Ideal location

B&B Ponticello is a small B&B very close to the railway station and all the main attractions. Stayed there for a few days and found the room very clean, breakfast was buffet style. Emmanuel was a very helpful, caring host

Friendly staff, quick check-in, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. My bedroom was just outside the kitchen which i found odd, but overall i was satisfied and woild definitely stay here again.

Worst ever

We thought we were staying in a band b (bed and breakfast) but it seems this is untrue if you want breakfast it was an additional 8 euros and from what we saw it wasn’t worth it to me saying you are a band b is false advertising, room extremely small box room size and no windows, drains in bathroom smelt of raw sewage , no free water provided had to pay for everything additionally so would I stay again definitely not and would I recommend absolutely NO how the owner can say he has 9.6 from booking . Com is beyond me not sure where the reviews are coming from. We had been looking forward to Palermo and this experience has been the worst of our 2.5 weeks in Italy

Amazing host Emanuele that communicated everything I needed to know prior to my arrival and also during my stay. Conveniently located and you can walk to the main cultural sites of Palermo! I 100% recommend Ponticello hotel to anytime who want to have pleasant stay in the city! Emanuele (the host) deserves a 5 star award !!!

we had no outside window in our room. but we did have a small inside window with a light coming through all night.

GREAT PROPERTY IN THE HEART OF PALERMO

Throughly enjoyed our four night stay here. The property is within walking distance of the station and is near the pedestrian streets. You can walk and visit nearly all the sites from here. The property was fantastic, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a great breaky served by your host. There were plenty of options of pastries, tarts, yoghurt, cereal and also savory options which we loved. It is upstairs but our lovely host was there to help with the bags. Would highly recommend, great value for money, and what makes it even more special is that you can see the love that has gone into the property and it is special!

Beyond magnificent

If I could give it 11/10 I would. The place was spotless the host charming the location perfect and the comfort level exquisite. The only thing that could have been improved in any way would be an extra bedside light.

The word amazing sums it up! I can highly recommend this B&B. This is a couple run B&B and it shows. The owners renovated this place beautifully. The location is unbeatable as you are in the center of the old town ( I recommend taking the bus or train there as driving in Palermo was nerve wrecking). We had no trouble finding parking around the corner. The room was extremely clean! The bed was comfy. The wireless worked great. The bathroom even featured music and different color lighting with a rain shower which was a nice touch. The owners were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and could not have imagined a better place in Palermo.

Good little hotel centrally located

The hotel is centrally located so that just about all the major sights in Palermo are easily reachable by walking. It is a small hotel with only 4 rooms so that host Emanuele is able to provide personal services to his guests. He is friendly and anxious to help with dining recommendations, route planning to visit various sights, etc. My room was comfortable for 1 person. Even though it faces the street, it is quiet with the windows closed. Wifi is quite good. Breakfast with limited food selection is the only area where it falls short.

Ideale locatie, wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheid. Ook de shuttlebus naar de luchthaven bevindt zich op amper 20 minuutjes wandelen.

Die Albergheria liegt zentral in der Altstadt an einer ruhigen kleinen Piazza, alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Diverse Cafés, Restaurants, Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist modern, Betten bequem, Dusche super, Aircon leise, Safe ist vorhanden - alles tiptop! Der freundliche Besitzer Emanuele hat für alles ein offenes Ohr.

Die Atmosphäre war sehr Familiär und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe hat man immer Unterstützung bekommen. Die Zentrale Lage ist hervorragend. Wir würden immer wieder dort Buchen, wenn wir Palermo besuchen würden. Nur Empfelenswert.

B&B Ponticello hat eine hervorragende zentrale Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gefreut die Freudlichkeit und den sehr guten Service.

Super hyggeligt B&B med meget hjælpsomme og gæstfri værter. Desværre taler de ikke engelsk, men prøver ihærdigt via en app, så det går fint. Hovedpuderne er lidt hårde, ikke som i DK. Wi-fi er bedst i køkkenområdet, der er ikke så god dækning på værelset, men man er der jo heller ikke for at være på sin telefon... Der serveres croissant med pistaciefyld til morgenmad, MUMS! Kan absolut kun anbefale stedet!

Sehr saubere und zentrale Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Classic Doppelzimmer ohne Aussicht gebucht und sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein besseres Zimmer mit Aussicht und Balkon bekommen. Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr neuwertig und modern. Das Bad war ein Traum mit LED Lichtdusche und Musik. Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch und sehr lecker. Bel soggiorno a Palermo

Ottima soluzione per stare centrali e in una zona caratteristica di Palermo. Proprietario assai gentile e disponibile. Colazioni ricche, anche di frutta e dolci freschi di giornata. WiFi eccellente. Stanza molto ben insonorizzata, perche' occorre dormire con le finestre chiuse per il rumore che sale amplificato dalle strette vie di Ballaro'. Offrendosi l'occasione, ci tornerei di certo.
