Радушные, отзывчивые хозяева и персонал! Уютный дом, хороший бассейн, чистая территория. Рекомендую для проживания если вы на автомобиле. До морского пляжа 10 мин на машине. В пешей доступности торговый и фитнес центр, супермаркет.

Ho prenotato un appartamento di questo B&B per dei parenti che sono venuti a Roma. Sin dal nostro arrivo Andrea (il padre) ha cercato, con non poca insistenza, di convincerci ad annullare la nostra prenotazione con Expedia motivando la cosa con la necessità di far combaciare chi ha fatto la prenotazione sul sito con chi poi usufruisce della camera. Alla fine, vedendo che ci eravamo infastiditi per la cosa ha lasciato stare. Poi però dopo è ritornato sulla questione dicendoci che voleva annullarla su expedia il giorno successivo. Alla fine, dopo tutta quell'insistenza gli abbiamo detto che se ci teneva poteva annullarla ma ci doveva fare cmq la ricevuta fiscale. Il B&B è carino. Ma non è per niente carino cercare di fare annullare la prenotazione al cliente, prendendo i soldi e magari non facendo nessuna ricevuta. PS: 1) la policy di expedia prevede che si possano prenotare delle camere per altre persone. Quindi poi tra chi effettivamente alloggiava, si potevano scrivere anche altri nomi; 2) se prenoto una camera poi sono libero anche di non dormirci, purché gli oneri della camera stanno siano coperti; 3) se un cliente manifesta poca propensione ad accettare la richiesta di cancellare la prenotazione, non è carino ritornare sulla questione con insistenza. Potrebbe essere scambiato con un atteggiamento finalizzato all'evasione fiscale.
