Hotel sign outside was not lit up at night making it difficult to find the hotel at night.

it was so dirty. they didnt clean the floor and We had to spread out a sheet to put our suitcases on and unpack them. There were 4 of us and we needed more towels and a service to take out the trash. Even though we reminded them, they only came to clean the day before our check-out. I emptied the toilet and trash can about 4 times. and about breakfast of that. it was not highlight that in hotels.com website mentioned about that. one day there were not any bread and cheese. and all days just a few apple there as fruits. we had to stay in line for waffle.

As for the staff, the cleaning lady was very nice and the gentleman that checked me in the first night was nice. We barely were in the hotel because we were sightseeing. However, the hotel was in horrible conditions not cleaned cracks in the floor, the refrigerator was dirty not clean properly. Also, this morning I received a dirty rag that I’ve been asking for a day. We got replacement from the manager himself and there was blood or ketchup on one.I don’t know if it was fresh or dried, but he tried to lie and say that they were clean and I said no, they weren’t. They were dirty. There was a little bit of dirt on it too, but the blood is what really got me or the ketchup and he said I can show you cameras That it came out of a clean machine and then I complained to the front desk lady and she said, did you wanna talk to the manager which I thought was the cleaning guy. The cleaning guy was the manager cause they’re short staff and he proceeded to come to my car and say ma’am I assure you that they weren’t dirty and trying to lie because they were and then he shows me a dirty towel that was used in the motel and then I’m like OK (he was trying to deflect). I was like I understand that but I wasn’t talking about that it was about the rag. He just didn’t wanna take accountability for his actions and that’s what upset me. 0/10 if I could rate it. Don’t come here. Please take this off of Travelocity. People should not be going to this motel.

Needs work

The staff was very helpful, and I didn't get murdered or robbed. Sadly, that's about all the positives. The breakfast was mediocre - 2 of 3 days they served scrambled eggs that seemed like they were made from a powder, and there are signs all around threatening to kick you out if you dare take more than 1 bagel. I needed a plastic fork to eat some leftovers in my room one of the nights, but found they put them away after breakfast, and aren't allowed to give you one on request. The room had several spots where the floor was squishy or cracked, especially in the bathroom. The water smelled faintly of sewage, so I chose to brush my teeth with bottled water to be safe.

Easy access to highway and UCF Orlando East area.

This was my first time staying at this particular hotel, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The first room assigned for my family and I wasn't fully functional, the clerk at the front kindly reassigned us another one. The second room had a weird odor, the sink was clogged and the phone didn't work. Everyone has their own opinion and experience, as for mine, I probably won't be staying here again.

Price don’t match facility

The room smelled horrible. The shower was dirty. There were people arguing outside, people that lives there. The lady that works there during breakfast was rude and not very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When booking the hotel I had the impression that it was handicap accessible according to my needs but for the room type I booked, that wasn't available. Otherwise check-in went smooth and stay was for the most part comfortable.

Room not cleaned well

Bathroom was not properly clean. Had to pickup the remote that felt unnder the bed and it was Very dirty under the bed. Dusty and the floors felt sticky.

The staff needs to do a better job with those staying here. Not once was anything cleaned or replaced. Even when I put out dirty linens, nothing was replaced, I had to go to the office. Now, let’s talk about the double charges. I paid for everything through Expedia, but this place charged me a second time. That money has been refunded, but it’s the point.

Staff of the hotel was great, but property is in very bad shape. It looks like a Motel nothing like a Hotel. There was crack head looking people all over the place. People were smoking weed around the property and it looked very unsafe.

You get what you pay for. Not bad for $50 bucks a night though. Lights flickered every time you move the headboard and the shower would not get hot. Wouldn’t stay here for longer than a night but if your just looking for a place to sleep it’s not bad.

Don't waste your money even though it's cheap

change my room twice, the first one smelled bad and the AC didn't work, the second one the ACs worked but still smell bad, but not as bad as the first one, try to take a shower at night at the light in the bathroom won't work, so I called the front desk and the reply was I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this but we can't help until morning. Lucky me I had my own lamp from my car from a camping trip I had I use that. it's a really poor place, poorly run down, poorly managed, poorly everything.

It's about what you'd expect from a cheeper stay in this area. The property is perfectly fine for the price. The breakfast was passible, and the staff were courteous enough. The floors were kinda dirty, as in, in my room I would have gotten blackened feet if I had walked around without shoes on for too long. One of the lamps seemed to be on the fritz. The only real issue is the area and other guests, which generally felt unsafe. There isn't much short of a gate that they could really do about the location, though. If you need a cheaper stay in that area, it is what it is. The other guests seemed to do a lot of yelling later at night while I was there. I lot of this is just what you are going to get at this price point in this area though. Expecting perfection is unreasonable and unrealistic. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff of this location were very nice. However, the hotel and room felt more like a motel than a hotel. There were bugs in the bathroom and the A/C was very loud and leaked water all over the floor. The faucet in the bathroom had a large gap where you could see behind it. I only spent one night and left the next day even though I booked two nights.

Check in was a bad experience. They tried to down grade my suite, by only giving me 2 beds when i had 6 people staying in the room. They told me that they had giving all the suites away even though i reserved one with 2 queen and a pull out bed. The manager was sitting there listening and onlt decided to help after the front desk person was about to walk around. The room was dirty, the pull out mattress was gross with black mold on it. There was no extra linen for the pull out. The floors had nor been swept ot mopped in a really long time. There were stains on the lien on the beds. They only give you 3 towels in a suite. Over all i would not stay here again or recommend.

Very nice room. Spacious and clean. But lost in a poor area with a very noisy road and neighbors...

Not the best but is under reconstruction by new owners. It’s a person at reception that needs more training in customer service or replaced. Not friendly at all. The Spanish speaking gentleman is very sweet and friendly. If I need I’ll go back to stay there.

The refridgerator had water leaking all over the floor and soaked my bags There were german roaches running around.

The vending machines look like they haven’t been serviced in years. Rooms were clean. It was nice and quiet, almost seemed like I was the only person there.

A/C in the room never could get it quite cool enough and lower the humidity. Probably the reason for the musty smell. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. Not the safest feeling at this hotel.

Tried to charge me again . Neither of two ice machines working. Keys stopped working on night 3 both keys . We were told rudely not to put next to our phones. Yep, both keys weren't working so chances of them both being by our phones not good,Service every other day to clean rooms, but that wasn't communicated. It was a little rundown as well.

We had trouble entering the room, it took 3 attempts to enter the room.

Ice machines did not work. Loud music till at least 2 a.m..

This property can't be rated in any hotel category. A motel, yes. I chose this property only for the name (Best Western). Unfortunately, i was deeply disappointed.

Clean but older property. More industrial area. Worked perfectly for a place to sleep for the night. Friendly staff and plenty of vending machines, but ice machine was not working.

The room seemed newly renovated although it reeked of a mold smell. Could be coming from the AC but regardless it was overwhelming. The breakfast was the usual microwaved eggs and bacon. Nothing that stuck out to me.

The staff had excellent service. The conditions of the place are very deteriorated, cigarette butts everywhere, everything was out of service. Breakfast without any option, very bad, it would be better not to offer it. Very high price for such low quality. The photos on the website should be updated. Positive, it is very well located. and access to parking.

Rooms were just fine, other than tattered curtain liners. Clean and everything worked. Very noisy and near the highway. Would not stay again. Staff was friendly but check in was super slow.

There is no elevator to the second story units. For younger guests this may not present a problem, but for older guests with luggage it is a definite problem. When I complained, I was not offered a 1st floor unit or any help in getting my luggage up. Also, my reservation was for two days (confirmed), but they only had me for one. This was resolved after some time waiting.

Felt the staff was rushing you out the door at check in… for almost $200 a night this was not the greatest.. the rooms were ok but the bathroom was old and musky. The was a dead roach in the bathroom. There was no sheet or blankets for the pullout couch. For the price of this hotel should have been way better.

Poor housekeeping service. Crumbs, dust, dirty pillow cases, unclean sink. Price for the night is to high compared to similar properties, Pictures online do not represent the actual room conditions. Furniture missing (no main chair/loveseat to sit on). Heed my warning and look elsewhere.

Place was run down and dirty - sketchy - burn holes in furniture, table was peeling, laminate flooring with stains, hair on beds. Pictures on line very deceiving!!! Asked for money back and stayed elsewhere.

They tried to update it with new furniture. The flooring was uneven, shower curtain looked old with holes in it. And the smell was terrible, not sure what they used to clean or disinfect with. I was going to see about switching rooms but it was late and I figured all the rooms were like that.

Good for a quick stay

Stayed for one night while in Orlando for a couple days. Staff at check-in was friendly & explained where the room was, parking and breakfast hours. The room was overall clean and somewhat updated except for the floor, was in need of a good mopping. Keeping shoes/socks on avoided dirty feet. Water pressure in the bathroom was fine. Bed was comfortable but a little too soft (that’s just personal preference though). Cable box for the tv was super slow, but once we found a channel to watch we just left it there. Hotel is next to a toll road, but it was quiet since toll roads aren’t nearly as busy as a major highway like I-4. Breakfast was good. Waffles were delicious. Checkout was east & we let the front desk know about the dirty floor in the room so they could address it.

The shower/tub we had call for instructions how to work, the attendant came and had to call for help. Needs upgrade very old building, but clean seems to be a motel type stay

Dirty hotel

The hotel is dirty, the bathroom smells and needs an upgrade as well as the room. I tried to cancel, but of course they'll charge for the whole day of I do that. And on top of everything at 3:30 AM, the guest above us, was fighting with the girlfriend and kick her out of the room and this lady was yelling as well as him... i called the police but by the time they arrived this two were back in their room

The property is convenient to everything. It is right off the freeway so if you have a room facing that area it is very noisy especially at night. We had visible mold in our AC unit, and the bathroom door screws came out of the bracket upon opening the door. Housekeeping pretended to not understand you when you ask for another towel. Hard to believe since it is most likely one of the items most people ask for. Lobby needs a remodel. Some shady characters hanging around and the guests next to us hung around outside smoking weed. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere safer, otherwise it’s ok in a pinch.

Great staff poor facilities

Understanding this is an expensive town and the rate was decent, but the property needs help. Everything smelled moldy and musty, including the water. Bathing fixtures barely functioned, no water pressure, our toilet was not usable most of our 2 day stay despite staff repair whixh caused us to miss events we travelled for, the cable barely worked, and though it appeared to be clean the floors left our socks and feet black and there was an empty container of marijuana on the floor. Staff was very welcoming and helpful but the owner needs to work on the property.

There was an unexpected deposit, I guess that's a standard practice to expect, floor was soaking wet when we arrived. Water pressure very low; however, staff was courteous and got us a downstairs room as we had a person with bad knees, breakfast was awesome 😎

The employees were very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and safe. The breakfast was a life saver, and I couldn't have found a better place for my group's last minute trip! Very happy with my experience here.

I've never bailed on a hotel so quickly. Didnt even want to stay one night but I did begrudgingly. Requested non smoking but got stuck in a smoking room and everything was sticky to the touch and the room reeked. Would never stay there again and highly reccomend you don't either.

Room was clean and has plenty of parking. We were there just for one night. They were men drinking outside till very late. The location is near the highway. Beds are comfortable. You get what you pay for. It’s nothing fancy. It is an average hotel. They did offer breakfast but we didn’t go. They also require $100 deposit for incidentals or room damage at check out time which they will release and you will get back depending on your bank. which they will out a hold on your credit card. Overall it is an ok hotel. If I was to stay for a longer time I would have chosen something else.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty as were some of the towels. Room sounded very hollow and with a large and late bunch of kids coming in, it became quite noisy!

Older property , tape holding towel rack in room, crayon stains on floor , room was clean though , cold ac, good cable channels , free breakfast was good , dining area very clean , free parking , courteous service , no frills hotel but good bang for your buck
