Property was well maintained. Great staff. Morning buffet comparable to US chains -- super. Neat presentation and staff was on top of things. I highly recommend this hotel. Convenient locality to center of city. Easy access to/from international airport.

I flew to Panama for one purpose for an interview at the US Embassy which went horrible so I planned 10 day stay was destroyed and the hotel refused to refund my money even though I only stayed one night I will never return to that hotel no recommended to anybody else

I come back here year after year because of the staff.

Every time I am in Panama City I stay at the Best Western in El Dorado I highly recommend it!

Great location.

Usually a great stay. Now some problems. Breakfast was substandard. Ran out of terrible items and forks, weak coffee. Water supply limited, and hot water not very hot. TV WI-fi poor. Saw a cockroach. going downhill.

The wifi was extremely slow. The breakfast was not very good. There was no water when I checked in and then the day the checked out there was no water again and I had to go to a different room to shower

Friendly and cordial staff. Great free breakfast with ample hours. Convenient walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops. Overall in Panama, you can expect anything imported from the US to be over twice the cost if not more. Local produce and foods are much cheaper though.

The free daily breakfast with varying hot dishes was a bonus with good hours of availability. The coin (quarters avail at front desk) operated washer ($2) and dryer ($3 for 45 mins) (med heat was hot enough) was convenient though you had to go to a store.(short walking distance) to get detergent. Short walk to many small restaurants of many varieties, and mostly chinese, coffee shops and bakeries was also convenient. The two issues I had was we did not have a mini fridge (not avail with a room with two double beds). The other issue is that the room was a bit damp when you have temps set at normal room temps. Only when set temp around 19C / approx 63F (a bit chilly), did the dampness go away.

Convenient and confortable.

The location is very convenient for me, and the area is also convenient because it has options to eat, supermarket, and a small shopping center nearby. My only negative feedback is that the building needs a bit of work, paint. Breakfast is good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quiet and in walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. The WiFi kept dropping out in the room but other than that my stay was great. Would definitely recommend.

You’re still listing Club Lounge access, as an Exclusive Benefit, for those booking suites. I checked in today and was informed, by the front desk, that there’s no such thing.

The place is very good, It is just in middle area around I had to do many things, the service was good also, I recommended it.

Loved the pool, enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was accommodating. Didn't like the odor when entering the front desk. Smells like sewage, realized the outside smelled like that, not sure if it seeps through.

Not as clean as I thought

I don't usually walk around a hotel room barefoot, but I did during my recent stay. When I went to put on my shoes, I was appalled to see the soles of my feet were very dirty. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on. This is a real shame. I've always liked this hotel, and the front-desk staff are always terrific. I trust this was a one-time aberration.

Excellent place. I would suggest not to allow people to blast loud music in the pool area. That is common area, where no guest should force the rest to listen to their music. Other than that, this is an EXCELLENT hotel.

Staff was not cooperative and gave hard time for anything being asked.breakfast was below average with no change in menu for my entire stay of 6 days. Anything you ask them they ask for more money. Below average room and creepy noise did not let me sleep in the nights. There are better hotels in better areas and I would not recommend this hotel

Great if you want access to US Embassy. Close to casino. Not much around for restaurants in walking distance. Staff was super great!

Better maintenance compared to our previous hotel. Comfortable bed, good shower, hair blower, coffee available. The drawback is the desk is too small & occupied by the coffee machine. Not enough space for a laptop to work.

It was out of a tourist area. Ubers cost was relatively low to most places especially Albrook Mall from the hotels location. The staff were very helpful and bilingual.

I would recommend this Property to friends and relatives.

Not great, but consistently average

My go to hotel when I go to El Dorado. The hotel is consistent so it takes some of the guess work out of trying to figure out where to stay. Breakfast is a little weak and has gotten steadily worse over the last year so I will probably start looking for another hotel with break fast or stay somewhere where I can go for breakfast outside of the hotel.

Perfect for us

The choice was perfect for us, location is great within walking distance to all sort of business. Clean, clean clean, breakfast was very good (actual food) no just sweets. The staff was so helpful. I recommend it and I'm sure we be going back.

Front desk staff is second to none. Helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable.

I like the property that is the reason why I returned. But, this time I got a room without window and the breakfast had a terrible hot cocoa. Pastries were somewhat stale.

Nice pool in the middle of the hotel. Unfortunately there is a huge building next to the hotel, so request a room in the front or side. The rooms in the back look at an ugly wall for a view

Extraordinary customer service

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, and my stay included a nice breakfast with a good mix of hot and cold dishes. But the helpfulness of the front desk staff was incredible. Moises helped me coordinate transportation from the airport and made it work seamlessly despite a last-minute flight change which meant I arrived at a different terminal than orignally planned. Then Jorge made phone call after phone to help me track down lost luggage (which was delivered safely). I can't speak highly enough about their service.

I spent my first night in a suite room with no AC, next day they switch me to another suite room with TV not working cable was broken ,safe box not working, very small fridge with no shelves, wait until next day to be fix, I don’t comeback to this hotel.
