Business stay in Santiago

Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home

Hotel is great, comfortable room and courteous staff. Nice bed, mini fridge and good linens and towels. All male staff was very nice. We are very thankful of having been allowed early check in free of charge, but none of the young ladies a the front desk greet us with a smile during our 4 days stay. We dined twice at the hotel and neither of the meals was above average, and the restaurant staff under performed both times. I barely touched my food and they didn’t bother to ask if something was wrong. We asked for an empty bowl to share something and it never came. Service was extremely slow. Hotel lobby is beautiful with nice art and lots of natural light. It is nice having a bar with good drinks and service. Breakfast was not to our taste, all 4 days we stayed scrambled eggs were undercooked, coffee was not great either. But in general it is a good deal for the price.

Everything about the Best Western Premier Marina Los Condes is excellent.

Pensamos que el hotel al anunciarse como 4 estrellas era un poco mejor. Las habitaciones son buenas pero nada del otro mundo, el baño amplio pero falta actualizacion o remodelacion. En el desayuno pedi unos huevos fritos o en omelette y me contestaron que tenian cargo extra. Solicite un convertidor de energia para cargar mi computador y no tenian. Creo que de verdad es un hotel bueno, pero mas 3 estrellas que 4 estrellas.

It is my first time staying at this hotel. It was a big surprise for me. The facilities are great, the location is very good. The hotel has an excellent structure, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very good. The breakfast buffet is spectacular.

I stayed for about 15 days. The overall experience was good. Cons: tissue paper sucks, room a/c sucks, room service sometimes didn't drop off enough towels/soap that day, room service changed my room temperature hotter randomly. Pros: breakfast buffet was great, true soundproof rooms, nice front desk people. Overall an ok stay. I would grab this hotel when it's on discount though.

Just like New, a Great Place to relax

It's like new there, with friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet has plenty of things to choose from. Just wish they cooked the scrambled eggs more. They were always willing to cook them more for me. When we go back to Santiago this is where we will stay. Plenty of places to eat near by, short walk. Several malls and the main starting point for the Hop-on-Hop-off bus

Will Stay here again

From what I can tell the Hotel was bought by Best Western and completely updated. The rooms and facilities appear to be brand new. The Airport taxi did not recognize the hotel name but the address worked great. The staff have been great and many speak English. Breakfast is always the same but has many things to eat at the buffet. Only thing negative there is the scrambled eggs should be cooked more.

BWP is Impressive

I was hesitant to book BW since I do not regard them very highly during my corporate days. However, it seems that the brand had re-invented themselves and I was totally positively blown away by the quality of the product and service. We enjoyed our time, albeit it was one night, at the hotel. Used their facilities and do not miss out on the breakfast. Highly recommend this property.

My room's air conditioning was not working properly, so I called to reception and they changed me to another room, in front on the current one. Outside the new room was the restaurant's ventilation, so my room was always smelling like steak. The shower's water pressure was very poor, for a 4-star hotel. It's not my first time at this hotel. The first time that I tried to go to the restaurant, they told me that it was closed for the weekend. This time, a friday night (almost midnight), they told me the same thing when I was just entering the restaurant door. There were customers sitting at the table. I'll try to not to think worse, but it's weird. The pool was OK, and the jacuzzi was pleasant; but it's temperature was not appropiate for a hot-hub. Room service is excellent. Always helpful and happy to attend. The breakfast was nice, but this time it had less options in the buffet. I think the protests at the city affected the restaurant timeline, so I can understand that. Overall, the stay was regular. I expected more than that.

I picked this property because of the pool, thinking it was a covered pool but, it wasn't. Specially in those cold days I was thinking to go to the pool at any time... I couldn't because cold air was getting in.

Breakfast was great but I was surprised that why the restaurant not fully open for guest . Too crowded. First day I took the breakfast but how come the coffee cup was dirty! Terrible

Everything eas ok, good location snd eady access around

This was our third time staying here and unfortunately we won't be coming back. Party outside our window, our request for a taxi 3.30am was forgotten, booked disabled room didn't have an accessible bathroom. After 3 room changes, it was partially usable but perhaps review your adds regarding accessible rooms. The manager was helpful, but our taxi for the airport was never called and a party outside our room meant we couldn't sleep at all even though outside the hotels control. Not a bad place. But next time we will try somewhere else.

Its a hotel in excelent local, near las condes and vitarura, many restaurants around the hotel The breakfast is very nice The restaurant of the hotel is Rosso, excelent restaurant for dinner too

We were very pleased with our room and the bed was very comfortable just what we needed after a long trip. A good value for the money. We also enjoyed a leisurely moment at the pool. One thing that could be improved on was the noisy AC. We would stay here again.

Hotel has seen better days - needs renovation. Standard room was small too. Subpar for a 4-star hotel and still rented at above average in the area.

For a 4 star hotel, it lack few things, such as English speaking TV programs or stations. More English speaking guest services. We order ice but after 2 phone calls to front deck and room services, never came

Great value for the money

The hotel was nice. The price was great. There is a nice restaurant there that makes great food. The behind the counter people are stuck up a bit, but seemed cultural.

Clean modern hotel, good transport links

Great location close to Manquehue metro and walking distance to Parque Araucano. Service was good and facilities were in a good condition. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast, service area just isn't big enough for a hotel this size and gets really busy.

Great hotel, better breakfast.

This was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel very clean. Las Condes is a very clean and safe neighborhood. The breakfast hotel breakfast I've ever seen. I would absolutely stay here again. The only improvement they could make would be to have a free airport shuttle as it is expensive to taxi from the airport. All around great experience.

Terrible staff at the reception

The receptionist was charging me three times the value I reserved through expedia. I had to tell her several times that she was making a mistake, before she realized it.

Excellent location in Santiago

This hotel was exactly what I needed as far as location was concerned. One particular staff member felt it necessary to counsel me regarding my arrival time, and wanted to argue with me about what I had been told by another staff member, as to when I could actually get in to the room. After approximately 14 hours of travel time to get to Santiago, I was fairly tired and wanted to relax in my room. I had been assured that it was common, as most flights arrive internationally very early in the morning. She was not very accommodating, and asked me to wait in the restaurant for a couple of hours until they could find a room for me. She certainly could have been more compassionate and understanding of this particular situation, and try to find me the room that I was promised. Otherwise, great location, food was okay, although a bit pricey. It was literally across the street from my client's location, so that was a great plus.

Great Hotel in Good Part of Santiago

Very nice hotel in a clean, safe and quiet part of the city. It is close to the subway so convenient to all areas of the city. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great with good choices of fruit, cereals/nuts, eggs and protein. Would stay there again.

Almost perfect

Very nice hotel, modern, good attitude, but not quite the 5 star conditions. The bar does need help, literally the bar tender has to deliver the drinks to the patio and clean tables! the lobby bathroom needed soap and the hands dryer did not work; I had to wipe them in my dress. The room comfortable but no dresser. Too small for my taste. the makeup mirror was attached at counter level, so sit in the toilet to apply your makeup, but then the lights are in the wrong place. It just doesn't work. Good breakfast and very nice help. Would not recommend for a long stay.

Comfortable and Accessible

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The staff were courteous and efficient. The day manager, Eduardo, is a classic old-school hotelier. Extremely personal and approachable, he is everywhere greeting and assisting his guests as they transit the lobby. His attention and work ethic are directly responsible for the precision of his front desk staff. The area is inner city residential mixed with small business buildings. There is a food store and metro station one block away, as well as small cafes. Several banks with ATMs are nearby (but they close between 2-3pm). Uber works very well here if you don't want to use the Metro. The city centres are within 10 mins outside of peak times. Muchas gracias, Eduardo and Best western!

Just about the friendliest staff ever

The hotel itself, the room, the facilities, the included breakfast buffet were all good but what stood out to us was the genuine friendliness and courtesy of every staff member we encountered. Whether it was reception, the porter, the doorman or the restaurant staff, all went just that little bit further with a smile while remaining professional. We spent two nights in the hotel and were very happy with our choice.

Handicapped

We arrived late in the evening ( midnight) due to a late flight. We were given a room constructed for individuals needing a wheel chair. The bathroom had no counter to place toiletries, the shower had a chair and hand grasp bar. The sink was about knee high. The bed was adjusted to sit lower on the ground as well. It was clearly designed for non ambulatory individuals. I hope no one who needed these living adjustments required room that night. I would think wheel chair restricted individuals would like a counter in bathroom to place toiletries? We were tired and easily accommodated ourselves to the room, however...it would have been proper for them to notify us of the " handicapped" room upon our arrival. No mention or option for another room was given. Dissapointing!

Great neighborhood but not central to city.

The hotel was and the staff was very helpful. We had a ride to the airport booked with the desk but when it wasn't on time, the staff wanted to book us with their own costlier ride. They claimed not to know what the ride - Viptour- was. Glad the ride showed up 20 min late. and we didn't rebook with the hotel for twice+ the cost. Because the hotel was so far from city central we learned to take the Metro (easy) but we were always 1st loaded on to city tours with Touristour and had a long ride to the meeting point.

We checked in and were treated at the door to help unload bags. Rooms were nice pool great a good happy hour at the lounge and the staff was great dog location

I had a lovely stay, albeit too short. I had a little confusion with the kind of shuttle but figured it out before I made a mistake.

So-so stay

Great location, good lunch. Reception personnel was very unfriendly in greeting guests. I did overhear the concierge and he was very nice and helpful. I left at 9am and returned at 5pm and room was not cleaned. I complained nicely at checkout, and the receptionist, said, ok. No apologies, nothing. Breakfast was good and abundant. Would likely return next time to the Atton Hotel that is a couple of blocks away (better service, larger rooms and better breakfast).

New, good location but bad service

Very good location, nice facilities but poor service and poor cleanisses in the room. The maintenance is bad, the chair inside the room is not good condition, two times I requested towels in my room because don't have.

Great hotel, convenient to beautiful park & mall

Staff SO friendly and very helpful, went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. Helped us with getting taxis, directions to restaurants, recommendations for restaurants, helped us navigate the metro. Enough staff spoke English to be helpful. Very clean accomodations and spacious. Breakfast fabulous!

Nice location, nice facility, terrible service

Beds are uncomfortable! I wanted to upgrade from two twins to two double beds.. No options. ( or king bed or two twins). I asked for iron machine several times until I had to go to the reception and ask them a little upset. Last night, the room service took 3 hours, no kidding. If you call reception for something, and they tell you they are going to call you back, don't expect to be called at all. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, nice area, and nice pool area with excellent views.

near Parque Arauco and Metro

Is located near the Metro station, and near the shopping center and supermarket, is a nice place. I had problems with the electricity, only one socket works, so it was dificult to charge the phone and the computer.

Very attentive staff and nice facilites

We only stayed one night but the staff was awesome, especially giving us the latest possible check out and holding our luggage (we had a 10 pm flight out). Everything was great, including breakfast, with the only hesitation being the weird set up in the twin bed room. Neither bed was anchored to the floor so they kept moving about. Odd. Room service was fast (we arrived really late at night) and the food was okay. My son's burger was fine but my chicken caesar salad was literally chicken and iceberg lettuce with some parmesan. Sigh. But otherwise great - location is really close to a subway station too which is great because taxis started getting expensive in sprawling Santiago.

a modern hotel and had many conveniences.... pro - Manque metro stop on red line a 5 minute walk away pro - offers airport pick up for 30,000 Chilean pesos or $50 USD and I would recommend this as the bus & metro combo, which is the alternative, can be sardine packed and a hassle after/ before a long flight pro - breakfast is free (if tasteless) pro - early check in wasn't a problem pro - beautiful views of city & mountains pro - front desk service was great even though I spoke little Spanish pro - great strong wifi signal in rooms con - room service- I placed an order and an hour later when I called back they had no record of my ever ordering?!?! con - breakfast is tasteless and boring - not worth waking up early for con - no close 7-11 (supermarket is a 5 minute walk, but has odd hours) con - beds so soft they seemed to be almost smooshy & not comfy for back con - bathroom had little light and no shower curtain so it was cold after shower

Amazing 5-Star service from the staff. The restaurant in the hotel is also top notch. On-site parking and a block away from the Manquehue sub-way station. Easy access from the highway into Los Condes and hotel if driving from the airport.

Best selection ever

We stayed in many Hotels around the world and we could not been more fortunate with staying at the Best Western Premier Hotel. From the entrance we had a lot of attention and care. Even we arrived very early due to the flight connection from Madrid to Santiago the Hotel was very keen to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. As the rules stay that the checkin is after 15:00 and the Hotel was fully booked due to the Eastern holidays we have been offered to wait 30min and a express makeup has been rolled out to prepare a room for us. This is exceptional customer care that you will find in some dedicated 5Stars Hotel. Eduardo was extremely helpful and run the extra mile just to make us happy. The room is specious and comfortable. The Hotel is very modern and have all facilities for daily needs. The breakfast buffet was very reach with many choices but it leaked a bit of change in any case there is nothing to complaint about. The swimming pool was coldish but there was also a hot tab so you can enjoy and relax. The carpark of the Hotel was free to guests and as we had a rentalcar it was very secure and efficient. It takes about 10-15min to get to downtown with the Metro and in the night we used a taxi that was about 10USD one way. It is not common to tip taxi driver in Chile. Around the Hotel are many shopping possibilities including a very big and luxurious mall that is 10min walk away. The whole area is extremely secure. A great Hotel and very pleasant stay. The stuff was extremely polite with very good manners. I would definitely stay in this Hotel again and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel near great neighborhood

Just got back from our week vacation in Santiago and stayed all week at Best Western Las Condes. Overall, I liked the hotel because it was very clean and staff was very professional. Among other things, I loved the area by the hotel. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and loved that a metro station was just around the corner. We mostly used the metro for our means of transporation around the city. There is also a bank down the street from the hotel where we got a better exchange rate than the airport. Was lucky that my bank Santander was also near the metro. We liked the Bonafide cafe next to the hotel and there's a Starbucks opening soon right across the street. I would rate the hotel a 5 if it weren't for them having the same type of breakfast everyday. Got bit sick of it the 2/3 day. Also, looks like the cleaning lady threw away my shaving razors (not very happy about that). As for the wifi, it worked fine most of the time. We weren't really here for business so it wasn't of importance to us.
