Check in was seamless and the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the courtyard. The staff were kind and helpful.

I stay here every time I come. It is safe, comfortable and close to where I need to have meetings.

The property was very clean

The property was nice and clean. It was also in proximity to a shopping center. It felt safe with the presence of 24hr security.

On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays.

The customer service was amazing. The representative picked me up at the airport and ensured I was comfortable inside my hotel room. He returned the next day to make sure I and everything was OK. Exceptional customer service and detailed oriented. Mr. B. Brown was exceptional. The hotel is in walking distance to the Accra Mall. I highly recommend staying at the property and plan to stay again during my next visit to Accra.

Nice accommodate

The property has moern facilities, safe and secure. The host communicates via mail each day to ask if there is anything they can do to make our stay comfortable. . It is worth the money

AC doesn’t cool the room, needs servicing. Bed is not comfortable, mattress needs to be replaced.

Long wait to be service and sometimes there is no one insight to address your query. There is telephone or reception to call. The security there is for the service apartments not luxurious apartments.

I had a wonderful stay here overall, but the check-in process was a bit time-consuming. Thank you, Foster, for your excellent assistance—I’ll definitely be booking again. However, the receptionists at both the first and last entrances could improve their customer service skills. They lacked a sense of urgency and empathy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Grace was really helpful and was quick to respond to all my concerns. Will definitely come back.

The only reason I am not giving five stars was the communication piece. We had a little struggle trying to check in. Other than that, the property was very clean and very nice. Booked it for my family and they enjoyed it. The restaurant on the property was excellent, different food options both western and traditional. The restaurant staff were top notch and the food was great.

I recently stayed at this stunning hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. overall good but could be better

I would have liked if there was a more efficient way to communicate with my hotel host. Check in was inconvenient as well as we had to wait for quite some time before being helped.

The location is convenient to the airport and the Accra Mall and also East Legon. The communication from management was the issue as we waited for oer 2 hours for someone to acknowledge us and check in. The apartment was average and not luxury as was advertised.

Solo Yolo

I had a very good stay for 4 days, liked the cleaning service very good. Only thing i disliked the delayed reponse from staff, take to long too get back to you. Oh and for the 3 days i was not aware that the electric had tripped. Just thought cooker wasnt working and the shower ran cold water!!!

Overall, a nice stay

I experienced a little delay during check-in cos they were asking who my ‘host’ was ( a term I am not used to) then he showed up and had a little problem getting my online booking. However, afterwards everything went on very well. The apartment was cozy enough, one lil problem is the noise from the highway users, sounds of cars and trucks. But that’s because of the location of my own apartment in Block D. I think they should also give specific name of the property I.e THE GALLERY instead of the general ACCRA LUXURY APARTMENT, the taxis kept missing the right turning

This place i am not recommended for american they do knew what they doing no buddy to let you can and arrive early they dont want you check early heaven for a price nor recommended for any american to there terrible service i have to found my sel another hotel thank you for the best western at the airports check me right in to go to bed Best wertern it is the best place to go.

I booked based on a recommendation and I am happy to recommend Accra luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Accra. The team were helpful right from the moment of booking - helping to arrange airport pickup and advising on trips in and around Accra. Apartment was perfect for my needs - clean bedroom, kitchen and bathroom facilities, great rooftop pool and a good sized gym. Safe local area, easy walk to some restaurants but also easily accessible for rideshare like Uber/Bolt etc. Well recommended!

Room was nice and customer service great. Amenities like pool and work out room were not great. Pool bathroom was flooded.

I had a great stay at Accra luxury apartment at East Legon. I have come to consider them my home away from home. The experience is always great.

Clean and well kept

The things I found unique about The Gallery was its away from home comfort ability The apartment was cleaned everyday. The host Hakeem and Kobby were contactable via a phone call making them available and accessible. The out door space is attractive making a lovely place to sit and relax. The reception staff always assisted us with transport arrangement. Courteous and friendly at all time. With recommend without hesitation every time.

Awesome experience

The staff of Accra Luxury Apt were attentive and responsive. They were very hospitable. I felt well taken care of. I'll definitely book with Accra Luxury Apts at East Legon next time I am in Accra.

The availability of towels and hot water was amazing. However, the hostess was not easily accessible. Issues had to be reported to the front desk rather than directly to the hostess. Additionally, security expressed concerns about hanging clothing on the balcony to dry. This issue could have been avoided if a drying table was provided to all guests as the property offers a washer and no dryer. Also, other guests were obviously not given the same information. Ultimately, security could have been more useful conducting actual duties rather than harassing specific guests.

The Accra Luxury apartment had everything I needed. I loved the gym for its amenities. I also love the pool at the rooftop. Next, the staff members are very professional and pleasant. Lastly, the security protocol is worth mentioning, because you go through a check, similar to the TSA at an airport, which for me, was really cool. I would want this experience over and over, and can't wait to bring our partners to Accra, to have such a luxurious experience! I had a great stay. My only problem is the facial recognition system that grants access to the property needs work. It is woefully unreliable

Check in to that property is a lengthy process that many customers will hate. They advertise “Free Shuttle” and when you get to the hotel you learn that free shuttle service is for pick up from airport only. For drop-off at airport, you have to pay.

The place looked run down on the inside. Shower had no curtains. Tiles were lifting off the floors. The balcony doors locks were not working. The beds were uncomfortable, very old in my room. The location was great and convenient. The reservation check in was a mess. The building was under constructions and we were only informed during our stay there.

Marvelous reception by the Superhost Grace

I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. I got two separate rooms instead of one with three bedrooms. My family was separated because we were given 2 different rooms on separate floors. We were not compensated for the inconvenience. Communication can be better and check out Must not be rushed. The housekeepers were literally waiting outside our door before we were checking out. This is not professional.

The apartments are near a main road but there is no noise from it. They are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The AC works well. The gym has everything you need and the pool is a nice place to look out across Accra. The cafe is nice. The best bit are the staff though - soooo friendly and helpful. All I'd change is to make the shower water hotter, but that might be a personal thing!

Is this really luxury?

My stay was quite disappointing at the Acura luxury hotel. I thought it was as luxurious as the photograph demonstrated. However, the furniture was old, and most importantly, the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. There was insufficient space for my son, and I to put our clothes and there was no night table. There was no dishwasher, And the couch as well as the rug on the floor was old. The linen on the beds need to be thrown out. I’m an older customer and it was unfortunate that the 10 days I spent at this so-called luxury department was not good at all. I rated two star perhaps back in the hay day it can be construed as luxurious but not for me. I was highly disappointed and made several complaints. The problem overall was not alleviated.

Best place to live when you visit Ghana

Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable! The customer service team was extremely helpful and easily accessible. We felt very at home in our unit.

It will benefits the guest if the property has some sort of brush all broom and dust bin for their guest in case of any accident of any kind.

The staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. They provided excellent shuttles to the airport making my stay even more convenient. Overall, Accra Luxury Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We booked a 3 bedroom suite and was placed in a 2 bedroom and a 1 suite with the explanation that the 3 bedrooms were all booked. This particular place had a lot of girls roaming with inappropriate attires on. The rooftop pool had a lot of people in it. It didn’t feel safe and the wifi connection was terrible. We will not be staying at this particular hotel again. We however like the Clifton Place better.
