Beautiful property, centrally located, great service and views! Would stay again for sure !
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We loved our stay. The only thing that was a turn off were the stains we kept finding on most of the towels / linen through the 5 days we were there.
Very nice
The property has an BEAUTIFUL water view. I LOVE my stay. I will be BACK!😀
The property was very close to most everything that we wanted to see. It was very nice and the staff was amazing!
good hotel, awful billing
they didn't honor $100 voucher that came with reservation, didn't give final bill at check-out, and didn't e-mail it either
The service was exceptional
Azura suffers from not knowing what they want to be. A new and excellent property, our stay waffed with the smell of fresh paint and sun dappled palm fronds. Unfortunately the desire to sell condos vs focusing on being a hotel allows for a a wide range of details that add up to an odd experience. Its petty....but the well appointed room lacked a smart tv. Of the multiple pools, none include a hot tub. The single heated pool was in the most uncomfortable area to relax as it was the entrance to the restaurant. For some reason, as is the style these days, the single bath in the room was only equipted with GLASS DOOR. i love my wife but really. The restaurant, SERF, is a perfectly fine experience, but the staff is still inexperienced and had apparently been told to be sure that all must have a reservation for any points of the day. That the restaurant was empty did not stop the on slaught of fiddling with flatware and napkins, the head man scolding a subordinate becsue there were spoons on the table for lunch service! If azura is hoping for a 5 star experience they need to commit to either selling properties or focusing on a resort. Until then theyre just the pretty girl with a great view and no substance to go the distance.
It was a pleasant experience. Everything is nearby, infinity pool is excellent and my favourite. Azura is newly built only 2 years old. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall it’s great!
Very beautiful property and employees very friendly
Absolutely amazing views
Wonderful Hotel. Absolutely stunning and the staff were all amazing.
Not really kid friendly. Good for Adults excursion
Our stay here was amazing. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite after having booked an ocean front room. The suite was brand new with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The ocean pool is phenomenal. The staff and service were above and beyond. Anything we needed or asked for they provided immediately. There is only 1 on site restaurant but they're adding another that's opening soon. There was no on site beach access but the resort provided transportation to nearby Horseshoe Bay. Elbow beach and Warwick Long bay are within walking distance. Big shout out to Areena and Javon at the front desk who guided us in what to do and where to go, made all of our reservations and set up all of our transportation.
Beautiful view, great staff and modern and clean resort
Nice but not great
Half of the switches didn't work, lights and fans. For $750/night, I expect better.
The staff was friendly and the grounds are beautiful.
Liked friendly, helpful staff. Delicios food. Gorgeous view from the room. Liked bathroom amenities (esp. the towel warmer), but not having a solid wall (only glass) between bedroom and bathroom made it hard for sleepers when others used bathroom. Had to walk through large puddles on the stone walkways each day when it rained. Rain water wasn’t removed in the mornings. Pricey.
My girlfriend (now fiance) and I got engaged here, and we absolutely loved our stay. I gave four stars to the property condition and facilities only because they are still building a little more of the resort, so the wade pool and a couple other things weren’t actually there yet. Similarly, I gave 4 stars for the area around the property mostly because there aren’t other restaurants and whatnot in the area yet since this is a new resort. Everything else was absolutely wonderful! The staff was absolutely phenomenal, and I really can’t say enough good things about them. Particular shout out to Whitney, Sole, and Whitney who were unbelievably accommodating, approachable, helpful, and incredibly kind. They helped me arrange our setup for the proposal to my now fiance, and I really can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me and the genuine excitement they showed in helping. My fiancé and I enjoy traveling a fair amount, and we typically try not to go to the same place twice, but we enjoyed the culture and sites of Bermuda so much we are absolutely looking to come back, and we would love to stay at Azura again because the experience and staff were that fantastic. Seriously, I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to Bermuda and our stay at Azura.
Located on the side of a cliff this property has gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean with 3 pools, one of which is an ocean water pool. Now the negative, one pool is located in the dining area while beautiful to look at nobody wants to see or be seen by people while they are dining. The ocean water pool is literally 100 stairs down to the bottom. There is a bar where you can purchase drinks, however, there are no toilet facilities. Running back to your room is not an option. Finally the rooftop pool was cozy but also lacked a bathroom. The one and only restaurant had a limited menu and was expensive even by island standards. Our room was very clean but definitely smelled of stale smoke we used a lot of Bath and Body Works air fresher to mask the odor. As I said the location and views are beautiful but there are no other real amenities.
The property was clean and well groomed. The staff were attentive and pleasant and the food was delicious. It was a short distance to Front Street in Hamilton as well as Warwick Longbay and Horseshoe Beach. We recommend this for your stay in Bermuda.
I love the room and the pool area.
The main pool was closed for 3 days. And the 1 day is was open when it rained. Need to be better
Property is beautiful, but don't be fooled by the pictures - there is no beach here. Unfortunately Mother Nature has taken her toll on this property...from the eroded beach (which is no more) to some other clearly lost structures... but the ocean front rooms have beautiful views and are RIGHT on the water! Service was a bit lack luster, but the food was yummy. Overall very relaxing, you will need to use taxis or rent something if you want to get around (as it is not near anything).
The Azura is a gorgeous resort. The location is just stunning. The views from the rooms and the rest of the resort are amazing. They have the most soothing salt water pool just at the edge of the water - the pool bar was being updated but still open a few days. The main pool by the restaurant and bar was also beautiful. And finally the rooftop pool had another stunning view. Getting around was easy using the buses which stop right in front of the resort entrance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The resort is in the process of expanding the restaurant to an indoor space - this will be a great addition. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Azura is a truly spectacular hotel. The views are out of this world. The staff all very friendly. It could not have been more relaxing.
Given the $900 per night rate, I expected five-star amenities and experience all around. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. Azure is a new property, and the rooms are furnished nicely including the kitchen, however, the configuration of the suite lacked lounge chairs to relax near the room. We stayed in the Junior Suite with two levels. However, it would have been convenient to have a half bathroom or at least a full-length mirror on the lower level. The ocean views are stunning, and the restaurant food is excellent, though it is considerably more expensive than dining options in Hamilton. One downside is the numerous steps leading to the private beach and saltwater pool. However, the view is breathtaking once you reach this area. We visited during a busy holiday season, and it seemed the pool areas were not equipped to handle more guests. Finding a chair became a challenge, and at one point, another guest moved my belongings from a chair I had saved. There was no staff around to monitor this. There was a shower available near the beach but no restroom facilities. To enhance the experience, given the hilly climate, it might be beneficial to offer rides to and from the sea salt pool area. The gym equipment is nice but requires much maintenance, particularly the cable machine. Overall, Four Star with Five Star Nightly Rates.
Lovely place.
Loved the Azura property. Rooms were wonderful and views amazing. Pool options great and beach very nice. Restaurant although nice was a bit expensive and bar was out of drink items. Not many other eating options within walking distance. Overall we had a nice time and would definitely recommend the Azura.
Property is built into a cliff with views like no other !!
very nice rooms, beautiful views, only one small restaurant
Great property and quiet. Beautiful location. Beach is not super family friendly given the need to walk but beautiful nonetheless. Would highly recommend. The staff was super helpful and accommodating too!
Amazing property for an amazing island.
The resort is breathtaking, the views are one of a kind and so tranquil.
The rooms are great, the views are even better. The property is modern, clean and beautiful. The staff are all so nice and helpful.
Fanatastic hotel - with amazing staff!!
Everything was cool.
Its not a hotel: its a condo complex that they market as a hotel; staff are very nice but we really feel dupped by the whole experience I would suggest it for a honeymoon if all you want is a quiet room with no amenities Beautiful location but no towels no ice no resturant very expensive for basically a motel We would not recommend to anyone
Beautiful resort! Although there is no beach access, there is a beautiful pool right in front of the ocean which uses the ocean salt water. Must be able to walk a lot of stairs and very hilly property
We loved our stay at Azura and would recommend it to others! We came for a relaxing getaway and were very comfortable in our beautiful room with an awe-inspiring ocean view, well fed with delicious dining options, and didn't leave the facility much since the pool and nearby beach were beautiful. WIFI was excellent and you could work onsite. The yoga classes were nice! Staff are friendly but I wouldn't say go above and beyond; they seem to mind their own business (could be a Bermuda thing?). The only thing I wasn't that into was the glass bathroom—it's not bad, it's just not my thing.
Work in progress regarding seaside pool, restaurant and landscaping
Azura was an absolutely stunning property to stay for our trip to Bermuda. Rooms were elegant with attention paid to every detail, property amenities were outstanding. Central location if you want to travel to other places around the island. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return!
Azura is on its way to be a very nice place. Still some construction ongoing and the long awaited Restaurant may not open until the end of the year. Tried 2 of the Pools and the Beach were all nice and relaxing. Yes, we will return to Azura.
My daughter and I had an amazing time here. Only thing is we wish there was more dining options on premises. Overall everything was excellent.

Great food views and saltwater pool
We loved our Stay at Azura Bermuda! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! We particularly loved Areena! She was extremely attentive and most gracious in making sure we had a wonderful stay at Azura. We will definitely be back for another visit to Bermuda soon!
We liked the pool by the ocean, but not enough amenities.
Quiet, clean and beautiful. Right across the street from a public transportation stop making getting around the island easy

This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked.
