Terrible service last night

It was such a terrible night Firstly you gave room156... it is Double bed room but i booked triple room so after i complain you change room from 156 to 147... 7:30pm room temperature decreased. 9:45pm room temperature was 20degree 10:07 repairing engineer visiting my room 10:30 after repairing temperature decrease a lot 11pm reception asked me to change room again.. but my 2kids was too tired and they are sleeping already so i can not change.. and there is no "sorry" to us..

We arrived late and tired. The staff was welcoming, warm and eager to help us get situated. The dining staff went out of their way to make sure we were able to dine after a long day of travel. The shuttle schedule was also incredibly convenient. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. A shuttle runs about every 20 minutes. The property is beautiful. Rooms was beautiful, clean. Nice and warm (December). We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and the food was great (and the staff). Anna makes a great Omelet. Maitre d Tomas, great! One nighter before heading to Barcelona and it was worth it. One problem, water leaked through the shower door. We through several towels on floor to prevent a fall. Besides that, the hotel is great!

We had a very comfortable room, the check in staff were efficient and helpful. The hotel has a late-night bar that serves drinks and light fare until 1 AM. A great option for travelers like us whose flights were delayed.

The airport hotel is very quiet and good sleeping room for a great rest after arrivals or before departures. We love the restaurants. Delicious food and wine.

Beautiful property

Good position and newish hotel. Very thin walls and lots doors banging when rooms being serviced . Unfortunately tv was not working due to satellite problems so no English tv- disappointing for over 24 hours.Wish they had informed us as would have gone elsewhere .They charged us for early check in and to be fair gave us 40 e back . Breakfast was ok. We would not stay here again . Staff nice .

Modern hotel close to airport in Barcelona!

Quick overnight before early flight. Lighting in room is not the best but everything else was great with comfortable beds

Miserable staff upon checking in. Unhelpful too. English channels on TV not working. No heat when turned on. Dirty sinks. Horrible shower. Shuttle bus driver got lost on way to airport.

Convenient , modern, well located and they have a free shuttle to the airport. Great way to end your trip.

Perfect airport hotel, great dinner and breakfast options. Not to mention the Sports Bar 🤓. Shuttle bus is very convenient. My only problem was that only Russian and Spanish tv channels were available in my room. You might want to consider adding English, German and French news channels.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel

The hotel was excellent. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I can’t give the hotel a 5 Star rating because the restaurant staff was deplorable. We were totally ignored after receiving our meals. We were charged for bread that wasn’t received. When the waitress was informed of our displeasure, her careless reaction spoke volumes as to our value as customers.

Too dark everywhere, despite of hotel being clearly empty with no guests not willing to give room early in the morning upon arrival after a very long over night flight. We were leaving the following day a 5 am.

The property was clean very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Shuttle service was airport confusing. Had to pay taxi when it wasn’t necessary! Not cheap but very nice overall.

Surprised there was no coffee in room nor any milk (substitute) for tea.

Barcelona Hotel was just OK

I liked everything about this hotel. The hotel is very clean/modern, comfortable sleeping, great staff, close to airport, free transportation to/from airport, quiet, and safe. The van services both terminals, and the van was easy to find by following the hotel signs within the airport. The hotel is the only property in the area with no other services due to the commercial warehouses in the area. That said, there is a Metro stop 1 km from the hotel. The line is the L9 line from the airport. I took the L9 south to Collblanc and switched to the L5. The L5 has a main stop at Barcelona-Sants the main train station for Barcelona, where all of the Renfe trains, subways and buses stop. The L5 is also the line that stops at Sagrada Familia. While there is no services near the hotel, the hotel has two restaurants - Terrazo, a casual dining experience and Lux, a more high end type of service and cuisine. Both are reasonably priced, when one takes into consideration the prices that most hotels would charge for the same service. Overall, I would highly recommend BAH to the traveler that want safe, comfortable, and convenient

Nice hotel and staff. Cooling system turned off so warm November day made our sunny room hot. Provided fan was noisy and did little to cool the room.

As others have mentioned before,room is very dark.We had issues using rainforest shower head-water leaked out all over bathroom floor.However if you use small wand in shower it was ok.I did report the situation to front desk but no maintenance staff showed up while we were there. Bus#65 in front of hotel goes into Playa Espanya(45 min ride)fare is €2.55 no cash-credit card only.You can get the metro from there or wonder around in area as shops and Art Museum located there.

Our stay at BAH was exactly what we needed! We had an early flight home have travelling and BAH was convenient, relaxing and had all the amenities we were looking for including room service and airport transportation!

Clean comfortable and quiet place.

Very convenient to the airport for a short stay. On the day we stayed there was torrential rain, which caused extensive leaking in the front part of the hotel public areas. Two of the restaurants were closed because of this, which in turn caused some staff crabbiness. Airport was closed as was public transport and no other restaurants in the area.

It was an amazing experience, they were friendly and nice. The spacious room and views were breathtaking. There were mosquitos on the first day however they provided a repellant which worked well. In the last few days they turned off the AC so it was only heating in the room which was quite unpleasant and the outdoor pool is not always open, only at certain times across the year. Best to clarify before visiting.

The 2 suggestions that I can say is the A/C. In my room was not working. The temperature was hot. The second suggestion is the dinner in the restaurant. The food was good, place was cleaned. However, I felt a little bad attitude when I ordered my food. It was an appetizer, but the waitress was in a bad mood. Just a reminder this is my money, and if I want to drink a bottle of water I pay for that. The rest of my experience was super amazing !

Great value for the price and the restaurant was absolutely excellent.

They were very nice about getting us into our room early after our cruise retuned. Wait staff in restaurants worked their butts off. Rooms were extremely clean and quiet.

24 hour shuttle Great Buffet

Safe, secure and comfortable

Pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this hotel was; it was comfortable and in a good location. I thought I had booked for 3 people originally so being able to change it to ensure we had enough bed space was easy. Disembarking from the cruise early and being able to store our luggage at the hotel to explore the city was a great option for us. The staff were helpful and friendly in both storing our things and assisting with the whole check-in when we got back. Enrico was the bartender who served us at the downstairs bar; so friendly, accommodating and fun! He was so excited when I ordered an Aperol Spritz. The cafe on the first floor was delicious and the staff were so fun and accommodating! Shuttle to the airport was easy, convenient and the driver was helpful in assisting me with my knee scooter and luggage. Getting transportation to the city centre and back was also easy and reasonably priced.

I was billed for 2 extra rooms that were not required. I do NOT want to be charged for this. The original 2 rooms were paid for which was good but then there was two extra rooms that weren’t included. Staff were not very accommodating. Over all the stay was good.

It was a great hotel. Grocery shopping in walking distance. Only downside was noisy neighbors.

We stayed here for one night before a 6 a.m flight. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the shuttle left on time. All good!

For our purpose the location could nor be better, but definitely not a tourist location. Hotel was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was above expectations very clean safe but nothing around there apart from the shuttle back to the airport for food a great nights sleep though and the view from our room was excellent

Very disappointed in 4 things. No small wash cloths Could not adjust room temp thermostat Lighting in room extremely poor Only had 2 English speaking channels....BBC and Aljazeera. That's pitiful. I won't be back

DO NOT stay in this hotel

I paid for a king size room with months of anticipation… this hotel doesn’t care about their customers. The hotel receptionist Gisel, didn’t offer a good explanation about why we are receiving a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel is not located in the airport and is a nightmare to get info about the shuttle bus. BAH (Barcelona Airport Hotel) Plesase DO NOT stay in this hotel.

We liked the hotel but not many places to go around the area. More business's. Great location for doing business in the area.

The rooms were very clean as wells as the common areas. The breakfast was a little on the pricey side but when we had a bite to eat at the other on-site restaurant, the prices were very fair. It was convenient that they have a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

Excellent breakfast and dinner

It was okay for one night because we had just came back from cruise. They are strict on not letting you check in until 3pm. So, if your flight or boat gets in early they will hold your bags but you will have to go find something to do.

The room shades were completely dark. Not a bit of light. Glad I set my alarm .

Free pickup at airport. Breakfast buffet was great. Bus only a few steps from hotel to Plaza Espanya and Arena shops and great outlook views from top of building.

I have stayed here over the last 15 years since it was a Renaissance property. They upgraded the property which is the clisest hotel to airport. Their shuttle is now very reliable and their sound abatement from air port very good. The new restaurant is very nice. Noise abatement in halls can be improved.
