Great place to stay for long term

Great stay. Place is clean lovely quite and staff are helpful. Alper at the front desk and Mehmet went above and beyond with help. Close to main street and taksim Square. Everything in arms length.

Everything at Avantgarde was perfect. Very friendly staff (Davet was so helpful and kind) delicious breakfast, and the room was so clean. The only difficulty was that there were no fan in the bathroom and shower, which made it hard to use the bathroom. Other than that Avantgarde is a great place to stay at👌.

Service in lobby and especially in bar and restaurant was awful; never again will come back , maybe it is ok with standards in Turkey but far from ideal from North American standards.

The rooms are small but clean. However, the noise coming from other rooms are simply annoying. Walls must be super thin.

Usually i don't use mini bar in any hotel. In this hotel asked to pay mini bar even though i did not use any thing. After discussing with reception and investigation , show i mini bar responsible did not put it from the beginning.

The hotel is in a decent location. It's very close to the cevahir shopping centre and Sisli metro station. I asked if they can change one of the days in my stay as I was going stay in the hospital on that day and the manager Muharrem accommodated this for me which was very nice of them. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this request to be accommodated. The only two negative things which weren't a big issue for me were; 1. You get a foul smell from the shower cabinets and the breakfast needs a bit more variety other than that it was a great stay.

I like this hotel style and service. Thank you ! Recommended !

Hotel is bad in terms of cleanliness staff attitude. I asked to change room and they refused despite that they have availability. Hotel amenities are extremely bad. Kettle is not working.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained and well decorated. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. As the Night Shift Manager, he not only ensured our check-in process went smoothly but also addressed any inquiries or requests promptly and efficiently. The hotel is tucked away from the main road but conveniently located. Buses and Tubes are within walking distance and accessible, and a large shopping centre is two minutes across the street. There is a wide selection of eateries nearby. I booked my hotel through Expedia without the breakfast option. Three staff members told me that my breakfast was included in my booking. On the second day of my stay, I cautiously went to have breakfast to be told breakfast was not included. I knew this but was confused about why three staff members gave me incorrect information. Anyway, I am pleased to say I was promptly apologised to, and breakfast was provided for the duration of my stay free of charge, as the hotel acknowledged their mistake and was keen to rectify the situation. The breakfast area is self-serve, with a reasonable selection of fresh and cooked food. Staff were always on hand to help, and my room was kept clean with towels regularly changed. I could check out one hour later, free of charge, and the hotel kept my luggage safe until it was time for me to depart. A taxi transfer was arranged for my departure, which turned up on time, and I arrived back at the airport in plenty of time. I would recommend Avantgarde Hotel Sisli and would happily return to stay.

Good location, secure elevators and clean rooms. Ok bed and pillows. Too much perfume, which can cause headaches. The washroom door is a slide which is very noisy and needs greasing. The breakfast is below average for hotels in this price range.

Overall is good, location easy access to every where by metro taxi bus Infront of the mall and shopping areas 15 min to sultan Ahmed by taxi 10 min Close to galata 10 min taksim The only thing is the pillow was not to my preference But the staff is so helpful and nice Definitely will consider staying here again.

very convenient location, near to Cevahir mall for good shopping, lots of restaurants nearby, main street close by with pharmacy, market, etc. main street by the mall is very busy with traffic but is limited coming onto the narrow street with the hotel.

Room is very tight , beds are extremely bad and uncomfortable, the extra bed in the triple room is terrible. I wonder if i can trust expedia options in my next trip

Staff friendly and accommodating, room smelled of formaldehyde or something like that for the duration of stay even with the balcony door open, room lighting had a lot to be desired.

The location and hotel standard is really nice. The room was smaller than what I saw on the photo but the design was excellent. The balcony had great views of the city and was nice to be able to sit outside. Only two problems I saw. Firstly there was a mini bar and kettle for tea/coffee but no cups or glasses could be found in the room. Secondly the door to the balcony did not lock. Technically the balcony area as secluded and far enough from the next balcony it was weird that the key did not lock. But this might have been a so people did not get locked out? I'm not sure. Otherwise good room design, large breakfast options, large TV but only Turkish or Arabic stations, huge shower.

I was planning on booking another hotel of Avantgarde hotels but accidently booked the Sisli location. Turned out to be better for me. Hotel is new, easy to access and very clean. I want to congralute the management for the staff. There were 2 brilliant, polite and well educated young guys at the front desk. Thank you Veysel and Hakan for further making us feel at home.

Our stay at the Avant-garde Sisli Hotel was wonderful. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the suite, which was well appointed and gave plenty of comfortable clean space for us and the children. The hotel staff are professional and accommodating. We had an unanticipated delay in our travel, and from the minute we arrived at the hotel the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality and consideration. I highly recommend this hotel and their team.
