The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that guests like coffee right away, I had to get up a few times to ask for more coffee or the “morning news” - also the breakfast buffet is not what I would call 5 star, it was a nice selection but could use a little upgrade; but I would say my biggest disappointment was my room, it was small, there was a pole almost in the middle of the room, I had no night stand and felt it was very cramped; knowing that they weren’t fully occupied, I was a little surprised to have been given such a small room with a view into the parking lot; bottom line, I very much enjoyed my stay, but would likely not return - there were too many little things that didn’t add up to 5 star experience and didn’t give me the bang for the buck that I paid.

We just returned from our trip to Switzerland & Austria. This property is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are extremely comfortable, food is delicious and service is outstanding! A very memorable experience and highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing! It is a beautiful resort hotel with a lovely staff and amazing food! We were planning to go into Innsbruck the day we arrived but we decided to stay at the hotel and sit by the lake in a cabana. At both dinners we were there the owner personally came to our table to greet us and ask how everything was. Most importantly, there is the amazing Sachertorte! I can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely Hotel !

The Hotel is absolutely superb, the staff are very polite and helpful. on our first day we had a slight issue with our shower leaking, I reported it to reception and the hotel manager came straight out and said we are going to change your room. The room we moved into was an upgrade at no extra cost. All the staff bend over backwards to make sure every ones stay is relaxing and memorable. we enjoyed the hotel so much we have already booked to go back at Christmas. Thankyou Astoria for a lovely stay and cant wait to see you all again at Christmas !!

It's a lovely modern and relaxing resort in a beautiful landscape. I was offered €70 voucher off 'spa access' as a Gold Member perk which was a deciding factor in picking this hotel over other similar options. However, it transpired that this was only valid as a discount on private spa access for 4 hours which costs €300 euro in total at full price. I had mistakenly assumed it was valid for any spa treatments and the staff were not able to transfer it to a voucher towards spa treatment even when I expressed I was happy for it to be reduced in value.

Staff excellent. Tea/coffee making in room would have been appreciated. A reasonably priced house wine is needed as cheapest wine at E39 a bottle was overpriced Other that those issues, the hotel was excellent

This hotel was probably the greatest hotel I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend! The pools and lakes are beautiful. The spa is very relaxing. The rooms were spacious and modern. The service was wonderful. I wish we stayed for longer.

Pass on 7 course dinner

Everything turned out great after a shaky start at Check in, and A charge of €10 from the train station to the property which is all of about two minutes so be careful about that I’m sure I could’ve call the hotel and got transportation but I didn’t my mistake ,room was large and views amazing from room, spa and 3 pools crazy good, especially the salt water Jacuzzi really good for your skin be careful there’s a naked area if you with your daughter you have to be careful because a lot of fat people with their butts showing the breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe the service amazing,if you’re lucky enough to get a table outside the views are crazy beautiful be careful with the dinner it’s a seven course dinner and takes about seven hours one hour for each course ( just kidding but it was a long long dinner)try to pass on that meal if you’re an American we’re just too impatient The dinner buffet was very very good!

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful place

We only stayed for two nights as we didn't know what to expect but everything exceeded our expectations. First class service, amazing rooms, fantastic food, great pools, dpa and relaxing area... Even in Seefeld there is so much to explore.beautiful trails, lakes, restaurants and cafes... Next tine we'll make it a week. Well wirth every penny! The only tiny issue I had was the lack if coffee making facilities. Im an early riser so it would have been nice to be able to make a cuppa in the room as breakfast doesn't start until 7am. Breakfast - you'll be absolutely spoilt for choice, lunch was a light salad type buffet, nice cakes in the afternoon and a marvellous 7 course dinner at night!

Luxurious hotel with fantastic staff

We had a 4 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It's in a stunning setting and the views are breathtaking - made only better by the blanket of snow we were fortunate to experience. Food is delightful and they bent over backwards to accommodate my vegetarian wife. We took along our 3 year old toddler and whilst the hotel is not set up for children, they were nevertheless accommodating. The only issue was experiencing one snobby guest who did not appreciate a child in her company. This was a rather unpleasant experience but that aside a great stay. We stayed in a traditional suite which, although comfortable, was clearly dated and needs to be brought up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall very good.

Auch unter neuer "Sacher" Flagge bleibt dieses Hotel an der Spitze der Hotellerie in Seefeld. War ich vor recht langer Zeit noch unter dem traditionellen Namen "Astoria" hier zu Gast, was es nun wieder an der Zeit mittels eines Wochenend-Trips das Hotel erneut zu erleben. Um es kurz zu machen: Das Sacher hat sich herausragend präsentiert und wird sowohl seine 5* Sterne Position als auch seine durchweg sehr guten Beurteilungen absolut gerecht. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden sowohl vor- als auch während des Aufenthaltes zuverlässig umgesetzt und der Aufenthalt war aufgrund der immer noch spürbaren Privathotelatmosphäre und bei sehr freundlichem und gutem Service von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm und erholsam. Auch auf dem natürlich sehr anspruchsvollen Preisniveau eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wellnesstage im Sacher

Wir konnten wunderschöne Tage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, hervorragender Küche, sehr schönem Wellness & sehr schönem Zimmer verbringen. Danke dem ganzen Team & insbesondere Markus für die hervorragenden Massagen! Einzig der Fitnessraum könnte etwas ausgebaut werden obwohl durchaus zweckmäßig.

Traum Resort in Seefeld

Es war einmal mehr ein Traumaufenthalt im wunderschönem Resort. Service Spitzenklasse ! Sehr schöne Suiten mit Bergsicht.

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Service und Kulinarik entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Niveau.

Toll zum Erholen und Wellnessen, aber ständig waren Handtücher im Schwimmbad und Sauna aus, nur einen Aufguss am Tag, nur ein Fitnesskurs im Angebot. Servicepersonal im Restaurant sprach kaum deutsch, war sehr unaufmerksam und irgendwie gab es keinen echten Gastgeber/Ansprache. Es kam nicht kein Restuarantleiter/Hotelleiter mal vorbei und fragte, wie es einem geht, ob alles passt. Gala-Dinner war ohne jeglichen festlichen Rahmen, nur mehr Gänge als sonst. Definitiv kein 5* oder Leading Hotel of the World für mich.

Ich konnte bis Abends im Wellness SPA bleiben, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

Aufmerksamkeit des Personal war mangelhaft. Bei der Ankunft gab es nur ein Glas Wasser als Begrüssungsgetränk Fahrräder kosten extra. Ein gutes Stück Fleisch war während 3 Abendessen nicht dabei

Non mi è piaciuto che in un hotel internazionale la lingua italiana non viene parlata e compresa pur essendo frequentato da moltissimi italiani.

Wohlfühle Nest, sobald man die Hotel Anlage betretet wird man herzlich aufgenommen, das ambiente der Einrichtung erinnert an einen traumhafte Auszeit, die wandfarben, Einrichtung, Hotel Duft, nicht lässt wünsche offen, Es ist wirklich ein Wow Effekt wenn man die Hotel Anlage anfährt, in ruhiger Umgebung von Seefeld ist die Oase mit drei Größen Schwimmbädern und eine Vielfalt an Spa Möglichkeiten wie z.b Sauna, Jacuzzi, Relax liegen. Frühstuck war sehr gut, jedoch hätte ich mehr Auswahl an fertig Gerichten erwartet, an der Trennung der Fleisch Sorten muss noch gearbeitet werden, und Beschriftung. Das Abend essen sehr mühevoll und Lecker zu bereitet, auch da musste die Auswahl der speisen erweitert werden, Personal sehr zu vorkommen, freundlich und hilf breit, Meine Empfehlung sind die Neuen Suiten zu wählen, da es Traumhaft schon eingerichtet ist. Überragendes Hotel ein Traum

ich bin sprachlos... einfach top einfach unglaublich schön...alles egal was.. vom Zimmer, Die Bar, die Leute, der Service ,die Kellner, und der Spa Bereich oh mein Gott ein Traum, und mein Zimmer hatte ein Kamin dann hat es noch geschneit.... einfach nur Gänsehaut und alles wie im Film... ja ****** Sterne reichen nicht.. überragend..
