Great location close to train station and Nara Park. The frontdek staff was helpful I used the laundry machines, very clean area.

Nara is great hotel was nice cant wait to go back

This was a great hotel in the great area of Nara where you can walk downstairs for food and shopping. The park is only a few minutes away. The property was very clean and luxurious. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. We had a great time in this hotel. Thank you!

Check out time was too early but they did assist with luggage storage.

I spent 7 days at this hotel and really enjoyed it. I'd previously read about the rooms being small, so I knew what to expect (and that didn't bother me). Everything else worked perfectly: shower, wifi, AC. The minibars and microwaves are very convenient. Super clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

I discovered they had humidifiers which makes the dry cold winter a little easier. Just ask. Also, the heating system was a bit confusing but heres my take: leave it off at night or else you're going to be hot. Turn it on during the day. The staff and cleanliness are top notch. Bring an HDMI cable, or go buy one, and watch movies from your laptop. A side benefit of the himidifier is that it doubles as an air purifier.

Just like the other Apa hotels the staff and room were fantastica

Only thing i did not like was i cannot control if i want heat or cool in my room. Ended up turning the heater off and opening the window.

Walking distance to Nara park, which for me was the main thing too see!

This was a nice hotel in a great location with a good staff. It was nice that they had free movies in English on the TV. Be aware the room is really tight which may be problematic if you have a lot of luggage or may be a bit claustrophobic if you were planning to do any work.

An absolutely great place to stay very affordable close enough to nara park to walk short bus ride to the great Buddha and very very close to the train station for easy transportation and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean tidy and comfortable zero complainta about my experience here. Front desk was bi lingual and very helpful

Good location nice breakfast

The hotel was close to Kintetsu-Nara Station - definitely walkable for anyone. The location of the hotel was on a street that had decent restaurants and a lot of dessert cafes. It was a very centralized location in my opinion. The walk to Nara Park is about 30 minutes. Luggage storage prior to check-in was smooth, no issues. My room was clean and comfortable. The lighting and A/C settings panel was digital, which was easy to use and convenient to control from one location in the room. The wide screen TV was located on the wall in front of the bed which made it very comfortable to watch a movie to wind down at the end of the day. Overall, it was a good first experience at an APA hotel.

Loved it, close to Nara Park and all the shops

Very cool nice, but small room. However, everything is great. The hotel is located at the prime location, very close to train station, shopping and especially close to Nara park.

The rooms are VERY small. Not a problem, just be aware.

Was a lovely place to stay. Staff were very kind and the location is great for visiting key interest points around Nara.

Great place! Conveniently close to Nara Park, good restaurants, and within walking distance of the train station from Osaka. Perfect! The hotel is super clean, although the rooms are quite small. However, it upholds outstanding Japanese standards. Love it!

It is in such a convenient location, two blocks away from some major Nara Temples, I was surprised 5 min away from the Hotel, deers are around meeting with Tourists already. As other APA locations, it is very convenient from Kyoto to take Kintetsu Limited Express Train to arrive and leaving same as for Osaka direction. For me, it is a “hidden gem” hotel to stay.

It was one night stay, room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good.

Property is good wifi is not good keeps on disconnecting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very small room but APA Hotels dependable. No English speakers so if they get us fine, but as in all of Japan they don’t care and only care about their own Japanese speaking people.

Every time I go to a new place in Japan, APA is always my first choice. Reliable, good staff and normally walkable to the station.

Very close to the shopping area and food area. Great location and easy to get night life. But the place is very quiet and well secured. Very good to live with at Osaka with the low cost.

Very good

Honestly we were surprised by how nice and wonderful this property is! The hotel and rooms are in impeccable condition with plenty of amenities, including self-serve laundry. Everything ran smoothly and efficiency. Checking and check out took less than a minute and the booking was exactly as requested. The A/C unit was powerful enough to cool down the room during the heatwave (August 2023). The one caveat is that each room is very small. They did a good job making use of the space but does look confining. Since we were traveling as a family, we got connecting rooms which gave us a large space and two bathrooms which was incredibly convinient.

Quick and easy check in and out. And great staff Location is excellent as well. But room was very small, about the same size as a hotel in Tokyo despite the population of Nara being significantly less. Expected a larger room but otherwise a great place to spend a night in Nara.

The bath room is a little small but for the price it's very good value because you are walking distance to Nara Deer Park and shopping is everywhere. The subway is just round the corner

近鉄奈良駅から徒歩６分で交通の便が良い、値段もリーズナブルです。今回は３部屋予約したが、特に注文しなくても続きの部屋をとってもらえて嬉しかった。

お勧めのホテル

清潔感があって２泊3日気持ち良く滞在させてもらいました。 駅からも近く飲食店も近くに沢山あってお勧めのホテルだと思います。

仕事なので電気が明るく机が大きいアパホテルはちょうほうしている。ベッドが大きいのもよいし、パキャマも着やすくてよく考えられていると思う。鏡も大きく洗面所にいかなくても朝の化粧などできるのも気に入っている。ただ、アパの経営者の女性とその夫の著書がバイブルのように置かれているのだけはいただけない。そこが知りたくてアパに泊まるのではない。快適でよくゆきとどいているので十分満足なのだが、そこだけはどうも、教祖様への信仰のようで苦手。

メイン通りに面しながらも、ゆっくりとくつろげて、あちこちに行きやすい環境にあるのが嬉しい。 　ホテル内も静かであまり隣の音とかも気にならず、朝たまに遭遇する客室係の明るい挨拶とテキパキした仕事ぶりには感心した。 　アパホテルグループ内のホテルでも近鉄奈良駅前のこちらのホテルは一番好きかもしれない。

Très bien localisé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, des temples et du parc ainsi que des rues commerçantes. L’hôtel est très beau et on s’y sent comme un VIP. La chambre était très propre, salle de bain nickel. Comme souvent au Japon, le seul bémol est la taille de la chambre (minuscule) donc difficile de circuler à deux, d’utiliser les valises, etc.

狭い

駅からも比較的近く、メインの三条通に面してる所もあり、交通、食事、買い物をしやすい場所です。 　結構利用するこちらのホテルの難点は、部屋によりシャワーの水圧が弱い所もあり、これは他のアパホテルにも共通していえます。 　くつろげて、のんびりできる場所としては個人的にアパホテルでは一番好きなホテルです。

Bom hotel com ótima localização

Hotel bom, limpo, banheiro limpo, cama confortável. Bem localizado. Conseguimos um quarto com 3 camas que não é tão fácil. Para essa cidade que no máximo duas noites ( estourando ) são necessárias, é mais que o suficiente.

近鉄奈良駅、JR奈良駅どちらからも近く、メイン三条通りに面しているので飲食店も多く、とても便利でした。チェックイン前の荷物もスムーズに預かっていただけました。部屋も清潔で、連泊時はアメニティの替えでしたが問題ありませんでした。欲を言えば、加湿器と、APA大浴場があったらなお良かったです。

安定のアパ

狭いですが快適に過ごせました。

まだ新しい建物ということもあるのだと思いますが、清潔感があり、そして静かで、遮光も抜群で快適に眠ることができました。空調も微調整が利くので、最適な温度に調整できました。 2泊しましたが、お願いしなければ清掃が入らないのもよかったです。日中気兼ねなく部屋に戻って休め、その点もありがたかったです。 また利用しようと思います。

受付の接客が丁寧で心地よかったです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

部屋にチェックイン時、ドアの横に掃除道具や掃除した後のゴミ袋が置いてあり、少し興ざめ。 朝食のレストランですが、7時からの営業でした。用事で7時より前に食べる必要があることをうっかり忘れていて、食べられない旨伝えたら、メイン料理以外のパンや飲み物を当日の朝、テイクアウト可能という対応をしてくれました。ありがとうございました。

El personal es muy amable, aunque no todos hablan inglés, hacen todo lo posible por poderte ayudar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado de los principales puntos de interés, puedes ir caminando, hay muchos restaurantes cerca para ir a comer y tiendas donde puedes hacer tus compras. El único detalle malo es que el aire acondicionado tiene mal olor cuando se enciende.

Bon hôtel pour court sejour

Emplacement : À quelques minutes à pied du parc de Nara, dans un ville commerçante. Parfait pour manger le soir pas loin de l’hôtel. Personnel : Serviable. Parle Anglais. Hygiène : Chambre propre ! Les communs aussi. Chambre : Chambre exiguë, ma fenêtre donnait sur le mur de l’immeuble voisin à moins de 2m. J’avais aussi une porte communiquante avec la chambre d’à côté (sans connaître la personne l’occupant.) Cependant le lit est très confortable, les oreillers aussi. Il y a des prises partout. L’isolation phonique n’est malheureusement pas au rendez-vous, j’entendais mes voisins du dessus, et des deux chambre à côté de moi. (Je pouvais entendre leur chasse d’eau des WC, ainsi que leur téléphone vibrer et sonner mais surtout tousser et cracher toute la nuit). Service : Je ne l’ai pas testé mais il y a une laverie à disposition. Je dirais que c’est très un bon hôtel pour rester une nuit. Mais l’isolation phonique ferait devenir fou quiconque reste la plus de 2/3 nuits.

素泊まりで利用しました。お部屋もきれいでアメニティも充実していました。 早朝のチェックアウトでもルームカードをポストに返却するだけだったので、とってもスムーズでした。観光で行っていたのでチェックアウトに時間がかからないのは、その後の行動（電車の時間など）に影響が出ないのでよかったです。

立地いい

JR奈良駅、近鉄奈良駅両方使え、観光や移動拠点に最適です。部屋は狭いので、1人じゃないとちょっと落ち着かないかな。朝食付きにしましたが、朝食のレストランはメニューはこだわっておられるようですが、1度に客が集中すると手が回らないようでした。コーヒーはセルフにするなど工夫した方がいいと思います。

室内、特に浴室のそばにこんな得体のしれないドアがあるのが非常に怖かった。鏡がマジックミラーにでもなってるんじゃないかと。

室内の照明がすごく明るくて良かった！室内もきれいで過ごしやすかった。近鉄奈良駅や商店街にも近く、どこに行くのも便利だった。チェックアウトも簡単でとても使い安いホテルでした。奈良に行く時はまた利用したいです。

近鉄奈良駅より歩いて5〜6分の所にあり、行きやすかったです。フロントの方も忙しそうでしたが、すぐにチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。 近くには賑やかな通りや飲食店もあるため、お買い物にも便利です。室内はコンパクトですが、一通りのアメニティ類も揃っています。エレベーターが1基しかなく、昇り降りに時間がかかりました。

ベットが大きくてよく眠れました。部屋は狭いので部屋が全部ベットくらいの感じです。

立地、駅からの距離は良好。宿泊料金は安い。部屋は狭い。

洗濯機、乾燥機があるのが便利だった。 ただ、チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が失礼で気分が悪くなった。奈良観光でも似たような失礼な対応を経験したのだが、奈良は民度が低いのだろうか？有名な観光地ということでおごりがあるのだろうか？ せっかく旅行するのであれば、奈良は避けるのをおすすめします。

Nice lobby. Room was comfortable. We found hair and stains in our bed - the staff gave us a new room next door. A bit noisy.
