Banged my leg on the metal framed bed. I was hoping the charger ports were more up to date. No type c chargers, thats what i get for forgetting my charger adapter. The smell was pleasant but very overwhelming and strong on the second floor. Staff was nice and welcoming. Shower was nice and hot, bed was comfortable besides the metal frame cold and hard. Overall, a good experience .

Nice little hotel extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Doesnt look like much from the outside, rate was in the higher side but very clean and comfortable.

It was a fair experience. Clean enough to stay, has a good parking lot. But there is a daily care house for dogs across the hotel and after 6 am you can’t sleep due to dogs’ barking.

Came in for a night. Room was very roomy, clean, staff was great, breakfast was your typical hotel food. The indoor pool was a plus more so the jacuzzi. Will definitely be back if im looking for a room close to downtown without all the extra of staying in downtown.

Absolutely amazing. It was an unexpected stay, we were very tired. While checking in I asked if we could have a later checkout and my request was honored without any issues. Thank you, Mr.Patel.

We had a nice comfortable stay at BW Alamo Suites, everything we needed was provided, our balcony was nice for outside views and air, the pool and hot tub were clean and available, breakfast was cozy, the room had coffeepot, microwave, mini fridge and cups provided, we enjoyed our stay!

Close enough to the highlights of san antonio but not all in the super crowded area. Easy to uber if need to. Affordable too. Very accommodating

Overall, nice stay. Only minor issue with toilet paper holder, one side’s crew was loose, nearly hanging to the wall, house keeping personnel should have reported for repair.

Property was dated, carpet in the hallways was worn. Room was ok, beds were clean and comfortable. Did notice carpet had some holes in it and the bathroom floor had not been mopped in some time.

Very noisy. Loud noises outside the room kept us awake all night. Room, bedsheets, blanket and bathroom was dirty. Room was smelly and dirty all around.

The hotel was nice enough. We were not aware of the surroundings. I knew it was not really close to the Riverwalk, but I was surprised to see it right off the interstate in an area that did not feel particularly safe. The inside is much nicer than the outside leads you to think. I was about ready to cancel when we pulled up but was pleasantly surprised by the inside.

The best, Best Western Ive ever stayed at

I was at the Texas High School Coaches Convention and it was in good proximity of the Convention Center. It was easy to find. It was comfortable, although it wasn’t new. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is that the shower curtains were longer so that the floor wouldn’t get so wet after showering.

In the description, it stated they were close to the river walk! This was a lie. The hotel was about a 1 1/2 miles by foot ! Also if you wanted your room cleaned you had to text a phone number for housekeeping

I like the 3 bedroom room, because it was very convenient for my whole family, so the price was much better versus getting 2 bedrooms for the same amount of people. I didn't like the smells in the halls and also that some doors coming from the parking lot their lock system wasn't working and anyone could get in into the hotel halls/rooms

The breakfast area is small. The lobby was hot and humid smell. We rushed to eat breakfast because it was hot and seating is very limited. Plus: The hotel was not far from river walk we paid $10 for uber ride instead of driving downtown to look for parking.

Staff was friendly and room was clean free of any creatures. Had forgotten an item and they called and notified me! Other places I’ve forgotten items never call just keep the items.

The room was great, big and clean. Breakfast was great and parking was easy. There have their own parking lot. The only thing was the whole property wad hot the hallways were hot and the room was hot it took all day to cool off. The restroom was really hot too it never cooled off.

Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1. (The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. Likes - Cold drinking water at lobby 24/7 and hot water and coffee during the day I think. Nice beds (Not the sagging mattress.) Clean room and clean hotel overall. Close to downtown attractions, and easy driving to Lackland AFB. The breakfast was nice, have all items that were found in most hotels. The dining area was clean, neatly organized and spacious. Less-like - A light odor in the room when entered, but it went away after a while. The faucet was not functioning smoothly but not a big deal. We were not too harsh on facilities on the whole, as long as they were clean and usable, good enough. BTW, we always like the Best Western Hotel chain(s). Thank you again.

I usually never write reviews but I had to. The front desk staff that checked up in was SO RUDE!!! I will not be coming back here. She made me feel unwelcome and dumb for asking simple questions.

Not on Riverwalk

Nothing special about the room, standard expectations. Pool was nice to use and hotel is away from traffic. Lady during check in I was unfriendly - poor customer service, was busy on phone or perhaps didn’t want to be working that day, but didn’t say a word, even when asked a question. Gentleman setting up breakfast was courteous and more talkative. Lights are left on outside so it’s not dark in the room for sleeping.

Gal who checked me is wasn’t at the front desk for about 15 minutes. She was rude. I had to ask about the gym, breakfast, if there were ice machines and water. Then when she answered it was so quiet I had to ask her to repeat what she said, then she repeated a bit louder and with attitude. Every time I left, to get dinner etc there were 3 employees right outside the door smoking. So I then had to walk thru their smoke to get to my car. The area is unsafe, homeless people, stray dogs and cats running around. Felt very unsafe. Only good thing was the room was clean

This is an older hotel, but they have updated. The rooms are large and spacious, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, the woman who worked the breakfast area was awesome, she kept it stalked and things moving. The pool and hot tub were great. It is in an older neighborhood that is beginning to slowly be revised, but we felt safe. I was traveling with my husband and 4 teenagers and we all had plenty of space. I would stay here again
