Clean, cosy comfort.

We stayed here last year, and it was nice. But there have obviously been renos done...in our room anyway. Gorgeous bed, cosy quilt and pillows. Underbed and overbed lighting. TV is displayed on a classy wooden background that extend upwards with overhead lighting. Gorgeous bathroom counters. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in easy-access dispensers on the shower wall. Cleanliness+++ Lovely pool with curly waterslide. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are awesome! Comfy, quiet, well appointed, clean, and updated. Huge modern TVs. Lots of USB plugs and great lighting and decor. Supremely comfy bed! The hotel common areas, however, have seen better days. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Parking has plugs available for winter (for block heaters). Great location near a major mall. Despite the shabbiness of the common areas and the frequent smell of cigarette smoke in the entries and hallways, I’d stay here again.

Excellent!

We had a terrible experience. There were small hairs in the toilet and tub. Coffee stains by the bed wall next to the bedside table. The walls seem to be paper thin. We can clearly hear people's conversations inside the room and also hear conversations from the hallway with people talking in their rooms. So much noise from the kids running around. WiFi was barely functioning, kept kicking out one of our phones so could not use it. We only had 2 devices connected. We left right away and were disheartened because we wasted our money for the night as we have to look for other accommodation to have a restful and clean place to stay.

I was disappointed that the coffee maker in the room did not work.

Restaurant with a view

The hotel was fine, everything looked cleaned. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but there several spots throughout the hotel that smelled to tobacco and marijuana smoke.

Customer Service Excellence

While the hotel appears modest from the outside, the staff, restaurant, and rooms ensure that each guest has a restful, fun, and comfortable stay. The key are the staff: they provide superlative customer service. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. They put customer in customer service. The restaurant is well appointed with a well - rounded menu. The second floor views provide a bright space to enjoy libations and good company. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. The bed is comfortable with the space suited to meet your relaxation needs. The location is reasonable central to downtown, north end, and close to all amenities. It is adjacent to Kingsway Garden Mall, walking distance to NAIT, and a short distance to any professional services, especially, Royal Alex Hospital and speciality health care.

This property was extremely close to where I had to go for medical treatments. The room had all of the amenities that one would want and presented in a very professional customer-focused manner.

Good comfortable hotel if you need to be in this area. Restaurant is quite good!

Im am oiler fan and i liked the frame photos of Rogers Place in my room.

Regular maintenance isn’t a thing?

Everything about the hotel was on point until we tried to leave. It was -25°C without wind chill and I had plugged in my vehicle after asking front desk staff if this was a service offered. It was, except the plug ins were not functional, so we were stuck there with a frozen block heater.

NICE LOCATION

Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

We we placed on ground floor next to elevator. We were either woken up by elevator or vehicles starting and their lights shining in room.

All around great stay and nice proximity to Rogers Place!

Very clean and staff was friendly. Close to where I needed to be and within walking distance to a mall and public transport

Zero bad things to say about this place!

This place exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I stayed there with my 3 young children for a tournament. I felt safe, parking was so convenient, restaurant was quick and top knotch service. Front desk staff was nice and so helpful. Pool was nice and warm, clean. Rooms had a great layout and super clean! I was expecting possibly a bit dated but not at all. Very nice. This place was close to everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay there again!

Sink was plugged. I’d asked for an assessable room if possible and they let me know it wasn’t available which was fine but when I was checking in I’d asked how far the walk to the room is because I have 2 people with walking issues- he said that they’d put in the closest room possible. Then he gave me a map showing me where the room is- I said that’s way too far for a 92 year old to have to walk and he said that we could use the stairs on the other side as they are close to my room. I’m so upset that I had make my Mom and sister walk that far. I’ve stayed there before but I sure won’t ever again.

Very good, didn’t have to leave the hotel once due to it having everything we needed , only time we left was for our scheduled event 😊

Hospital visit.

The hotel met our needs clean and convenient tonthe hospital as well as shopping.

The beds were divided by the bathroom... unexpected and difficult with the age of the children I have. Also very noisy all night long... will request acroom in a different section nect time.

Great place to be close to shopping and only a 10$ cab to Rodger's place

Pool is gross, rooms have no view, window goes to the hallway so cant keep it open for light, feels like your in a dungeon, front desk ladies half ignore you. Only good thing was the restaurant and the 2 older waitresses, food was good and service there was amazing.

It was close to Kingsway Mall and a short ride to Roger’s Center

Didn’t like the parking area, staff was that welcoming. Had too lift the bathroom door to close it.

Best Western Plus City Centre Inn is our go-to hotel whenever we use a hotel in Edmonton. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are excellent and it's convenient to all the places we want to go.

The hallways were very noisy Saturday with Chrildren running up and down the hallways.

Staff was angry and rude. People trying to break into hotel and my room. They were pretending to be skip drivers. Staff trying to say that using expedia was stupid and makes their job harder

Edmonton weekend

Great, affordable stay in Edmonton. We loved the hot tub and pool, and they were empty every day we went. The restaurant deserves extra kudos! $9 hot breakfast (huge, delicious portions) and the servers were incredible both days we went.

Even though it was a little tricky finding this place we are happy we stayed here. It is an older building but a lot of updates and upgrades have been made. Staff were very pleasant to deal with helpful. No complaints about eating in the restaurant, food was good and service quick and friendly. Would have no problem staying here again.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the hotel. The room was small and the noise level was loud in the hotel. In my opinion, there are better hotels for the price. I was left frustrated with how small the room was for a 2 bed room. The bedsheets were clean, but no breakfast is included.

Ver Comfortable beds

It was outstandingly in regards to cleanliness ! Beds are so comfortable. Only complaint was 2 am a lady was on phone in hallway with her child running up down the corridor 👀 like what ?

Central location, great. The shower did have hair on the wall and ceiling; that was not great. Beyond the shower, the hotel was amazing. Food from the pub/restaurant was delicious.

I loved the room. I didn’t like the smoke smell leading up to the room. Also, the cleanliness is a 2/5. There was hair in the bed & bathroom (not mine). There was a spilled drink stain on the side table (this could easily be wiped by cleaning staff). Lastly, bathroom bath was clogged.

Very clean .i will be back

When we first drove up there were people hanging around outside. We thought we might change hotels. However, when went inside to sign in, the place was very clean and looked very nice. The rooms were clean, smelled good and were very quiet. Couldn’t hear ambulance or police sirens at all as it’s near the hospital and RCMP station. We’d definitely stay there again.

Definitely met my needs - clean, comfortable, and free parking. Multiple dining options are accessible, and convenient to Grant MacEwan university. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

Stayed here for the Pink concert. Perfect location. Took bus to Commonwealth stadium. Only had to walk a block to catch it. We walked back to hotel after which took about 20 min. We had a perfect room on second floor looking onto street with trees but was very quiet. Newly renovated modern king room. We didn’t use pool. Looked small though and only room for someone to come off the waterslide. The Kingsway Mall is directly across from hotel with tons of stores and a Walmart. The Restaurant was great up on 2nd floor with views all around. Breakfast special (eggs, bacon, hash brown, toast) was $9 per person for hotel guests and was delicious! Even received a free fruit plate. Cons: The male hotel employee checking us in wasn’t overly friendly, barely said two words. The only other con would be parking….not enough spots when hotel full so we had to park across the street at the mall.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff and facility met our needs. Modern design and layout. Comfortable bed.
