The location was perfect for us - so close to the great Old Istanbul attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Close to Hagai Sophia & Blue Mosque. Good service from staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Only problem is that the bath tub is quite high and hard to get out of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay, convenient location walkable to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Arasta Bazaar and lots of shops/restaurants. Grand Bazaar was 16 mins walk away. We would explore the city and come back in the afternoon to rest as it was so nearby. Great views from the breakfast terrace and staff very friendly. Only downsides were it was a bit noisy from the street outside and the prayer calls from the mosques, breakfast was same everyday and not enough cupboard space in the room. But I would happily stay again for the location and convenience

You walk out of the Hotel, and you're in grounds of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia ... so convenient

No way a 4 star hotel.

First issue i faced was that the hotel told me on arrival that the breakfast was not included. It took me a while to resolve the issue after showing the receipt i had. Small thing, but appreciate if they put a tooothpaste. Also, the most annoying thing was that the taxis were not allowed to enter the street where the hotel is. So had to drag all my bags uphill to the hotel. Finally, all the tours arranged by the hotel were very poor. Guide can hardly speak English.

Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing.

Excellent location, helpful elevator for my daughter as my room was on 5th floor. Staff was super nice and helpful and well fluent in English. Rooftop breakfast with a decent buffet menu and a fantastic view. Will stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul.

We are family of six and stayed in 2 different rooms. Economy and premium. Both rooms were clean specially bathrooms and beds. Premium room was super comfortable and modern. Prices were very reasonable for that location and the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was also great and delicious. Staff are super helpful and friendly.great location with lots of beautiful shops and restaurants around. Definitely recommend this place.

Great location between the blue mosque and Aya Sofia. Amazing view from the roof terrasse where traditional Turkish dishes where served for breakfast. We had a balcony facing the historic centre. The staff where very friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned everyday without fault. Highly recommend it

Really friendly staff with a great focus on making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and so close to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. From the breakfast terrace you have amazing views and I would really love to stay there again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff

a huge improvement in their wifi is needed, half of the time it didn't work, at least when they changed my room, was difficult to work.

Room not as pictured

The rooms and bathroom were not what the picture is shown here. The shower had a broken handle and very very small shower space. We chose this hotel because it had an elevator however the room we got did not have an elevator so our 2 elderly persons in our group struggled to go up and down everyday. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as the daily prayers at night is LOUD. Breakfast was good. Rooftop view is beautiful. Did not like the receptionist guy asking where we are originally from and pushing us tour packages. The lady receptionist is very nice and kind.

Very convenient location, breakfast was ok, great views from top terrace. Although room was nothing like pictured and wasn't cleaned very well, shower head holder was also broken. Staff were accommodating but a little overbearing trying to sell tours.

Was close to sites to visit, shopping and dining. Place was clean and comfortable with very pleasant staff.

Hotel was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful going above and beyond - needed a bigger baby cot due to reasons stated later and a larger baby cot was given 👍 warming up baby food and providing hot milk upon request 👍 proving details on excursions 👍 ensuring we had everything we need by asking us upon arrival👍 the view during breakfast is simply amazing🇹🇷☀️👍 However the hotel itself did have a few flaws, one being the hotel arm chair was broken and at first a small baby cot was given which was severely broken (had screws and nuts missing/loose), building works on our side of the hotel which meant we had to close our windows and drill noises came through which affected baby sleeping, this also was a privacy issue as there were men on the scaffolding right outside our window… Overall a very good hotel, the staff took care of myself and my little family which was most important and most of the negative stuff we’re out of anyone’s control, I recommend for sure if you are looking for somewhere near the main square and near both iconic mosques! 7/10!!

Great Hotel Near Blue Mosque

Excellent all the way around. Great location just minutes away from the Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia in a safe & clean tourist district where most are fluent in English. Loys of shops & restaurants. Nice room, clean, great staff - helpful & friendly, amazing breakfast view & food. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent break for disabled lady in the old city

My wife and I stayed in a disabled room in the hotel. The ramp from the car park was a bit of a challenge and the lift to the breakfast area was too small for a mobility scooter but the staff were all amazingly helpful and when the mobility scooter broke down, they fixed it. Fantastic. The location for all the old city sites is brilliant, just a short walk to everything. If you want to go further, the tram is not far away. The view from the breakfast area is brilliant - mosques, sea, sunshine. The same area is empty during the day for a quiet chill-out with a stunning view. At night it becomes a Vietnamese restaurant - top notch too. A quick shout-out to the hotel manager and to Tara (PR) for their exceptional service, but a big thank you to everyone there.

Excellent customer service and very friendly front desk. We had some issues with our booked room but they did everything possible to resolve those issues and provided us with a good room option. Also, they were very helpful with advice and tour suggestions. And they let us check in earlier. However, there are some cons: - Noise isolation is very poor. - Breakfast is very average. - Rooms on the top floor are very old. These cons are only hotel-related issues and are not related to customer service at all. As I stated above, front desk employees were very professional, helpful, and friendly.

狭いホテルだが、観光には便利でスタッフも素晴らしい。

青のモスクやTokpaki宮殿のすぐそばで観光には便利。朝食は6FのルーフトップなのでViewを楽しめる。ただ、海側の建物はあまり美しくない。朝食もシンプルなもの。部屋も狭く、ベッドの幅も驚くほど狭い。ただ、スタッフはとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在することができた。

Emplacement tres pratique, au coeur de Sultanhamet. Chambre agreable, pas trop de bruit malgre labsence de double vitrage. Equipement correct, personnel agreable dans l'ensemble.

Hotel war ok, Parkplatz zwar hinterm Hotel, aber dauerte ca. 30 min bis wir da waren. 25 Euro für 40 Stunden entsprach nicht den Angaben des Hotels. Dazu 3% Gebühr bei Kreditkartenzahlung und ein mieses Frühstück. Preis Leistung passten aus unserer Sicht nicht. Lage ist super.

早めの到着でしたが、アーリーチェックインの相談をしたところ、部屋が空いてたこともありOKしてもらえました！ おかげでゆっくり休憩でき、初日午後から周辺の観光をすることが出来ました。 ちなみに、エレベーターは3人でいっぱいぐらいの広さで、手動で外扉を開閉するスタイルです。 部屋は5階のベランダ付きのシービュー。（目の前に、というよりは少し遠くにボスポラス海峡が見えます） まわりに海鳥がたくさん飛んでるので、掃除のタイミングによっては、窓やベランダには鳥の「落とし物」が残っている場合もあります。 （でも、スタッフが毎日ちゃんと掃除してくれます） ベッドは2人で寝ても寝返りがうてるぐらいの充分なサイズでGOOD。 洗面台が横並びで2つ付いてたのは使い勝手がよかったです。 朝食は、6階にあるアヤソフィアとブルーモスク両方を見渡せる見晴らしのいいレストランでいただきました。 フルーツも新鮮で美味しかったです！ テラスからの眺めは最高で、ボスポラス海峡まで見渡せます。 （夜はライトアップされたアヤソフィアとブルーモスクも見渡せます） 主要な観光スポットが徒歩圏内にたくさんあるので、とてもおすすめなホテルです！ 何よりスタッフの方も明るく、顔を合わすたびに笑顔で話しかけてくれて、とても良い気分で毎日を過ごすことが出来ました！ありがとうございました！

De ligging is top ,alles op wandelsfstand . Onbijt met zicht op de blauwe moskee gewoon prachtig. Ontbijt was niet super maar gewoontjes. De kamer die we hadden was de premium voor 3 personen was veel te klein ...geen kastruimte..wel proper ...is max voor 2 personen ... De housekeeping stond om 8u aan de deur wat veel te vroeg is ...alle personeel was zeer vriendelijk behalve de man aan de receptie met lang haar, hij wilde ons steeds tours verkopen telkens als hij ons zag .was wel vervelend .

Das Personal ist unprofessionell. Sie können kein Wort Deutsch reden. Sie konnte kaum Englisch reden, es war sehr schwer zu verstehen. Laut Website hat das Hotel 4 Sterne, was nicht mal 2 Sterne verdient hat. Es sah sehr nach einem privaten und sehr billigen Unterkunft aus. Man kann es überhaupt nicht mit dem Bildern auf der Website vergleichen. Wir hatten zusätzlich Frühstück gehabt. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Das einzige was gut war, war die Lage des Hotels.

Great location

The location is fantastic, from our room we had we to the blue mosque, and from the roof terrase where they serve breakfast we could see both the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The beds were too hard for me, and the AC a bit lack luster.

Piccolo hotel nel cuore di Sultanahmet, vicinissimo alle piu belle attrazioni della zona. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, personale bravo ed educato, colazione buona e fatta nella terrazza panoramica al ultimo piano del hotel. Consigliatissimo per pernottamenti di 3/4 giorno o più.

セーフティボックスが古いモデルだったため最初の設定に手間取った他は、問題なく快適に過ごせました。水回りが良かった。シャワーの水圧はその後に宿泊した大型アコーホテル以上でした。スタッフのサービスは気取りがなく、とてもアットホームで安らげる滞在でした。こじんまり、ゆっくり、いいホテルだと思います。

Bien aimé ; la proximité avec le centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied pour les bons marcheurs.

Die Unterkunft war sehr alt, die Zimmer leider nicht sauber und die Wände waren hauchdünn. Wir haben nachts in unserem Zimmer immer den Aufzug und die Gäste im Zimmer nebenan gehört. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war ebenso leider eine grosse Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war sehr sehr klein.
