A boutique hotel in the outskirts of the old town, it displays the quintessential Vietnamese hospitality. The architecture, decorations, the personnel’s uniforms impress by the attention to detail and a representation of the old cultural heritage. The restaurant of the hotel serves delicious traditional or revisited Vietnamese cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. Rooms and amenities are impeccable. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent hotel from the kind and helpful staff to the great food to the convenience of accessing many things and it was off the road in a quiet area. This is one of our favourite hotels that we have ever stayed at.

Nice Hotel

This is thw second time ive stayed here and i will continually stay here every time i am in Hoi An. The rooms are very big, the beds are comfortable, the balconies offer a bit of outside feel and the staff are absolutely exceptional.

The hotel was centrally located and close to shops, dining, and the night market. Great amenities and options for the entire family or just couples. Would highly recommend this option when looking in Hoi An.

I can’t not say enough how great all of the staff we encountered was. Friendly and helpful. The bellman “ Brian” took us around town on his day off to do some photography. He was AMAZING… My wife had also amazing experience with Nana from the Spa… Great Service.. and everyone else in the front desk…Hotel was clean, convenient location walking distance to the old town. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! Shout out to Mica for making sure my girlfriend gets her charger we left behind.. She reached out to me and gave us options on how to get it to us. She ordered a grab driver and delivered charger to us at the airport. This is going over and beyond . We appreciate Mica!!!

It was our first time in Hoi An, and I am glad we picked the Allegro Hoi An to be our base. The staff was communicative even before we arrived at the hotel. They even decorated our room and gifted us a cake to celebrate our 12th anniversary. The Allegro was within walking distance to the shops and dining in the Old Town. Breakfast was complimentary, offered a nice selection of food. We would stay at the Allegro for our next stay in Hoi An.

A true hidden gem! Everything right from the moment we walked in was perfect. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond ensuring we weren't short of anything during our stay (special mention to Tapie and Jack)! Breakfast was filled with local and continental delights - their Vietnamese coffee is a must! This gorgeous hotel is located approx 5 to 7min walk to Hoi An ancient town and in close proximity to massages, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Overall an incredibly enjoyable and delightful stay! Beautiful property with exceptional service! We stayed 5 nights and it was enough time to explore the Old City and go on some excursions from the location. The breakfast is amazing! But it is the staff who makes the hotel so memorable!

Hotel staff is very accommodating. Nancy helped check us in and made us feel welcomed. Rooms were great with an antique modern feel to it. Looks better in person versus photos. We were greeted by every staff we encountered. Will definitely come back. Nancy is awesome!

Firstly the staff is very lovely : friendly, helpful and very nice. The property is beautiful and really cha4ming too. It’s luxurious but in a tasteful way. The ho5el Decoration is wonderful. It.s very tranquil though you an walk everywhere. It is SO nice to retrieve to your room throughout the day as the heat and humidity hits you badly! Breakfast offering is really good too. Didn’t dine in hotel as we were keen to experience the vibrancy of Hoi An and ALL its culinary offerings. Hoi An itself is so deserving of a visit!! It is a true little jewel : so much joy, so much charm and beauty! Beautiful old wooden houses everywhere with very pretty tiles and incredibly sweet streets full of pretty ochre and salmon walls. Only improvement I would suggest is that we stayed at Allegro end of May and the pool is very warm (feels like a warm bath) and therefore wasn’t refreshing at all. And only other little negative : the cocktails are not brilliant but that seems to be the case in all of Vietnam. I would definitely very highly recommend this hotel and only wish I could have stayed a few days longer. A truly magical stop, for both town and Allegro hotel itself.

Nice hotel with a great location

Service was excellent through out our stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Staff recommended us places to go and explore and have our meals. Breakfast was excellent with a mix of international and Vietnamese food. Our room was cozy and clean. We hope to visit again for a longer stay

Helpful staff, professional, friendly and it feels sincere/genuine. Makes you feel welcomed. Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of variety and love the many unique salads. Probably one of the best, if not the best, breakfast buffet in Hoi An and Danang.

Wonderful

Wonderful experience at Allegro Hoi An. The service from the front desk team was exceptional - they were extremely attentive and amicable throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by checking on us daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our experience. When we mentioned that our room was too noisy, they promptly arranged a room change, showing their commitment to guest comfort. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to the dedicated and caring staff at Allegro Hoi An!

Charming smaller hotel

Great hotel, lovely rooms and room layout, beautiful bathrooms. Staff were helpful, efficient and engaged, better understanding of English than in Thailand where we live. Walking distance to Ancient/Old Town although sidewalks are obstructed with parked cars and bikes etc. But that’s the region.

Very nice hotel. The service was outstanding. I would suggest to put bigger towels for shower.

The staff were awesome! The hotel was very well located to all the sights. Nancy was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. Bath shower had good water pressure. Gym was okay. Treadmills could be upgraded but they did work. We would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful from the room to the pool. The staff were also a credit to the hotel, In particular Tapie, Tom and another lady whose name i can't remember. All the staff were very professional and extremely helpful. Many thanks to all of you.

Allegro Hoi An Stay

Loved this hotel. We were within blocks of the pedestrian streets. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We used the spa to get a hot stone and facial. Great service. We ate at the restaurant the first night for dinner. The food was wonderful. The staff really looked out for us. We were impressed when one staff member, Sophie, greeted each of us by name when we went to the restaurant for dinner. She really took great care of us for our entire stay. The hotel was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Our favorite hotel in Vietnam.

Noisy

This is a fantastic small hotel close to everything but away from the noise. The staff were AMAZING! So friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

This was a unique boutique property and surpassed all expectations. The presentation of our room on arrival made us feel special. We had a family holiday of 10 & all very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding experience! So worth it!

The experience at this hotel and its restaurant (Melody Fine Dining restaurant) was so flawless that left us speechless and had a very positive lasting impression on our experience in Hoi An and Viet Nam by an extension. Location: walking distance to central Hoi An where attractions are (boat rides, lantern, night market, Hoi An market, restaurants, etc). Room: condition reflected a wonderful 4-star hotel. Clean, nice decor, beautiful color design and cute decorations. Bathroom and tub gave you a luxury feeling for sure. Amenities provided (bathrobes, toiletries, etc). Coffee, tea and water was complimentary. We had a welcome cake for our special occasion which was nice. Food: fantastic and tasty. Please see my google review/trip advisor review for Melody Fine Dinning restaurant. Buffet breakfast was diverse and highest quality food. Service: next level professional, courteous and friendly. We had a wonderful experience with Julie serving us breakfast and afternoon tea which left us in complete gratitude and appreciation. Amenities: they have free putting area for golf, chess board and jenga in lobby. They have free bikes which we used to explore hoi an. They have free shuttle to beach (we didnt use), pool was busy but cute. This was a truly luxury experience and i would highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean pool and staff that go above and beyond.

Excellent location close to the heart of old town (5-10 min walk) but far enough away to avoid the tourist hoards. The room was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with the bathtub drain sealing properly but this was such a minor thing. Staff were lovely and helpful arranging last minute transport to the airport at a good price. The breakfast was top notch, and while the afternoon tea was not traditional with the foods served, it was fun!

Great property, staff were excellent, the food was great. Great location. The only criticism was the temperatures of the pool, which was warmish, when the weather ishot as it was in Hoi An that week, a cold pool would have been perfect!

We enjoyed a 2 bedroom connecting unit facing the pool during our 4 day stay in Hoi An. The Allegro Hoi An was a wonderful base. From the warm and attentive front desk (especially Nancy) to the bellman (Som), to the hospitality staff at breakfast each morning, our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were fully air conditioned and a wonderful respite after returning from our explorations. The bathrooms had separate walk in shower from tub and water pressure was excellent, even better than some of the hotels on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu (we were pleasantly surprised). Close enough to easily walk into Old Town, the Allegro also has a stable of bicycles to borrow and my daughters and husband took full advantage to bike to the beach and explore around the area in the mornings. When I visit Hoi An next, I would not hesitate to book at the Allegro again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We loved the authentic charm of The Allegro. Thoughtful, decorative touches added to the overall atmosphere, and the interconnecting rooms of our family suite were very spacious and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. It was easy to hear the comings and goings of other guests outside, and the pool was a little crowded at certain times, but these issues were far outweighed by the many positives of the hotel. The location to the old-town was easily walkable, the included breakfast buffet was lovely, the spa treatments were reasonably-priced and highly recommended, and the staff were service were incredible. A very good family option for Hoi An and we’d definitely stay again.

The Allegro is a fabulous high end hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are very comfortable, good air conditioning, well appointed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. They helped us with reservations, scooter rental, shuttle to the beach. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Wonderful spa and swimming pool.

Well worth the price!

Lovely stay at Allegro Hoi An for 2 nights. The king room was beautiful, especially the bathroom! Enjoyed the pool as well which was so relaxing in the heat! Very nice and quiet location that's still walkable to the busier parts of Old Town. Staff remembered my name throughout my stay which was impressive. Plenty of breakfast options. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is amazing, the decor is beautiful and serene. The staff are excellent and the facilities are first class. The only downside is the breakfast, some of the hot foods were cold everyday and the variety wasn’t there. The pastries tasted too greasy and the bacon was soggy and too fatty. If you can get past the quality of the breakfast this hotel is amazing.

Perfect Hoi An Hotel

This hotel was perfect in every way. The location was a 5 minute walk to the old town. There is a free shuttle to An Bang Beach. More importantly the staff was so welcoming and worked very hard to make our stay so wonderful.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Allegro. A short walk from the old town, Allegro was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and competent. We enjoyed the on-site massage, and the pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. If we were to visit Hoi An again, we'd happily stay at Allegro.

Great location, just outside main area so you can relax a little better. Free bicycles allowed us to explore more than the entire city, best part of trip. Staff are so accommodating and they remember issues and ask us personally if things were resolved. A definite repeat.

Beautiful Hotel only 5 min walk to the Old City

I loved this place. From the minute I arrived, I felt very welcomed with a little treat and delicious tea. My room was ready a little bit early and it is a beautiful room. The hotel restaurant is wonderful. I really loved the breakfast. The spa was wonderful too. It was so easy to walk to the old city and the area around the hotel felt very safe. Didn't want to leave!

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Good amenities (pool, gym, bicycles, etc.). Wide variety of options for breakfast. Everyday there were different dishes for breakfast (7 days - every day was different). Special thanks to Sophie on the front desk who provided great, personal service and Frank (bellhop) checking out the bicycles, welcoming, and assisting. Definitely recommend and plan to return again soon.

We booked a junior suite, but it was by no means an actual suite, just a room with a small uncomfortable couch. I had higher expectations for this hotel as it was the most expensive part of our stay in Vietnam, but the other hotels we stayed at were much nicer, had bigger rooms, and were less expensive. It is slightly further from the city center than I would have wanted (knowing that the rooms do not make up for the distance) and while it was nice to experience once, I would stay somewhere else the next time we visit Hoi An. My favorite part of this hotel was their morning breakfast which had a very large variety of foods and was delicious!
