Very serene experience
Great ambience and staff.
The staff is amazing! The resort is so peaceful would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time.
First off the service was A ...10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was very good too! That said we got the feeling that the property is having financial difficulties. When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. Please note that our cottage was beautiful! And for each of the 3 days we were there, there was only one or two other couples all day long around the pool (ie., very few guests). It made us wonder why? Our thoughts are that Belle Mont is very isolated and very expensive, it caters to the wealthy for sure. We thought from a marketing point of view they should lower the cost of accommodations, significantly, as that would encourage more guests and overall the profit would be higher due to the higher volume. Just our thoughts. But it is a very beautiful and clean property. There isn't much to do around the property and no town nearby to walk to. It's perfect for chilling out and reading a book by the pool, naps, great food, etc. And they could do a MUCH better job at stocking nice red and white wines. They kept running out of what we ordered (like 3 different wines!), but maybe most guests like other drinks?? My comments are meant to be constructive, not critical. And again the staff was FABULOUS in every way!!
Amazing staff and views. Gorgeous rooms. Excellent food. Very friendly and peaceful place to stay. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Just amazing place to stay!
Room was beyond our expectations. The location is set in a remote spot on the side of a mountain. The resort is incredibly relaxing with amazing views. The entire staff from reception to hospitality makes you feel like you’re at home. Wish I had all their names but Orelmo, Kevin, Eulyn, Janal, Taneka, Rick, Chef Renaldo and Stavenna could not have been nicer. The landscapers do an amazing job keeping the property pristine. Looking forward to coming back.
Extremely elegant embodying true West Indies opulence. The cottages are well-appointed and thoughtful. The staff is impeccable. Unparalleled view every day. The farm to table dinner is not to be missed!
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
Belle Mont Farm was amazing. From the moment you pass the gates until you reach the hotel ten minutes later, you are transported to a gorgeous and luxurious place. The grounds are amazing, the food is grown here at the farm, the staff is perfect...the only downside is you will never want to leave! I just came back and already looking at when I can go back!
I loved the solitude, privacy, and tranquility the individual cottages gave us. Prettiest view from my bed ever!!! And everywhere else for that matter. Not your typical beach vacation—so if your looking for the normal “beach” experience this is not for you, however, you can be there in 10 minutes. Instead of the sounds of the ocean you hear the sounds of nature all around you. I really didn’t want to leave and will be going back!
The staff was excellent, views scenic, food very good! Recommend for a romantic getaway!!!
I can't not fully express how much we loved staying at Belle Mont Farm. My kids and I have travelled the world and never found a place as amazing as this place. The main house was so beautiful and elegant. Our cottage was cozy and the infinity pool was so fun to have right there. There was a huge screen TV with a projector in our room so we got to watch tons of movies after our day in the sun. The food was amazing, the drinks just strong enough and the customer service beyond words. We have decided that, instead of traveling to a new island each Christmas, we will be returning to St Kitts and Belle Mont farm going forward. Thanks to everyone for your love and care and we will see you next year!
Absolutely amazing place. Loved having our own bungalow with a private infinity pool.
Beautiful secluded property. Each individual cottage had it’s own private infinity pool. Beautiful public grounds and truly helpful staff. We loved this hotel and would happily return.
It is in the lush green mountains, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Tranquil and romantic. Outdoor bathroom a new experience. Food excellent and staff friendly and will accommodate your wishes. Temperature not so hot as in the coast. Farm to table tasting dinner was such good fun and food excellent. Great to sit with other guests and party like atmosphere
Nice property in the mountains. Very different from your typical beach vacation. Airport to hotel: about 50 mins Food at the hotel: very limiting menu but tasty... wouldn’t go as far as “amazing”. Cottages: clean and cute. Lots of bugs and mosquitos but you’re in the mountains so I guess have to expect that. Facilities: beautiful pool but freezing. The hot tub only gets turned on by request. Staff: friendly and nice but have to be trained on 5 star luxury service. Very mixed info from driver versus hotel, restaurant staff is very slow and/or hover over you which is very annoying. Overall nice experience but I wouldn’t go for more that 2-3 nights.
Beautiful resort nestled on the hillside. Lovely evening meal. Great breakfast. Our pool was incredible and the cottage full of amazing details. The team were so warm, with a special mention to Gail, Room Director, for her kindest to my children. Our stay here was the highlight of our stay in the Caribbean. We will treasure the memories of Belle Mont Farm and long to return.
Stunning St. Kitts Hideaway at Belle Mont Farm
This place is spectacular! I could not stop taking pictures. If you want a stunning view each day, this is your place! The service was outstanding...”Just dial 0 if you need anything!” I can’t wait to go back!
Our unit had stains all over the comforter and bed sheets on check in. However that was the only negative thing. The staff as incredible and went above and beyond to make it a nice trip.
The openness was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly
Our stay was excellent, right down to the cottage, the staff, and food. The staff was great, they always welcomed us with a great smile and a "Hello". They really took great care of us. We would like to thank Michael, Latisha, Delroy, both Kevins, Deslyn, Chantell, Floyd, Tiffany and all other staff members that made our vacation one of the best we ever had and we can't wait to come back to Belle Mont Farm.
This is the perfect place to stay for relaxation! Breakfast was great but don’t go crazy at dinner, it wasn’t our favorite meal.
I really enjoyed the room and the infinity pool. The public pool was also was very nice. The farm to table meal on Friday is not to be missed. However, the property in general was a little curious. A number of the cottages appeared permantly closed and most of the staff didn't really want to be there.
Beautiful property
My wife and I only stayed for one night, but our short stay at Bellemont was incredible. We loved everything about our stay. Pool area was great, the food was delicious, location was beautiful, our room was very unique and comfortable(the outdoor bathrooms are very cool), and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
The view was amazing from the room. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Overall incredible. All enployees are soooo happy and glow. Thank you for a super relaxing time. I would recommend this place for everyone. Wow! Thank you thank you! 😍
The place is lovely, staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and the rooms and views are out of this world. The designers of this hotel really paid attention to detail.
This place was AMAZING!!! It was literally Paradise on Earth! The decor and attention to detail was just breath taking! The amenities in the room were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend getting a cottage with a pool. In the cottages they have thought of everything you would need, you can literally stay in your room the whole time if you wanted. We loved that they had speakers in the room where you could easily hook up a phone to play music, and just relax by your own pool. They also, had a refrigerator and wine cooler. I will admit at first the bathroom was a little scary being outside, but after you take your first shower and go out at night you realize there is nothing to worry about. We saw june bugs and little geckos, but that was it. It felt very safe and private. And taking a bath in the tub is a must! Also, they provide wonderful shampoo, condition, body wash, and cream, which we really enjoyed. The main house and pool are absolutely beautiful and the service is top notch. And if you are a foodie you will love this place because the food is outstanding. The food is very fresh and changes depending on what is in season at the time of your stay. I would also recommend doing the Farm to Table dinner, Chef John is amazing and his food was very delicious! Make sure you go hungry because it is a lot of food, and you will want to try everything. Also, it is worth checking out Arthur’s we didn’t eat down there, but the menu looked very good.
Amazing experience. Unimaginably beautiful property. Cottages could use some maintenance but it’s a great feat to do so in the environment with the harsh elements of wind and sea air. We loved every moment. Food was all cooked from ingredients sourced locally and from farm.
Stunning service and beautiful place
Beautiful staff and place. Despite some reviews, i thought i would give it a few days of my trip. I extended my stay.
Belle Mont Farm is a beautiful resort. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation and romance. The cottages overlooking the ocean set atop the rainforest, each with their own infinity pool is a perfect way to wake up each morning. The resort has everything you need to seclude yourself in luxury. The staff provide so many little touches from cart rides throughout the resort, room service, and fresh baked cookies in the evening. The restaurant food is wonderful. Kevin is the ultimate host for the farm to table restaurant. We loved our stay!
When I needed to use the bathroom in the night I wanted to have an inside toilet. Everything else was really good.
Great place! Very unique experience and easy trip from Puerto Rico. Only complain is that the private pools were too cool.
This place was jaw dropping! Gorgeous in everyway. Staff was really nice and accomidating. Food was fantastic and the views were breth taking!
Loved the privacy and all the seclusion of it. The outside bathroom was awesome
Pro’s: - neat unique cottages with private splash/ swimming pool and “outdoor” bathroom - each cottage has a beautiful view: ocean, volcano and/ or golf course - breakfast was good (buffet was unavaliable) - Peaceful - Nature - Wi fi was functional Con’s - Theft: 400 dollars were stolen out of our safe in our room! - Staff and management are local and unfortunately, despite their best efforts, unequipped to run an upper class hotel properly - Extra taxes and service charges (+- 30%) added automatically on everything (plus possibility for gratituity) - No white sandy beaches and really warm temperatures (as may be expected for a Caribbean getaway) - Average cuisine - Quite distant from main city and night life, rental car advised. PS: hotel goes by Kittitian Hill and not Belle mont farm, to prevent you from passing the main entrance several times
What a great experience for me and my fiance. It was a perfect place to relax, enjoy, and spend time with each other within nature
Beautiful location and open settings. Staff is very kind and courteous.
Loved the view (breathtaking) and the food was terrific!
Every evening the staff brought fresh baked cookies to the room for our children.
Love the layout of the single cottages w/ pools. The views and overall energy of the resort.
Great location if you are looking for a place that is full of nature and relaxation.
Loved our villa...so spacious with designer furnishings. Magnificent ocean view. Staff was so attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us. Food was absolutely delicious...So fresh and locally sourced from the working farm at Belle Mont. We will return!
The shade that turned into a large size screen for watching Netflix movies. The Internet was spotty and caused some buffering, but when it worked was amazing. Loved the open bathroom and private pool. Make sure to bring a sweater-on a hill side and was windy. Not the 85 degrees I was looking for and I did not have enough warm clothes. They do not sell anything at the resort, so it can save you money. People were welcoming. Massage was good, but not worth the money. Added taxes of 22% really increased our stay.
Beautiful location, very quiet lovely place. The entire team starting with manager was very helpful and accommodating If you need a place to relax, this is it!
Not quite paradise.
Like most resorts, it is first a question of location. The good news is that Belle Mont Farm is situated on a dormant volcano admist a rainforest, with sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic and nearby islands, that are messerizing. Because of its location on St. Kitts you can enjoy brilliant sunsets even though it's on the Atlantic side. The location enhances the experience because you are literally in the clouds. The resort offers an infinity pool at the lodge with a bar and restaurant, and for others there's tennis and golf. If you are so inclined you can hike to the summit. There's a small beach affiliated with Belle Mont with amenities including a restaurant on the beach. The Kitchen at the lodge serves farm to table cuisine, creativey and well prepared. The staff is generlly quite friendly and attentive. If you go, cottages 304-309 offer the best views. The location is also the major negative. Belle Mont is isolated from the more populated and commercial areas of St. Kitts. To get ANYWHERE off the property requires transportation, which is very expensive. $60+for a cab and a 40+minute ride to Frigate Bag and Bassetere. Rental cars go for $125+ a day, plus the taxi to get there. Shuttles are provided to the Arthur's on the beach, but that's a 3+mile ride. Other than the restuarant, ammenites are quite limited. The beach is volcanic sand, no white sand here.. It can get very expensive-golf carts (with tips) used to access the rooms. If you go, plan carefully
This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. I was traveling solo and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. The cottage with the plunge pool was amazing (super instragram-worthy) and the sunsets were incredible - after sunset, the projector screen that functioned as a blackout shade made for the perfect movie night. This is a wonderful resort for a getaway - peace, quiet, stunning (and the food is great too). Tips: I had a great tour guide around the island, Zeyn, who can be hired through the hotel. There isn't a shuttle to the main towns or beaches, but you can negotiate a rate with the drivers and get across the island in less than an hour to any beach or restaurant. Don't miss Spratnet (the seafood pizza is incredible) and a Catamaran tour to Nevis.
Simply beautiful in a breathtaking environment, quite retreat...refreshing!
This was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The view was outstanding, the staff very accommodating, the food was great. I can’t speak highly enough.
We spent six nights at Belle Mont Sanctuary. The best feature was the gorgeous location at the north end of the island and also the kind staff . The setting is truly lovely. Completed in 2014, the sad part is that the estate is already in MUCH need of repair and portions are incomplete. We were the ONLY guests at the facility. The staff was very pleasant, but the hours of operation were limited, the main pool heater broken, the tennis courts are closed, and the golf course is not useable. What once was a hidden gem I’m sure, needs someone to come in and save it. We had a wonderful 25th anniversary getaway, but the marketing is misleading. At $800 /night, it was too expensive to have all of those deficits. You can tell that the facility was incredible when it was built and every day we’d say to each other, “It breaks my heart to see the emptiness and deterioration.” It’s currently government owned, and hopefully a private investor comes and turns it around.
