Will stay again
Enjoyed the stay, all was good, service, property, location. Have stayed there few times and will do so again.
A nice hotel in Yerevan
It is located on a quiet side street of Baghramyan Avenue, quite close to the city centre, restaurants etc. It is largely quite good, except the noise coming from other rooms. Another inconvenience was that one has to book the sauna well in advance and it is often reserved by somebody else. The breakfast was OK but unremarkable. And it would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room. The staff is friendly. By and large, I would stay there again.
.
Excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the variety of foods offered during breakfast and the homemade feel to the meals. Bass Boutique is conveniently close to the center of the city with multiple modes of transport
Staff was really nice and hospitable, especially with my early check-in. Room was nice and comfortable (both room and bathroom are newly renovated), steam room was amazing. Location is good, walking distance to the Cascade Complex and city center.
It was an okay hotel but it wasn’t like a 4 star hotel
All ok
Stayed during Covid, with less facilities
Me and my wife booked this stay as a mini vacation and the sauna/pool area was a big part of us deciding this hotel. When asked the staff said that both the sauna and the pool was broken. This could obviously be to save money, which I have understanding for during Covid, but still disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also quite small with some dry bread with some ham and cheese. Yogurt, some fruit juice and instant coffee and tea. The room however was very nice and clean. The receptionist had to call the manager for any questions in English, but that’s also understandable and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. Overall good hotel, but with less facilities than promised.
👍
A quiet and peaceful hotel in the center of town!!! Would definitely return
The Deluxe double room was amazing with amazing view! The staff were so polite and friendly. Good breakfast and calm atmosphere! Surely recommend.
The weather was warm -- in mid-70's -- but because it was the month of October, the hotel had turned off all air conditioning. We were told to "open a window" instead. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice hotel, modern and clean. Busy street -- our local friends had difficulty parking near the hotel.
Good Hotel but Beds Need Upgrading
The hotel was good but the beds unfortunately detracted from a positive experience by being rock hard. We could also hear the rumble of the metro underneath but less can be done about that. The staff were very nice.
Great boutique hotel!
Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, super clean place and very roomy comfy hotel. Can't wait to stay again next year when I come!
I stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff are really friendly and accommodating even with the language barrier. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are nice and clean, the mattresses were a bit hard for my taste. The hotel is located on a quiet street withing a short walk of restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
Excellent Choice - Outstanding Customer Service
Great, modern hotel in a quiet location. The hotel staff to include, the receptionists, door men, and cleaning staff were all extremely polite and helpful. We didn't have any issues during our 11-day stay with an infant. We noticed a lot of other foreigners staying at the hotel as well; no problems with speaking english. There is a subway stop located 5 minutes from the hotel, which was super convenient - just know that the escalator is very steep and moves fast! Walking to the city center usually took around 20 minutest (with infant stroller) and taxis were easily hired for us by the hotel reception (never waited more than 10 mins). Excellent breakfast each morning. The only downside for us was the room size...it was not very large, so with luggage and baby, it proved to be a bit tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.
It was a nice hotel, though the rooms were small.
Overall pleasant. A little thoughtfulness in providing a rack to keep shampoo, soap etc . would be useful.
Nice hotel in a peaceful quiet road.
I stayed 3 nights at Bass Boutique. I chose it because it was close to my friend's flat. It is a modern hotel and very clean. The staff is well dressed and professional. I'm glad I chose Bass, because it is placed in a quiet road and is just the kind of thing I look for when looking for hotels. Unfortunately, on my first night (Sunday) I heard loud music; (I was on the 3rd floor) it was most likely coming from the restaurant/function room. Thankfully the music stopped before midnight and I was able to sleep. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work even when I turned the light on. Being on the 3rd floor, I never took the lift, because I like to keep fit, so used the stairs instead. The stairwell is poorly lit, so I had to watch my footing.
good
Good overall
Nice quiet hotel close to public transport
An authentic boutique hotel with contemporary room that has windows and facilities such as hair dryer, fridge with mini bar, safe deposit box, wardrobe hangers, slippers and pleasing ambience lights. The breakfast spread is small but high in quality. The specially cooked tomato omelette is excellent. I wished I could stay longer
