It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good too

Gutes Hotel, Preis/Leistung stimmt. Es ist sauber und angenehm. Die Umgebung ist nicht die beste, aber uns hat das weniger interessiert. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Bad excellent mit Fußbodenheizung. Es wäre empfehlenswert, wenn ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre, um sich früh einen Tee oder Kaffee zu prüfen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter.

Excellent hotel and very conveniently located close to Subway station. Grocery and coffee shops also very close by.

We enjoyed our stay, very close to train/ bus stations. The only recommendation we have is if the gym was opened in the morning and if there could be a kettle in the rooms.

Great stay

Second time, very good, super breakfast. very friendly staff providing us an umbrella as it was raining. Very close to U-Bahn. Noicy in the morning from nerby Lidl supermarket unloading trucks. All in all a great stay for the right price

We had an amazing stay at ACHAT München Sud! Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The bar area is fun during the evenings. It’s in a quiet residential area. But the train station is only a 5 minute walk.

They didn’t clean the room gor three days, the trash was full and the reception is sooo unfriendly and unhelpful, i would never go again

Soweit war alles gut das Wc sollte sauber sein ! Besonders hervorheben ist der Service von Ibrahim beim frühstücken es war eine Freude zu sehen mit welcher Qualität und Freundlichkeit er seine Arbeiten gemacht hat , solche Menschen braucht ein Hotel !

Mein Sohn (15) und ich sind morgens gegen 9.30uhr am Hotel angekommen. Erstmal standen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben sich unterhalten. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat mit ihrem Handy Nachrichten geschrieben. Dann bin ich einfach weiter an die Rezeption gegangen und habe guten morgen gesagt. Sie hat zu mir rauf geguckt hat ihr handy weg gelegt und etwas geaagt. Ich sagte wir würden gerne einchecken, und wurde gesagt das es zu früh wäre, wir könnten aber unser Gepäck im Hotel stehen lassen. Das haben wir gemacht und haben noch Bescheid gegen das wie erdt abends wieder zurück sein werden da wir in die Therme erding fahren. Als wir wieder zeück kamen stan unser Koffer unbeaufsichtigt Jeder hätte den Koffer nehmen können. Under zimmer hatten wir nicht gleich gefunden und der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr genervt und hat uns den weg zu unseren zimmer gezeigt. Im Zimmer waren die Grosse stehlampe defekt und wir hatten wenig licht im Zimmer. Das Bett stand zu nah am fenster sodas die person die auf der re seite schlief wegen platzmangel schlecht aufstehen konnte. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen da das Frühstück für das qas angeboten wurde zu teuer war selbst kinder haben 20 € bezahlen müssen.

Heated floor in the bathroom!

Nice from far but far from be nice! They want to be fancy but it isn't sustainable, they don't provide the minimum of the facilities. For ex, instead of early check-in (which I asked twice and didn't get any answer) we received late check-in. Not even the second day and our key wasn't working, we had to go to the reception 4 times, only the last time the staff did something to try to open the door, we wasted at least 2h and I just chose this hotel because of the location (+- close to the Oktoberfest) we ended up late to go to the venue (we had a table booked). Summarizing, super expensive place, disorganized, bad management (we tried to speak with the manager without success) no facilities (we run out of soap in the toilet) they barely apologize. This place, never more in my life and I highly do not recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest with with friends. Good facilities, very nice breakfast, near to U-bahn station, reasonable prices. We each have a single room and it was more the adequate. If you come in the summer, rooms do not have air con, wasn't a problem for us.

Great hotel, good for the underground station. Good breakfast, nice staff, good bar. The only real downside is that sometimes the shower water pressure drops to a drip for a minute at peak times.

Jein.....

Tresor war defekt bzw verschlossen. Problem konnte während 3 Übernachtungen nicht behoben werden. Teppich im Zimmer sehr alt und ziemlich grauselig. Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffeepulver auf dem Zimmer wäre bestimmt kein Luxus......... Bett und Matratze iO, sehr gut geschlafen. Schalldichte Fenster, top.

Pleasant Stay

Overall, nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t like the one pillow I was given and the headboard had the material damaged and revealing the contents of the board. Thought it looked cheap and out of place compared to everything else. I would recommend staying there based on the price and everything else

The front desk lady is really rude. And we had problems with AC. There’s no restaurant for lunch or dinner

Easy booking and check in and friendly staff

Amazing hotel with great staff, they had a really good breakfast and the room was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there’s no way to check that the door to your room is locked from the inside, this can be a bit scary when you are travelling alone.

Kein Service, hohe Preise…

Zimmerservice nur, wenn man am gleichen Tag bis 8:30 Uhr an der Rezeption Bescheid sagt und darum bittet. Echt jetzt?!? Und 6,80 € für eine Flasche Mineralwasser ist auch sehr sportlich. In diesem Hotel passt Preis/Leistung leider nicht!

Achat Hotel Munich South

Booking was delayed by Expedia System but all ok in the end. No issues at all! Lovely hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. Underground car park can take larger cars(S class/7 series/A8/x7/q7-8). Many thanks

Value for money, good breakfast, good location near U train, clean

The hotel is ok. However my room was never cleaned and I was not told I need to request this when I checked in. The room lacked pillows and the head board on bed had holes in it and the leather ripped off. The breakfast was ok and the staff on the whole ok. Not a warm stay and I was disappointed. This was my last stay at the hotel.

Our room was small but nice. Didn’t like the way the bathroom light comes through the wall into the room. Didn’t like the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. I waited in line to checkout this morning. There were two guys in front of me and it took the receptionist forever to check them out. I finally gave up and handed her my room key and left. Their checkout should not have taken that long!

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, immer wieder etwas gemacht. Aber der Teppich im Zimmer wurde sicher nie gewechselt schmutzig abgelaufen einfach eklig Bei der Ankunft 2 Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Keiner aufgeschaut oder uns willkommen geheissen. Erst nach 5 Minuten und von unserer Seite aus bemerkbar gemacht wurden wir bedient.

The hotel is modern and vibrant. The staff are excellent and have great customer service skills. The breakfast was amazing. I really like the hotel a lot. The local area has shops, supermarket and restaurants. Only two issues the local U Bahn station is closed until mid July and the staff at night aren’t very friendly!

Oktoberfest

Went for Oktoberfest, very close to the train to get on and off. Room was cozy. Breakfast was good in the morning but not worth the Euro’s it cost. Taxi from airport was 120 Euros, not very cheap at 2030! Not to mention the taxi only took cash so when he took off with one of our bags of just purchased sunglasses it wasn’t very fun! So cab cost about 600😡

A pleasant hotel very close to a subway station

Hotel situated in an office area, just 2 min walk to the subway station Machtlfinger on U3 line. Checkin was fast, just need to show vaccination certificate and ID ( German or EU QR not required). Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

Outstanding Professionalism, Great Hotel!

The man at the reception was the most Professional person we'd had the pleasure of meeting. The staff and location wonderful. This is TOP Notch, worth every dollar/euro spent.

Very minor peeves but overall very happy

Great hotel really, service friendly, very clean, the bar was nice, not much in the area but very simple to get to the centre & BMW world as its 2 mins walk to the tube station and the trains are all on that line and very regular. Couple of things prevented a 5 star. Shower cubicle door not quite sitting flush, quite a small room and my pet peeve free minibar items on night one only!! I don't understand why hotels do this when you pay the same amount for each night. Major plus point was the room was very quiet.

A positive Toast!

I was part of a 14 day land tour of the Croatia area and our tour started and ended here. I stayed 2 extra days to explore the and it’s beer Halls🍺. The staff was very friendly and helping, the breakfast excellent. Easy metro trip into the city. Go WiFi too and clean, modern rooms.

With the hot weather the hotel’s a/c could not accommodate- our room was muggy and hot, but hotel gladly gave us a fan. Restaurant was closed all three nights- BUT bar staff served us wonderful “dinner” and drinks for two of them! Location was far from City Center- taxis were expensive BUT subway close, user friendly, and very inexpensive for day pass for the group.

The hotel is south of the city center and about a 15 minute U train ride. Nice hotel with clean rooms and generally friendly staff. It is in an industrial area so not much around it.

great hotel for the tour, problems with additional

good room, safe in room, as usual with European hotels, no face cloth.Why do they think we need heavy comforters in the summer. No need to put key in a slot to make electricity work. TV only had 2 or so channels in English-- no CNN, no BBC just CNBC and something from I think France. For my additional night, I asked the manager on Friday, then the desk clerk on Sat who BOTH assured me I didn't have to change rooms. Then at 2:30pm on Sat I got a call from the desk saying I had to change to a single room. They sent someone up to help me after I requested 30 in to pack my things. She yanked my power converter out of the wall but didn't notice that there's an extension that ALL US folks have to add to overcome the inset of their plugs BEFORE we can put in our power converters. New room was a single 5 floors up and it would have been great except the bathroom had about an 8 ft wall of windows, and the door to the bathroom was frosted so the light came right into the bedroom. The blackout drapes were great for the bedroom except for the non-blackout from the bathroom. They did not have my name on the tour room list, instead they had duplicated someone else's name. After they moved me, they had to ask what my last name was ;-D. Despite the website saying they have a fantastic breakfast, I got charged for breakfast for my extended night. Also, the dining room person asked me if I wanted an Omelet or fried eggs ONLY AFTER I had already filled my plate.Near the metro no food Sun

worth the price

This place exceeded all expectations. The pictures online made it look nice but actually being there, this hotel looked even nicer in person. We didn't expect much coming right off the subway and having google maps tell us the hotel was right around the corner. Usually places that close to a subway station is convenient but suffers in service and the location is sometimes not a pretty sight. However, once we walked about three minutes and turned a corner, there it was: ACHAT! It was so close yet also quietly tucked away on a peaceful street with trees and flowers surrounding it; a stark difference from the street we were just on. It looked very lovely but walking inside, it was everything a 4 star hotel should be:clean, tasteful decorations, quick and friendly service. Our room was larger than others I've been to in Germany for that time of year. We were attending Oktoberfest and while other hotels hiked up their prices three times their normal nightly rate, the price we paid for the ACHAT room was the same as this other 2 star hotel with half the amount of room we stayed in just two nights prior. Looking at their current prices for dates beyond Oktoberfest season, for that time of year, they only doubled their nightly rates but even then it was worth it. We would gladly pay to stay here again.

Good clean hotel near subway

The hotel is situated less than 5 min walk from Machtlfinger Straße (U3 line) station, very convenient. The room is new and clean, these are the good points. The downside of the hotel is that there is no kettle in the room, hot water only available from the restaurant (during operating hours only), the night shift front desk staff was also not very friendly and kind of impatient. In contrast, the morning front desk staff is much more friendlier and helpful.

I have very good experience during stay at the hotel. Very close to subway station only 5 minuets by walk.

2 night stay in Sept.

The room was very small and the beds very hard and uncomfortable. Also the air conditioning didn't work sufficiently so the room was too warm for sleeping.

Will not stay here again!

This is definitely a business hotel, so don't stay here if you're expecting more. Extra charges for breakfast (€17) & parking (€15). My biggest complaint as a US traveller was that my cell phone didn't work with What'sApp, Magic Jack, Instagram or emails using hotels FREE WiFi. When I complained to reception, I was told the hotel blocks these apps or services because of a problem with Escort Services!!! It was so inconvenient that I would never stay here again. Also the bathroom is very modern with glass walls, granite floors, etc but not at all safe. The shower floor was so slippery, no shower door so water went all over the granite floor each time you showered. it was dangerously slick! Amazing they are allowed to have this set up in a hotel. Toiletry items were not replaced on 2nd day, empty soap dispenser, etc. I asked at the bar if I could get some ice for the room & he actually asked me how many cubes I wanted!! He had no ice bucket but gave me one glass of ice. Really? In the hot summer time, no ice bucket for the room. The room showed wear & tear, but it was quiet & clean & the AC worked good. Not one of my best stays & will not stay again. I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn in area, cheaper & overall better.

Clean hotel, with several flaws

While the hotel room was clean and reasonably big, this hotel is very far away from the city center (much further than a quick look at google maps suggests). The main disappointment was the messed up check in and the problem we had in regards to the non-functioning aircon and telephone. We didn't have a fancy room, but the hotel staff made us wait until 3.30PM to check in, while other guests (who came after us) were able to check in already at 3PM.. you can imagine how nice it is to wait for a hotel room after a 20+ hours flight from Australia to Germany. Apart from this, the room is reasonable big and clean, but their double bed is just two single beds which you need to push together.

Fair, clean, central stay in Munich

We stayed there one night after a party, so we checked in and returned late (no problem as the front desk is covered 24/7). The room was in great condition, air condition / heater worked perfectly and it was quiet enough to sleep. We did not take anything from the bar (that seemed pretty much complete) nor did we stay for breakfast. We noticed a U-Bahn station (public transportation) in close walking distance, which is nice in Munich.

Affordable and comfortable

Close to U-Barn station and safe area. Central Munich hotel is extremely expensive but this hotel is not. I can recommend you if you're looking affordable stay. You should carry your amenity by yourself. No restaurants and room service Saturday night and Sunday. 中心地からも電車で比較的近く、安全な雰囲気の場所。アメニティが全然なかった点、週末にレストランサービスがないのが欠点。

Small gym

The room was fine, not much walking space but smart enough. I was especially disappointed by the gym as mainly there were just a running tape and a single multi-exercise machines. With the latter wasn't really possible to have a serious workout. Having a total body warm up machine and an additional bench with some dumbbells on a decent range of weights would have been enough to improve the perception. On the bright side, the hotel is near enough to a U station for a short travel to both city center and Oktoberfest. There's also a decent park north east for a quick run and an open air training area when weather allows or you run in the mud.

We didn't like the bathroom "wall." It interfered with privacy.

Good if found at reasonable price

Well priced for Munich at 60 euro with nearby access to public transport. Facilities are okay; good 3-star hotel. Neighbourhood is decent and safe.

Close to a certain nightclub I was at all weekend. Very convenient. Not much else around. U-bahn station very close.

I choose the hotel because it was close to my business meeting place. But the room was rather small, the Internet connection got lost again and again, the neighborhood was rather boring, Public traffic with two or three changes to the center not very attractive as well.

Nice Hotel. Great Food! It's not close to the city center, but I had a rental car so it didn't matter. There's free parking in front of the hotel.

Great for business purposes and suspect this is it's main clientele. Great lobby and bar area, smallest hotel room I've ever seen though... but it's Oktoberfest - what other options were there!

Stay for Oktoberfest

Went for Oktoberfest in Munich and this was a great location! Parking garage, huge bathroom, fridge, as well as being a block from the tram. It was very convenient and I would definitely stay there again.

Unaccountable staff, unfair price compared to othe

we stayed in two double rooms for two nights, we learned that theft is quite common in their premises ( as our drinks served in bar lost ?!?) and informed that it's quite common in their hotel to loose stuff/drinks and food!?

Achat Hotel in Munich

Overall the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in spoke English well and was able to offer some transportation advice for the places we wanted to see. The decor of the hotel was also very nice, very ultra modern. Everything was very clean and fresh and made coming back at the end of the day refreshing. There were only two downsides to the hotel, the location and the bed. The location seemed safe, however, when coming home at night there were very few people out, so my husband and I never really knew if it was okay to come home late at night. The hotel was located towards the end of one of the U-Bahn lines, so although a little far, it was easy to get to, and because of the distance from Marienplatz, it was very quiet. The rooms were decorated very nicely, but the bed was pretty hard and I found it hard to sleep. The pillows are very very thin so the combination of the pillows and the bed didn't offer a lot of sleep. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again.
