Love the easy access to the room. Studio front of the Hotel. Although the Bar is a few steps from my room, I was still able to get some sleep. Cookie monster is loud, hahaha. All the ladies working from each shift were very kind and helpful. Definitely would book again.

Loved it!

This place is awesome. We loved our experience. Room was huge and filled with art. Had everything we needed! Most importantly the staff was phenomenal. They made us feel like family so quickly. I only have wonderful things to say about them! One note, the bed was on the firmer side as is common in Asia, but that did not affect our enjoyment at all. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything seemed fine with this place for a budget stay but I was a rip off. If you stay here, please do not trust the bartender Cookie. She comes off as friendly but snakes you for money and runs up your tab. It makes sense why their bar never closes. Major no for this place if you have trust issues. But if you stay away from their bar/services, this place has good Wi-Fi. Overall, this place left me with a bad perception of Phuket. Karma works though.

Decent place to stay, All staff were very welcoming and happy to help with anything. Off the main road so not noisey at all.

Myself and some friends stayed here while we were in Patong for a week. It's in a great location. Short walk to the beach. The places relatively quiet but the bar downstairs is open pretty much 24/7. The night shift manager "Cookie" kept things interesting and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. From ordering in food to arranging traditional Thai massage, she is a legend.

Staff were next-level friendly. Rooms were great. Daily cleanings were really well done. Hotel has character. I think the location is probably as good as it gets in Patong. Gym on roof, although it’s outside so you’ll want to use in morning or at night. -an American

Lovely place to stay in Patong

Really lovely person (Anna) greeted us at check in and kindly checked us in before 2pm, along with upgrading our room which was amazing! Rooms were lovely and comfortable and again the staff made our stay a very pleasant one!

Staff were fantastic

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler, and this hotel was great. I felt like it was a steal for how cheap it was. Room was spacious, clean, and with a surprisingly modern bathroom. A/C had no problems. Staff is friendly, funny and helpful. The gym on the rooftop is a huge bonus, and was way better than I thought it was going to be. The area is central to everything in Patong, but situated on a side street so it’s not too noisy there. My only complaint was it seemed like some customers and their staff was drinking the early hours of the morning, which did cause some minor disturbances, but didn’t bother me too much. I also didn’t like how they don’t serve breakfast until 8:15 am, but I can’t complain really for the price.

In what i think of as a unique Thailand experience, the friendly staff at Baipho were thoroughly entertaining, in what was an eye opening look at Thai life.

Good location, average stay

Location wise is strategic, short walk to Patong beach and with lots of eateries nearby. The facilities seems dated but still functional. Though would expect better cleanliness especially on linen and towels.

Amazing find!

Surprisingly amazing stay in a beautiful little hotel. The rooms are spotless, nice TV and fast WiFi. Free breakfast was very good with fresh cooked eggs and real bacon. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful (printed out emails for us, visa applications, etc). Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to Bangla, malls, markets. Definitely like to return. Thank you!

Baipho stay

Great stay in this quirky little hotel. Great position for everything and very clean.

It’s the 2nd year running that I have stayed at the Baipho lifestyle and yet again another enjoyable stay. Very nice and friendly staff are very helpful. The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road but yet 5 mins walking distance away from it

I booked the XXL suite, which was very nice and spacious. Great staff, very helpful. Central location, easy to walk anywhere in Patong. There was no view from the room window, no balcony, and no hotel pool, but if that's not on your priority list, I can strongly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful small Hotel

It's a really nice little Hotel in a good Position 5 minutes to the beach. The rooms are designed with a lot of passion. The only thing i can complain about is the breakfast it's really Basic but allright.

Clean hotel with great location. Beds a bit hard though. Breakfast included however it is NOT buffet and no free refill on coffee juice water or food. Staff friendly but minimal English. Rooms are good size, NO pool but beach is 10 min walk plenty of shops nearby Would recommend for budget travelers

Nice People and a great stay. Once you work out the area you realise it is also a great location. I normally stay in larger hotels - but this was a good experience and I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the size of the hotel

Great location close to everything.

I had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed my stay. In a great location walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach.

This would have been a perfect little boutique hotel, however there was no water. no shower for the entire stay and was not offered any compensation

A Pleasant Surprise

Due to a last minute decision to travel, rooms at my normal hotels were booked or out of sight pricing. I figured for only three nights I would try one of the smaller hotels located in the middle of Patong with above average ratings. I chose Baipho based on the reviews. I got to the hotel very early (10:30AM) fully expecting to wait for my room. The staff joked with me by saying they were full while handing me the key and showing me to my room. Nice way to start the stay. I booked a Jacuzzi room only to have a window. Unfortunately we can not control what we get to see outside and the only good thing my window was for was to see if it was raining. The room was very spacious, the bed was huge (a bit firm) and the bathroom was clean. Knowing that you are "not" booking a 4 or 5 Star hotel/resort, and keeping your expectations the same, this hotel met every criteria that I could ask for. It was a pleasant stay and I would not be afraid to stay there again.

Convenient location but not close to beach

Rooms are good size and clean. Windows are fully blacked out and can be bright early in the morning. A/c was very low and the room would be hot when getting back to the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay

The location of the hotel is excellent. Jaquzii room is where I stayed. It was a very tastefully done up place. The painting add to the vibe ration of the place. Only the breakfast set menu is a great disadvantage where you have set items only can’t order more. Overall a lovely place

Cosy Special hotel in a side street

Great interior with sliding pictures instead of windows in our room. Staff spoke basic English but provided good service. We felt that the bed and some of the furniture were too big for the room. Good options for breakfast, inc. 4 types of English breakfast. Clean overall. Note that coffee/tea provided are not complimentary.

its a value for money boutique hotel with a classy decor. its about 15 mins walk to the beach, the infamous bangala street. very acessible but you can still have a restful sleep as the environment and surrounding of the hotel is not noisy.

Baipho Lifestyle didn't quite live up to potential

Baipho is located on a side-street a short distance from Jungceylon shopping mall and Bangla Road. The side-street is nicely quiet despite being so close to these main areas. The executive deluxe room was comfortable with an enormous bed (single-piece mattress) that could easily sleep three people. The room also had a very large television, an armchair and a bench/desk along the wall with its own chair. There was a small balcony but not much space and no view. The bathroom was a disappointment compared to the room. A shower cap was provided but not lotion or cottonbuds. The shower was showing signs of deterioration and the wall-mounted electric unit couldn't manage good temperature consistently. My booking was meant to include complimentary breakfast until 6pm, but I was told that breakfast ended at midday (possibly a recent change). The breakfast was small but adequate. Overall Baipho didn't quite live up to its best potential but wasn't a bad place to stay.

Very nice peaceful hotel

Firstly its located right in the town centre, five mins walk to the shopping mall and walking street, 10 mins to beach so location is ideal. Despite its central location I slept like a log it's very peaceful at night, as patong is noisy place. I got the execute deluxe room and it was epic, biggest bed I've ever seen very clean well maintained good decor Tv, hairdryer etc And the staff are super friendly and helpful, they arranged a taxi for me to be picked up from the airport for a cheap fee, Overall excellent place for Price

A treasure hidden in Patong Phuket

I stayed at charming Baipho Lifestyle for 4 days, its was an amazing experience. It has a character of its own, different modern chic art with Thai style décor in every cozy rooms and levels. Staffs and owner are so friendly and helpful. Roof terrace has Jacuzzi for relaxing, its Bar and restaurant are great atmosphere to hang out. Breakfast is simple. A walk up hotel within an interesting staircase with artistic theme in every corner. Location is nearby to street shopping and large mall, massage spa, restaurant, money changer, tour booth, just walk to night spots and the popular Patong beach. Holiday at sunny Phuket is fun and fascinating plus staying at Baipho Lifestyle is another fantasy on its own. I will come back to Baipho with friends and families. Love Phuket, Love Baipho Lifestyle.

We had the jacuzzi suite, and it was just amazing! Clean bathroom, working air conditioner, breakfast fresh to order, are all some of the things that stood out to me. Only downside was we ordered a taxi through the hotel for 800 baht the morning we left back home, and the taxi was 15 minutes late and the hotel staff wouldn't refund us our money so we could get another taxi down the street.. besides that, everything else was amazing!

Baipho Residency provides homely experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable and extremely well located. It is near every important landmark in Patong. The Swiss owner Mr Rudy is a wonderful person with genuine warmth and affection. We would love to stay in this place next year when we visit Patong again.

A expertly run and managed place to stay and enjoy Patong. The service from the staff was first class as if nothing was too much trouble to arrange or organise. Impeccably clean and unobtrusive house keeping. A very pleasant, tranquil bar and dinning area.

Big hotel room for grps

The hotel was good except for the bed as there are bed bugs (my frd got bitten by it). The service was good, friendly staff.

Overall value for money.

This is a 3 storey hotel with the rooftop having a small jacuzzi. Room is nicely cleaned everyday, and it is walking distance to bangla road, the mall and to the beach (slow walk). It is also away from all the chaotic noise at bangla road. However, the cons is no free toothbrush, toothpaste and coffee. All these need to be paid for. Breakfast is limited but still ok. Overall, for the price paid, I think still ok.

We stayed for 13 nights, we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite, The Management & staff were excellent & fun and made the vacation more so, the room was excellent, extremely well cleaned, area was fantastic close to the night life, close to the beach and to shopping centre, but was very quiet off the main road a good nights sleep was had. Fully recommended.

Location was great! Staff was fantastic helped us with everything and we're very friendly! However the owner of the hotel was not very pleasant. Our only concern was the size of our hotel room, we were under the impression that the room would be much bigger, like in the room photos. But other than that it was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it for your next holiday!!

Friendly staff and good location

Stayed in a jacuzzi suite. The room was very small (besides the big jacuzzi). There was not much space to hang clothing, and no place to hang dresses. All amenities had price tags on them, which I found a little odd since it was such an expensive room (by Thai standards). The suite was in a separate hotel a few doors down from Baipho & was locked and unattended. In order to enter the hotel, we had to have someone from Baipho come and let us in. It was a little inconvenient (especially in the rain), but not too bad and I assume it's only that way during the low season. Breakfast was served at Baipho. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Good hotel in Patong

This is a good hotel in a quiet street in Patong. This was my second stay here. Rooms are big with all amenteties you need. Jacuzziroom very nice. Lovely staff helping with all you need. They even have a fitness, but in need of an upgrade.
