Everything was amazing!!!
Service was outstanding
The resort is beautiful, but to be honest the room felt super underwhelming- especially for $500 a night. The bathroom was nice but the rooms definitely need renovating for those kind of prices. I’m not sure if it was just the location I was in, but I heard people talking ALL night outside. Also, that was probably the warmest hotel room I’ve slept in. It felt muggy and was hard to sleep. Friendly staff, beautiful entry, but I’d give the actual room a 4/10.
John, the concierge was very helpful with arranging for our tour. Robert E. Claire the tour guide was very informative. Jordan, another front desk clerk, was also very helpful in getting our keys for our room. The only problem was our rooms weren’t ready when we got here.
Beautiful location and very peaceful with the mountain as a backdrop.
Great place to relax and live like royalty
It has beautiful grounds and nice pools
The property was pretty nice considering it was remodeled not too long ago. The lobby area was really nicely decorated and felt inviting. However one of the hot tubs on the property was quite dirty and the jets didn't work, also the shower heads aren't detachable so it makes washing yourself fully more difficult. We also felt like the food and drink prices didn’t really reflect the quality of the things we ordered. Lastly the “Fitness Center” not having showers was a big letdown.
All the staff was insanely friendly.. like, not joking! Staff is extremely helpful with anything you need. Shout out to Kiana at the Saugaro pool/bar. My friend was telling her the stay was great but he couldn't find any tums. Kiana took time out her shift to get him some from the shop. She was AMAZING our whole stay. But everyone in general from the valet to the room services were extraordinary!
Great place to stay! I will be back!
The Arizona Biltmore is an absolutely stunning resort that I highly recommend! You never know which celebrity might make an appearance.
Beautiful historic hotel
Came out here for the Hell City Tattoo convention and really enjoyed the property. I would definitely come stay here again.
The pool was disgusting. Food and drinks were over priced for their quality
Property was well kept, amenities were awesome. The grounds and rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly.
Excellent service
Very clean, very relaxing
We had such an amazing time i took my kids and we had a blast perfect getaway perfect beautiful resort
The biltmore was amazing with its history and design!
Check in nightmare!
The check in was horrendous! There was a line of about 14 people while the check in crew chatted it up! The concierge counter had 4 people just talking, nobody had the initiative to come over and help. Get the people checked in and if they need more service that is what the concierge is for!
Outstanding staff and service will be going again in near future!
Very clean. The service is hit or miss. We requested turn down service in the evenings and we never got it. Pretty pricey. We paid $54 for 2 virgin piña coladas and one old fashioned, and we added a generous tip on top of that. Beautiful clean grounds, but the service could be kicked up a notch.
Weekend getaway
The room was very clean and spacious. The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. Great place for a quick staycation.
One of the most unique properties I have ever stayed at. The architecture is beautiful, the pools and restaurants are great, and the service is fantastic.
Unique desert art deco architecture.
Great property and location
We enjoyed a nice staycation for a birthday celebration. Had a great time at the pool. I will say the prices at the pool are a little spend. We did discover the citrus room and I highly recommend that for anybody staying on property. You can’t bring the food or drinks into the pool but otherwise it’s all inclusive and it’s phenomenal. We mainly used it for cocktails and some appetizers along with breakfast. We did have dinner out. Overall great, and everyone was very friendly.
Great property - staff not so great
Property is great - but we ran into multiple staff that weren’t friendly. Valet, servers, we called and asked if they could bring up a silverware setup and said they had to charge for it. Beautiful property but if you want service stay at the ritz.
Pros: - clean room with comfy bed and large TV - outdoor 24hr swimming pools, one with large slides - large outdoor bar - pretty grounds Cons: - added fees include: parking (~$30/day), resort fee, some other daily travel(?) fee, etc. - resort fee doesn't include use of tennis or pickleball courts; they have addition fees - no reasonably priced onsite food; for example a burger is ~$50, breakfast ~30pp - balcony rooms have shared balcony with neighbor(s) and are easily accessible from all rooms the floor, so can't forget to close lock sliding doors also - pool slides close early
.
Hotel was great but they are not cleaning the pools… too many bugs floating, cloudy water for the entire weekend… had to step over the same band aid for 2 days on the pool entry steps…as a pool owner it was just disgusting!…I won’t even get into the drink costs… just absurd.
Wonderful stay!
Could not have had a better experience, the staff we friendly, lovely, and personable. Would come back here just for the hotel
The Biltmore never disappoints. Love this place.
Our staycation
This resort checks ALL the boxes! It’s 1st class all the way and we are definitely going back 💯
The Arizona Biltmore was nice. However, my room was so hot. I don’t know if it’s due to the heat outside but if finally cooled down at 2am. The room itself was humongous. The shower pressure was good. The resort itself was beautiful. I had a EV and it was difficult to charge there. Room service for quick and the food was delicious. Get valet or it’s a nice walk to the parking garage. I will most likely try this resort again with a different room type, since they have several options for stay.
This was the perfect staycation with my husband. We had great service; everyone was helpful and friendly.
Great stay
Friendly service Great room Comfortable bed Awful shower Super loud restaurant/bar with too many kids yelling But great food and drinks
I asked for handicap accessible. Our room wad in the building furthest removed from the lobby. Ramps were so steep we needed security to go anywhere. I was a hostage in the room. Could not even get to a pool. Checked out a day early. The front desk staff was uninformed, property just sold again. All staff nice but unhappy. Rooms had no maps, restaurant info or spa services. High tea on website but no longer offered. Room had an invasion of ants and coffee maker didn't work. I was so disappointed.
We ate at McArthers for dinner and breakfast. The service was very good, but the prices were very high. ( $11.00 for 3 strips of bacon!!!!) We stayed at a privately owned villa and there are something that need to be addressed. The bathtub had no grab bars and no mat in the tub. Stepping in was very har as the tub bottim was very slippery, not to mention when the soap was used. The bed was very comfortable and my granddaughter loved the slides. Back to the prices, In the summer when a lot of locals will be visiting the hotel it might be a good idea to lower the price of the drinks. ( $26 dollars for a drink is a bit over the top. All and all we enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore , although the above mentioned items should be addressed.
Amazing experience
Had an amazing experience! Restaurants on site was excellent.
Great trip hotel was amazing!!
The hotel was perfect we in Phoenix for the wnba all-stars game. Can’t wait to stay there again!!
Great service
I loved the suite!
The slides were awesome
Amazing atmosphere, beautiful room, clean and comfortable, friendly staff and wonderful hospitality!
Always predictable!
The Biltmore is always such good service. The check-in was quick, the room was great, we had dinner at the resort and all of us were very happy with the quality of the food and the wine selection was top-notch.
Loved this property so much. Wonderful pools, comfortable beds and pillows. Easy town to navigate, close to the Sky Harbor Airport, only 20 minute drive. I would not recommend visiting Old Town Scottsdale, not much to see there, too many galleries.
Took my wife here for a surprise bday getaway. Despite the temps averaging 110-118 during 4 night stay we enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, many pools. Family friendly and the adult only sections are a nice plus for couples. If you go DEFINITELY inquire about the “Citrus Club”. For $100-125 a night per person you get unlimited adult beverages and light breakfast, lunch and evening eats. Well worth it as just one drink from the adult pool can reach up to $27! My only issues were the highly expensive restaurants on the property ($30 plus for nearly every everything including adult beverages). My wife and I ate mostly in the Citrus Club or off the property. In addition our room AC only went down to 68 degrees. Keep in mind also that self parking is a nice walk from the resort. About a 5-8min walk depending on where you’re located. Which isn’t bad but when temps are 110 plus it can become a nuisance! Other than that they property is amazing and my wife and I plan to return with our children sometime soon.
The property has had improvements over the last 5 years. They have updated the restaurant options, changed the family pool, added an adult's only pool, added an outdoor lounge and bar and updated the rooms. It is an elegant but family friendly resort.
Amazing service and beautiful place.
Parking situation is horrible.. rest everything is good
This place was absolutely amazing. Felt like I was on a resort in Mexico. Truly amazing and more than I expected.
Clean, fun pool

It’s the biltmore in Scottsdale, what else can you say? Staff was amazing and went the extra mile
Beautiful property!
Loved the pool, it's 24hrs. The pool bar workers are great. Lots of towels and seats. The slide was awesome. But close a little too early 4pm. We had movie night at the pool on Friday. The smell in the lobby was great. But room service foods are a little expensive. If you are not ready just eat out. We ate at this place called Brunch Snob. Good food. Overall we loved it.. 😍
Comfortable stay!
Very iconic property in the heart of Phoenix. Tasteful modern updates and very comfortable rooms. When the price is right, one of the best places to stay in Phoenix!!
Great property! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you
By far one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at besides going out the country
We always choose the Biltmore for our summer staycations. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We truly had the best times.
great
Excellent atmosphere
Great stay
Not wheel chair friendly
We stayed in a handicap room that was NOT handicap friendly. Light switch to bathroom outside the the hallway. Tiny shower with no shelf for shower soaps, ect. Water from shower got EVERYWHERE. It was as if they, as an after thought, made this room into a room equipped for those with those needs. Very sub-pare!!
Horrible experience- not a typical Biltmore property.
Simply amazing
GORGEOUS RESORT! So many pools, beautiful views everywhere, breathtaking property.
Such a beautiful resort
This was my our first time staying at Az Biltmore & it was amazing! Will definitely have to come back again soon because it’s paradise! Staff, food, drinks, amenities all top notch! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway!
Best hotel we have stayed at hands down.
Beautiful property with amazing staff and facilities
Beautiful hotel, great amenities and ambiance were fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
well satisfied
Excellent resort to relax and unwind
Multiple pools, slides were fun, great food (especially their breakfast menu), clean rooms, and very friendly and accommodating staff. An excellent resort to relax and unwind.
Everything was wonderful except for me paying for a king suite and didn’t have a suite. Overall I had a wonderful time
Lovely place and great staff
Beautiful property.
Beautiful historic old property things are just so expensive these days. Though a Margarita by the pool is 20 bucks. Wow
It was a lovey family trip. Kids love the slide.
Absolute on gorgeous resort. Enjoyed our stay very much.
This place is as pure luxury! But be ready to spend some money!
Just okay
Check in took 25min, hotel was nice and clean. Kinda felt like a dungeon in our part, dark and concrete all over. Room was decent, tv was so off center it made it hard to watch. Room was overall just weirdly organized with most furniture pointless and in weird spots. Bed was comfy. First night was routine but on second night I got a text message saying they would be doing a fire alarm drill in the morning between 830am-4pm. And not only did they set our alarm off at 930am but at 6am they also decided they would do TONS of drilling, hammering, and construction all morning. And when the alarm did go off we were still there and had to endure for around 10min. Have no idea why they couldn’t do all this after the 11am check out. I valeted my Tesla for the 2 day trip and not once or for any amount of time did they offer or charge my car even though I know they have chargers. Paid over $70 for this service and they couldn’t even plug it in for me. Overall the hotel is in a nice location but doesn’t offer or feel like a high end resort. Will stay at many of the other hotels In the area next time.
The hotel bathrooms need to be updated and it took hours to get a chair at the pool.
We had bugs flying in our room, especially the bathroom
Liked everything at property and it’s close to off property activities!
Great property
Phx Fav
This property never disappoints.
Beautiful place! Friendly service.
Excellent service, everyone was so helpful and kind.
Luxury and Top Service for AZ Biltmore
Beautiful 1929 vintage architecture meets when you're driving up. Our two queen beds were top of the line, and the room was spacious, with no problems at all in the room from the coffee machine to the showerhead and toilets. The pool and restaurant staff were plentiful, well versed in their trade. The was a twist on the top-of-the-line steak house. The meats had some to a lot of smoke prepration and served in a South American fashion.
Check in staff were great, but the room wasn’t as expected. We have contacted housekeeping services and hope things will improve.
Property is perfect. Multiple pools, everything maintained to the highest degree. Staff are amazing. Will go again
Terrible
First the room we were supposed to have we need not get and no room was available after I reserved a paid for a certain room. The bathroom was terrible, room service food was overpriced for something that tastes like they cooked in a microwave. This was actually one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at and you are only paying for the name nothing else.
Beautiful property
Great property, nice staff.
I'm definitely coming back!
The pools, the Spire Bar, the gym, the spa was absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to go back!
Great relaxing weekend. Dining options are a bit limited (all the different bars serve the same food) and overpriced
It’s very nice. We love it. Clean and beautiful!
Loved the Biltmore Phoenix! They had some plenty of pool options, food options and fitness activities. I only left one day to go out to eat. There are plenty of restaurants that are an Uber ride away. The bed and amenities were so comfortable. The staff was friendly and customer service was top notch. I will definitely stay here again when I want an escape.
