Lovely modern hotel in a characterful building

A modern and comfortable hotel located in a charming automotive complex. Some excellent food options in there too. Very nice reception staff who immediately took care of a problem I had with my room by immediately swapping it. Rooms are a good size and the shower is excellent. A very comfortable stay overall in this modern built and quiet hotel.

10 min walk to Train station plenty to go and eat in the hotel , great customer service

Loved the unique setting amongst the cars. Need more hooks in bathroom, if more than two people in room not enough let alone for robes etc. Plenty of room for other storage though! Would be good to give parking instructions prior to arrival.

If you are a car enthusiast this is the place for you! Quality hotel. Good service. Only comment this time is we had an adjoining room which you could hear the person going to the toilet next door… I already raised this with the hotel and they have noted to not book adjoins rooms for me in future on my profile. Useful info. You have to pay for parking. Visiting Motorworld is free and awesome if you are a car enthusiast.

Beautiful and unique property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fairly close to train station (10 minute walk). Only slight gripe would be aside from the property itself there isnt much to do or see nearby. But even then a cab ride or 20 minute train ride gets you into the livelier area of Munich. Would recommend checking out for at least a few days if visiting the city.

If you are a car person and in Munich, this is the place to stay. The rooms are big. As well, they provide a very nice breakfast option.

This is a very special hotel. The hotel is located inside the Motorworld which is a unique place for luxury and collection cars. Beside the hotel and the cars, the complex includes several restaurants. The rooms are clean and have a modern industrial design. Some of the rooms facing the Motorworld, so you can see incredible cars from your hotel room. We definitely will come back. I already booked some rooms for January 2025.

Desk staff were excellent and helpful. U-bahn is only a few blocks away. The desk staff helped me figure out the U-Bahn line I needed to use to get to places I wanted to visit. The "mueseum" was awesome as well. Also has quite a few options to find food right there as well.

The hotel is located inside of Motorworks. Motorworks is a 75k sq meter old factory converted into a combination of luxury car display and sales, Indian and Triumph display and sales along with a couple of restaurants and cafes. There is also a conference area for the site. It's a unique surrounding for a hotel. Our room overlooked the Bugatti cars. Not all rooms overlook the inside of the factory. Other cars displayed included about 30 McLarens, Maseritis and a few others. It's really cool. Also only about 8km from BMW world and museum.

I wouldn’t have picked this hotel personally but there was a conference next door so seemed convenient. Location is not great. Feels like an industrial estate and there are no small shops nearby. Getting something to eat in the evening is challenging and what is on site is very expensive (captive audience). One of the lightest touch check ins I have ever experience. I had to ask about breakfast times and wasn’t told about any of the facilities. Has a sauna but every time I went it was tepid. Cleanliness okay. The sink smelt from the drain making me gag when I brushed my teeth. Despite putting the ‘please clean me sign’ on the door, I came back twice to and untouched room. Had to ask for toilet paper when cleaners didn’t replace (just glad I spotted it before a disaster). If you like cars (I’m utterly indifferent unfortunately) then you’ll enjoy walking around and seeing them. Thought the walk to the U-Bahn on a night was very scary and wouldn’t like to do it alone. Would recommend the hotel change their lights off policy. If I was a female travelling alone I would hate having to come out into a pitch black hallway

Amazing place for car enthusiasts. First room was excellent, clean and very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. Second room was excellent and included a private garage for our car with easy chairs and a fridge with complimentary beverages and another fridge with complimentary beverages in the room. Beds and pillows were very comfy in both rooms. All rooms give 24hr access to the museum with bars and restaurant open till 1am. Staff in the hotel and museum were excellent and very friendly. Parking is superb whether outside or in the underground car park. Transport links to the centre of Munich are very good. This is a must stay for car enthusiasts when visiting Munich.

Excellent location close to subway.

Not recommend for light sensitive sleepers

Nice and clean hotel, however if you are a light sleeper, this hotel does not offer any rooms with black-out curtains, as it does mention it in their room descriptions. They are regular green fabric curtains that let light through, plus because of the way they're screwed in the ceiling do not even close fully.

Was attending a concert in Munich and decided to check out this place....so much fun, and for a really good rate! If you like cars this is def. a place to stay!

We recently stayed at Ameron Motorworld München for about a week, and we had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was well-maintained and offered all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is unique and adds a touch of automotive history to the experience, which we found quite fascinating. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Ameron Motorworld München to anyone visiting the area.

Super unique bedroom for your car. Loved the fact that you could browse the cars any time of day or night.

Overall a really unique experience in a convenient part of town especially for a short trip. One area of improvement would be the room service staff. There are very small trash cans in the room, and they do not take empty water bottles. The beds don’t change either. However, Motorworld itself is an experience that you cannot have anywhere else and would totally recommend for that alone especially if you are a petrolhead (car enthusiast).

Fun venue, nice hotel

Nice hotel, 15 mins by train to centre of Munich. There is a buzzy atmosphere around the hotel with Motorworld literally on your door step. A must visit location for any true car enthusiast.

Great staff. I was having a bit of car problem and guy at front desk stay behind a bit to assist. Get me info to the closest dealership and offer extra help. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful City & fun hotel

The weather was lovely in Munich! We did have some rain on our last day but we were still outside enjoying the city! The hotel was so cool and different with all of the cars in the motor world below. Loved it!

More than I expected

The hotel was a perfect choice for my car loving and footballer son. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. The hotel is a car museum and showroom which was a brilliant excellent suprise for my son. The stadium was close by and travelling to and fro the hotel was easy, trains are a short walking distance from the hotel. From reception to restaurant staff, they were all friendly. Quite peaceful stay.

Modern, clean hotel. Close to Allianz Arena

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is very modern and clean. If you’re into cars you must walk around the cars and other vehicles on the site. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the centre of Munich. It’s also a short distance in taxi / metro from the Allianz Arena (Bayern Munich’s stadium)

Such a fun stay! Amazing location and close to public transport to get into the city. Beautiful room and facilities throughout the hotel. Loved our visit.

This hotel is very nice and the Motorworld experience very different. Unfortunately it is far from the City center and I wasn’t clear about the fact that the studio I rented was in a garage and had a garage! It was meant for someone who wants to sleep with their motocycle!

Wow!!! Can’t wait to stay here again. This place is a must for anyone visiting Munich whether you love cars or not. The facilities are very clean well maintained and have almost everything you can ask for. Rooms are a great size and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of Munich which helped us with making our vacation very enjoyable. Only a short walk from the tram line in what we found to be a very safe neighbourhood

Loved our stay here for Ocktoberfest Even if you are not a petrol head it is a unique and quirky place to stay. There was something interesting to see round every corner. Ate in the downstairs restaurant on rwo nights and enjoyed both meals. Very helpful friendly reception staff. Would highly recommend. .

Unique and interesting place

Fantastic!!!! We booked a car studio as we were on a driving holiday in our Porsche. What an amazing experience!!! If you love cars and you love your car, then staying at this hotel in Motorworld is an absolute brilliant experience! Amazing super cars to be seen. Good food available in Motorworld. The accommodation was great, especially with the car studio. The staff were great. 10/10 for a great experience. Also Easy walk to U Bahn to get train into the centre of Munich.

We had an excellent stay. It was extremely kind that there was apple juice and gummy bears waiting in our room for my 11 year old son. Such a gesture went a long way and was very appreciated.

This hotel inside of Motorworld was fantastic, Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean and the view from the room into motorworld is amazing for the car lover. Motorworld itself was a wonderful place with so many dream cars to look at. The restaurants inside were also great and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed two nights and love every minute. We didn’t want to leave. The warehouse this hotel is built in to houses one of the most incredible collections of cars & motorcycles I have ever seen. We loved the spa area and used the sauna every day. Although we came for the weekend for Oktoberfest, the hotel and its surrounding area was the best part of our weekend. Highly recommend!

Close to metro and bus if you are taking public transit . Beautiful hotel and amazing facilities downstairs if you are a car lover. The staff was fantastic and we always stopped for a bite, breakfast or a drink down at the bar / restaurant . The food was incredible and really enjoyed the staff ! We will most definitely be back again and highly recommend staying here

MOTORWORLD hotel is the best place to stay for petrol-heads with the REAL racing engine sound in the elevator.

Hotel rooms themselves are basic but clean and adequate. The concept, being attached to the range of bars, restaurants, cafes and surrounded by cars is fantastic. It’s a little way out from the city centre (30mins train/walk) but quiet. Spa/sauna either hadn’t been opened yet or was being renovated when we visited (minor disappointment). Very happy to recommend it.

Nach 21.00 Uhr bestand keine Möglichkeit mehr irgendetwas Essbares zu bekommen! Selbst die Mininbar war komplett leer.

Excelente, muito tranquilo o acesso à estação Freiman, alem do ambiente fantástico, e de ver o funcionanento das oficinas de marcas famosas.

Sehr enttäuschend . Das Hotel verkauft Zimmer zweimal obwohl Sie schon das Geld vorher einkassiert haben vom Kunden . Wir konnten das Zimmer nicht beziehen obwohl reserviert und bezahlt ....ich überlege mir rechtliche Schritte . Als CEO einer grossen KMU würde ich mich in den Boden schämen . Und Hotels.com leistet ei solchen dubiosen Methoden auch keine Hilfe . Werde mir überlegen ob ich bei Hotel.com bleibe , Privat und Business . Danke . Beste Grüsse . Patrick Weynands

Gutes Hotel in einer beeindruckenden Umgebung - für Autofans nur klasse. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung sowie eine Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Essen. Die Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt, sauber und ruhig.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher bald wieder. Praktisch gelegen, bequeme Betten, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Ambiente.

Hotel entsprach den Erwartungen und Personal war freundlich. Der Spa war aber nicht zu den angeführten Öffnungszeiten vollends in Betrieb (Sauna nicht warm) und ausreichend gesäubert, da kein Personal vor Ort war.

Alles super! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatten ein Problem mit dem TV was innerhalb 2 min behoben wurde. Falls man etwas Privatsphäre möchte im Doppelzimmer sollte man bedenken das, dass Waschbecken offen in Raum geht und die Dusche / WC nur durch eine sehr dünne Türe getrennt ist. ( ob das in jedem Zimmer so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen)

Great place to stay if you love cars. But there is not much restaurant in the Moto World, and it's need 10~15min waking to the subway. So it's only suit if you traveling by car. Overall great place with reasonable price.

You stay at a sports car dealership

It was a great experience, the first time we spent the night at a car dealership, maybe it can't be classified as a museum. You could see great sports cars even in the middle of the night. The room was comfortable and the breakfast comprehensive. Breakfast had to be bought separately, I guess. You can also go to others if you are in Munich.

Außerhewöhnlich tolles Hotel, kann ich wärmstens empfehlen!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated with a car theme. Everything was clean. Coffee in the room was a nice addition. The location is a bit far from the centre but there is a trainstation within 10mins of walking, so it’s okay. Probably easy access with a car, but we came by train. There are cafes and restaurants in the hotel, so no need to to far. Browsing through the Motorworld checking the cars at diplay is also a nice activity to do while staying there. The gym is quite small, but big enough for a little workout. There was also a sauna but unfortunately it was not on when we were there. Maybe we should have asked the reception to put it on before our workout? All in all, our stay was great.

Ideales Motorhome

Motorsportfreunde kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten, das ganze Styling ist darauf ausgerichtet. Matratze und Zimmer waren okay, die wahren Highlights sind in der Motorwelt zu bewundern, in die das Hotel integriert ist: McLaren, Ferrari und Maserati, um nur einige zu nennen, haben hier z.B. Shops bzw. Service-Points. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist suboptimal. Es gibt zwar eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, die aber nur tagsüber angefahren wird. Nachts muss man ca. einen Kilometer zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Kieferngarten laufen. Automobilisten, die mit dem eigenen Pkw anreisen, wird das nicht stören ... für mich ist es aber der Grund, warum es nicht mein Stammhotel in München werden wird.

Nos ha encantado, mi novio que es súper fan de los coches se sentía en disneyland. Además de eso, la habitación genial y el resto de instalaciones también. Nos pareció caro el desayuno (24€/p) así que no lo cogimos y el metro está a 10 mins andando, pero el resto todo genial!!
