Perfect business trip hotel - clean, spacious, quiet and cheap. Great to have a kitchen with all the kitchen items stocked, including a large fridge, plus lots of little thoughtful value-added things like Toothpaste in the bathroom, Keurig in the kithen, a full roll of paper towels, lots of space in closet and drawers. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood at the edge of town. I'll definitely come back in business.

It is our second time staying here and it is good value got the price. Joshua is a great manager and very welcoming and helpful.

Good option in Roanoke

Good value for the money. It would be great if they carpeted the 2nd story floors to reduce the noise from people above. Kitchen is fine.

Quiet and out of the way.

Lovely surroundings and splendid comfort!

The property manager was very courteous and friendly from the time we arrived until we left the room was actually a living room and kitchenette as you enter with a large screen TV, sofa, chair, table. You go back the hallway to a nice clean decent size bathroom. The shower was absolutely awesome! The bed was extremely comfortable! I will definitely go there again!

Great place to stay and very spacious suites I really enjoy my stay

Stayed here for Fall Family weekend at Virginia Tech. Room was clean, check in was easy, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. For the busy weekends, this is a must when every place is sold out and ridiculously over priced. Having the kitchenette was a bonus that we loved.

The staff was very nice and informable. My wife and I was very pleased.

The manager Joshua is so responsive and cordial. I had everything I needed and the place was immaculate. I really enjoyed how this location is so convenient to my purpose for my visit. I only plan to stay here for any future visits to the area.

Joshua is the best. He made sure I knew how to use the TV remotes. He has created a beautiful property through all the flowers he has planted. Thank you Joshua!

nice comfortable stay

Easy check in, apartment was very clean.

Nice 1 bedroom efficiency

We were personally shown to our room by the manager and TV setup explained. Efficiency had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was comfortable and we were able to adjust the thermostat to the setting we liked. A little off the beaten path, so was quiet.

Joshua was so friendly and helpful! Each time we return he goes above and beyond to make our stay great.

Spacious accommodation. Kitchen facilities, although we don't intend to use them.

A hidden Gem

Wonderful place. Staff was there to greet us and ready to accommodate uswirh oir needs. Well versed in surrounding area and made great suggestions on a seafood restaurant Harbor Inn. Room was very clean with all the amenities of home. You will have easy access to the interstate roads, malls and Roanoke is just a short distance.

Well worth it

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Everything one would need in the kitchen. A little off the beaten path but for us that was a positive.

Tub drained slow so i had to stand in grey water (yuck) & some living room outlets were not working, so i couldnt charge the phone there. The 105 unit was very clean tho. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Mgr Joshua was really nice & professional.

The Affordable Corporate Suites were good value for the money. They were in a quiet location and easy to get to sights of interest around Roanoke. Joshua, the manager was very friendly and helpful. They were close to shopping as well.

The property was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. The location is also good for everything we wanted to do. Jean was really helpful.

Jean , Our attendant was so nice . The room was gorgeous and very clean. I appreciated that there was a kitchenette and a fridge to store my insulin. We did not stay much in the room but will definitely book again if we are in the area. Loved everything about this place. Felt like home.

Wonderful 1 night stay

This was wonderful place to stay! It was exactly what was advertised. Spacious, very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfy. The person that checked me in was super nice and helpful. A great stay!

One night just right

Quick overnight stay so didn’t enjoy the convenience of the room kitchen amenities. Room was clean, comfortable and a great value. My only recommendation would be to use lower scent cleaning solutions.

Checkin was great, they expected me and it made the process smooth and quick.

Excellent place to stay

The hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Clean and very compact suite with almost all needs. Close to town center and easy to access all the amenities needed. The manager Joshua and his friends were excellent and very friendly. Very communicative, helpful and easy going.

We were a bit skeptical booking our stay here because it was so affordable but were pleasantly surprised at how great it was! The manager was exceptional, room was clean, and the bed was actually comfy! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay. I am in Roanoke once a month and I would not stay anywhere else!

Very clean and the price can't be beat. Excellent customer service. The building is definitely on the older side so the floors creaked and noises could be heard, and no elevator only stairs. It is tucked away in a nice corner and easy to get to anything in Roanoke area. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely superb!

Absolutely incredible! I found this gem as a good “halfway” point when I take trips North. Josh was there to greet me even when I arrived at 11pm for the evening, and by 11:15 I was showered and sinking into the super comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep. I will stay nowhere else for my journeys…I just regret I didn’t find them sooner!

I had a great stay. I am in Roanoke every month for a few days and I would not think of staying anywhere else. Joshua is responsive and friendly.

I really enjoyed staying here Josh and the staff are absolutely amazing I left there feeling like I got a new family everything is very clean, definitely a home away from home. Looking forward to staying there again.

Good if you are doing a extended stay. Not a hotel. Have to clean the room yourself and take out your own trash or you are changed extra. There are long term residence watching your coming and goings. A little unnerving. If your in between homes or need a short term rental it’s great. However it shouldn’t be recommended as a hotel. If your just looking for a weekend place a air B&B would be more private and comfortable. Also no elevators had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our apartment.

Property manager called us the day before we arrived to give us check-in instructions. He was very helpful and concerned that we enjoy our stay. I'm confident that if we had encountered any problems, he would've worked quickly to resolve them even though no staff were in the office during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The bed was excellent.

Very Good Experience

The suite was extremely clean. The building manager was awesome. The walls are quite thin, so we could hear every time someone else in the building took a shower, talked, etc., so we didn't sleep well. Otherwise, it was great.

Great place to lay your head for the night

A hidden gem

This is a little hotel off the beaten path - designed for longer term stays as each unit is a mini-apartment. The place is a bit dated but everything is clean and neat. Check in is only during the day (up to 7 pm) so if you plan a late night check in - this may not be the place for you. Also, they don't have an elevator so if you have limited mobility be sure to tell the ACS before check in so they can get you downstairs. We really did like our stay - it was neat, clean, and in a nice park like area.

Good value, Quite

This looks more like an apartment complex than a motel, which was fine. There were two building. This is just a guess, but the building on the right seemed to have long term residents (as a group of guys were outside talking and grilling), and the building on the left was more for stays of a few nights. Had a living room with sofa, chair, table and chairs, coffee table. Had a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, oven and stove. Also had a bedroom with a door. There was a TV in the living area and the bedroom. TV had a great selection of channels, including movie channels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area was peaceful and quite, yet close to most anything. The shower had good water pressure and the water got hot quickly. They furnish shampoo, paper towels, dishes, dishwashing detergent, soap and a toothbrush. The rate was very reasonable for what you got. The only drawbacks were: 1) the person that stayed in the room before us must have been a smoker, 2) my partner stated the Keurig coffee machine was dirty, so she didn't want to use it (I don't drink coffee, so didn't look, and 3) I saw a hair from someone's head in the bathtub. There was no continental breakfast. Also, there is a list of small things you must do at checkout to avoid an extra fee such as taking out the trash, placing the towels in the bathtub, and turning off the lights. Overall, I would stay again, as it was a good value for the price.

Outstanding Stay

The property is in a great location. The management was very helpful and my rooms were extremely clean. Free wifi, and even a couple of chocolates! I would definitely stay again.

I only stay here on my FL to MA & return trips...never had a problem. Bed is comfy (which i DEF appreciate) too. Ive stayed in many other places in the past but this is the best overall. You can tell by their reviews lol Tim

It was a very nice place, clean and quiet. The bed was not the greatest (felt like you were sinking in a hole).

Everything was great except the noise from upstairs. Seemed like they got up every 20 minutes ALL night long. I hot no sleep.
