The property is convienently located around good dinning places. It has a good gym and spa services. The staff need a little bit of good customer service training, specially those who are at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from. It needs an improvement. Overall, I recommend any business traveler to stay at this hotel.

I only have complain on the internet ( WiFi). The WiFi is very week I cannot even attend meetings especially inside the Rooms.

The furniture in the room was old. The pillows was too flat.

I booked this hotel for its golden location, but the view from the 20 floor was absolutely a nice surprise. Even though the hotel is old, I’ve enjoyed my stay here with the comfy of the bedding and towel, the convenience of the location (walking distance to public transit, a nearby mall with various restaurants/fast food to choose from) and decent service (fast cleaning and quick response to my requests) . The room is so spacious it’s even good for business men/women to work in. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. Large and clean rooms with excellent housekeeping. Indian resturant Tandoor is on the first floor. Good food. Must mention that we forget 1 mobile phone in a taxi and the hotel staff, escpecially the manager helped us to get it back from the driver. Overall very good stay. Definately recommended.

I liked the location of the place and the city view of room. Room was spacious and staff very friendly. It is good to enjoy different cuisines in the restaurants and staff extremely friendly and helpful I have had a few hiccups though 1. Trainee steward in the cafe in first floor - needs to learn a few things from opening a bottle without spilling things on me and telling me that I need to pay more money if I have additional drink 2. Wash basin was leaking with water flowing on the floor. This was fixed, but the technician used the floor towel to clean the place and left it as such

Was upgraded to a Executive Room on a Non Smoking floor , but the room still had strong cigarette smoke smell either from the Carpets or bedding. Lengthy wait for the lifts. Definitely requires a face lift specially the carpets in rooms and in the revolving restaurant . Appreciate having a separate Muslim food counter for breakfast . Overall average experience for the price paid .

Hotel has a friendly staff and is very clean. Buffet breakfast is very good quality. Room was clean. Bed sheets, comforter, and pillow were good quality and clean. Bath room was clean . Towels were good quality and cleaned every day.

My stay at your hotel was excellent everything was just ok,as a Muslim finding what to eat was also convenient because there are a lot of halal food close to the hotel.I will definitely come back whenever I am in Guangzhou.

Hotel will cheat you in every way!

Avoid the hotel at all costs. The management has changed recently and they are doing a favour by even checking you in. I arrived at 3am and even though Hotels.com and I had called the hotel to advice and I paid for the night, the room was not provided till 8am. Furthermore, the room category was lower than advertised on Hotels.com. Also wifi hardly works! No wifi in lobby - the hotel staff admit this themself. The staff are not attentive, the buffet was promised to have more than 500 dishes but only contained Chinese non veg dishes as opposed to 100+ veg and global menu. Cheating by the hotel in every way. On checkout the hotel wanted to charge £100 extra for no reason. When I challenged and threatened to call the police they admitted that the charge had been incorrectly added.

When I reached the hotel they could not find my bookings on their system so after lot of discussion I had to pay for one night at normal rate but then it was sorted out the following day . I also asked for a late check out but was required to pay 50 % to stay up to 6 pm while my flight was at half past midnight , I ended up paying for the whole night

It is clean and stands out. The food for the buffet is very nice and fresh. The views from the tower restaurant overlooks the best area in Guangzhou. It is like you are touring the city while dining.

Good location with a nice supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Clean room, good service. Pity the TV did not work, they were installing a new system.

5 star hotel , need renovation specially rooms and showers . very very very slow internet . you hardly use inter net in the room . only webchat work.

Great place to stay

Happy to stay here, everything was good except the WIFI is not stable. The location is great, the Metro station is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a great Vegetarian restaurant in at shopping mall nearby the hotel, you can reach there by 5 mins walk. Shuttle bus provided to Pazhou Exhibition Complex. Will come back again.

A well located hotel. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. Almost all staff were able to communicate in English. ( a plus point for china ).

Good location. The hotel building comprises both commercial tenants and guest rooms but they are using the same entrance. In fact the elevators to commercial tenants floors and to the guest rooms locate at the same ares, which makes me have some concern about guest room security.
