Very nice stay! The hot tub is amazing !

The staff was very helpful and kind. Poop and hot tub we nice and it was within walking distance of lots of great places in old Montreal.

The hotel required a 200.00 Damage deposit the first day on check in and the hotel staff said it would be applied back on your visa after 5 business days after check out. It’s been 7 and still waiting!!!!!

Très bien situé et moderne. La piscine et le bain à remous sont superbes mais l'eau était très sale dans ces 2 installations, disons que ca baisse un peu le degré de satisfaction dans mon cas car j'avais choisi cet hotel pour ca. Mais sinon, vraiment très bel hotel.

Belle chambre avec superbe vue Tres bon service, espaces piscine et sauna tres agréables.

We did not find out the sauna was out of service until we arrived. It was one of the reasons we chose this location

Nice place and beautiful!!

I was not impressed by the clerk (on duty manager) I found her rude and dismissive. We asked a simple question regarding parking and security and made a face after we turned around to walk away.

Hotels frong enternce is broken this means to get in and out guests havs to use the back entrance which is around the block. The least the hotel can do is to clear the sidewalk from snow so its walkabke. The restaurant is also understaffed with long wait time and less than mediocre food

Polished, welcoming front desk staff and skilled, friendly bartender.

There was a terrible odor in one of the rooms. They sent up maintenance who couldn't determine the source. They couldn't change the room til the last day of our stay. The food at the restaurant was good but they were understaffed and so, so, slow. The staff was nice but slow to respond to issues or offer meaningful solutions. Disappointed.

The location is excellent and having adequate parking and charging onsite are great features. The hot tub and sauna are great and the view from that floor is beautiful.

This hotel is centrally located and easy to access shops and food. Given the extreme cold, we sometimes Ubered to all Montréal and were there within 10 minutes. While the staff at the restaurant and bar were extraordinarily friendly and kind, the hours were restricted, so be aware. Finally, the workout space, pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful amenities.

I had a lovely long weekend here! I will agree with other reviewers that the bathroom layout is baffling but as a solo traveler, it didn’t matter to me. The front desk was helpful and responded immediately regarding any questions and when I needed a facility person to come fix my curtain which went off the slider part, he came within 5 minutes. I always saw someone around from housekeeping working hard! The location was also easy to navigate for someone new to Montreal, and extremely convenient for the bus to and from the airport!

No room service before 5PM. Only available from 5PM to 10PM. Never got my deposit back.

Lovely staff. Nice and clean. Rooms not very sound proof. Can hear hallways and outdoors. Otherwise great

The room we stayed in was poorly designed. Washroom and shower are not in a separate room, and lack privacy. When in the bathroom the light shines right into the bedroom. You can hear all the traffic noises. Very disruptive to sleep.

Evry where i need to go was 10 to 15 min walk very convenient.

Room was clean, but on blankets noticed some blood like stains, nxt day when i asked for my room to be cleaned they did not change sheets, they just made beds with same bedding that i slept in & same stains were still our blankets. I asked for a plate & knife to cut up some fruits they sent me a wooden knife that broke right away while cutting apple. I felt i had to ask for everything that i thought it would normally a hotel offer. Like shower cap's Q-tips & cotton pads. I’ve been to other Marriott hotels & this one did not impress me at all. Over all i wont stay at this Marriott again.

Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean, quite modern. Furnishings are a bit spartan. Some things need maintenance. For instance the hose to the shower head had a leak, and the fixture on which the hairdryer hangs was coming out of the wall. Also no actual glasses in the rooms just cardboard coffee cups. But nice to have a nespresso machine in the room, glasses provided happily upon request, very friendly staff. Also some great places to eat and have coffee very close by. Attractive lobby and restaurant/bar. Good value. Would stay again.

Very convenient to China town, underground malls St. Catherine street, and 10 min walk to Notre Dame Church. Lovely restaurant and bar, loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Room clean, staff nice . Had a problem with toilet fixed immediately. Odd had frosted glass door into bathroom, when traveling with friends

Travelled to this hotel from Toronto. Beautiful clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went for breakfast with the kids and the menu was not child friendly. We paid $10 for 2 juices and then left. Parking garage is not driver friendly for guests driving SUV’s. We had to be extremely careful when parking and entering the garage. Overall. It was a pleasant hotel and I would stay here again.

Just an average hotel, the rooms need improvement with the ergonomics and decor.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Quick walk to Place Des Arts metro (green line) and a few minutes in the other direction to Place D’Armes (orange line). Only a block away from St Catherine street and Complexe Desjardins. Plenty in walking distance! We happened to have an accessible room which was large and for anyone looking for this, it was barrier-free and well adapted for accessibility needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel with an incredible pool ,hot tub, and sauna! Staff was great and our room was perfect. Centrally located and the parking (extra charge) was convenient. The bar at the lobby is beautiful and was a great spot to unwind after a long day and have a drink, or two :)

Toilet was only separated by a glass, It is like you are sleeping in the bathroom, without proper ventilation. Not privacy.

Great weekend spot

Very convenient hotel with nice staff a great restaurant and a wonderful location in downtown Montreal.

Room was cleaned excellent but it seemed there was a flood in another suite leading to main hall which made halls smell like musty water. They had fans going to try and dry the area but Lingering odour made entering and exiting suite unpleasant.

Unfortunately, this property had lots of concerns. I addressed all of these on the first day of my three nights stay, and none of them were rectified. To start, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Every morning also when I showered, you would get blasted with cold water or hot water. It never stayed consistent. There is no lighting at all in the room, especially in the bathroom if you were trying to shave. The lock was broken on my door, got yelled at by the cleaning man in the parking garage was totally rude while he was spraying the floor. no towels in the fitness facility, no sanitizer for your hands as they were all empty, tried the dining one night and they wanted $26 for 6 ounce glass of a $22 wine at the liquor store. Not sure what else I can say.

The rooms were very hot. Lowering the thermostat did nothing Called the front desk twice about it. They came and adjusted the thermostat too but still nothing. The room never got cooler than 23 degree Celsius. Very hot for sleeping.

Liked : The property in general. Client service really good, with nice people. Metro near (less than 5 min walk). With a walk of less then 15 min. we could reach many restaurant or commerce. It was really close to Quartier Chinois (less than 10 min). Dislisked : I have a Truck, and there was no parking lots available for the size of it. (There's a parking really close, but you have to pay (30$/day), there's a security on the site. I wasn't really safe with letting it there, but it went well.

Very clean and centrally located

Everything was great nice pool nice hotel but the only problem was the shower was broken had to call the front desk 3 times to fix it and it never was fixed

Room was nice and clean however design wasn’t great. Also dead bolt didn’t work and the hotel was not in a rush to fix.
