Avoid !!

Hotel is situated in a remoter dirty industrial estate. It claims it is close to the city and it is….if you can swim across the port. We arrived to a very not interested person at the front desk. Fair enough he was there by himself so he was everywhere including the bar. Rooms are small but ok. For the price we paid we could find really nice hotel in the city centre.

Great, quiet hotel.

This hotel was great. It was close to the airport and the boat term8nals for cruise ships. I just want you to he aware that if your hotel orders a taxi, you will get one. Otherwise, you it is Extremely hard to find any taxis. Someone had to call 6 taxi companies before anyone responded and then they still didn't show up. My 80 year old mom and I had to hitch hike from the port.

We liked the hotel, and it is close to the city center. Only downside is it is in an industrial area.

nice hotel, location not as specified

Nice hotel but whilst the location says it’s a short distance to the centre this is over the water of which there is nowhere to cross and you need to take a taxi around to the town at a cost of around €30.

Great stay and close to the ferry terminal

The dinner was good, the breakfast was excellent (except coldish, but tasty, scrambled eggs), the bed and room very comfortable, and the staff beyond helpful. The exercise room was well equiped and spacious.

Not close to restaurants.

Hotel advertised restaurant. Not open for lunch or dinner on weekend. Nearest place to eat 20 minutes away. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for travel to nearby industry

Hotel was very good in most areas. However the room was advertised as having air conditioning. I could not get mine to work. The control was hidden behind the bathroom door but didn’t seem to do anything. There was a radiator in the hallway that was on 24 hours a day and very hot. Being very close to an industrial area and port there was a lot of noise outside. Despite the above it was a pleasant stay and very close to where I was working with virtually no traffic in the morning. I would stay again. The food both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent.

New property. Easy access to motorway.

Staff were very freindly! Dinner and breakfast was lovely too.

The view was beautiful, if you happen to use the stairs. I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer a terrace with a view. Such a waste. No deli / bar

No masks, not 4 star

Hotel staff never bothered wearing masks, except the restaurant waiter who had it pulled down below the mouth while serving food. WiFi was a nightmare, they tried to fix it but still ridiculously slow and bad connection in the rooms. This is very far from the claimed 4 stars, especially compared to other hotels in the chain. The price was laughably the only 4 star element of this experience. Seriously would consider other options.

Check in was a bit of an ordeal due to a bad mannered check in staff. The remainder of the staff were excellent and friendly. Good food in the restaurant.

Arrived late and very tired because of problems with my car rental agreement. Piero , at the front desk , help us with our luggage and took care of my check in by simply leaving our passports with him .I woke up early (0500) while my wife rested. Explained to him the problem with my rental agreement and he patiently listen. He printed my rental agreement and explained to me how to proceed with the rental agency at BDS airport. He storaged our luggage at the hotel and we went to the airport to solve our issues with the car rental . Piero is very efficient, knowledgeable ,and friendly and is definitely an asset to the hotel .ThanK you very much for your help !!

Convenient location for my trip. The hotel has a small gym. Wifi is slow and intermittent at times.

Our navigator did not recognise Best Western but did have Nettuno but the navigator took us to a spot across the bay - thanks heavens for a very kind local & Google maps. The area is rather isolated but most would have a car to see Brindisi & surrpounds. It has plenty of parking. We only spend 1 night but dinner was excellent and breakfast very nice. The room had coffee & tea making!!!

No food on a Sunday!

Hotel okay, I booked it because it was handy for the port, as I was leaving the next day for Greece. As it was a Sunday they announced there was no food in the hotel, so I had to take an expensive taxi ride back into town for a meal, and another ride back, instead of having a quiet evening in the hotel as I Had hoped. There is absolutely nowhere else to eat in the neighbourhood.

Refund please

Well no air-conditioning no water and location sucks cause restaurant was closed on weekends and cabs are 20 Euro no matter where you go. And if you walk you find the area sidewalks are over grown have to walk in the road and just trash every where. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left. But the staff was first class I mean best service even me unhappy as hell no sleep no food walked in rain to eat. And TV is maybe 13 inch. I don't recommend to stay here. But staff was first class ty New place so hopefully will work on improving. Thanks to all the staff for helping me through a night.

Incredible great stay

Although located outside of the city as we had a rental car, we did not mind where to stay hence this hotel came as a great value for money considering for the same price we could never get anything in the centre but a rather poor and lower class property. We made the right choice with this 4* instead. Nice friendly staff across all departments, incredibly well maintained and extremely clean, spotless everywhere. The room spacious and quiet, yet very comfortable too. As for the breakfast, quite nice with a good choice and quality altogether. Definitely highly recommend to anyone but remember, it will work out good having your own transport as otherwise you depend on a taxi ride or a long walk along some industrial areas not very welcoming.

clean, friendly and welcoming hotel

I was warmly welcomed, given a lovely room, early morning call etc and the staff even took me to the airport, as there were no taxis available at that time. Had they not done this, I would have missed my flight home. I am eternally grateful.The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom shower was amazing. I did not use any of the other facilities.

New and clean, has a lot of up to date features.

This is a very good place to stay for a night. There was not much to do in town. we just stayed there for one night so we can catch the plane early next morning. This hotel is close to airport. It only took us 7 minutes to get to the airport.

Nice For The Industrial Zone

It could be really nice even though it is in the industrial zone because you still have nice views from the upper floors. My air conditioner didn't work very well. It was sized too small for the room. If you have never been to Italy before, keep in mind that there aren't many restaurants or even stores open on Sundays. Also dinner service doesn't start until 8:30 PM or later.

Miles away from civilisation

taxi will cost you 30 euros to get to restaurants and bars in Brindisi. too far out to be of any use

Hotell nära flygplatsen, cirka 15 min ifrån med bil. Rent och fräscht. Men extremt lyhört.

Lite sur personal. Tv:n funkade inte när jag kom dit. Fixades efter ett dygn. Fick försöka själv först.Tomt och dött område. Långt till stan. Ca tre kilometer. Jättebra frukost. Fina hotellrum. På helger går inga bussar in till stan. Lite för varmt på rummet.

Piacevole sorpresa. Il giudizio nei portali era sotto la media per essere un BW. Invece la camera l’ho trovata carina e pulita. Wi-Fi molto efficiente. Colazione nella media, cena ok. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il contesto è un po’ industriale. Per lavoro buona scelta

Pessima permanenza.

Hotel trascurato, luce principale della stanza bruciata, il tubo della doccetta che perdeva acqua, a malapena sono riuscito a lavarmi, trovo molto ridicolo la colazione non inclusa nel prezzo!!!! 2 mini cornetti è 2 caffè.. 10€!! Lascio voi giudicare.

Un hôtel vraiment situé dans une zone industrielle A pied jusqu’au centre historique compter 40 minutes de marche en bord de route donc pas agréable Pas de charme juste fonctionnel

Viele Parkplätze auf eingezäuntem Gelände. Sehr günstige Lage zum Fährhafen. Für Gäste ohne Auto allerdings nur schwer zu erreichen

Non bene

Insonorizzazione esistente, gente senza mascherina al buffet della colazione senza intervento da parte del personale. Un buon 3 stelle al prezzo di un 4 stelle.

Muy bueno el hotel. Es adecuado para quienes van a alquilar un coche ya que está lejos de todo, en una zona industrial. A la noche ya no hay autobuses a la zona. El hotel en si está muy bien, buenas habitaciones y servicio.

Non nella standard best western

Il personale è gentile,ma la colazione lascia un pò a desiderare,sotto gli standard best western. La polizia della camera approssimata cestino non svuotato e polvere sopra la mensola della tv.

4 stelle cadenti

Per lavoro viaggio spesso e devo dire che questo è il peggior hotel 4 stelle in cui sia mai stato. Apprezzo la posizione perché anche se non in centro è facilmente raggiungibile per chi magari è in città solo per lavoro. Il personale è stato poco gentile e chi stava alla reception sarebbe meglio facesse altro. Mai un sorriso e sempre scocciata ad ogni domanda. La stanza era grande ma molto sporca c’erano peli e capelli ovunque. La sala colazioni imbarazzante, sporca con addirittura pennette incrostate sul pavimento della sera prima. Per niente economico. Purtroppo la zona non offre molto ma questo è a mio avviso da evitare.

New hotel with OK standard, but it's close to industrial area so lot of noise outside. In addition, the air condition in my room was very weak, managed only to get temperature down from 27 to 26 degrees during the night. Sleeping with window open meant noise from factories and mosquitoes in the room.

Soggiorno spettacolare in un hotel fantastico. All'interno si presenta nuovo e moderno con il personale molto professionale. Anche le donne delle pulizie svolgono un ottimo lavoro. Al ristorante si mangia molto bene e i prezzi sono bassi. Unica pecca la zona dove si trova. È situato nella zona industriale e quindi all'esterno non c'è niente per poter anche andarsi a fare una camminata, anzi c'è una fabbrica di medicinali che sprigiona una puzza estrema in tutto l'ambiente: consoglio di tenere le finestre SEMPRE CHIUSE!
