Incredible room and service, highly recommend

Fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived we felt very well cared for. The room(s) were spotless and in beautiful shape. The soaking tub in the room was a real treat that we took advantage of. And the meals were phenomenal!

Everything are good. Salty food were concerned..

The property, meals & staff/services are above expectations! It was golden week and was glad to have stayed here. Minami Aso is beautiful with gorgeous mountains & surroundings.

Thsi is the second time we've stayed at Bettei Soan, it's an amazing place to stay. The service is impeccable, the villas are beautiful and have every amenity you could possibly need. The private onsen is wonderful, and the japanese breakfast is delightful. I cannot fault it

Lovely place to stay

Great stay at Bettei Soan. Very clean and exceptional service. Would love to stay longer next time.

Hotel staff is very sincere and helpful and speaks very good English. We corresponded earlier via messaging, she was very concerned when we arrived late, asked if we had dinner first thing we got off our car, as the recommended restaurant for dinner to suit our children was closing at 9pm. She was able to recommend us places to visit with children around the hotel. It was raining the 2 days while we were in Mimani Aso. It was very cool and cosy and all the staff there were so nice that fully complemented the entire experience. Amenities provided for men as well. Breakfast was customed to our preferred taste, served to our double-storey villa. View from room was fantastic. In-room onsen was excellent and everything still look new and well-maintained though this villa is alrdy 11 year old! We highly recommed and will love to return again.

Nice private onsen and delicious food. Being able to use the public bath of the main building is a plus.

One of the best hotel I stay in Japan, superb service, and onsen. I booked Villa #5, totally amazing. Expensive Yes but totally worth it.

Very good

Private hot spring bath in the room is amazing. First time in a Traditional Japanese room style. Very nice in the area. Nothing much to do nearby except for staying in the room. Food is served at the room but food quality can be better.

Beautiful private bungalow

Staff were very attentive and the place was private. The double bed was a king size. Views of the mountain.

Helpful, generous staff, first rate in-room meals (breakfast and dinner), peaceful, beautiful property.

Great hotspring hotel in south Aso

部屋、室内温泉とても素晴らしいです。 食事の質（冷えた焼き魚、天ぷら等）の分だけ少し総合評価は下がりましたが、また行きたいと思える宿です。 ありがとうございました。

　家族四人各々好きに過ごせたと思います。 お食事の量にビックリでしたけど、とても美味しく頂き、また今の沖縄では水不足のため節水に心掛けている中、気にせず何度も温泉に浸かる事が出来大満足です。 仲居さん等大変お世話様でした。

Pleasant and relaxing stay.

Super nice environment! Spacious room can accommodate 4-5 persons with private bath. We only had 3 persons. Large king size bed with firm enough mattress! Staff are very professional and helpful. Great food.

會再去住宿

環境清靜，獨立屋，被鋪舒適，膳食都是送到房間食用，不用出房間。只是溫泉水的溫度再熱些就更好。

地點是比較偏遠僻靜，但服務及住宿環境是非常好的。Check in時會主動介紹週圍的旅遊景點。晚餐豐富及美味！

Worth to stay

There are a number of room types that you could choose. Our room is Azumino. The room is spacious with in door hot spring bath. The location is away from main road. Better to have a car to access. The staff are nice, the breakfast is good and we are happy during our stay.

room is big and the hotspring tub is big. Very clean and i enjoy the environment very much. Breakfast is delicious, not many varieties but enough.

A private get away onsen villa

The goods : a very nice onsen villa . The room size is good for a family of 4 , the villa has a private onsen which opens to a balcony . There is also another public onsen too which is also very nice . The staff are friendly and helpful. The bads: the onsen balcony opens right to a public road which makes the privacy compromised. There is not much choice of restaurants around the area without some lengthy drive . The king size bed barely fit a family of 4 . Apart from these . the hotel is a nice get away in the district .

遠離塵囂的 Villa 獨立飯店

房間很大很舒適，自己房間就可以享受泡湯，早餐非常好吃，距離阿蘇火山很近很方便，唯獨附近比較空曠，離超商等等都很遠

お部屋はとっても素敵でした。いろんな箇所で気遣いが見えるお部屋でいいなと思いました。 ただひとつ気になったのが、お部屋の説明に2名きたのですが、1人説明されていただけで、もうひとりずっと立っていたのが気になりました。 立って待ってるだけであれば、気になるので一人でこられるか、お茶を出してくれたりするだけでも違うのかなと思います。

The house is wonderful, comfortable. Service is excellent，they speak English to communicate with us. House has warm machine and coffee machine. Indoor hot spring is gorgerous you must love it. Highly recommoned and will come again in the coming future.

We enjoy every minute staying in this stunning cottage. It is great and the village is beautiful. Thank you for the stuffs taking care us and we hope we will visit the hotel again.

Nice room

Nice room and environment. Staff could recommend you some good local restaurants if you don’t have dinner in hotel. Just the pillow not fit myself. Otherwise this is perfect.

スタッフの方々が、いろいろな心配りをして、良い宿にしようとしている事が感じられる宿でした。ちょっとした要望に柔軟に丁寧に応えようとしてくださって、快適に過ごせました。二階の吹き抜けから見える一階の高い戸棚の上など、ちょっと気づきにくいような場所なども、きちんと掃除がされていて、気持ちよかったです。お食事もおいしかった。豪華な宿だとは思いませんが、コストパフォーマンスも良く、また行こうと思いました。

とても清潔でお洒落なお宿で、お庭の手入れも綺麗にされていて、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 お食事はとてもおいしく、温泉も気持ちよかったです。 従業員の方はみなさん親切で、阿蘇に来たらまた泊まらせていただきたい素敵なお宿でした。

到阿蘇火山首選

酒店位置離開主要道路較遠，附近餐廳大多很早關門，晚餐選擇較少，建議自駕到附近地區用餐。酒店環境寧靜，房間比照片大及舒適，職員很有耐心講解附近設施及推介景點。如有機會會再次入住。

조용하고 예쁘고 깨끗하고 식사도 맛있는 료칸

2층으로 되어있어서 아이들이 좋아했고 온천을 마음대로 할수있어서 편했어요. 밤에 수많은 별을 보았던 것은 특별한 기억으로 남았습니다.
