We have been tp the Atrium several times and iy is generally very clean and tidy. The one problem is that our room 15 had no wifi and despite complaining about it, the wifi was not tesplved

Good location, clean and spacious room. The outdoor hot tub however was too hot to use and not as private as we hoped. In general a good stay with modern facilities and rooms.

We found it very handy in proximity to everywhere we had to go. Very clean and tidy and was surprised that the room was serviced daily. Beds were very comfortable and good crisp linen. I would definately recommend it.

This accommodation was just what I needed. close to where I needed to go. Looked recently upgraded. Great basic amenities that allowed me to self cater my meals. Warm room and comfortable bed.

Good: Bathroom, shower, kitchen, bed, working space, heating, cleanliness, free parking. Bad: Wifi, Tv, Area, had to drive to get food. 6/10.

The compendium had some good information, however in terms of the tv, it frustrated me a little coz It took too long for me to work out how to drive the tv. But I did thankfully. Clean, modern and well appointed room. The road is quite busy/noisy at night, at least on the weekend we were there. Also apartment accommodation next door is not managed overnight - loud all night party meant no sleep until 4am.

It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The rooms were well maintained and the staff friendly.

Pictures where not representative of what the property actually was. No use for a patio, since the view was of the limited parking lot. Parking was very tight. Not at all what was expected. Overpriced.

Good: * 2 separate bedroom's * Kitchenette fairly good size and clean * Large bathroom * Welcome at reception was very nice * Wifi was good albeit limited to 200mb per day * Looked like it had been recently decorated inside and out Not so good * Noisey - Room seemed to pick up all the road noises * No recycling facilties * No hob to cook on. Microwave only * No TV apps - eg Netflix or Youtube * Shower head was well past its use by date- The rubber moulding where the water squirts out was broken *Grouting of tiling in shower area was mouldy - not nice * Floor in bathroom was stained. Not mopped in a while which would have removed stains I think if these few areas were addressed it would get much higher rating

We had a lovely one night stay. Short walk to Waikato Stadium which suited us very much. Clean facilities. Quiet - units nicely set away from main road. Adequate parking. Would recommend & will definitely keep in mind for future stays.

modern decor, excellence amenities

The staff were lovely, considering I arrived after check in closed. The cleaning crew were really nice and the room was cleaned well. The room was really spacious (just a little dated but well cared for) with all the amenities. Parking a definite bonus.

It was a good, basic motel; everything you'd expect and all in good condition. Polite & helpful office staff; comfy bed; plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower; aircon that cooled the room quickly; kitchenette with two of everything you need, including wine glasses, and the (quiet) fridge had a freezer compartment with actual ice cubes! 10 mins walk to supermarket or riverside walk, though there is a superette closer.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Room was large, clean, and as described. Multiple restaurants and grocery store walking distance nearby.

Someone was driving through in the middle of the night and again at 5:30 AM in a very loud unmuffled vehicle, startling me awake.

Wifi does not go beyond unit 6. So have to be outside to use it if in higher numbered units. Not convenient or practical.

Having stayed in a few motels this trip, Atrium on Ulster exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable and the bedlinen new and fresh.

Easy to find and spacious room

Loved staying at your motel. Only one thing the cleaner took away a box of veggies and spices that were on the floor, that then ended up in the bin.

Great property…central in location to explore North island. Stayed for 4 nights and used as a base to visit various tourist locations.

Wonderful renovated room that was thoughtfully looked after by a very considerate room service lady. Very much appreciated the nice staff & management at this property.

Shower had black mould in the tiles. The rest of the place was tidy. Parties with fireworks on Saturday and Sunday nights very noisy from the adjoining property. We liked the private patio area at back of room.

Very tidy and quiet property

Our unit was spacious and clean and had plenty of utensils/crockery etc. The bathroom was huge and clean. The sofa in our unit was very worn but comfortable. Also, we were in Unit 15 and when we went to bed there was a constant humming/clicking/buzzing noise coming through the wall by the bed head. It was like sleeping next to a running fridge - quite annoying.

The construction let much of the noise from Ulster street in front of the property into the room.

We had a nice stay at Atrium on Ulster. Facilities were good and our room was modern and clean. We were concerned about emergency housing located nearby but didn't have any issues other than some noise during the night.

Very nice motel. Cleanliness was 5star. Very spacious room and we had an enjoyable stay.

Spacious studio. TV worked just like home without having to muck around working it out. Nice bathroom products.

The property was nice and convenient, room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the bathroom had a weird smell, the room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Good size rooms, comfy bed, separate lounge, good shower too. There is a courtyard and private spa pool off the kitchenette. Front office staff were friendly, rooms and grounds were very clean and tidy and on-site parking available. We would happily stay here again.

The property had an overwhelming and nauseating odour of air freshener. The fridge was freezing the milk, chairs broken, microwave so high a tall person would have trouble accessing

Location central to everything

Large room, at least 50 square meters, furnitures are very new and very clean. Bed is good, not too soft.

Very Comfortable Hotel.

The Atrium was a good choice for a multi-night stay. I found the hotel to be a comfortable roomy suite (for the US visitors think Residence Inn). It was the most comfortable place for chilling out, watching TV and getting caught up in the evening over a 6 week stay in New Zealand. The location was a little off putting in that it's in a strip of low rise motels and apartment buildings but, as I drove around Hamilton, I believe that is characteristic of most of Hamilton NZ. This is a 2 story motel tell with no elevator. Some of the ground level rooms had outdoor spas.

Ideal for us. Modern and clean. All facilities you would require and close to restaurants.
