Property is older, not the best neighborhood, the room was old but pretty clean

Ok for the price

At checkin and two other visits to front desk. Each time the desk worker was on a personal phone call. They got distracted and I had to ask for my ID and charge card back then point out where he had laid them. Breakfast choices were minimal, and bland, but they were clean and organized. Room was clean and renovated. Pool looked nice but hot tub was closed.

Still have not recieved my deposit back and we literally booked for 2 night but stayed one

The property was nothing like the pictures, the hot tub was shut down with caution tape and the pool didn’t look very clean. Our room had a very worn out shower curtain that wouldn’t take on the pool, our ceiling has what looked like water damage and several patch jobs not done correctly. The breakfast was very limited they would only put 1 yogurt out at a time, they used a crockpot to keep the sausage hot. It was just not professional in my opinion. I will not ever stay here again.

The hotel next door seem to be a trap house hotel

The room was clean and the all facility smell good. The cost/ value is good. The only thing is the breakfast needs to have more option (protein)

Received a hotel key for the wrong room that was occupied by another couple.

I expected a little more a Baymont hotel. Very clean hotel, but they should consider updating their mattresses. Very worn! Breakfast was not great. The bread was hard. When the server opened a new loaf, it was the same. From that, I can tell they freeze the bread. Don’t be like me and forget your body wash, I had to use theirs and it wasn’t great. Overall 2/5 stay

My overall stay was good. Friendly staff go above & beyond. Hotel very neat & clean. TVs need to be updated….a lot of channels you couldn’t see, only heard the channels playing. But, overall good experience!

About what you expect.

Really great staff, needs massive updating. The room is run down but the bed was comfy and the breakfast was better than I would have guessed. Overall I’d stay again when traveling through, but it wouldn’t be my choice if I was staying in Dallas.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Baymont in Dallas. We knew we weren’t going to spend much time at the hotel, as we had a long list of things we wanted to do while in Dallas. With that being said, I didn’t want to pay a lot for a room. The hotel itself is older. It has an older, musty smell to it. Nothing unbearable, but something you get used to after a while. The room was pretty roomy for the two of us. We opted for a king suite which had a sofa with a bed and a king bed. The king bed was comfortable which I was skeptical about after reading some reviews. We slept really well in the bed! The sofa bed was horrible! The mattress was thin and worn. The sofa cushions were worn as well, so my assumption is that the sofa was just old. The shower head was awesome! Great pressure and even had a massaging setting. Breakfast was simple with waffles, cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Of course coffee and juice were available too. Overall the breakfast was not too bad for a free continental breakfast! The staff was nice and customer service at the front desk was great! The area is a little run down with ladies walking around in questionable attire who looked more like they were working the area. The saying “you get what you pay for” is very true for our stay. It wasn’t horrible and we didn’t break our bank to sleep for three nights.

Cheap and sad

Hotel waa crusty and dirty. Shower curtains were thorn and I didn't feel safe in the property. It's not a nice area. Would not recommend.

The property looked very nice. However, the bed and pillows were lumpy. Sheets, covers were great. Bed lumpy! The A/C cooled room very well but made noise as loud as a “noise maker”. Shower curtain was torn/ripped at one end but still capable of keeping water from getting on floor. This hotel is nicely located and appears to have almost full occupancy nightly which screams poor distribution of finances. In short, y’all need to update rooms — at the very least, get new beds!!

Vacation trip

This hotel is not clean plus they dont allow friends and family up to your roo.. i believe they have a roden problen because i kept hearing something in the room scratching around the couch at night.

I like the convenience of the location of the property.

Ceiling had water damage, tub had no stopper, room smelled like pee, hot tub was broken, door had to be pulled shut instead of shutting automatically like most hotel room doors and I was forced to pre-pay even though I hadn’t stayed yet. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff that served breakfast and cleaned rooms were professional and wonderful!

The toilet must have a leak as it refilled every few minutes. The taps in the bathroom constantly dripped and the smoke detector was missing from our room. Definitely skip the breakfast.

There were quite a few things that need to be addressed. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The first night in the bed I felt like I was being bitten all over. It was also difficult to sleep with the highway noise right outside the window and the hotel is right next to a gentleman's strip club.

Hotel had an awful odor. Smelled musty. First room smelled bad but hotel clerk was kind and allowed us to quickly switch rooms. Waffles were not available at breakfast buffet because they ran out of batter.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. I was literally afraid to enter the property. I called Expedia multiple times and received no answer. I will never book with them again.

Hall was smelling like weed and the room as well. The room was not clean at all.

The floor was uneven (to the point that drinks tipped all the way forward in the fridge), the microwave wasn’t plugged in and had to be moved to use it, and the bathtub dripped the whole time. I would not be surprised to hear that the floor collapsed due to water damage because of the state of the bathroom.

It was really clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was simple. But there is an Ihop and a waffle house just around the corner.

There were bugs in my room and they refused to move me to another one. Their solution was “spraying” for the bugs- however I’m pregnant and cannot breathe in those fumes. They refused to accommodate me in any way shape or form. Absolutely horrible service. Incredibly dirty and disgusting. I will NEVER stay there again. Also the area is terrible and filled with strip clubs and prostitution. They served sausage for breakfast out of a CROCK POT and the sausage looked barely cooked. Please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money.

The hotel felt dated. It was dimly lit throughout. The sink in the bathroom leaked water to the point where it dripped on the floor. The hot water in the shower did not get past tepid, ever. The hair dryer in the bathroom was held together with masking tape. The air conditioner did work well! The continental breakfast was sub par. Two types of protein served, one was sausage links that were cut into bites and the other was hard boiled eggs that were in a warmer. The fitness center was small, and the treadmill did not have a working screen. There was anlso only one free weight in the entire fitness center and No water cooler. Overall, I do not see myself staying at a Baymont Inn and Suites again.

It is a nice hotel. The room was clean, free breakfast and parking. Indoor pool is big and nice.

Booked to have an indoor pool since we knew the weather would be on the colder/rainey side. Pool area was okay, but way to many chemicals! We moms didn't in snd our eyes were burning! Breakfast was laking a lot as well. But, we slept.

The hot tub was broken. There were drug addicts/ homeless all around the hotel staff were not very helpful during check in but the omen leaving was helpful. The breakfast was muffin or waffles that’s it. The few oranges they had looked rotten.

Super close to Love Field! Had to check in late here because a flight got canceled at DFW and I had nowhere to crash after what had been a 22-hour day. I decided to book with Southwest early the next day at DAL instead of DFW and needed a place to sleep for about 7 hours. The desk agent was so kind and helpful after what had been a very long day for me. Bed was so comfortable and shower pressure was AMAZING. Just be sure to look for the sign along the main road that directs you where to enter! Fantastic experience; would for sure stay again. Also great price!

They refuse to give back my daughter's stuffy. We were in a hurry to leave and forgot it, while that was totally our fault they refuse to acknowledge that it was left behind. My daughter slep with this stuffy every night and as any parent can imagine it was an emotional moment when we got home.

I would stay at this hotel again. The price is amazing. The area around the hotel is a little concerning. Lots of homeless and/or what appears to be drug dealing foot traffic near the hotel property, but the property itself is safe and fine. The staff was great and always friendly. The room was clean and perfect. The bathroom is so roomy and had enough counter space and mirror space for three girls to get ready at one time. That was huge for us. You can not beat the price.

It Was really a good stay, the check in and out was easy, They had free breakfast (which I wasn’t expecting it because it was not advertised when i booked) Which was great ! The room was nice and clean and this hotel wasn’t over priced like other hotels around! will definitely be back

Good stay for the money.

It was generally well-maintained. The amenities are above average. The hallways feel dated and not in as good a condition. The only complaint is that they started repair work on the room next door at 8am. That's rather early.

I stay in a lot of hotels for my job. The room/property itself wasn't awful, just be aware that this Property sits in an awful area! Strip Club right behind this facility & a creek where 100 homeless folks have set up a cardboard city.

I'm pretty certain that they have fleas. I noticed i had 12 bites toward the end of the day after staying the night there! Disgusting!

A no frills stay.

This was a 2 night stay for a day at Texas State Fair. The location was questionable. Lots of homeless, and strange characters in the area. Whirlpool closed. This seems to be the new normal way for just about any hotel. Not happy at all with this situation. Breakfast was a downer. Not much to offer. Overall we probably would not repeat a stay. This hotel is in need of an update.

The graveyard personal need more training

Staff was extremely rude. Very poor professionalism from front desk employee on nights and breakfast was snatched away before 9:30 while guests were trying to get food!!
