amazing property!

Very convenient to downtown

This is a great alternative to a standard hotel stay. I was in New Smyrna Beach for business, and I enjoyed the different experience. Tommy's breakfasts were amazing, he accommodated my early morning schedule, and I enjoyed the stay for a different experience.

Hidden gem

The property was perfect for our stay. The food was fantastic! The room did get a little warm at night due to sharing a thermostat with other rooms but extra fans were provided to help. The room was good size and the bathroom was very large. Very clean property and friendly owners!

Great place to stay.

Lyz and Tommy made our stay feel like home. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely cooked from the heart. The room was clean. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful owners and the people who stay there during our time there were also friendly. Thank you to Liz and Tommy. Lovely couple.

Charming Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful property. Walking distance to historic downtown. Very comfortable with several areas to sit outside and relax. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. Even adjusted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping is only when you checkout and that was a little different for us. Also limited ice if that's important to you. Close to the beach, just over the causeway.Would definitely go back.

The Anchor Inn

The Anchor Inn is conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners are great, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The homemade breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the our stay and would certainly stay again.

Loved the property. Would like to have control of air conditioning as it did get a little warm at night.

It was clean & the hosts were welcoming. ☺️ The sheets were nice, but the bed was a bit rickety. And the shower head was awful, unfortunately. Overall though, it was a good stay. Breakfast was great!

The owner was friendly and personable and presented a delicious breakfast. Room was cozy and comfortable. The property was in walking distance to a number of popular restaurants.

Wonderful accommodations the owners were very very nice I checked out on Sunday they let me leave my van there until 4 o’clock while I have business I’ll definitely be using them next year

Cute inn close to marina and downtown.

Enjoyed the stay, hosts were great, the room and common areas were clean , the decor was excellent. Walked to local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

A place to feel at home while away...

It had been a while since my wife and I had stayed at a B&B, so we were looking forward to a change of pace from staying at a hotel during our Thanksgiving weekend away. During our stay, we got to spend time with the owners, Tommie and Liz, as well as others who were staying there during our 3 days. We had a contact free check in, a comfortable room, great breakfasts each morning (including accommodating my preferences one morning in particular). I appreciated feeling like I was truly being cared for as a person during our time there. I felt very much at home among friends by the time we left. THANK YOU for making our time away a special one!

I liked the attention to details, the decor, friendliness of the owner and the breakfast that was provided.

Very friendly atmosphere ; very clean ; 1 block off Rt1 ; Tom was an excellent engaging host. Good cook too ! I'd DEFINITELY recommend this B B.

LOVE this place

This was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast…what an amazing experience. Tommy and Liz make you feel very welcomed and the breakfast was BEYOND delicious. It’s far enough from the busy life of Flagler Ave. yet close enough that’s it’s only a $10.00 Uber ride. Very nice and cute place. We will definitely be back.

Hospitality was great. Breakfast was excellenr. Loved interaction with other guests and host. Very much like a home versus a chain hotel. We will stay again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & ADORABLE=TRUE "TRIPLE A" Experience!.... I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area! Tommy was so accomodating and the Breakfast was GOURMET!

The decorations and the breakfast. Tommy the manager/owner prepared a variety of delicious dishes every day, fruit, omelette, french toast with bacon, homemade muffin baked by his wife. We loved the way they treat customers, very respectful and nice. White towels, good mattress, filtered water included. You may go and refill it. There is a small fridge in the room with two beautiful cups and two glasses on top. A bottle opener. Bathrobes, toiletries. We will definitely going back and we have already recommended the Inn. I don't have anything negative to say. Plenty of places to seat, even next to each room chairs, benches. Thank you for everything Tommy and Liz.

Amazing!!

My stay was absolutely fabulous. I will absolutely be staying here again. Tommy was so friendly and welcoming. He really goes above and beyond. The breakfast was bomb! Loved everything about my stay.

They used Covid as excuse to not bring towels and wash cloths to room but cook and served breakfast without a mask on

This is such an AH-mazing property to stay at. Truly, a beachy casual coastal cottage. What more could you ask for. There are lots of great spaces and the B&B service was excellent.

The host makes delicious and healthy breakfasts and is very accommodating. The rooms and dining area are beautifully decorated by local artists.

We enjoyed are stay at Anchor Inn B&B. Our room was fresh and clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. We hope to go back again sometime soon. Great job Tommy and Liz!

Awesome place to stay

It was a awesome stay the place was very nice the owners were the best

A 1920s home that has been updated...great job! We had access to coffee, tea, got chocolate and fresh baked cookies 24/7! Breakfast was simple but good... Great location...restaurants and park within walking distance...close to beach. The Inn is located on a main road, therefore it can get quite noisy but it did not hinder our ability to sleep.

Tommy was very accommodating and very hospitable. I would stay here again!

This was a very cute property! I appreciated that they were pet friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad I was only staying a short time and wished I could have stayed there longer. The staff were really friendly and my dog loved them.

Retreat stopover...

It was a very enjoyable stay and the hosts were wonderful. This was a great halfway point on our way to Key West. Our new little rescue dog was welcomed with a dish, biscuits, bed and little waste bags...awesome little touch. It was our first trip with our new fur family member and she moved right in. The lovely owners made all of us feel welcome and made our later arrival easy after a long drive as well. Our breakfasts were tasty and the room comfortable right down to the jacuzzi tub, soft sheets, and dvd selection for a little movie night. Overall the property is inviting with quaint little nooks to sit and enjoy the greenery and have a little beverage and snack provided in the breakfast area. Thank you ladies!

Our anniversary. Great place. Only downfall for us was the queen beds as we like kings but my choice and a great place to stay.

Very attractive place with a homey feel, and the location was good for walking - a nearby coffee shop (that opens at 7), and a cute old Florida downtown on the intracoastal waterway. Breakfast is cooked to order, and Marie and sister Ellen are good conversationalists.

We had a fantastic stay. We were there when the owners were out and they had Steve and Jackie filling in for them. They couldnt have been nicer. Our room was beautiful and breakfast was tasty. ;0)

Wonderful experience! The place was beautiful, clean and well located. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were absolutely wonderful!

Relaxing and personable with flair.

We had a wonderful stay. It was relaxing, the hosts were personable, friendly and great cooks! The B&B id located just a couple of blocks from Canal St. where there was fantastic car show and cruise going on. There where great restaurants there too. It was well worth it.

Excellent quality B&B~ Excellent spacious room and bathroom! Very attentive and accommodating staff. The location was very convenient, however the residential block needs some TLC. Yummy breakfast, different each day and good coffee!

This property is very quirky and unique with nice arty pieces in the rooms and public areas. The bed was very comfy but the shower was not the best. The area is quiet but you might woken by the occasional night train. The walls are quite thin so we could hear the people in the next door room. The owners are very welcoming but make sure they are aware of your breakfast dislikes as there is not a large choice.

This property is older but very clean. Huge bathroom. They were great about letting us check in early. Lots of sitting area out doors. Friendly and accommodating staff. The only pitfall was a lot of road noice and trains at night. Also could use some new pillows- not a very good sleep.

Great little b&b; quiet, clean, comfortable, great AC, and close to all the amenities of NSB. Well worth a stay for a weekend away.

NSB Weekend

Looking for a weekend get away the wife and decided to give the Anchor Inn and New Smyrna Beach a try. We thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality given to us at the Inn. The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was exceptionally good, the location was convenient, and the late night snacks very much appreciated. Overall it was a very nice weekend which we would have no problem doing again some day.

A cozy night on our coastal road trip.

A lovely stay, 2 miles from the water's edge. This charming B&B, with 6 rooms, is unique and homey from beginning to end. The hostess sisters are delightful and our warm breakfast was delicious. Just a note: one will hear a passing train in the distance during the night - which was charming to us.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to beach and shopping. Very nice room with private bath. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Such a great home feel. Would stay there again when in the area.

Room was unique and beautifully decorated. Extremely clean also. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast in the morning was beyond delicious and fresh. Fresh coffee and homemade cookies available all day long. I would definitely stay here again. Felt like coming home!!! Thank you anchor Inn!!

A warm welcome from first meeting Ellen who showed me around the property and my room decorated with a wall mural that made me feel even more relaxed. The bathroom had the mist absorbent and softest towels. The bed hand crafted out of wood that was sturdy and the mattress just so comforting as well the sheets felt great against my skin. The breakfast each one was more delicious than the last. Homemade deliciousness. Homemade cookies were enjoyed w/ my evening tea. Such a fabulous place they were very knowledgeable about the area and offered so many other delights. Such as kayak rentals, flower arrange specifically fir your room and tastes, bikes and picnic baskets and do much more. Definitely a place I’ll be back again for a stay longer than my four nights. Thank you Ellen and Natalie for making my stay comfortable and peaceful.

Getaway

Very nice Bed & Breakfast in the Historic District. Only stayed one night while in town but will return in the future.

Theme and decor are great. The Mermaid room is unique. The innkeepers, Ellen and Marie are pleasant and gracious.

Was a perfect room for my son and I. It was his first time ever staying at a B&B and he loved it. His favorite thing was the way the room was decorated and the fish pillow. The room was nice, temperature good and everything was clean.

I liked everything. The innkeepers were friendly and super helpful. The entire experience was lovely.
