Reasonably OK for the price, Parking and approach to the Hotel(the road is very congested, and other vehicles are parked waywardly on the road making it difficult to reach the Hotel). Also, the security asked to park somewhere in the street, and after a quarrel, he provided the space in the nearby hotel which they own).
A Destination of Pleasure .
Experienced Pleasant stay .
A good budget stay
The hotel was accessible from main road. Since bus stand was near, so one can have many options to eat outside. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people, but, no place to accommodate an extra bed. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious enough. Facility of hot water was also there from 6-9:30 a.m. Have not tried the food there, as they don't have restaurant, but you can order food from their menu, which they probably bring from outside. Will recommend this hotel if you are looking a nice play to stay for one or two nights.
In the heart of the city
Ok.good place to stay.need further inprovement in room service.
Nice hotel close to main sights
My friends and I stayed two nights and it was a good place to come back to at the end of the day. Very close to palace and bazaar. The staff were helpful. Clean rooms and bathrooms and nice rooftop area that would be better with a bit more shade.
Hotel was average and location is good.
Hotel was ok and location is bit quite and it is comfortable .very near to bus stand and about 1.5kms from railwaystation. Food is not at all good ,staffs are not so good .
nice hotel, close to city
hotel is good, rooms are clean and well maintained. staff is very supporting
Room was very low standard . Too old and cut toilets and bed sheets
Nice hotel at good price
It is very good hotel. Nice staff, nice facilities and very close to the local tourist attractions. those who want good hotel at low price should once think of this hotel.
MANOJ
NOT SO PLEASANT
TOUR: Mumba>Bangalore>Mysore>Ooty>Mysore>Bangalore
Nice Hotel. But Other Matching Hotels in the locality Offering half the tarrif.
Lack Of Restaurant
Actually hotel was good but it lacked restaurant and it wasn't mentioned also on the website. Its a big drawback that causes guests unnecessary hassles if food is to be got packed from somewhere else which gets cold. If it could be mentioned on the website, one could decide to book it or not.
Average Experience
It was an average experience. Room was too compact for 3 adults. There was hardly any scope for movement. There is a scope to become more customer friendly. In our case We had to spend 1 hour after check-out in Reception though many rooms were vacant at the time. They could have easily accommodate us in one of the rooms as it was a matter of 1 hour only. But they choose not do so. Overall an average experience.
OK for a short stay.
First night we stayed in a room facing staircase on 2nd floor and it was as if Lobby was in our room. Extremely noisy. Got a quieter room next day. Hot water shower only available in the morning. Room service meals ordered from take-out place not entirely satisfactory if you don't want to eat spicy food late at night. Hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful.
poor poor poor
Hotel is small trying hard with good decoration. Poor hospitality.
value for money hotels
rooms were good but little less spacious. location is good very close to main attractions of the city
Aiswarya
Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Looks like if the room is booked via travel portal, check-out is strict (before 12 pm) while booking through their website allows 24 hrs check-out. I didn't like this part. Rooms are congested. I was assuming queen room (2 bed) would be spacious, but was not the case.
Nice hotel in the heart of the city..
It was altogether an awesome experience as we stayed here for a night while coming from Ooty ,The staff was courteous and stay was good.
Good service
Room was clean, staff was very polite & service is pretty good.
Stay elsewhere - this place isn't good value
The good: it's a good location for getting places. The room is quiet and on the rooftop so you can sit outside. The service from the porters is good and very friendly. The (long list) of bad: 1) We booked an air conditioned room. We were told on check in we didn't. Then when we said we did, we were told there are no AC rooms available. This made for a hot & muggy room for the kids. 2) No safe in the room (despite it being listed in the room features). This meant carrying my laptop, cameras, passports etc everytime we left the room. 3) While the room was clean, everything was old, tattered or stained. This is a 2 star room at most. 4) Breakfast was listed as an option at the hotel next door (and menu was in the room). However in the days we stayed the restaurant did not do breakfast. No good breakfast options nearby either. No tea or coffee in the room but strangely a kettle was in there. It didn't work, but they gave us another one. Fundamentally the room was not what we booked and paid for, and when Hotels.com contacted the hotel they declined to take any responsibility. I would recommend you stay elsewhere in Mysuru - there are plenty of better value options.
