Lovely stay at this hotel again , felt very safe and had everything we needed during our stay

The location was great, a few hundred yards away from the beach, nice pool and bar, full breakfast at the lobby, friendly service. The rooms were ok, could use a remodel. The staff cleaned ok but the floors never got rid of the sand and rocks from the ocean. Overall, I would stay here again for the lower price.

Good value

Good value for what you pay. I had a studio seaview with good size balcony. Nice restaurant with seaview. Deck chairs on beach for eur3 looking out at Aegean sea with Turkey in background.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Had everything we needed

It was very nice stay, excatlly what I need for family woth kid, close to sea- sea view, swimming pool, close to super market, car rent.

Great hotel, very close to the beach.

Very close to the beach. As per previous reviews it’s a beach with pebbles. I spent 2 weeks on my own there and I I had a great time. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. I was staying there after the summer madness of holidays but I would recommend the hotel restaurant in the back of the hotel, Ideal Restaurant and Zorba family restaurant. I would definitely stay there again

Nice Hotel, Close To Beach

Very friendly staff at the hotel, nothing is too much for them. Much more personal feel to the hotel in comparison to a chain hotel. Good location to the beach, local bars and restaurants, clean rooms, great pool and bar, the bar is open all day and evening, again very friendly bar staff. Would strongly recommend this hotel, and would deffinatly visit again. (Sept ‘19)

Very basic hotel close to a dirty pebble beach

Very basic would rather stay in a travel lodge. Only good thing was the pool !! The bathroom stank of garbage and the beds were like sleeping on the floor. Dirty hotel.

Simple Greek charm

Very friendly service and good value for money at the restaurant.

I feel the photos online slightly misrepresented the hotel. The photos made the pool bar look much newer and in better condition than it really was.

Worst service ever

we book the hotel from your website and when we went there they told us that they were full and they send us to stay in an other hotel. The second hotel named "pylea" was dirty, the beds very old and a/c was not working. The toilets were very dirty and there were only one channel on TV . It was first time we book hotel from your web site and I don't think will be second. You have to care for your customers by checking the hotels.

Poor service ruins otherwise good hotel

Let's start with the good. The price is pretty good (we paid 118 eur for 3 nights after all fees), our room was clean, the pool is nice, and the hotel has a great location right on the sea. Now the bad. The staff appears friendly but is extremely slow to do anything. We booked a room for three people, but when we arrived it had only two beds. They told us another bed would be brought up "right now." Long story short, we had to go down and ask multiple times (and even caught a bit of attitude from one of them), and we didn't have our bed until after 11:00pm - 5 hours after we arrived. This was extremely frustrating as we had been traveling all day and simply wanted to get some sleep.

Hotel Bayside

Esperienza nel complesso abbastanza negativa, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.. le pulizie vengono effettuate quotidianamente ma non in maniera approfondita, la stanza resta sempre umidiccia e il bagno pessimo, dopo il primo giorno hanno tolto il tappetino e lo hanno riportato dopo 4 giorni dopo aver visto che utilizzavamo uno degli asciugamani come tappeto fuori doccia probabilmente! Cambio asciugamani 2 volte a settimana. Colazione molto scarsa e poco varia, cornetti secchi e vuoti. Unica nota positiva è la piscina (non così immensa come potrebbe sembrare dalle foto la foto non sembra proprio quella di questa struttura) ma in fondo molto confortevole anche per chi ha bambini, c'è anche la possibilità di accesso al mare attraverso una stradina facendo due passi a piedi. Sicuramente non ci ritornerei, meglio spendere un po' di più e soggiornare in un posto più decente ed accogliente.

Hotel carino com camere con angolo cottura non troppo grande né troppo piccolo situato in una zona tranquilla adatto a persone che non amano la confusione. Abbastanza comodo anche per chi ha difficoltà motorie. Personale gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia di sassi è carina sempre ventilata . Si consiglia di compra le scarpe di gomma Due suggerimenti però li voglio dare. All'hotel suggerisco di dotare l'angolo cottura di wualche accessorio in più perché così scarso non l'ho mai trovato da nessuna parte. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia invece per favore dotate gli ombrelloni di posacenere e mettete un cartello per aiutare le persone incivili ad essere più civili a non sporcare la spiaggia con i loro mozziconi e a trattarla cone se fosse il pavimento della loro casa. Hyvä hotelli lähellä rantaa, mutta liian kova musiikki hotellissa koko päivän

Spiagggia tranquilla e ventilata. Posizione ben collegata con Rodi da cui poi si può arrivare in ogni parte dell’isola.

Mycket bra bemötande av personalen

När jag kom eftersom jag kom själv och skulle checka in, mannen vid receptionen var otrevligt. Han ville visa familje rum och jag sa visa mig först rummet som vi har betalat och hans svar nej det tänker inte jag göra du kan titta på den när din familj har kommit.

A hotel for the short stay

Me and my partner have stayed at this hotel, due to our flight arriving very late on Rhodos. The hotel we were staying in later that week had no late night reception, so this proved to be the best solution. Before checking in we had some contact to check if the check-in would not be a problem; a room had been reserved and it would not be a problem. The staff sure was most serviceable and kind, however the room..or apartment, missed one very important thing: a decent bed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. So all and all; don't aim to stay here for the long run, unless you enjoy a stone solid bed.

Olimme viikon kyseisessä hotellissa, olimme maksaneet family studiosta extraa jokaiselta yöltä, oikean huoneen saimme kuitenkin vasta kahden yön jälkeen. Tätä ennen majoituimme erittäin ahtaassa ja epäsiistissä huoneessa, jossa oli lapsille tarkoitettu matkasänky (meitä oli 3 aikuista). Korvaukseksi huoneesta saimme ilmaisen aamupalan, joka oli aivan luokaton (joka olisi maksanut 8e??). Hotellihenkilökunnan palvelu oli hyvää lukuunottamatta vanhempaa miestä, joka huusi sekä käyttäytyi todella asiattomasti. Yleisfiilis joka hotellista jäi oli todella huono.

Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva, ci sono alcune cose che possono essere migliorate come la cena e gli standard di pulizia, ma per una vacanza di una settimana va più che bene se non si hanno particolari pretese e si vuole risparmiare un pò. L'unico limite è dato dalla distanza, considerando che si trova a 15-20 km da Kalithea, Faliraki, Anthony Quinn e a quasi 50 km da Lindos, per cui diventa necessario noleggiare una macchina perchè in scooter oltre che essere scomodo è anche pericoloso considerando le strade che portano in quella zona, soprattutto di sera.

Great management, perfectly clean rooms, nice breakfast, amazing local beach. Great food and coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Shops, restaurants nearby.

Slitene rom og ekle toalett

Rommene tilsvarer ikke en firestjerners standard, slitte møbler og særlig toalettet er ekkelt. Konstant kloakklukt og skittent. Helt grei beliggenhet da det går busser hvert 15. minutt inn til Rhodos by(tar ca. 30 min). Tilgang til strand bare få meter utenfor, ulempe at man må betale ekstra for å bruke hotellets solsenger. Ellers et greit men også noe slitent uteområde. Dersom du er avhengig av wifi på reisen er dette hotellet ikke å anbefale. Det er wifitilgang både på strand, utearealet og rommene men dette er svært dårlig, man får såvidt lastet inn nettaviser.

Nel complesso non è male, solo un po' trascurato nelle camere, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

Hotel met heerlijk zwembad en vriendelijke mensen

Wij zijn gisteren terug gekomen van een heerlijke van vakantie op Rhodos. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad, vriendelijk personeel en wordt goed onderhouden. Je wordt hier als klant behandeld en de eigenaar doet veel voor zijn klanten. Wij waren op zoek naar een goed restaurant en toen heeft hij ons in zijn auto naar een restaurant gebracht. Hier hebben we bijna de hele week gegeten. Het strand bij het hotel valt tegen, de zee is wild en het strand zelf is niet heel schoon.

Confortevole hotel a due passi dal mare.

Bella la nostra esperienza, gradevole il sito, con piscina molto grande all'interno, vicino c'era un giardino con chiosco per pranzare e prendere il sole, con ombrelloni.Al di là una stradina e subito la spiaggia di sassi; per la sua posizione il tutto molto piacevole perché molto ventilato tutto il giorno, per cui nonostante il caldo di luglio, il fresco vento dava un gran sollievo. Una vacanza che rifarei e proporrei anche ai miei amici.

Potentiel mais décevant

Nous sommes restés à cet Hotel pour 10 nuits. Très déçus. Le 1er jour où nous sommes arrivés la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée. Toiles d'araignées dans tous les coins,urine dans le fond de la cuvette,poussières sur les meubles,sur l'étagère de la salle de bain,sol sale,poussières et crasses... Nous en avons fait part à la responsable qui s'est excusée,mais étant arrivés tard,elle ne pouvait malheureusement rien faire pour ce jour. Le lendemain,toujours même état de saleté. Nous en avons à nouveau fait part à la responsable qui a appelé la responsable du nettoyage. Le 3ème jour,rien à redire,c'était tout propre. Par contre sur l'est jours qui ont suivi nous nous sommes demandés si le nettoyage était fait ou fait à la va vite. Un jour,une poubelle n'avait pas été vidée,la serpillère n'était pas passée tous les jours,cheveux au sol,le lavabo de la cuisine ainsi que les plaques n'ont pas été nettoyées une seule fois de tout le séjour,draps tachés... Les matelas ne sont pas confortables,on sent les ressorts dans le corps. Fatigués de cette situation,nous n'avons plus rien dit,ce n'est pas normal. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien,à 15 min de l'aéroport,30 min du centre et à 15 min à pied de la ville de Kremasti. L'endroit et l'île en général sont très bien desservis par les transports. Des supermarchés aux alentours,une ou deux boutiques souvenirs,des petits restos ou bar grecs non touristiques à la ville de Kremasti. Ceci dit,étant aussi proche de l'aéroport,le bruit des avio

Trevlig semester

Trevligt hotell med möjlighet till eget hushåll med flera möjligheter till restaurang. Nära till klappersten-/sandstrand. Flera hotell och resturanger i närområdet. Poolbaren var inte öppen och hotellet var halvfullt troligtvis slutet av säsongen.

העובדים בקבלה אדיבים ונחמדים מאד.התאכזבתי מכך שלא ממלאים כל יום שמפו וסבון במקלחת.אכן גם לא מחליפים כל יום מגבות..מוזר מאד.יש רק נקודת חשמל אחת...בדור הפלאפונים והאינטרנט יש צורך בעוד חיבורי חשמל.המקלחת מאד קטנה ולא נוחה ובעלת שיפוע...בעלי החליק בה ביום הראשון.

Ottimo hotel, personale e posizione

Di questo hotel si può solo che parlare bene! Sono stato una settimana cn la mia ragazza a Rodi soggiornando in questo hotel e siamo stati semplicemente benissimo!!! Oltre alla posizione, che si trova a soli 10...15 minuti dalla città di Rodi e vicino anche ad altre mete e spiagge, l'hotel si presenta molto bello a primo occhio, cn la piscina a dir poco stupenda il bar al centro di quest'ultima molto bello aperto tutte le sere fino alle una(la ragazza fa dei cocktail davvero speciali!!), la spiaggia attaccata all'hotel è di sassi ed è carina, c'è anche un ampio giardino cn un bar cn buoni prezzi! Ora non si può non parlare del personale... persone gentilissime sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa da Nik il titolare fino al cameriere! Siamo stati super bene e coccolati.. la mia ragazza una sera si è sentita male e Nik è partito per andarci a prendere la camomilla alle 3 di notte!! Persone squisite che sono diventate si può dire amici! Sempre pronti a venirti in contro per qualsiasi bisogno! Anche per bisogni che non riguardano l'hotel. DAVVERO OTTIME PERSONE! vicino all'hotel ci sono due market e un noleggio di scooter e quad! La camera ha la tv LCD aria condizionata e piano cottura cn frigo! Nel complesso ottimo hotel! Io se dovessi tornare a Rodi tornerei li sicuramente! LO CONSIGLIO VIVEMENTE!!!!
