Comfy bed,needs to supply frying pan or pots,if you have a cooker why not have cooking pans? Makes sence to me,ran out of hir water after one bath.

Nice and close to airport

This is my go to place to stay as I frequently visit Nz. The staff always helpful and attentive . I recommend to try it out you won’t regret it . It’s also clean and safe.

Neat and clean. Took us to airport at 5 am which was appreciated.

The jet tub was great after a late flight. Lovely bed. No pick up from motor inn as after 11pm. $40 from taxi for a 4 km ride, but got the $10 shuttle back to car hire the next morning. People were very nice. If you have an early or late flight this option may not suit…

Everything was very clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable, otherwise was nice.

Only free transfer from the airport to the motel. Had to pay for transfer back to airport.

The office staff were unhelpful, talking to others when you wanted to talk to them. We wanted a later check out as we got in at 2am and they didn’t accommodate us. The room had a strong odor

We selected the Airport Manor Inn due to proximity to the airport and free transfer from airport. We tried to call the Hotel from the airport at about 2pm on check in day and they would not answer the phone, so we had to take a Taxi which cost NZ$50 for just 4km. The hotel does not offer any food and the nearest shops and restaurants are a 30 minute walk away. The rooms are dated and need work.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but a bit run down. They advertised airport shuttle which is why I chose them, but then had no way of actually get the shuttle which wound up costing $60 for a taxi. Also the info in the in room services book was totally out of date so had no idea what restaurants were available. Many I walked to had clearly been out of business for a long time.

We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so I can’t address what’s nearby. The room was very clean and had what we needed. The only downer we noticed was that the driver to the airport the next morning wasn’t very pleasant or helpful. We would stay there again.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating. Laundry and airport shuttle were a nice bonus! Close to the airport.

I found the reception very pleasant. No complaints about the two units i stayed in. Helpful to have airport shuttle service. Would stay there again. Easy access to units with a wheelie walker.

Being woken up very early Wednesday morning by a …. Rubbish truck emptying a steel rubbish bin. They should have put the bin nearer the street

Very helpful staff. My only suggestion to travelers is if you would like a pickup from the airport, call 15 minutes before you need the ride as it takes him 15 - 20 minutes to get to the airport, even if you have booked ahead.

Good nights rest

The room was clean, comfortable and had all that I needed for my overnight stay. I was disappointed at the 20 dollar charge per hour to arrange an early check in, I didn’t use it. Also although there was on the website a charge for airport shuttle, the minibus is still showing as free on the side. That said I enjoyed my nights rest and would stay again.

No facilities for dining and very little nearby

We needed a bed for the night - a flight coming in one day and another leaving the next. this hotel was nice and close - but when our flight got changed to after midnight - it was hard to find transportation to take us that wasn't an arm and a leg. (hotel transport was closed for the night),finally a nice fella organized a ride with the downtown bus, to drop us off.

Friendly staff, property a bit dated, and we found it a bit smelly! Unfortunately the basin was clogged up and the shower pressure was very low, however the room and bathroom were clean and tidy

Good location close to airport and easy to get transfer between hotel and airport

We stayed here for about 6 hours as our flight out of Auckland was at 11pm and we had driven from Paihia and just needed a place to rest up before our flight. Both the room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Very convenient to get to the airport.

Old school, still uses 🔑 to open door and does not lock automatically.

The staff were very good with communications and directions. The airport shuttle service was fantastic because we arrived late and departed early.

Amazing place and the spa was heaven I will definitely stay again.

Property was close to airport, which was convenient but location was right closed to the busy highway and had to make sudden turn in order to get to the property. Thus, heavy traffic at the area and driving wise bit scary and accident prone site. Needs to be really careful and pay good attention while taking exit and turning to it.

Was an awesome place to stay. We did book last minute but we weren't disappointed in any way. It was nice and clean the front house people were lovely to us. Was easy to catch our flight because of their drop off and pick up services. Highly recommended place to stay, this place is definitely going to be our first option to book into from now on. Accommodation is basic. Clean and people were helpful. Very limited dining/food shopping available if you don't have a car. They charged $10/hr extra for late checkout. Free shuttle pickup from airport but $10 to for shuttle back to airport which was reasonable. Wouldn't be my first choice next time.

Inconsiderate guests

Motel was good and check in efficient. Sadly the people in the units beside us were totally inconsiderate ,talking loudly and constantly banging their doors until after 1am. A rule / reminder in the units requesting that people keep the noise down after 10pm would be good . Especially as the motel is near the airport and guests will be leaving early to check in for flights.

Everything was good, the staff was excellent, went out of his way to get us to the international airport on time! No negatives.

I always love staying at this motel always clean, tidy and very convenient when we have an early flight. Great when travelling with family their 2 bedrooms are wonderful for my family of 6.

Wonderfully helpful and polite staff, building is very well maintained. Surrounding area is not atmospheric, but if all you want is a clean and affordable airport hotel with reliable transportation, this is definitely your place.

The property was extremely clean and very comfortable

Easy pickup from the airport. The room was clean and warm. A better lock on the main door would have made it feel a bit safer. It is $10 if you want a ride back to the airport. Thanks for the stay.

The receptionist failed to ask if i needed a shuttle to the airport even though id asked for a 4am wake up call. The shuttle left AT 4am without me! Not good communication. Also, security lock on the room door was not fitted correctly and so didn't provide a safe room in the event of an attempted invasion.

Picked up from International airport. Comfortable night sleep. Dropped off at the Domestic Airport the next morning. Would totally reccommend and would use again.

This is a very clean motel with a very helpful owner. Everything works well. It is near the airport which makes it convenient for travelers. It’s about 30 minutes from the city center. There are not a lot of attractions within walking distance.

My back is no good so I cannot lift luggage and the hotel shuttle driver just stood back and watched my tiny wife struggle with our four heavy suitcases. It left a very bd feeling as he was just a MCP.

Upon entering the unit it had a terrible smell coming from the carpet like urine, used air freshener but made no difference. The whole unit needs a full make over, carpet is old and smelly with cigarette burn holes. Did not like this motel at all.

Very disappointed on this accommodation. Communication was poor. We booked for 5 people but they tried to tell us we’d only booked for 4 - there wasn’t enough crockery or plates for 5 people. Spa bath and skirting boards were thick with dust. They’d only put 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. Whole place was run down and smelt. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Hungry traveler.

Overall it was fine for a simple overnight stay before a flight. However, we purposely book hotel rooms with small kitchens so that we can prepare simple meals in our room. While this kitchen had a small frig, microwave, and 2 burner stovetop, there was absolutely nothing to cook with. We had to go to the office to even get a can opener. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to cook anything besides toast.

I had a lovely room that was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and had a spa bath. Just a lovely little space and more modern than I expected from the outside.

Close to the airport and the room was recently updated/renovated very nicely.

Motel Shuttle bus collected us within 15 mins from airport as promised directly to our motel door, and again next morning to collect hire car. Best features are beds are extremely comfortable, good spacious bathroom and very friendly staff.

Quick stay

The stay was just what we needed for an overnight as we got off of our flight. Nothing fancy but clean and friendly. The shuttle was great. We will use them again when we leave Auckland in 2 weeks.
