The service was extraordinary, the breakfast area was perfect.
Very nice people
Beautiful property. Well situated. Exceptional staff.
Good location. Facility was so beautiful with its tiny garden where traditional breakfast made us relaxed and happy surrounded by green atmosphere. Absolutely one of the place we would like to come back again.
Super friendly and lots of atmosphere.
Loved our stay. Thank you so much!
Excellent stay!
It was like staying in a beautiful palace
The palace experience
It was amazing experience to stay at a palace! The rooms are beautiful they are different in sizes and every room has its own story. The location is perfect it is near everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.
This place is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The host is always willing to help
We came into Florence and found that the hotel we booked was a Gem. the rooms are spacious and had all the amenities. we where within walking distance of everything. the staff was amazing and don't miss out on breakfast.
great
Florence Adventures
Our stay here was perfect! The room was clean and beautiful! The location was perfect for walking around Florence. Breakfast every morning out in the garden patio was delicious and the service was great! Loved the little Italian pizzeria restaurant in the next street over. We’d definitely stay here again.
Good hotel
Great accommodations
I wasn’t sure what to expect since I have stayed in this type of hotel. It was beyond lovely and so comfortable. The gardens where we at breakfast were fantastic and the rooms were spacious which was a nice change after 3 nights in a very small hotel room in Rome. We will definitely be back!
It is hard to imagine a more romantic place to stay - a beautiful Palazzo complete with ceiling frescos and a lot of old works charm and delightful staff. Plus the location was superb - an easy walk into the centre and with some amazingly good local restaurants (many in the same street). This hotel puts you in the mood for Florence before you even get out of the door.
Amazing! I always stay there when I go to Florence!
Yes loved the place!
Absolutely perfect. Stayed in three hotels in Florence. This was the best by far. Everything exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to go back.
Close to the train station and tourist attractions. Hotel was gated at night so felt safe. However the room itself had several concerns. To start it had an odd, poorly designed layout. For one, it had multiple stairwells. We had to go into a narrow corridor that took us down a few steps only to go up a narrow stairwell to get to out room door. The bedroom was also a climb up a long stairwell. Then there was the living space that was in a corner room with an odd recessed wall that split the wall into two levels. Moreover we didn't have hot water for two days and our rain shower head did not turn on. We had to shower holding the spray nozzle. Could have stayed elsewhere for much less.
Beautiful hotel although a little walk from the city center. Great staff and service.
Amazing!
Cozy charming place
Hidden gem. True to Italian character. Website piccys dont do justice to capture hotels stately, inner beauty. Peaceful pretty courtyard to spend evenings in and have al fresco breakfast. Food is exceptional...breakfast consisted of juices, tea/coffee, plain/mixed omelettes with or without salmon/bacon accompaniment; meat platters, fruit platters, pastries. Throughout the day there was also fruit juices/water and pastries to help yourself to too. Fridge in room with free water and option to buy other items ie wine The hotel had lovely private, sitting areas if you didnt want to stay in your room Rooms are enormous so great for multiple occupants. Have usual bathrobes, toiletries expected at this level. Staff are super friendly and very attentive to service Hotel great for walking to all areas in Florence and lots restaurants in nearby vicinity for evening dinner If there was a negative it would be the amount of staircases but that would depend on the room allocated...there is a lovely glass lift.... We had the basement tho which may have been the old servants quarters...huge room and lovely but so many stairs when up and down frequently
Great location and delicious breakfast.
Hotel in a good location and very charming. We stayed in the Studio with our two kids. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable but a couple of things could be improved. One, the drain in the bath/shower was clogged and the temperature gauge for the rainshower overhead was scalding hot and could not be adjusted. The room itself was very dark and poorly lit. The Studio is below the dining room so you do need to go down a set of stairs to access but noise from upstairs was not a problem. The room is across from a staff area also - it felt a bit like you were in a much lesser space than the grandeur of the rest of the hotel but this is reflected in the price. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and let us rest in the living rooms while we waited to go to the train station after we had checked out and gone sightseeing. Beautiful walled garden above street level - they are doing restoration work on the plaster now but we didnt hear any noise.
Large spacious, comfortable rooms. No restaurant or bar. The garden looked tired and the rooms were dark. Staff was excellent.
Love this small Pallazo. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent staff, central location,
Amazing stay at this amazing hotel
Amazing place and the staff was really good. The palace is spectacular and the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was also very good. I would really advice this place.
Some issues like noise at 6:00am and no hot watwr the first night does not prevent me from giving 5 stars. Federica was exceptional and the staff as well in caring for our needs and offering assistance.
Stunning hotel!
Beautiful hotel with kind and attentive staff. Very good location. Only downside was that parking was not free!
Historic buildings
Excellent Hotel
Oustanding hotel. Excellent service. Very clean. Comfortable. Perfect location. Personal efficient friendly 5 star service! Checks every box for excellence!
Perfect location and staff in historic palazzo.
Amazing property, with some of the original antiques and beautiful rooms. Fabulous location. Staff is delightful. Our room, a Jur. suite, was enormous and very comfortable. Would just like to have had a few more plugs in the room, and a desk somewhere, even in a common area. Just could not find one anywhere.
Exceeded expectations....as seen or better than pi
Great, great place. Fantastic service, beautiful place.
Better than expected in many ways: center location, historical building, newer facilities, spacious room, comfortable breakfast, etc.
Large room with comfortable beds. Great air conditioning! Wonderful breakfast. Great customer service. Nice location. Walked everywhere. Never had to take a taxi.
Great location, beautiful garden for breakfast - and lovely room
Amazing historical feel and friendly staff. A very Italian Downton Abbey feel.
It feels like a home and not a hotel The staff, the LOCATION and the ambiance set it apart.
Flawless. EXCELLENT IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Elegant, classic Florentine castle. Highly recommend to stay.
What a magical place! The staff was so kind, and it all exceeded my expectations:)
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. It’s in a great position to get around historic Florence. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good location-- close to shopping and main tourist attractions in Florence. Friendly staff. Made-to-order breakfast included. This is not a chain hotel and it definitely feels like you are a guest in someone's home.
Fabulous Hotel
Lovely property and the staff were wonderful. This is a boutique hotel and so do not provide the usual bar and room service. What they do offer is a fabulous hotel in a great location. I recommend.
Nice hotel but suffers from late night city noise
The hotel is lovely and full of original features. It also has a good family history attached to which the staff are happy to tell you about. It’s location is ideal for exploring Florence and it also only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The layout is quirky and it has a wonderful 1st floor roof garden that is lovely for breakfast or to enjoy any part of the day away from the busy city. Breakfast is very good and prepared to order. Our room was a good size with large bathroom. It’s main feature was the high calling elaborately decorated with stars. This room is not for the light sleeper as nearby restaurants mean that it can stay noisy until the small hours. Road noise can start early as well. We enjoyed our stay and Florence is wonderful.
We abolutely loved this small, boutique hotel! Our room was large, gorgeous, and romantic. Perfect for a week's vacation! The staff were incredibly well-informed and helpful, and made our stay there perfect. Breakfast each morning in one of the few remaining courtyards above ground was delightful.
Great location, grand building.
Beautiful building in a great location, the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast is cooked however you want and there’s always a selection of cake during the day. However, they were not very good at refilling toiletries when they’re running low or run out but the thestaff were very elocution I’d you asked for more. Some inconsistencies with the bottled water - we came back to our rooms with bottled water on the second night but none of the other nights but the fridge came with soft drinks and beer.
The staff was so gracious. The location was ideal. The accommodations were very comfortable. I would love to go back, but the world is so big!
Policy gets in the way of customer service
The overall hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was helpful. I unknowingly booked a room through Expedia that could not be cancelled, my wife who is pregnant received word from the doctor she could no longer fly ten days before the trip. Expedia called the hotel and they would not allow me to cancel the four night stay. I was already in Europe for business and decided to stay at the hotel for two of the four nights, forfeiting the room rate for the other two nights. I would have expected a refund given that there was plenty of notice. For a highly rated hotel i was shocked by this policy and not accustomed to it in the US. I would encourage you to read the fine print before booking. The only other complaint of the hotel would be the noise at night due to the location
We had the best stay here
The hotel is fabulous and the staff so genuine and kind. Great location to river and all sites. Short walk from train station. 5 star breakfast each morning! No negative thoughts about this place!
Great place to stay, excellent value.
The hotel is located in a central location and walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast and snacks were excellent. Room was spacious for European standard and was modernized & clean. We'd definitely come back.
Central and Luxury
This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff cannot do enough for you and the decor is wonderful, with antique furniture and the most comfortable beds ever. The choice at breakfast is wonderful, with as much as you want to eat.
Beautiful house
It is more like being a guest in a grand house than staying in a hotel. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They are very happy to book tickets, give information, recommend places to eat. The rooms are wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The location is great for good restaurants. Expedia on the other hand were not good and I will never book via them again.
Guest of the nobility
A lovely ‘hotel’, where you really feel that you are a very honored houseguest (admittedly of a very grand house 😊) instead of just a customer. The Palazzo also has a very genuine feel rather than one manufactured for tourists. The staff are charming and so very helpful. This was our second visit and will not be our last I hope. I am trying to work my way through all of their divine rooms!
Wonderful
This is a lovely hotel, reflects the historical feel of Florence. What made this a fantastic experience was the staff. Friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Room comfortable, four poster twin beds. Amazing marble bathroom, with underfloor heating. If you are looking for a little luxury that will feel like home, within walking distance of most historical attractions, this is it. Oh and you will be able to find amazing shops. We will return
Perfect Luxury
Beautiful hotel, our suite was just perfect, with staff to match – highly recommended!
Great location for sight seeing and eating out
Beautiful hotel and wonder staff. A real treasure.
Amazing
Beautiful accommodations. The staff is wonderful. Beautiful out door court yard to breakfast in.
Amazing Stay
This hotel is a jewel. We were treated by attentive, respectful, and kind staff who went out of their way to make suggestions for sightseeing and providing fabulous breakfast/brunch service. The property is stunning and we'll preserved. From the moment we walked in the door with the beautiful terrazzo floor to when we entered our suite with its amazing architecture and frescos on the ceilings, and then opening our door to the hanging garden, the property surpasses the pictures.
Beautiful hotel with a few flaws
I booked an Italian vacation for 3 couples. I had booked 3 junior suites for this hotel and I also requested the nicest rooms available, as it was our first time at this hotel. When we arrived, our friends received the junior suites as described on the hotel website and in their photos. They both had extremely large rooms with sofas and deluxe bathrooms with two sinks, etc. My husband and I received a room completely different. Our room w/ bathroom was all in one. Not nearly the size of the other rooms and only one sink in the bathroom area of our room. I was not pleased and expressed that to the staff, but they were not able to do anything. Although the staff (of young gentlemen) were nice enough, they did not understand English well and were not able to help when we were dissatisfied. The rooms are a little stinky. Maybe old plumbing? Breakfast was included as well as Prosecco in the afternoon, but you will have to wait a while for it all as there is not enough staff to get anything out to you in a timely manner. All of us agreed that a more seasoned staff is what is lacking with this hotel. Also, it would have been nice to sit out in the lovely back yard if the cushions on the chairs/sofas were cleaned off. They were always covered with dust and leaves and a we had to step over the hose once to get to the seating. Like I said, not enough staff and lacking a seasoned staff. The property itself is beautiful, but there are issues that need to be addressed.
Perfect place to stay! We loved the location and the staff was very helpful whenever we asked for any help, whether it be for dinner reservations or a last minute wine tour. I am a very detailed person and there is not one detail to write about negatively. Lovely stay.
Complete experience from pick up at airport to rooftop-garden appertif upon arrival. I have been to Florence now 4 times. Was without question the best hotel experience I have ever had. The location is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Out apartment was spacious and clean. The only thing I wish was that we could have stayed longer. If I am ever lucky enough to be back in Firenze, without question, it will be my only option for accommodation.
Great hotel close to everything excellent staff
The only thing i feel that coukd be brushed up on is help with getting your luggage into the hotel upon arrival. Many level of steps
nice hotel with a garden
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. everyone was very helpful.
Nice hotel with excellent location for Florence
It was very convenient for transportation, excursions meetings places, Florence major cathedrals and museums to see
Best location and ambience in highFlorentine style
The elegant marble bathroom floors and fittings and toiletries, the comfortable antique beds and tapestries, the very quiet street. The location is excellent and the experience to be a guest here was truly wonderful.
Two night relaxing stay in Florence, Italy
Service as exemplary. Luca and Marta were truly exceptional in their service, from the email TWO WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL (with offers to help set up tours, reservations, etc), to the arrival with a relaxing snack and drink on the "veranda." Marta speaks English, Italina, and Spanish, which was very helpful, and she is a sweetheart. Luca went out of his way to help us recover a special bracelet that we had left at the hotel. Both went above and beyond. The room itself was VERY spacious, especially for European standards and was by far the best room that we staying in, in Europe. Overall, a really great experience and one that I highly recommend.
Room with no view & no service.
The room we stayed in look like a servant quarter with no view. The toilet had an issue with flushing. The hotel did not provide people to carry our luggages, when check in & check out. Breakfast was good, but not as good as other 4star hotels. For the price & descriptions of the hotel, to me, it was a big disappointment.
Great location, fab breakfast all the staff are very friendly.
Luxurious
Beautiful experience, wonderful room. Nice sitting rooms, terrace, aperativo and breakfast. Close enough to walk from train station and sights of the city. Only negative was noise from open windows at night, motorcycles, revelers leaving the restaurant across the street and glass bottle collections. If you go in summer or winter your windows will be closed.
Oasis of calm
Beautiful palazzo renovated to an exceptional standard right in the centre of Florence. Lovely room (Cina Blu) with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including lovely marble modern bathroom with 2 basins, really good shower, bath and good lighting. Beds extremely comfortable, good linen.Perfect after walking cobbled streets! There are plenty of places to sit and chill among lovely surroundings, and pretty rooftop garden with sitting areas and fountain for warmer weather. The staff are exceptional, welcoming, kind and incredibly helpful with advice, restaurant and taxi bookings - nothing is too much trouble, even to plates of biscuits and tea after a day exploring Florence! We cannot thank them enough for making this trip to Florence unforgettable.
Beautiful, historic hotel
Our stay was great. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The facility was beautiful, clean, but with all the necessary things to make it comfortable. The wifi was good, the bathroom modern, and the breakfast was made to order each day. We absolutely loved our stay and will plan to stay again when we return to Florence.
Amazing Hotel and Staff
This was our return trip to Florence and we could not be happier with the hotel, staff or location. Within walking distance to everything. The huge rooms are well appointed and elegant. The breakfast service is exceptional. They also made reservations for all of our points of interests so we did not have to wait in line and arranged for a private car service to take us to Pisa and Sienna. We will never stay anywhere else and will recommend it to everyone visiting Florence. The best restaurant is 12 ft away, Gargandi, and we ate there twice. Don't pass up the pear ravioli with walnuts and cream sauce.
Amazing stay!
Thank you so much Al Palazzo del Marchese di Camugliano and wonderful staff for an amazing experience.
Exceptional hotel but not a quiet one.
This is a truly beautiful hotel- an exceptional example of historic Italian residences from a bygone era. It was a real privilege to stay here but i'm afraid with history comes limitations and in this noisy modern world a building of this age cannot mask the everyday noises and irritations of sharing the space with other guests and those in adjacent buildings. So my ratings sadly reflect my disappointment that though this was an exceptional hotel it is not a peaceful one and the constant noise from other guests and disturbances from closing doors and people going about their business spoiled the experience for me. A real shame that this hotel cannot be sound-proofed (though of course i understand why it can't)- because if it was i would have given it 5*+ for everything. Brilliant location and wonderful staff- a very special thank you to Marta who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. I will recommend this hotel but will add the caveat that the experience can be affected by unwanted (and often times unexplained) noise. We stayed in the Rossa suite.
A very special and magnificent hotel
This hotel is joint first in the Telegraph best rated hotels in Florence, and we now know why. This hotel is faultless. You are staying in a stately home, the grandeur and style, the subtle attentiveness of the staff, the stunning rooms (we had the Fresco bedroom) - all contribute to a feeling that just for a short while you are the Marquis and his family themselves. Every member of staff is wonderfully polite and helpful. We were greeted by Emma who seemed to be there every hour of every day and who was charming, courteous and ever helpful - offering to book us 'beat the queue' tickets to the museums and tables for diner at restaurants. Her colleagues all where equally polite and lovely and everyone is a credit to this hotel. As written elsewhere, breakfast is not a buffet but served to you in the dining room - a huge table that you share with fellow guests - you order what you you want and it is provided freshly cooked/prepared. In addition juices, pastries, cereals, etc are all there if you want to make it a four course breakfast. The mini bar is free, replenished every day. Fresh sheets and towels every day; little biscuit nibbles left for you each evening. Afternoon tea and cakes provided every day and Prosecco and canapés every evening. (Sadly we didn't take advantage of the evening treats because we were going out to diner). Just minutes walk from the main sites and centre; if you're not on a budget, do not stay anywhere else in Florence.
fantastic stay !
I and my family members stayed 5 nights at the hotel. And we had a wonderful service and times there. Breakfasts and everything. Sightseeings are nearby. The hotel staffs are very kind. I would stay again if I visit Florence.
Simply fantastic.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing service and incredible staff.
A near perfect B&B in the heart of Florence
This is a wonderful B&B as others have already stated. Elegant, beautiful, huge rooms, excellent staff, great location and high value, what is not to like about this B&B. We stayed here six nights and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is basically anything you want, there is no menu, you just order. Nice. There was fresh squeezed OJ, tasty pastries there as a starter, then as you filter into the dining room, you order the rest. There is happy hour at 5 pm in one of the two living rooms able to seat 15! Given that it is a former Palazzo, the rooms are very large. Our room was completely frescoed floor to ceiling and the ceiling is 18 feet up! The streets are noisy, but the windows completely block the noise. It was a bit hot when they were closed, but since they are so big, the room cooled down instantly when open. I would go back any time. Everything is within walking distance including a very high quality trattoria just across the street. We had four very high quality dinners located at restaurants within 5 minute walk. The train station is a 10 minute walk away as well. Try it you will like it a lot.
A simply wonderful hotel
From the moment you check in until the time you check out, the staff are on hand to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel as if you are their only guest. This is a beautiful hotel that has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining many of its period features. The rooms are clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. This hotel ticks all the right boxes, Why stay anywhere else?
Superb Accommodations Great Staff
Believe everything you read...4-Stars! Special thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome and meeting our every need...With special thanks to Cosimo and Marta!
Absolute GEM!
The best hotel I stayed! Staff friendly and professional. Great location! Breakfast simply the best!
Nice place to stay. We felt like royalty.
This hotel was a nice experience. Our room was huge. I splurged on the suite. The staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Our visit was too short. We will have to come back again.
A safe zone in a busy city.
It was always relaxing at the Palazzo. It had a roof top garden to have breakfast or a snack and then an afternoon aperitif provided by the always accommodating and comforting staff. The smallest rooms are grand and there are many common rooms to enjoy that share the same grandeur. It is the most comfortable stay we have ever had. The location was perfect. Just steps away from everything. Food, sites and shopping are just around the corner and it is just 5 minutes at most to the train and bus station yet completely removed from the hustle and bustle associated with transport hubs. Finally it has all of the charm of historic Italy but does not burden the guest with the inconveniences that come along with that feel. The bathrooms are new and spacious and decorated beautiful. We would recommend this property without hesitation to even the most discerning of travelers. A 5 out of 5 for sure!
Best beds and service!
We loved this hotel. The service was wonderful especially Emanuel. He was very attentive to our needs...reservations for dinner, car to train station, etc. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The garden area was great for relaxation. The only negative was the wifi. The wifi is spoty depending on where you are in the building. Our family had two rooms and sometimes it was better in one then the other. If you need steady wifi for business this is not the place to stay. Everything else is superb! Best beds ever in a hotel and pillows!
Wonderful hotel, location, and staff
Beautiful hotel fantastic staff Great location! Room a/c could be slightly cooler and lightening a little brighter overall an excellent experience. Staff is superior! Frederika is the best!!
Treated like Royals
Wonderful hotel couldn't fault anything would like to live there
Just wonderful
Fabulous hotel which has the feel of a sumptuous private residence. Close to the city and some good restaurants. Huge and glamorous rooms, fabulous breakfasts, lovely afternoon drinks and treats. A very special and different place to stay in a wonderful city. Would highly recommend!
Stunning Florentine Hotel
I can't praise this hotel highly enough, from the rooms, decor and cleanliness to the excellent service and staff, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is on a quiet side street near the Piazza Santa Maria Novella and is very special. We were greeted on our arrrival with an apperitif and snacks, served in one of the very grand drawing rooms and then shown to our incredible suite. Enormous, beautifully decorated, highest ceilings Ive ever seen, and a large comfy bed. But the best thing about it was the hot tub enclosed in the room, which meant it was a wonder we ever saw Florence! The staff are attentive, smiley and eager to help. They booked oir restaurant tables, train tickets and left flowers and prosecco in the room on request. Breakfast served in the garden was delicious and v enjoyable, waiting staff also excellent. Great email support in the lead up to our stay too. All in all amazing place. Will defintely stay again. The staff call it 'your florentine home' and thats exactly how it feels. I proposed to my girlfriend over the weekend so it has an extra special place in my heart. Thank you all very much for a great stay!
Quiet but central location.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms beautifully decorated and furnished. The garden was a delight and a real oasis to return to after a hot day of sightseeing. The staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening Prosecco etc were delicious. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel, close to all the attractions.
The hotel is located close to the river and town centre. The hotel itself is a converted house and our room used to be the chapel of the family home. The staff are very helpful and breakfast in the garden every morning was a great way to start the day. Breakfast cooked fresh when you ordered and fresh rolls & pastries. Try the cake as well delicious. The hotel is very well decorated and clean. I could not fault the hotel at all.
A really special place
This is not really a hotel. It's a bit like having your own palace for a brief time. A peaceful enclave to escape from the Florentine crowds. It's like coming home everyday, just a better home than you could ever afford. A special place staffed with amazing people. Will be back.
Excellent hotel in excellent location
We are a family of four, so many hotels require the booking of two rooms at their hotel. The family suite at Al Palazzo was ideal. It's a large space with a separate bedroom and it was more cost effective. The service was outstanding, including the hotel lining us up a private guide for s tour of Florence. The hotel is extremely charming. It's an old palace. The garden is a fabulous place to have drinks or breakfast. I though the furniture in the room could use some sprucing up. But overall it was an excellent hotel and I've already recommended it to friends visiting Florence. It's walking distance to the train station and all major sites. We will be back!
Exceeded every expectation.
In every regard, this hotel was an incredible experience. There are so many examples of how the staff not just responded to a request, rather, they anticipated our needs or surprised us with some service or luxury treat without the request. They were on hand to call taxis, arrange tours, fix a quick breakfast because we were later, provide a full and lavish breakfast when we had time ---- and all in the most fabulous hotel! The reviews we read in advance were good and our expectations were high, but we couldn't envision a staff so hospitable and professional. The espresso, latte, prosecco, antipasti, a sweet cookie treat when the bed was turned down --- wow, It was all so extraordinary! It can't be overstated ... I will go back to Florence just to stay in this hotel : )
Palatial. Literally.
Discovered as a late booking and what a find. A proper villa in the heart of Tuscan Florence within easy walking distance of all the popular sights. Staff were superb and could not have been more helpful. Great value too. Surrounding restaurants were brilliant with welcoming and friendly staff. If you are reading this - go.
Romance In the AIR!!!!!
We booked a suite.....for a romantic weekend. This was the best hotel experience ever. We felt like we were in our own private Italian villa instead of a hotel. You can't possibly find a place better than this!!! SHHHHHHHHH but it's underpriced
Comfortable and well located
Excellent central hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. Catering delicious and a surfeit
Al Palazzo del Marchese di Camugliano | Hotel in Florence | Travala.com
What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs. The location is on point, smack in the middle of town.
