The hotel and rooms were very different than any we have stayed in. Very unique and we enjoyed that. We didn't like that in the pictures there were microwaves in the rooms, but there were no microwaves. We also had to move rooms because the remote was missing, but that isn't a super huge deal. Other than that, it was an awesome stay.
It worked for my stay
EXPEDIA SIGNED US UP FOR THE WRONG HOTEL! We expected to be staying at Downtown which was requested only to have a room 20 minutes away & at least 13 or 14 miles. We missed our dinner reservations. The staff was very nice but of course it was out of their hands . Next morning we awake to sirens & alarms for a water main break, so no shower, no washed face or ability to rinse after brushing . We expect a complete refund for ALL the inconvenience
One night stay
The first room we were in had a knocking and loud AC. The second room had sewer gas emitting from the sink and smelled terrible. It was also missing the TV remote. The bed was comfortable, but overall cleanliness was lacking.
Very nice clean rooms. comfy beds! love the decor!!
You get what you pay
We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time it gets worse and worse. The blinds wouldn’t close no matter what we tried so the outside lights were in our face all night. The bottom of the shower door leaks so the towel you put down is soaked when you step out. We had the heater turned down to 63 and it still felt like a sauna. We clicked the air on a few times to help cool the room down. All the other times we’ve stayed there is a mini fridge and there was not one in our room. There was no fan in the bathroom and there were large gaps between the bathroom door and the wall. If someone had an upset stomach you can hear EVERYTHING!
Check in was super simple. Room was perfect for a girls night. Will definitely be back!
No microwave in room
Heat did not work in our room. Went to sleep and woke up to it being 53°
Decent stay in Broken Arrow
Hotel was clean and comfortable; service from staff wasnt typical of what id expect, not proactive or helpful. Bar was closed with no alternative.
First off I needed to do a load of laundry after driving a long distance and the machines didn’t work. They have no one to service it at night. They need a plan for that 24/7. We got to our room and it looked ok at first glance but here is what I observed. Our comforter had a hole in it. There was a stain on a pillow case. The shower tiles looked dirty and the flooring looked gross. The wall by the door had something spilled on it which was not from us. The carpet was gross and dirty looking. Our sink had rust in the drain. Just overall not a clean room. The front desk staff were nice but couldn’t help with what we needed. One other good thing is dogs stay for free.
Aloft broken arrow
always have a pleasant stay and is fairly easy to access. nice rooms
Bad stay
The stay was horrible I wouldn’t recommend it
I wish we were notified that the gym has been closed the last 6 months…
Nothing special.
Never been to Aloft before. Made a reservation for another location (I thought) but ended up here. Check in was ok. A line of about 5 parties in front of us. One person checking people in a check in time. We got checked in and went to the room. Nice layout, but the room has kind of a beat up look. Beds were made. The counter in the bathroom area had a crack in it that had been “repaired” with tape. Sliding door that leads to toilet area was beat up on the inside. Shower didn’t look clean or appealing so we opted to not use it. So basically spent $140 when we could have slept in the car (only it would have been cold). Lesson learned.
The shower could use some maintenance but other than that it was a great experience.
Fast check in and room was clean and ready to go
The property was nice, clean. However guests were arguing past 11pm right next to me.
We only stayed one night but it was nice and comfortable
Love this place
WE ALWAYS STAY AT ALOFT PROPERTIES. THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THE OLDER ONES MAYBE. SHOWER AND SINK AND VERY STAINED, AND LIGHT BULBS WERE OUT ABOVE THE BED. SO THE ROOM IS VERY DARK, ONLY THE DESK LAMO PROVIDED ANY LIGHT
There is always an issue with property when we stay. Fire alarm twice now. This time was outside for almost 2 hours then elevators wouldn’t work then doors around elevators wouldn’t unlock to get back to room
Shower LEAKED BAD
I was surprised to hear a dog barking non stop down the hall near my room. This hotel is ok with it. I asked.
Good ppl
It was peaceful it was a good place to clear my mind and get away from everyday troubles , the fitness was under renovation and the pool closed while it was still hot out.
DOUBLE CHECK THE AMENITIES
People need to know this hotel is undergoing what looks like a renovation. There is no Hot tub, the space where it used to be is filled in. The pool looked like it was being removed also.
Expedia booked me at the aloft downtown Tulsa and sometime later the booking was moved to a different aloft
I love it
Upon arrival to hotel, I was provided a key to my room. When I entered the room, the room was clearly dirty and not ready. I returned to the front desk and asked for another room. Another room key was quickly provided. This next room was upon entry, it seemed clean surface level with beds made and clean towels. The gym, sauna and pool were not available for use which was one reason for booking this hotel. There was a plastic bag tied to the fire alarm in the room, there was visible dirt on the bathroom door and baseboards. The sink was dirty and there was no caffeinated coffee in the room which was easily amended by the friendly front staff. Staff were great and the aesthetic of the lobby was very cool and modern. The snack bar was great.
Light in bsthroom dordnt work. Told staff. Also website says bar open on sunday. According to staff it isnt.
Chill
I feel like some of the property looks worn, but other than that perfect !!! I loved the vibe
Common areas could have been in better repair. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was riff raff and yelling outside which didn’t exactly make it feel the safest. Overall not bad for the money but not great.
Everything good
Dirty and Gross
I’ve stayed at multiple Aloft locations without incident, but this was definitely the grimmest one. There was urine not only on the toilet seat but also the floor of the bathroom as soon as I checked into my room. You could tell the tiled floor had not been cleaned at all. That was a sign to me the bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed down, so I was weary of taking a shower and I’ve never had that feeling staying at ANY hotel. There were absolutely NO snacks except for a few bag of chips and only Kit Kat bars in the lobby area. The whole hotel had a musty odor as soon as you walked in. I was not impressed and will not be staying here again.
I was glad they were able to help change rooms after i noticed a leakage in the first room but also when I had an emergency glass issue I was switched rooms because there was no cleaning staff available. Overall 3.5/5
My daughter and I enjoyed our quiet room and the kind staff. I left an expensive Stanley in the lobby and the front desk attendant made sure I got it back. This was my 4th stay here. It's always a good stay for the price.
Not well kept, had potential
Good and bad
Love the property and room, but the technology is terrible. Low-resolution TV with no cable guide and poor speakers, and no Closed captioning. Since TV was unusable, I thought I'd stream - but internet was so bad I could not stream. I had to revert to using my phone as a hot spot. I'd give this place glowing recommendations if the dang TV was even fair.
Rooms are a good size. Clean and quiet. Great location. Didn’t get to use the pool or seating area seems we didn’t get there until after midnight. Easy check in. Would stay again.
Room smelled pretty bad during the whole stay, and air conditioner was too loud. Both rooms has the same problem.
Nice rooms the tv didn’t work in ours but they changed us rooms and the tv worked it’s just the shower handles were broke in the new room
Clean good bed Bathroom light out AC. Thresher noise Loud jet turbine every five minutes Location poor
Really liked it
Aloft
The guy that checked me in was kind but the evening guy was rude when I asked about our veterans discount can’t do that since you have already checked in we hadn’t even been checked in 24 hours yet. Our room stunk one of our pillows had a blood place on it. Saturday no cleaning to our room at all no trash pickup no bed made no towels so I had to ask for towels at front desk and then she said they would bring them up when she did asked for a pillow case to change the one with a blood stain none ever came back with one. The bar is extremely high we had 2 drinks which totaled $35 outrageous, and my dr bottle was $3.27 for what I paid here I could have stayed at the Embassy suites and had breakfast and 2 free drinks at happy hour and a room that didn’t stink. I will never patronage Aloft again.
Blood was on the bed, hotel staff refused to give new bedding, ac was not working properly and once again staff was not helpful!!
I had the absolute best time at this hotel! Clean, awesome workers, bar is cool, pool is awesome! We had a girls trip and had the best time ever! I will definitely be staying there again!
Quick Solo Trip
I was in Tulsa to finalize lease on a duplex I am moving into soon. The hotel staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean and comfortable.
Weird people hanging around
The staff was incredibly friendly. HOWEVER, we had to move rooms due to the tv and phone not working in our 1st room. There is no dresser in the room. The shower leaked. There was NO maid service. We had to go to the front desk to get more coffee for the coffee maker in the room. There are no ice machines. We got our ice at the front desk. They give you a bag, which is too much. Not impressed and will not stay at an Aloft property again.
Was close to airport
I love this place! Perfect location for everything. Staff is super 😊
Quiet
Nothing unique about the property. Was very disappointed to find out the sauna, hot tub and gym were "closed for maintenance." Wifi was spotty. My grandson could not set up his PS, which was disappointing.
Water wasn’t working and man at desk was rude
The air smelt damp and gross, the shower was obviously not cleaned well (the glass still had soap smudges and the shower floor felt slick as if cleaning agents were just poured on and left) the fridge had hair in it when went to put some leftovers in, the room seemed smaller than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed up and the tv remote had no guide button, the channels took 15-20seconds to load each time it was changed to find something to watch. I stayed at this hotel years ago and it has gone downhill a lot so I am disappointed when I stayed there again.
Tulsa
This was second time in Tulsa and I liked this location better than the one downtown. It's less congested it's close to the airport. Your five minutes away from stores and restaurants.
No fitness center (under construction, apparently for a few months per reviews) not sure if the bedding was actually clean. Saw the cleaning crew servicing a room, noticed that there wasn’t any clean sheets/bedding on the cart. Bathroom door didn’t shut, no fan in the bathroom
The fitness center was closed for renovation. No blow dryer in room. Did not clean room or provide new towels.
Love this property, just new to step up the cleaning a bit!!
The carpet smells disgusting. There were also a lot of dogs barking during our stay, which I know isn’t the hotels fault, but the carpet did smell like dog. Wouldn’t recommend
Very clean as always. I did have issues with the thermostat. The room felt very muggy.
Everything
The modern feel! The shower was nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay with this hotel again at a later date!
Aloft has a nice modern look and appeal. There is a pool, billiards, and a nice bar/lounge. However, i think they try to be too... "hip". The elevatorndoors open and you are greeted with the same Untz untz untz club music you hear in the lobby. When the you get to your floor and the doors open, the music permeates throughtout the floor. This would not be an inconvenience if the music volume lowered later in the day. Even at 1am, you can hear someone getting off the elevator to some pop/club song. Even worse, i was on the third floor above the pool. Even at 1am when no one is at the pool you can hear the *thump thump thump*. I find this so odd since this is Tulsa Oklahoma...
Great for our body building show!
Hotel needs some major attention
As soon as you walk into the property, you are greeted with a smell. Standing in the lobby there are stains and dog hair on the sitting area. The room I stayed in, had the same smell as the lobby; smokey, wet smell. You could see out of one the windows in the room due to so much condensation. Clothing stickers were on the wall. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The body wash was out. Room felt like it wasn’t fully cleaned.
The Hotel was not well maintained,The Lobby furniture was stained badly .The staff was not helpful , when they were available. My room was dirty ,The covers on the bed was ripped where the cotton was coming out.. I would not stay at that hotel again , certainly not recommend it .
Was really disappointed in our stay at A Loft. This hotel was very run down and needed some cleaning and upgrades. The staff was not attentive, and we felt like we were bothering them when checking in and out.
The staff was really friendly. The room smelled bad
I checked into a room before this that was a horror show , prostitutes roaming the area and i decided to leave that place and pay extra for the aloft , it was worth the price for peace of mind , my only complaint is that the people who stayed here are loud , they have barking dogs at 5 am in the hall , they talk very loud late at night by doors without caring . The beds were very comfortable though , i didnt care for the sliding bathroom door and i felt like the shower hadn't been cleaned very well in awhile , i turned the water on hot and could see a calcium build up on the handle that looked like it was missed for months at least, we also found some old big hoop earrings between the desk and love seat , we thought it was a little gross But i didnt get robbed or stabbed by a prostitute this time so i guess it was a great stay after all .
Nothing
Just okay
Second time I've stayed here. Service is not great. Had to knock on a door to have someone come out and assist.
Doors did not lock properly; Loud construction after hours; Staff was very nice
overall pleasant
had a pleasant stay they are making some changes but nothing to interfere with our stay. just have to go to front desk to get ice is kind of inconvenient
Nice stay!
We were sent to a dirty room.
The hotel was in really bad shape.
This visit could have been better. The agent at the desk was cold and aloof he did not even make eye contact with our party. The room was dusty and there was no hand soap in the restroom.
Says breakfast is i cluded but there was no breakfast.
Aloft Tulsa
Love this property. Great location for my sales trips to Tulsa.
Arrived at the property and had to drag luggage around motorcycles. Motorcycles were parked on sidewalks and blocking entrance. Phone in the room did not work. Room was clean and staff were friendly. No continual breakfast and options over priced.
When booking the post says that a bar is on premises and breakfast is uncluded. That is false advertising and should warrant a refund. The bar is closed on Sunday and Monday. Also there is no breakfast on Monday. I'm staying at the property Sunday and Monday. State in the listing these details so people can make the decision to choose another property.
The room smelled like mildew from wet towels or carpet. They are doing renovations so I’m not sure if there was a flood in the hotel, but the room smelled awful the entire time I was there. Also, the phone service was very unhelpful when I tried to call about my booking. They were rude and hung up on me quickly after they dismissed my question and told me they couldn’t help me. It wasn’t until I went to the actual hotel and talked to the front desk that I was able to get appropriate answers to my questions.
Dirty rundown
Vehicle door was pryed open, tools and change stolen
This location was horrible they have amenities on their website that they do not have in their facility although they’re going through construction there were a lot of things that they did not provide that is listed on their website. Expect to have no breakfast in the morning expect to have no dinner at night this location to have their bar open at any point in time during your stay I stayed here for 5 days and the staff was horrible including management. when I first arrived, there was trash all in the front lawn, including a little Caesars pizza box. When I arrived on Monday, the pizza box was on the front lawn when I left on Friday the pizza box was still there. The staff and the management do not acknowledge any customers into their facility, and they expect you to speak to them. Nasty staff and nasty experience. When you complain about the gym, not being open or the sauna not being available, they automatically tell you to go to the website and have no offers at all. Out of 10
Love this hotel.
I had to change rooms because the TV didn’t work. The second room they gave me had a fridge that didn’t work. They swapped it out with another one that didn’t work. Luckily the third one was a charm. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Housekeeping obviously does not vacuum the hallways or the elevator. You have to go to the concierge to ask for ice. The shower is gross. It’s not clean enough and whoever installed the floor had no idea what they were doing. If you’re willing to deal with the filth (no roaches or bedbugs, just dirty) it’s worth $80 a night but not $150 per night. It’s pet friendly and in a very convenient location. Free Wi-Fi and free convenient parking. Safe location.
The maintenance is inadequate. I checked in To missing lightbulbs and a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. There are no pieces of furniture with drawers. On the other hand the bed and pillows were some of the best I e slept on. There was no refrigerator however so while I might stay overnight I would not ever have a prolonged stay
Great place
Great place
Not as great as some Aloft properties, but typical Aloft room
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed jn
Great location
Disappointed amenities
I should have had a discountor free night considering ALL of the issues with the stay. No breakfast served on Monday or Tuesday. No bar on Sunday or Monday. No exercise rooms or laundry rooms as it MAY be renovated...not for sure. Check out was noon, but they were shutting off the water from 11am-3pm that day. We only knew that piece bc of a note under the door the next morning. Good thing I woke up early enough to get a shower. None of this was disclosed until we got there either. Were is the customer service?
Very clean and well taken care of rooms where high end at a low cost.
Not so mice
Hotel is in major need of repairs. Bath countertops were severely cracked. Wallpaper was coming off walls. Gym was under construction. No bath rags only hand towels and bath towels. Shower had a bad leak out shower door onto floor.
Chipping paint dirty shower

The property is a little ran down. My key card pad on the door was broken with no cover. The light in the bathroom vanity didn't work, had to do my makeup with my phone next to the window because there is no other lighting. The AC unit was rattly and was very loud.
