Located in the city center, making it convenient to access many top attractions. However, the mattress is sagging, providing little to no back support, which may lead to discomfort. Additionally, the shower space is extremely small, although the overall size of the washroom is adequate.

This place was perfectly located in the heart of Palermo, just steps away from the hop-on-hop-off bus tour. The balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely spot to take in the city’s vibrant energy. Bonus: there’s a designated smoking area on the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property is on the first floor of an old building. The building entrance would need an upgrade. The staff is very professional. The rooms would need soundproofing as you hear when other guest arrive or take a shower. Location is excellent between the old city and the modern city. The breakfast is at a bar on the street. We had focaccia and coffee everyday as it was delicious. Overall is an excellent value for the price.

Great B&B in center of Palermo

Great B&B 2 blocks away from the Main Street and center of old Palermo. The location is perfect, just off the main action to sleep well and also right next to shops, restaurants and all. Super comfortable place and modern. Very good air conditioning, quiet, comfortable beds. We had an amazing time. The owner Alessia was also really helpful in making our stay very pleasant and making sure everything was at our satisfaction.

There is 2 different buildings!! Make sure to specify if you are more than 2 booking rooms. Me and my friend were separate which was not convenient. The 2 buildings are about 5 min walk away. They are on pedestrian street and the parking is about 5 min away also. There was no breakfast but I nice little shared kitchen with a microwave, oven and all the essential if you wanted to cook in our building. It was in a gated building with a 24hr security guard. Also another surprise for us was the price of the parking. We were told it was 25$ per car per day but we paid 30$ because we apparently had “big” cars (Audi Q2 and Mercedes E220d). But otherwise the place was nice and clean, the staff was super kind and well located!

This hotel is well secured by a locked gate monitored 24/7 , property is a 25 minute walk to the train station.

10 am check out time is very inconvenient. Our room was average for Palermo standards but our friends were in a room that was located in another building and that room was dark and gloomy. The staff was helpful especially Lucia but we will not stay here again. The location was central and walkable. It is improtant to note that this facility is not a hotel but more like Airbnb.

The modern and upbeat rooms combined with the balcony overlooking the square is wonderful. Comfortable bed and decent WiFi. Easy access to many places within walking distance. Parking is in a nearby garage that is a little odd, but still functional. I would stay again.

Spacious and beautiful room in downtown Palermo. Daniel was a great host, communicating with us from days before arrival and taking us from the parking lot to the apartment. I will stay here again.

Not for light sleepers, alot of noise depending

I stayed here for two days. One thing that is not mentioned is that the superior room with the balcony is located right by the entrance where you can hear everyone come in and out and even someones phone ringing thats how light the walls are. Another thing was that there was construction going on in a neighboring store and when I went to go take a nap I could not because of the machine that was drilling through the floor - with that being said if you are not a light sleeper none of this will affect you. But if you are, stay away. The staff nonetheless were very kind.

Great help from Danile, could get to my holiday as unable to get into London because of fault failure outside Euston, made me over two hours late going on taxis and other train lines, got to Airport, their security system failed! But Daniele kept in touch from his side, I had to cancel as was exhausted and couldn’t get flight till the next day but will be booking again soon, so disappointed but B&B in centro tried to help me from Sicily, that’s service for you !

Charming recently renovated boutique room with a balcony overlooking a nice pedestrian street and an expansive piazza. Easy access to all buses including hop on/hop off bus across the street. Easy check in and assistance from the staff. Lavateria and many restaurants & cafes close by. Palermo is a garden city, very lovely.

Clean and convenient

This is a good place to stay for a single or couple. Close to the touristy area but not noisy. The parking is available for €25 a night Which I recommend because not east to park.

We stayed for 7 nights at B&B Incentro in Palermo. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members even texted us to guide us from the airport to the accommodation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, we were informed that our breakfast would be served at a bar just 50 meters away from the accommodation. Having breakfast at a bar is not unusual in Sicily, but what surprised us was that we were allowed to have only one sweet pastry with a drink. While this might be acceptable for many people, we found it challenging, and we mostly skipped the breakfast, opting for just a tea or coffee instead. For those seeking a more "conventional" breakfast with eggs, fruits and savory options, we would not recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast included. Aside from the breakfast situation, we were very pleased with the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent with adjustable settings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at B&B Incentro in Palermo.

Little disappointing

The reception isn’t open all the time and you need to schedule your arrival. The room is right off the reception area and you clearly hear other people coming and going so it doesn’t feel very private. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the shower leaked and you cannot flush toilet paper. Parking was a little confusing. It’s not as central as it’s described but it is quiet.

Large modern room with view onto a quiet pedestrian street. Novel the first day but generally Inconvenient to go down the street for breakfast each morning. Very well located just outside of the congestion, but close to all shopping and sites.

I liked that it was close to everything. I disliked the fact that I had to use the same towels for 3 days.

It was safe and convenient. The management was helpful in making reservations, providing information, and arranging transfers.

Great room in good location

I had a wonderful stay here with my little toddler. I was given the best room with a balcony and a view of the theatre. The room on the first floor was very clean. The best part was having a great service from Daniel who not only gave me tips on how to get to the hotel days before my arrival and was in touch through out that day to ensure I had a good journey and stay. Also recommended where to visit and eat even with discount card. There is a direct bus from the airport to the stop opposite the hotel. Finally, I'd gladly go back to the same hotel if I'm back in Palermo.

Wonderful stay! Everyone was so kind and had wonderful recommendations for our stay in Palermo. We loved the room: it was beautiful, clean and spacious. One day I washed clothes in the sink and left them out on the balcony to dry, and it started to rain right after we left for the day. When we got back later, I found the clothes dry because the wonderful cleaning team moved the clothes to a covered area of the balcony. Huge thanks and would definitely recommend!

The room was clean and it was comfortable. I had a good stay. It was safe and the staff are very polite and explain everything by detail. They offwr parking as well which os great i just didnt know where to go after that but staff qas very helpful and came to help out. Rhere was construction happening putside and it was really loud. I wish they would have let me know in advanced about it so I could prepare and get ear plugs or at least provide guest with some if that is the case.

Extremely satisfied with our stay at this modern and cosy B&B! We’ve been hosted by Davide, who was very friendly, helpful, and approachable at all times! Highly recommend, and if we were back in Sicily would definitely stay in the same place, which is at the heart of the city centre and very close to public transport stops, local supermarket, and hundreds of eateries/restaurants!

Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. Very clean. My only issue was I specifically requested a room with a balcony/terrace and although initially disappointed the location and staff made up for it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Large modern room, high ceilings, great lighting, quiet. Centrally located just a couple blocks from main easily walkable main streets in town. Davide, the manager was extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice modern property with nice amount of space. Efficient check in. Excellent location. Breakfast was served from 0800-1000. Normally we would expect to be able to arrive at 1000 if we wanted but at 1015 the staff were asking us to leave. This should be made clear on arrival. Overall very good . Would recommend.

Room Liberta was spacious and comfortable. It was on the front of the property so there was a lot of traffic noise but we found it entertaining watching the drivers and pedestrians. Breakfast was great as long as you like pastries. Juice was watery. Staff very friendly. Good location despite roadworks, near to shops and restaurants.

Great location very central yet not road noise although no hot water on last day. Check in was pretty long winded we had to meet at a different road, pull up the car her our bags then drive to the car park they arranged before then collecting our bags and then walk 10minutes to where we were actually staying. Breakfast was ok pretty basic. On the last day we went without a shower as there was no hot water.

I would like to have my towels changed every day. I would prefer the breakfast a little earlier.

At first I was a little confused I went to an address and my room was in another building. But the staff was great and location was perfect. Room was also very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was continental but Francesca and Mirela are wonderful and prepared hot sandwiches for us. Staff also helped us to park our car for 3 days not too far from where we stayed. This new idea of B&B was very good.
