out onto a brick wall that you could climb out the window and be stuck surrounded by 4 walls. The shower didn’t work properly. No mirror to get ready. Thought the fan was going to fall off the ceiling. Also the shower randomly drips at 5 am not to mention the toilet that flushes randomly as well. We asked for water late night but they had none. Not even to purchase . Wifi didn’t work. However that was probably due to the brick walls surrounding our room. Our key card needed 15 attempts at least to let into our room. It is not a room to be in if you are claustrophobic . On a happy note most the staff was pleasant and after complaining about our room they gave us 90 euros for the 2 of us to spend at the bar. Which closed during the hours we were actually awake. Also when we called and they told us no late checkout at first they said no. Once we told them our room number they laughed and said we could stay as long as we wanted. Which was nice considering our flight was at 9:30 pm and checkout was supposed to be at 12. I would recommend if you are given room 607 to cancel and go elsewhere.

A hotel winner!

This hotel is a winner! Perfect for the location, the amenities, love the coffee, staff is helpful and the pool has stunning views to gaze at. The rooms are simple and modern with a full or half balcony (depending on room) to get fresh air. The only thing that was not idea, was that the mini bar, gym, and exit of pool deck didn’t open until 9am. If you like to workout, it would be better if the gym was open for 24 hours. It wasn’t a problem through, because you have the beach path for outdoor running. I highly recommend this hotel and will hope to return soon!

Super pleased

I’m extremely happy with this hotel. My expectations were blown away from the staff, the pool area, the mini bar, and of course the charm of the rooms. I loved having a door that opened to fresh air. The location was perfect as well. It was close enough to both the old town and the craziness of playa den bossa- walkable in both directions. Plus you have many options to rent transportation, mini markets, and bars/ restaurants surrounding the hotel. If you’re into working out, there’s a small gym that has perfect windows to gaze out, and the beach path is also a perfect spot to take a run- with hiking up the castle cliff just 5 min walk always!! The showers water pressure was perfect, great lighting in the room, and the hotel was super clean! The staff is always working hard to keep it tidy. This boutique hotel is a winner and probably one of my favorite stays due to its simplicity and location. I will return!
