They canceled our room. Didnt have a king size bed and the only 2 rooms that were available were bad. 1 was under construction and the other had a horrible smell. Also there was broken windows on 3 rooms as we walked by. It was very ghetto

Horrifying

Holy cow, the place was all under construction. There was a blanket and trash on the stairs. A man was loitering when we arrived at 1:30am but there were no cars in the lot. It was like a horror movie. And then they had all sorts of problems checking us in. They weren’t able to honor our online reservation due to computer system problems. Needless to say the place had graffiti and smells that would prohibit anyone from being comfortable. The condition of this place was epic, in a very bad way.

I was supposed to get a refund because they miss up on my room. But have not agot a refund. Then they told me today i have to call u for refund

Bath towels were to small. First room I had, had no TV or phone. They give me another one. Had a couple of roaches In room. Other than that I had a good night sleep.

This hotel is a complete disaster. I gave it 1 star but. That's is too much, a no star option is not available. These people should be ashamed of themselves to charge $87 dollars for a roach motel room. Avoid this hotel at all cost. You're better off sleeping on a park bench.

I was there for one night only and it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been. Nothing was clean, there were insects in the restroom. The blankets were dirty, the restroom was dirty everything was really bad. It said they had breakfast and they don’t!

It smelled really bad and corridors smelled like MariJuana, cracked walls, raunchy foul smelling sheets! Checked right out soon as I got to the room! How could you guys even sponsor this place it was skiddish nasty and I did not want to be there I got a refund asap n got outta there!

The staff does the best they can with what they have. The property is in total abandon: Faucets leak, heater didn't work, pebbles on the worn-out carpet, bathroom door frame is coming apart, bathtub is stained from the constant leaking.

The location and availability of rooms is why I choose to stay here. However, clean towels where not available because lack of inventory. I have and continue to ask for a refrigerator. I have access to a microwave in the lobby.

This Place needs to be shut down. The pictures online are nothing what it looks like. Drug deals happening out in the open. I dont think half the people there actually paid to stay there. i dont know... this place sucks. no light bulbs in the room... smelled and dirty carpet. Roaches.... nope!!

First room card reader on door dead. Disabled vehicles around lot. Second room carpet wet and mildewed air conditioner draining into room. Burn marks all over bathroom fixtures. Furniture broken. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Have booked two worse but didn’t stay. Released to have cadilletic converter still on my car next morning.

I left without staying. The room smelled awful, there were no towels and the bed was bad. People were yelling outside and the walkway had a coating of moss from a leaky ac. Paint was falling off everywhere. Carpet was stained and gross. Nothing looked clean. And this was a Wyndham hotel?

This property shouldn't be open. The room had a moody smell. The door lock was broken so they put abig stick so the customer can secure the door. The rooms has no towels, snd and shampoo. The lights were broken the room was not clean. The bed has only a blanket sheet and 1 pillow per bed. The mattress was brown and the carpets smell soooo bad. The next room guess were having a party, loud music and noise until 5 am. I reserved 3 nights. I spend only 1 and moved to another hotel.

It wasnt good we didnt even stay..We get there and try to pay with card and card machine wasnt working had to look for an ATM to withdraw.. I return to continue with check in and I had requested 2 room for my stay, but the rooms were in opposite sides of the building.. so I went ahead and downgrade one of the rooms so we could have our room closer to each other... One of the rooms as soon as I opened the door I saw cockroaches running behind the the mirrors.. I walk to the second room and the floor was dirty and mucky and smelled like smoke when I had requested a non smoking rooms...I went back to the reception to request a refund... and had to search las minute for another hotel so my family and I could rest

Stay away from this place. I can’t believe how they passed the city regulations. People selling weird stuff around, broken glass on carpet, no lights on bathrooms. We tried 2 different rooms. They were BAD. Rooms smell like sewer.

Very disappointed

When we arrived there were 3 strange looking men walking around the hotel and one woman sitting outside making "arrangements" for the evening. The woman at the desk was nice, gave me a key, I went to the room and there were cracks in the sink area, bathtub dirty, overall kind of sketchy. Two of the rooms upstairs had duck tape on the windows. I went back to the office and asked for my money and back and the clerk nicely returned it. I felt bad that she even worked there. We left and went to a different hotel.

The place looks nothing like the pictures. The pool is empty and in a dark dingy corner, the room we were given smelled moldy, sheets were stained, holes in wall, dresser had a broken drawer, carpet was filthy. Bunch of sketchy old cars in the parking lot. Stairs smelled like urine.

Only enter for 10 minutes and decide no stay here, I prefer sleep in the car, the room is nasty , to many roaches , No supplies on the bath, this place is for homeless.

The property is not maintained inside or outside. The shower didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Our deadbolt wouldn’t lock, the door looked like it had been kicked in at one point. The trash cans throughout the property were overflowing with trash. The room didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge and the ice maker on the property didn’t work

Biggest problem was that the shower was totally inoperative. The shower head had been taken apart and left and no water would come out of the hose. Had to do a sink bath! Also, no blanket on the bed and the carpet was extremely dirty. Place looks very run down.

This place was horrible, dirty and didn’t look like pictures. We left! The AC unit was taken apart and left on top of the bed, the bathroom was dirty and soap was used, I can go on and on. Even the front desk person was not professional

Ok place to sleep, price just way to high

Beds were comfortable, pillows not all that. A/c worked great. Stepping in the tub felt as if you were going to fall thru the floor but was overall was ok. Room was acleaned but housekeepers left someone's hat on the iron. Breakfast SUCKED not even a breakfast and the price we paid $170 something not worth that price but was better than sleeping in a car

It is a very poor hotel.

First the reception was fine. The problems were later when I went in and turned on the television, it didn't work well, then when I took a bath the whole room was flooded. there were many cockroaches. The supposed breakfast was not breakfast, just coffee and nothing else

The restroom smelled of urine and the shower curtains were wet. I felt that these two issues were definitely unsanitary. Also, we stayed there two nights, but our room was not cleaned simply because there was no one at the room when the cleaning crew were doing their rounds. I don't understand how it is expected that we be in the room just "waiting around" for the cleaning crew to arrive.

This place is in a terrible part of town and in bad condition, despite the brand name. There were piles of trash outside, and homeless people all over. When we arrived there was a police car there and some fight had broken out. People had their doors open and were drinking. Did not feel safe parking my cart there. Also the room was in terrible condition, marker marks everywhere, holes on the walls, head board falling off, poor condition bed sheets and just very dirty place. In addition they didn’t provide towels or a small mini fridge. The worst part is my son was with me and he went to use the restroom and there was a rat in there!! We left immediately after that at 2 am to a different hotel. We had originally booked 4 nights and did request and receive a full refund. Never again.

My dogs got infested with fleas and they are really clean dogs so they did not have them before getting there. The place smelled like drugs. Staff was super rude and didn’t help when I told them. Worst experience ever!

The room was missing the bed sheets and no television. It also had a very foul smell! I explained to the lady at the front that the room was not acceptable but she said she couldn't do anything about it and that she didn't have any other roooms.

Door looked like it had been tampered with and broken into before. Woken up by loud staff arguing outside my room door

I liked that Starbucks and Denny's was close by but I didn't no like that the pictures online are nothing what it looks like in person there was no TV, trash can, or toilet paper in the room, there was baby cockroachs crawling on the walls, in the shower and drawers, the stairs coming up to the second floor smelled like pee I had to hold my breath everytime I came up and down the stairs.

There was writing on the mirror when we entered the room, holes in the walls, paint peeling, no toilet paper, and no TV. The area of town was sketchy. We only planned to stay one night and we did not feel safe. Cannot recommend.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in and gave me my door key was very nice and prompt. Once to the room however I quickly noticed cockroaches everywhere. They were even climbing on the brick exterior once the sun went down. I left in the middle of the night because these cockroaches were very bold.

The hotel was horrible the carpet had spots on it and the sheets had mold it had rats and roaches everywhere, and I got bitten by a bug or some thing which I thought it was a bedbug but I don’t know

Staff is diverse, in my case it was a friendly representative and a representative with an attitude. The room was such poor quality, I would’ve rather stayed in a tent out in the grass. This property gives off trap-house vibes. Never again.

When we first arrived we got one room then the room smelled like cigarettes, no light bulbs, and they did not have fridge and microwave in the rooms. Then we tried another room because the first one didn't have bulbs. The second room was worst head boards were not hanging, the room was not cleaned, the faucet in the shower would not close all the way and the air conditioner was not working. We decided to go back to the first room at least that one had a working air conditioner. The pictures they advertise online has nothing to do with what you actually get in person.

The room smelled like sewage and the toilet was used and wouldn’t flush. The carpet was extremely dirty and stained. I had to ask to switch rooms and the second room was only a little bit better. The room smelled like cigarettes, the sink was almost falling out of the counter. The beds had no pillows and the sheets were stained and had some crumbs. Carpet in the second room was also very stained and dirty. Both rooms had no TV as well. I saw a cockroach before leaving the first room.

Deplorable

This hotel was filthy and in total disrepair. The carpet was horribly stained, there were roaches everywhere, the smoke detector had been ripped out, some of the electrical sockets were just bare wires hanging from holes in the wall, and there was mold on the ceiling. There was no shower curtain and the bathtub was dirty, cracked and covered in cigarette burns. The receptionist finally gave me a shower curtain after I asked several times throughout the day. There was just one sheet on the bed. The front desk informed me that they do not provide blankets or comforters. There was a problem with the curtain rod, so we couldnt close the curtains all the way. There was a large gap so the interior of the room was visible to everyone who walked by. The furniture looked like it had been rescued from a dump. I have never seen a La Quinta inn this run down and filthy.

The worse experience

It was the worse hotel experience ever. The room was really dirty. Smelled so bad like urine. The sheets looked dirty and we only had one pillow. We had no toilet paper and no towels in the bathroom but I probably wouldn’t use their towels. Had to go go Walmart to buy some towels and Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. The toilet and tub were horrible. I even bought a mat for the tub. Would not recommend at all
