Great stay

Great breakfasts. Advise on where to eat from Julietta couldn't have been bettered. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were outstanding, particularly 2 receptionists Maria and Julietta. They were friendly and fun and helped us find super places to eat and things to do. Our rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The hotel was conveniently located for the main attractions and transport.

A good night's sleep

We had an enjoyable stay for one night. The room we stayed in was clean and fresh. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. Before we left we asked if they would store our luggage for a couple of hours, this was no problem. The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of The Rambla, close to the shops and restaurants, five minute walk to Paseo del Born, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Quiet area. We will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful location and friendly helpful staff. Our room had the perfect combination of warm ambiance with antique furnishings and a modern well outfitted bathroom. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices for all tastes. Highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel!

Hotel is in the middle of the center, very convenient to everything. Maria was amazing, gave us some recommendations, how to get there and what to do. Great place.

Fantastic Hotel near Historic Palma

We had a great stay at this hotel recently. The Hotel is located close to all the sights and right next to the old town of Palma. The Hotel itself is small but has loads of character. The rooms are all spacious, well equipped and full of bespoke furniture and paintings. Breakfast was very good too. All the staff we met were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Julieta who gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat in Plama. She was also a lot of fun and always had a smile for us whatever the time of day! A great credit to the hotel!.

What a beautiful hotel in Palma centre, 10 mins walk from train station or airport bus stop Very welcoming and helpful at reception, rooms very clean and comfortable Breakfast options were great for us both. If in Palma again I would defo return, thank you.

What a 'Gem'. Highly recommended.

We came across this little Gem by accident, and we are so glad we did! As we arrived, I had my wallet stolen just outside the hotel. We walked into Reception, and received a super friendly and then sympathetic greeting from Maria. Shortly after going up to our room, there was a knock at the door. Upon opening it I found Maria standing there with my wallet in her hand. She had been out in the street searching, and had my wallet, complete with cards. ABOVE & BEYOND! The hotel has only 13 rooms, is beautifully appointed, and is in a terrific location close to the Placa Mayor & Ramblas. Everything about the AH Art Hotel is great. From comfy rooms, to lovely breakfast, to tea/coffee and pastries in the lounge. Our room was at the front, but we heard no noise. But best of all are the staff. Maria is a delightful lady, with a lovely friendly personality, as previously stated went beyond expectations, for which I'm so grateful. Her two colleagues were also really nice, and they all made us feel really at home.

Great staff

Small hotel, so easy to access rooms and get in and out; central to prettiest parts of old Palma. Super clean, air conditioned and quiet. Provides breakfast in am and in room coffee and fridge. Updated and fresh bathroom with comfy bed. I had no car, but big parking garage within a block at plaza Major.

The pictures were very misleading of the rooms and they didn’t feel very safe and the walls were like paper. The breakfast was nice though and the hotel was in a good location

It was a very good stay at your hotel. Most helpfull staf at the reception desk, especially Julieta was lifting the level 😁👍

Great location if you are touring Palma. I didn’t have a vehicle but I imagine parking might be an issue although there is a large parking garage a few hundred meters away. For walkers visiting Old Palma it’s right by everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

It’s a small hotel, but the room was lovely with good beds and the shower wonderful. I would stay here again. The eating area for Breakfast was small , cute and enough to eat .

We really enjoyed staying at Art Hotel Palma. The staff were amazing and if we could, we would give 6 out of 5 stars! We needed help booking a taxi in the morning and because we had to go before morning breakfast, they made a breakfast and brought it to us the night before so we could still have breakfast before we left. The hotel breakfast was the best one of our vacation, and they have a chef working who can make you an omelette and who also serves freshly squeezed juice. We were amazed by the kindness of the chef as much as the desk staff. It is pretty easy to walk to where ever you need to go in the center of Palma. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Please stay here!

Friendly service, albeit delayed greeting on arrival with nobody on reception desk. Tidy clean presentation of hotel and room. Facilities in room ideal for our couple of night stopover in Palma for a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a little disappointing with some items not restocked as used, pastries appeared a little dried out, uncovered fruit attracting a lot of bugs; but that said, for a breakfast included in the room price, it set us up for the day. I would certainly return if looking for a short stay in Palma.

Friendly welcome on our arrival. Great location for exploring Palma. Spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water in fridge. Breakfast wasn’t expected for our booking but was included. Good choice of continental options, while the lady on the kitchen was constantly baking delicious pastries. As others have mentioned, a room at the rear of the property would avoid the early morning road noise. Sadly we have very noisy neighbours above who were rowdy until the early hours. Not the hotels fault just our bad luck.

Really excellent hotel in a brilliant location in central Palma. The welcome was fantastic, the room was excellent, the breakfast was fabulous. Everything was amazing. We even had afternoon cakes.

Detailed instructions provided for late night check-in. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful with our party of 9 and all our activities. The hotel location was great for walking the old part of town and the shopping streets. Rooms were well appointed and nicely sized. Though very up-to-date, the hotel also felt cozy—a nice combination.

Super friendly staff, great easy breakfast and location is brilliant for sightseeing around Palma…would stay again!

Personal attention

The personal attention of Maria and Julieta made our stay so comfortable!

Decent room but nothing particularly great. The fan in the room didn’t work at all. There’s no coffee in the room. No real amenities at all

The Art Hotel is well located in Central Palma, making it convenient to walk to everything, including the transport center. The staff, both Juliaetta and Maria were fantastically helpful. They made the stay a joy, with giving ideas for sightseeing, arranging a taxi to get to the airport when had an early flight and provided a morning snack for the trip as left before 6 AM. The room is spacious, clean, great bed and quiet compared to the beach area. Breakfast was very convenient. Really enjoyed the stay and appreciate the service. Palma and Mallorca are worth traveling too and this stay made it enjoyable.

A great hotel to stay in

Excellent hotel in the old town, a very warm and friendly welcome. All the staff were brilliant and so helpful. The rooms were excellent, very clean and the bathroom was luxurious. There was an excellent choice for breakfast with omelettes or eggs being cooked fresh. I would stay there again.

The bathroom was large with two sinks. The staff is wonderful especially Yolanda and the desk staff. Julietta got a cake for my wife's birthday and Yolanda sang to her. The hotel is small but well located

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived Maria made us feel very welcome at check-in and she was extremely helpful in suggesting an itinerary for our 3 day trip. We were also extremely grateful for a gentle knock on our room door on the morning of check-out which if we had not received would have surely resulted in us missing our flight home! Overall a first class stay. Thank you.

Excellent service and near everything!

Fantastic hotel with a lot of character. Great location and easy to get to the train and bus station. Also only 15 min walk to the ocean and the cathedral. Nice local restaurant at reasonable prices in the area. Maria at the front desk was just amazing sharing information and suggestions.

Fab welcome, excellent location

Julieta gave us the warmest welcome on our arrival. Really professional and lovely human being. The hotel is soooooo well located right on the edge of the old town and only 8 minutes to the bus station. Great breakfast too.

Very enjoyable stay in boutique hotel. Great location less than 10 minutes from the old town and all the major sites, restaurants and bars. Staff very helpful...Maria on reception couldn't have done more.

Nice hotel, great location, parking is available for 25 euros a night but we had a hard time finding it because traffic was horrible when we arrived. Unless you are familiar with an area I would recommend to check in first and they will give you an access card and tell you were to park, hotel has few designated parking sports on the 3rd floor of a parking garage.

Excellent hotel and I recommend it to anyone staying in Palma. It’s perfectly located and a close walk to everything in the city center, and the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful.

We only stayed for one night after a cancelled flight and had to look for last-minute accommodation. It was a perfect holiday ending, as everything in this hotel was incredible. The room was spacious, the location was perfect, breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed it in their small yet lovely courtyard. Maria in reception couldn't have been lovelier.

AH Art hotel is a gem, wonderful location, tasteful room, excellent responsiveness to requests and most of all a warm, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and in particular Maria, who gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, helped us out numerous times with small room hiccups, and was always joyous and warm as she treated us as she would a friend not just a client. We highly recommend the AH Art hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

We had a lovely 4 day break in Palma and stayed at the AH Art Hotel Palma. Lovely little hotel, which was previously an antique shop I believe, so some nice antique furniture dotted around! Staff were friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely and big. Breakfast was good - you could get eggs etc cooked on request. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and can happily recommend it.

The property was very clean and the room was very comfy. Loved all the quirky furnishings. The staff were excellent they were friendly and welcoming. Excellent position in Palma. Loved our stay and would definitely love to come back.

The staff was excellent!!!!

This was a perfect stay for 3 nights visiting friends in Palma. Central location, calm and comfortable, helpful staff and a good breakfast selection. The only thing the rooms lack is a nice view of Palma (mine overlooked a courtyard) but otherwise very highly recommended.

Lovely hotel

Our check-in was seamless and the room was lovely. The location was located within easy walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Hotel staff was so helpful in making reservations at restaurants and had excellent suggestions of where to eat. Staff also arranged a rental car for us with the car being brought to the hotel which was great. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and appreciated.

Amazing hotel!

Incredible stay. Hotel was beautiful and super comfy. Alessio and Marina on the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. And the lady who cooked breakfast (sadly didn't get her name) was fab and put on an amazing feast for everyone. Very central location as well making it easy to get everywhere on foot. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again. Thanks for making our stay perfect :-)

We stayed at Art Hotel for one night before leaving on a flight from Palma Airport early the next morning. It is Perfectly Located, very clean, the staff was amazing and the room was absolutely beautiful! The morning breakfast was very nice with cold meats/cheeses/fresh bread/fruit/coffee/tea, even a hot grill but we do not know if it was in operation because we were there so very early in the morning - the nice lady who set up the breakfast was still setting up when we arrived - our breakfast great! We did not utilize any other facility in the hotel as we stayed only one night. If you are visiting Palma and wish to be within walking distance of EVERYTHING. This place is value and luxury in one.

Lovely, lovely city-centre hotel

What a great hotel - possibly one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The central location is perfect for exploring Palma, and an easy walk from the bus/train station. All the staff are a delight - from the friendly receptionists who offered a reviving glass of champagne, to the breakfast lady who presides over a lovely fresh selection of cold foods (or she will cook a tasty omelette and then help you to open yet more champagne to go with the freshly squeezed orange juice). The room was large, bed comfy, and the shower was great! I could go on and on … Great bar just on the corner for good food and great value G&T. There are dozens of bars, restaurants and shops around. We bagged our room on a special hotels.com offer, it certainly felt more upmarket than the price we paid. We even had a thoughtful little gift at check out. Loved this place!

Small hotel which was.very friendly, clean and well designed. Very close to range of bars and shops, also only 15 minutes walk to sea and cathedral. Breakfast well organised, plenty of choice for out tastes. Would definitely choose again.
