Great location and easy walk to Hallestadium. . Underground car park with good size spaces for CHF29 per night. Room with kitchen was a good size and well equiped. 44sq. All was good apart from the reception staff, it would be a fantastic improvement if they were polite, mannerly and know their job well.

I loved the property! It was easy to find, close to public transport, nice staff, and most of all, CLEAN! Would book again!

In all my years of travel and multiple facilities to stay in, this is truly the finest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was more than friendly and always there to help with a smile. The rooms are luxurious, the restaurant is exquisite, and I would highly recommend anyone who stays in Zurich stay here!

We stayed at the Acasa suites in Zurich and we were really impressed by the hotel. We were most excited about the laundry room that was rented to us for 6 hrs one day. Typically when a hotel says they have laundry they mean they can do your laundry for an exorbitant price, but they actually had a washer/dryer that you could rent that was secured behind a locked door. Very convenient considering we were on the road for >10 days and were running out of clean clothes. We loved the breakfast that came with the hotel. And the access to the (nearby) subway system was fantastic (once we figure everything out - LOL) Also, i popped into the shop next door for some food and cough drops, again very convenient. To summarize, we had a great stay in Zurich at the Acasa Suites.

Parking was not honored and no apology or alternative was offered. This was really disappointing as this was the main reason we picked this hotel. Breakfast was not included for us but it seemed to be included for all the other rooms. Not worth the price!

Overall, it was a good experience.

we were charged extra for breakfast ( even though it was included according to staff Mahmood ) which is unbelievable, its misleading, Eugene was very rude, we had to put away our breakfast plates aside to go to front desk to talk to him, our children did not get to eat breakfast that day and we all had to skip breakfast because of the rude service and horrible experience we had the day before.

Myself , spouse and niece had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights as part of a European multi city trip. I wished I had spent and extra day at Acasa.The environment was quiet , clean, the staff were attentive and as I remarked to Eugene at front desk on check out " staff was visible but professionally invisible, working in the back ground". Acasa is located very close to train and tram station, very convenient, one stop away from Main train station. I don't usually do spa's but was encouraged by staff to try it - I did and it is something I will add to future hotel stays. I have no hesitation recommending acasa suites to future travellers.

Being an Expedia( silver )VIP .. didn't get any benefits, no free breakfast. The reception that checked us in said that he upgraded our room but it's actually the same room I originally booked. Dark .., not much lighting in the room. No other mirror except the bathroom. Housekeeping only tidy up the room on evenings.. the time when we came back to our room to freshen up and found our room still not cleaned. The lightings on the dining table are too low..several times hit our heads at it. The receptionist that check us out was extra nice and friendly.. even offered us chocolates.

Enjoyed our stay in at Acasa Suites. It's located in a quiet area, but a short walk will take you to Oerlikon Station. From there you can easily go to the city centre, airport as well as other destinations. Transport in Zurich is pretty frequent and reliable. The room we had was a suite with a kitchenette. It had everything we needed and there was a supermarket next door, which was very convenient. The room was clean, modern, quite spacious and had handy features, such as USB C charging outlets. Staff were kind and had a good sense of humour. If I visited Zurich again, I would look to stay in Acasa Suites.

This a very nice Hotel with a competent young staff alway readies to make you stay an happy experience. It is very near to a big train station to connect you with every place in Zurich and others areas..

Good hotel nice location

The hotel is brand new, and the 2-bedroom apartment comes with a living room and kitchen. However, it does not offer any views. It is on the pricier side, with room service provided daily. Additionally, parking is quite expensive at 30 CHF per day.

This property did not disappoint. We were traveling with our family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is the lighting in the room. Other than that it was very nice and I’m a picky person.

Hotel was clean and safe. However, staff were very rude. We had 2 rooms and we wanted to have them them next to each other but they were not helpul at all. They talk to my husband in a very rude way.

I love the location which is away from the busy town centre, but is walkable from the rather quiet and safe Oerlikon Station, yet lots of restaurants and shops nearby. For the room, it is a bit dim; it would be prefect if the room can be brighter.

The room is clean, food is delicious and staffs are friendly.

Wonderful facility. It is more at a business area than at downtown Zurich. There are close by supermarkets and restaurants very close walking distance. The rooms are large and clean

It is close to the train station. About 7 minutes walk. The frontdesk staff was very helpful. Although one of the hotel restaurant staff/waitress when we dine around 8:30 PM was not accommodating. Very limited nearby dining options. The sauna is a plus.

Acasa is just a great hotel with nice service. Love the suite setup for my group of friends that were staying. It is in a nice location as it is between the airport and town center. Very close to stores and restaurants.

Good hotel overall but rooms very hot and resorted to opening the window as no option to cool. Breakfast was at best average with pastries dry and bland plus hit food left out for quite a while.

The things i don’t like about the hotel: the room temperature - my hotel room was so hot, i turned off the thermostat, but it was still hot and felt like there was no ventilation. So i opened a window and that helped. Also the shower - why is it that in most European bathrooms, the shower door is not fully closed as part of the design? When you shower, the water keeps on going out of the main shower area and out on the toilet area. So the floors are wet. One has to use towels on the floor to remedy this.

Great service. Our flight came in early and knowibg we were tired checked us in early with no extra fee. The rooms were spacious and jept clean everyday.

Stayed here as we were going to the Hallenstadion for a concert - a 10 minute walk. Hotel was perfect for that. Had ground floor room with no air conditioning but other than that is was good.

This Hotel is very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful, and thier dinner options are good. Chefs do a good job. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful property in a quiet area of Zurich. Jasmin went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special! Loved having the kitchenette. Room can be warm but we left the upper window cracked and it made a big difference. Love this hotel and location!

Great rooms great location

A great hotel for both business and leisure travelers. The location is great as is not so crowded and also not far from the tram station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets also nearby. The room is modern and has all the amenities including coffee maker and fridge. Staffs are also very nice and helpful. If you drive just know that parking coats 29 franks per night which is rather high for the area and the hotel.

Receptionists were quite flexible and friendly. Hotel staff let me use shower in gym facility even though I checked out earlier on the same day. My travel plan was to leave the hotel in the evening (check out at noon).

We were a family of 3 members and enjoyed the convinient location (close walking distant from the train station), the neighborhood was pretty quite and felt very safe. The staff of the hotel very friendly and super helpful providing information on transportation, costs, places to eat and arranging a taxi for us to go to the airport. One more thing, the breakfast buffet is great. The only thing I was a little disappointed was not to found a washing machine in the apartment, but at the end it did not represent a big of a problems for us as we were heading back home.

We LOVED our stay here. Conveniently located, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, it was so quiet & we really enjoyed the steam and hot saunas for relaxing after we arrived to accommodate to the time change. The front desk staff, Angela, was incredible. She was so kind and quick to help us and for that, we are so grateful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming into Switzerland. We only stayed for the night to adjust to the time change but it’s worth every penny!

The hotel is great overall. eventhough i requested early check in i had to wait in lobby for 2 hrs. shower cluging and floading the room didbt help

Loved how nice all of the employees were!

Clean and comfortable room.. The air conditioner is not cold. The weather in the city was very hot. I informed the employees. They said that all air conditioners in Europe are like this... I asked for a towel. The employee told me to collect it from the reception. We do not currently have employees!!

Public transportation were very close , grocery stores were near.Easy to get to town and airport .

Visited Zurich with family. Very convenient location just outside the city center. One stop on train to main downtown or to airport (opposite directions). Lots of grocery stores nearby so you can actually use the kitchen in the suite. Restaurant and bar downstairs was very sleek and the outdoor garden seating was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a busy day in town.

Booked to stay at this property as we were looking for a place with a kitchenette, because we were travelling with a small child and prefer to have the option of feeding her in the hotel. Wasn't sure of the area of Oerlikon as I didn't know anything about it. But didn't have many options and saw the good reviews for this hotel. Well, we are very glad we stayed here! We were sad to leave! Not in Zurich city centre but an easy walk to a big train station and the train only takes about 5 minutes. Lots of supermarkets nearby (tip: Aldi is the cheapest!). Very good quality accommodation and professional service. No phone in room but can ask for things at the desk downstairs or ask via Whatsapp. Staff were clearly trained well. Other bonuses include lovely large seating area downstairs for socialising or sitting and relaxing, good gym facilities, free laundry (just need to buy detergent and book a slot in advance) and loads of nice places to eat and explore in the area. We liked taking our toddler to the nearby green spaces. MFO was our favourite (when she was sleeping though!). Would stay again for sure.

Lovely hotel and staff. Very clean too which made it a comfortable stay for me. 15 minutes away from the city centre by tram and 4 min walk away from train centre. Overall great stay and I’d definitely stay at Acasa again if I was back in Zurich.

Small room, need to top up if need a quiet room.

Hotel is clean. The Spa is a disappointment. Only a steam room and a small sauna room are available and were quite full when we wanted to use. There is no spa pool. Room is clean but small. With the name Acasa Suites , was expecting a suite with at least a sofa or something. Was asked to top up CHF30 during check in for a quiter room, as the room assigned is expected to be noisy.
