TravellerI booked this hotel online by accident and when I tried to cancel the reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, they told me that it was a nonrefundable room. So I stayed there. I was under the distinct impression that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but they told me that I had not. The breakfast did not look all that great, though. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and I wish I had stayed at the Marriott instead.

Great location and value
I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.
