Revisit after a few years- some remodelling to reception but everything still to great standards

The staff at Belle Maison was very friendly and kind. We visited the spa which was a nice experience except that the room and linens (towels) smelled like food. Could be because the restaurant is one level above. Also the WiFi in our was a little spotty. This property is a great location as it is across from the beach with many restaurants at your doorstep. One morning I watched the sunrise from the rooftop pool. Views are just BEAUTIFUL!

Great location wonderful hotel

Breakfast is lacking in fruit juice milk and pastries

overall safe and good staff outside that is helpful. The surrounding areas are bit uneventful and touristy. Breakfast staff was very helpful and breakfast as good. Reception was normal. nothing above average. They play music on the top deck into the night

Friendly staff and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach and to bars and restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are small but clean. We had a partial ocean view. Air con worked great. Shower was good. Always had hot water. Loved the pool and sky bar. Found the room to be quiet. Ate at the restaurant once and it was great. All staff are very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. Location is perfect for beach access and tons of options for food. Only negative was the breakfast wasn’t great. Definitely catered to Asian tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great friendly staff, everyone was really pleasant and helpful. Outstanding views and comfortable bed, The rooftop pool is great very well maintained and the rooftop bar is well stocked with delicious cocktails and snacks. Beach is very close by and lots of restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast very good. A great choice for families looking for a safe place to stay.

Belle Maison locates in a great location right across from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice with lots of services and amenities. Room was spacious and fully equipped. Staffs are extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive. Overall, it was great stay!

Great view and Nice Room Will be back

Excellent service. Staff are friendly. They work hard to please every customer. The location is convenient and walkable to the beach. The hotel looks well maintained. My only comment is the gym room needs AC, and the equipment needs to be cleaned. I suggest the hotel replacing all old ripped bedsheets with the new sheets.

Good Stay

-All hotel staffs are polite and helpful. -A wide variety of foods is available at breakfast buffet. There are vietnamese foods like Pho Noodle, Spring Roll. -Beach is in front of the hotel.

Amazing location!

Perfect location! Our room was upgraded to higher floor and with a seaview / beachfront view. There was convenience store right next to the hotel so it was really convenient. We'll definitely go back! We had an amazing experience!

Great stay

Decent stay!

On our last night of our stay we decided we wanted to be closer to the beach. This hotel is across a highway from the beach. It was nice and the people who work there are VERY nice. Decent breakfast, rooftop pool, drinks can be ordered at the pool.

Smell of smokes too much due to room too small? Or the ventilation systems. Toilets light up the whole room when in used ac have super bright light right over the bed. Breakfast not so good.

Hotel location was very good to access other parts of the city. Easy walk to the beach too. Would stay here again.

Great beachside hotel !

Well positioned across the street from the beach, this modern hotel has all you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well appointed though they could use a few hooks for towels. Surprisingly, the rooftop pool is accessed by a staircase making it less accessible for people with mobility issues. There are only eight lounge chairs. The view is great 👍. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious !

Nice and clean hotel that is across the street from the beach. There is a quaint commercial area one street over with grear cheap food and services. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast buffet is huge with a lot of western and asian options. The only complaint is that the pool was shutdown when we were there for a week of maintenance. This was dissapointing because the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. The hotel had made arrangements with a neighbour hotel to use their pool instead. So that was nice - but a little inconvenient.

Super nice access to beach, restaurants. Staff are friendly, and nice facilities with super clean room!

Great Hotel With Outstanding Service

I spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel. I booked a suite which meant I had one large room with a king bed as well as a smaller room with bunk beds. The accommodation was wonderful - spacious and very clean. Beautiful bathroom with shower and tub. The infinity pool was stunning with a great ocean view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of optons with order to make items too. Above all, the staff are outstanding in every area -front desk, management, restaurants, spa, pool, bar, cleaning. They all go over and above and treat you like family. The beach is right across the road. It was cool during my visit so I will just have to go back to really fully enjoy that beach.

Pretty dated hotel and the room we got was up against the other hotel next door, so there was barely sunlight or views from our room. The night we got there, there was some loud music/karaoke and was pretty loud. The location is great and staff was helpful. But compared to some other hotels in the area, I’d say this is an average hotel. Basic but with a nice rooftop.

Good hospitality

Staff are very friendly and helpful. But the room’s soundproofing is bad, you can hear your next door’s shower and conversation.

Clean and quiet hotel, staff very polite, good service

Horrible sight of the bath room's toilet bowl when the flushing system didn't work. The tap was also not working properly when there's only very hot water flowing out. Completely unusable for some time. Disappointment then which was late night.

Wonderful stay

Booked this hotel whilst we stayed in Vietnam to play golf. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a most enjoyable time . When we left my friend commented “lots of places I have been to I remember for where I am , this time I will remember it for the people “

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. A few fleas were jumping on the pillows in my parents' suite room. Although hotel has arranged another room for my parents but their arms and foot

This hotel is absolutely amazing from the bellhop to the check in process and when we checked out. The staff is absolutely helpful and gave us recommendations on what to do in the city. The breakfast is amazing and the pool and Skybar is stunning. We did a massage at the hotel and absolutely recommend to do it if you have time. Thuong, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely terrific and very kind. I would come back to this place if I come back again.

There are only good things to say about Belle Maison Parosand in Da Nang. A hotel run with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families with children. The staff is delighted to help you with whatever you need and organize local trips for you. A hotel I definitely will use again when back in Da Nang. Congrats to the whole team.

Poor water quality at beach

The hotel was well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful. The biggest thing was the location relative to the beach and also the surrounding area, we were expecting this to be the quiet relaxing section of the holiday, it was a little too busy and the beach water quality was far from good enough to go in for a swim so family left to swim at rooftop pool.

The best hotel in every way

I booked this hotel after a great stay at their Hoi An location! This one might even be better. The pool and rooftop bar were spectacular. The breakfast was the best I’ve had on this seven week trip- both quality and variety. The location is right across from the beach. The staff was lovely. Even the room left nothing to be desired. I will totally stay here again.

The hotel is well situated which is very close to the beach and the nearby seafood stalls.

Everything was in order and we really enjoyed the the Sly bar

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned to a good standard. Food has some great options but some weak dishes.

Very small room

Overall the hotel was great. The views from the pool were nice but I think the food could've tasted better.

The room was clean and spacious, and everything was working well. The staff was nice and contacted me beforehand to arrange my transport to the hotel, although I didn’t use their transport service in the end. The only negative point is that the towels look a bit worn.

Great hotel with beautiful sea view swimming pool, spa and helpful staff, highly recommended

The infinitive swimming pool is my favourite amenities in the hotel. Also, the room view is awesome, which I lived in an oceanview family suite. Yet, I think the check-in time quite late as we arrived at the hotel in the morning. We supposed that we might check-in at 12:00. Overall, I experienced a good service in the hotel.

Excellent hotel with reasonable price

Excellent sea views from the room and excellent service. Excellent quality of food provided by Sky View Restauraant. The staff members are very helpful, courteous and able to communicate fluently in English. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location,beach front hotel, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staffs specially Christ Tran and Linh Hoang Khanh Nguyen. They are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thank you so much Christ and Linh. You guys are awesome.A+++++

If swimming pool is bigger then it will be better. If hotel can provide beach chair and towel then it willl be even better.

I had a wonderful stay at belle maison and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. All clean tidy and spacious, fantastic roof top pool and very friendly staff who helped me out with all my queries! Thankyou belle maison staff!

Nice property. Great view of the beach. The room was very clean.

I booked 5 rooms for my family via Expedia but had to cancel one of the rooms. I quickly contacted the hotel to inform them about it. Not only the hotel well received the cancellation, to my surprise, two of my family rooms were upgraded to Executive Family Suites with bathtub and full sea view. The rooms were awesome. All my family members (8 adults and 3 kids) said its superb. We love the fruit baskets and the little good night chocolate. It was such a lovely gesture. The breakfast was great too. All the hotel staffs were so attentive. We were recommended a seafood restaurant that was within walking distance from the hotel. The seafood was really fresh, delicious and cheap - our best dinner throughout our trip. Overall, Belle Maison Parosand Da Nang Hotel was the best hotel we stayed in throughout our Vietnam trip.

Nice stay

Good location across the street from the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool and sky bar with great view of the ocean. We had a few electrical outlets not working and no hot water but they fixed it for us. Overall nice stay.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great location across from the beach. Would definitely book here again if we come back to De Nang.

Excellent place to stay.

The hotel is across the street from the ocean which makes it a perfect location. The hotel staff go out of their way to help you and to insure that you have an excellent time at their property. Only issue is the la k of closet space for more than one suitcase. Bathroom was modern and large.

Fantastic hotel with impeccable service

We absolutely loved this hotel and our stay in Danang. The room and facilities were of a high standard and we had gorgeous sea views from our room. The family executive room with separate sleeping room for children is spacious and perfect for families. The staff service is impeccable and our customer relations manager Khan (Mickey) was amazing and gave us many helpful tips and assistance. We highly recommend this hotel and it’s location.

Above and beyond expectations

Above and beyond our expectations! Every detail was looked after. Personal hand written note to welcome us, fruits. Davis helped us book our plane tickets, I have rarely experienced good service like that, he stayed to make sure everything was ok. Nancy was so nice as well. Breakfast was amazing. Pool refreshing! What more to say ?

The proximity to the beach and to neighboring restaurants was very nice. We were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do. The staff arranged several trips for us away from the hotel and offered excellent advice on what to see and do while in DaNang. They were also extremely helpful in resolving a booking issue we had with the airline VietJet.

Very good location. Staff are very nice and friendly. The only negative thing we experienced was that A big tour group was staying at this hotel and they were extremely NOISY! Breakfast was a zoo. We were lucky that we were not the same floor with them. But we saw some people were complaining.

It feels new and the amenities is sufficient. However, the ventilation system in the toilet can be a disaster if other rooms in the same floor is smoking in their toilet(s). Wifi is fast, which is a big plus! Breakfast was awesome.

A great value for a beachfront hotel

Our stay at Belle Maison in Da Nang was great! It's right on the beach so it was convenient for a nice dip. The breakfast buffet is incredible with a huge variety of options. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, had a nice desk, and really good wifi. You can also get great views of the beach and the city from the Sky Bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who wants to stay on the beach.

Belle Maison is a beach-front hotel, probably about 70s built but refitted quite recently to an excellent standard. Staff are friendly and attentive, facilities are good with a superb inifinity edge pool on the 20th floor looking out to sea. When booking, opt for an ocean view room as those on the other side all face another hotel wall about 2 metres away. The ocean views are worth the extra small cost. I'll stay there again on our next outing to Da Nang.

Ocean View Room should be Construction View Room

The highlights are: - The senior deluxe ocean view room should really be named view of building under construction (with lots of construction workers that can see in to your room all day) where you can sort of see the ocean if you crane your neck but the windows are so dirty anyway that it doesn't matter - see attached photo - stained duvet cover - see attached photo - very strong cigarette smell on the entire floor - very loud music from the restaurant next door (they annoyingly play the same short tune/ beat every day) - shower runs out of hot water very quickly and early in the evening

Fair staying experience

We are disappointed as hotel failed to arrange the surprised birthday cake at my room for my husband s birthday as promised before. Staffs are good at English but the hotel is small and the room is not spacious enough. My room was senior deluxe seaview one but turned a partly seaview and hardly to view it. Construction sites are nearby and the environment is not good and quite noisy. Quite convenient as restaurants are nearby.

Warm and comportable

Good and worth for visiting. And there are bunk bed, too. I enjoyed here with my children. The bunk bed would be good option for your children. The spa and massage was resonable price. The pool is not big, but clean and towels are served.

Disappointment at Belle Maison

The room was not as advertised. There was no bathtub or balcony and the room was very small. The woman at the front desk was laughing and mocking us with the other reception staff when we expressed our disappointment, not knowing I speak some Vietnamese and could understand what she was saying. This made us very uncomfortable as we are not normally ones to complain and have made friends with the staff at previous hotels on this trip. The saving grace of this hotel was Bi the doorman who was friendly, warm, helpful, and welcoming as well as the women working in the cafe who were a pleasure to talk with. These 3 staff members, along with the super comfortable beds, are what made our visit somewhat enjoyable.

Comfotable hotel

Very friendly staff with professional services. Gave further help before we ask for. Breakfast buffet offered good variety of food, both vietnamese and western. The roof top bar is excellent in environment (in front of beach) and funny cocktail. Just the hotel needs to clean their windows more often — the dirt was so thick that i can barely enjoy the sea view, and made the whole building looks dull and old.
