3 star motel

The photos they have up are much nicer than the actual room we got. The room was very outdated , the toilet seat in the bathroom was coming off, the faucet in the kitchen was bearly hanging on to the sink. Sheets were clean but when the pillow accidentally came out of the pillowcase i was debating if i should even put my head on it, it was ancient and falling apart. We were disappointed and would not recommend.

Nice hotel close to city center

We were there for two nights and we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is about 10 minute walk to city center. We will be back.

Unbeatable view

We wanted a decent base within walking distance of Zakopane town centre and that's what we got. The room was large and well-kept, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from our room was second to none. My only gripe was the flimsy curtain, which would have had us up at 4am every morning with the light had we not brought eye-masks. Particularly good place for families as convenient yet quieter (and presumably cheaper) than town-centre apartments.

Amazing view of the mountains

Breathaking view of the mountains from the balcony. Modern, clean and ample apartments within 15 min walk from the Gubalowka hill tram station, folkloric market and beginning of Krupowki street. 6 min from a well stocked grocery store and an excellent restaurant called Sopa. All at a bargain price.

Very nice room

The room was very nice,spacious,very clean & comfortable with an amazing view for the mountains.less than 15 min walk to the centre of Zakopane.Staff very helpful. Perfect location for quiet stay & relaxation.Would definitely recommend it.

Nice location

The building of the apartment is very old, historical. Location was perfect, half way between the Wawel Castle and the Sukiennice. What we didn't like was the maintenance of the apartment. As clean as it was, it definitely required some TLC. The windows were so old, they were making noise throughout the night with wind blowing in between which definitely affected the sleep for all three nights. The noise was also coming from down the street as the cleaning (?) crew arrived to open the gate at 6am. The apartment was lacking basics, like toiletries and additional toilet paper. No directions where to empty the trash can when it got full. Also, the description of the apartment was misleading. I thought we have booked two bedroom apartment for four people, but it was one bedroom with a small living room that had a pull out sofa.

Lovely place but avoid appartment​ 2

Apartment was big and spacious in the ground floor, only downside was it was next to the steps to other apartments and smokers were standing outside our entrance to smoke and children chapping the windows and looking in, we had to keep our blinds down at all times Breakfast was ok, but at 40zl for 2 people per day its a bit steep for what they have to offer. Rude awakening​ at 6am in the morning by the baker slamming his car doors and being as loud as he could My advice - avoid apparent 2 if you want peace and quiet

Zakopane awesome .... Accommodation terrible!!!!!

terrible terrible terrible Zakopane was amazing unfortunately my stay @ apartmenty jan was the most horrible experience that I have ever witnessed. I am still waiting on payment to my account after paying cash ,,, Before my stay I was contacted & held to ransom if I didn't pay one night by visa & not my debit card which I secured the booking on it would be cancelled. I am still waiting on my money to be credited into my account that's is almost 16 days ago. I am also pretty sure that I was overcharged for the room also which I am looking into @ the moment Stayed in room 6 which is not to be mistaken for apartment 6 as it does not exist, one replacement set of towels in 6 days & bedding not changed also

On arrival take a taxi and walk every other time.

Pokoje bardzo ładne i przytulne. W aneksie kuchennym stoi ekspres to kawy, a to bardzo duży plus. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Najpiękniejsze to widok z okna :)

Pobyt zapamiętam bardzo dobrze. Perfekcyjna obsługa recepcji. Świetna lokalizacja z nieziemskim widokiem. Samo serce Zakopanego. Najlepszy z moich kilku tegorocznych pobytów w podobnych miejscach. Pokoje bardzo mi się podobały. To co bym zrobił to rozjaśnił jakoś aneks kuchenny. Bo nieco psuje bardzo dobre wrażenie całości. Z całą pewnością polecam.

Nefungující wifi; špatné parkování; na recepci naprostý chaos, chtěli po nás opětovně zaplatit snídaně; drahé snídaně, byť nebyly špatné, tak za tu cenu to neodpovídalo.

Pozitiva - ubytování pěkné, čisté - dětský koutek - venkovní posezení - lokalita Negativa - otřesná recepce - nejprve navrhli slevu, po zaplacení bez dokladu bylo nutné doplatit, takže sleva nebyla žádná a v den odjezdu chtěli zaplatit znova 525 PLN za snídaně, které byly hrazeny po příjezdu. - naprosto nefunkční wifi - drahá snídaně - špatné parkování v areálu, málo místa

Sprawdzony obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji na zimowe szaleństwo. Smaczne śniadania i spokojny wypoczynek od gwaru miasta. Polecamy dla rodziny z dziećmi (9 i 12 lat). Minusem było niepełne wyposażenie kuchenne i słabe Wi-Fi.

Dobra lokalizacja, średnio oceniam hotel

Kłopoty przy kwaterowaniu, otrzymaliśmy pokój inny niż ten za który zapłaciłam mimo, że był dostępny na stronie hotels.com jako ostatni apartament dla dwóch osób, to był największy minus jaki zauważyłam, poza tym śniadanie powinno być wliczone w cenę zważywszy na to, że to apartamenty. Ogólnie stan pokoju dobry, dobrze wyposażony, dobra lokalizacja.

Jestem zadowolona, nie wnoszę żadnych zastrzerzeń do przesympatycznej obsługi (pani Karolina- recepcja), smacznych śniadań...bravo za możliwość skorzystania z garażu. Moje wątpliwości budziły jedynie zbyt klaustrofobiczna łazienka i taras, uliczny hałas.

Wszystko zgodnie z moimi oczekiwaniami, nawet specjalnie nie żałuje że nie było śniegu.

Pokój przestronny, bo przeznaczony dla 3 osób, łazienka mała, bez żadnych kosmetyków czy mydła, wyposażenie pokoju OK, śniadanie w innym budynku ale nie jest to duży problem. Śniadania od godziny 8, więc jak ktoś jest na wypoczynku to OK, ale jak ma się konferencję od 8 to to trochę późno.

Niewygodne materace, zepsuta suszarka do włosów, Po poprzednich gościach były pozostawione śmieci w koszu i na balkonie pełna popielniczka wypalonych papierosów.Ogólnie uważam że cena była za wysoka jak na ten standard.

Bon pied à terre courte durée

Pour cause de travaux, il est nécessaire de parcourir une déviation d'environs 8km à chaque fois au retour du centre ville alors qu'à l'aller le chemin en voiture prend à peine 5 min 'car route mis à sens unique). Odeur désagréable systématiquement à l'entrée de l'appartement. Tout le monde n'est pas matinal dès 8h-9h surtout quand on prend peu de vacances et le personnel s'avère prêter peu d'attention au respect de la tranquillité du client sur ce point. Au niveau de la propreté de la chambre il n'y a rien à dire. La valeur vraiment ajoutée de l'emplacement a été la vue sur les montagnes depuis le lit. Bref personnellement nous n'y reviendrons probablement pas.

Mycket bra boende i lägenhetshotell. En lagom promenad till stan och nära till närmsta skidbacke. Tyvärr lite problem med WiFi några av dagarna
