Great location and service is excellent and room was clean and spacious and price was even better!

Staff was good at meeting our request to clean the room. Overall it was a good experience.

Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly helpful reception staff. Great location. Only negative was bathroom door.

Nice

The property is very convenient for shopping. But the restaurant did not serve lunch, and when I went for dinner they said they were backed up and asked me to go to the mall.

Hotel is super pretty and modern. Also smells very nice. The gym is small but convenient for a quick workout. Conveniently connected/ directly next door to the mall (sadly everything closes at 7). The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Service is also quick. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay pre cruise. The location was perfect, very walkable to the mall and grocery store. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t the best but everything else was fantastic!

The heating system was very loud. We think the vent outside of our door might have been the problem in addition to the vent in the room. Body lotion would have been nice.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool area, convenient location. Not much character but a good place to come home to after a day out with friends. Wonderful, efficient housekeeping.

Shower door had mold, housekeeper never came around

bad hotel

Dirty comfort with a very small inside cover sheet. Bathroom stinky and cause the whole room smells really bad when step in the room. It is really not worth the price. Do not choose this hotel. I left a note on the dirty comfort.

They were so quick in accommodating us in such short notice. And the ac in there gets colder than any other hotel we’ve stayed in so that was a huge plus!

Nice location, next to the mall

With so many hotels adding parking fees, it was nice not to have to worry about added fees when checking in or out. Staff was attentive to guests needs who were stressed out traveling over the Christmas holiday.

Excellent property

I paid for the room when I made the reservation with expedia. I did not purchase anything. When I checked my credit card activity, there was a $50.00 charge from the hotel. I was not informed of any charge and did not receive a receipt. Please refund the $50.00 charge.

I loved this hotel. Very clean, my family and I had a great experience here.

A really great option is you want to visit Miami and don't want to be at the loudness of other areas like Brickell. The hotel is super convenient, rooms are spacious, clean and beds are super comfy. I definitely will come back for my next trip.

Great hotel, joined to Dadeland Mall. Dcscription of distance to Mall is deceptive on here because Dadeland is closer than it says.

check-in staff was horrendous. told me no rooms. reserved one through expedia, came back. she denied I had reserved through expedia. finally admitted I had a room and stubbornly gave me my key. have no idea why she is not selling and serving...

Very clean and excellent service.

The staff was not helpful. Our room was not ready at 5pm and we were given a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed when we paid for 2 queen beds.

This is a pretty hotel with very nice staff members. Although the hotel is modern on the inside, it still feels very warm. I enjoyed my stay there for 5 days. However, I would not book this hotel again because of a few inconveniences. They are, the lack of having a microwave in the room. The microwave is located on the 7th floor for the hotel patrons. This means you have to get dressed and go to a different floor to heat your food. There is no free Wi-Fi at this hotel, which is also inconvenient. In addition, the breakfast costs a whopping $21. I stayed there for 5 days so if I had eaten breakfast there each day then I would have paid $105 for breakfast. If free wi-fi, cheaper breakfast, and not having a microwave in your room is not ultra important to you, then this is a very nice hotel to stay at. I would like to particularly mention that the staff members were all very nice and did their jobs very well.

Great hotel! Great service! Glad we didn’t have carpet in our room. But the floor need to be washed.

I have stayed several times at this hotel because of its con venient location but each time i have stayed there I have had serious issues with the cleaning of the rooms. Either the room is not cleaned or the cleaning is shoddy. I have decided that enough is enough and will not stay there again....other options close by including Airbnbs.

Stayed when our flight was cancele unexpectedly. Hotel was the best part of our night.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location. I can't wait to return for another stay!

Very well kept property connected to Dadeland mall. We arrived around midnight and was greeted as if it was 3pm, however the property fee is $50 per night. The housekeepers respected our personal items but still cleaned professionally. I would definitely stay again!

It was a good location and very clean rooms. Beds comfortable. Just a bit loud with people throwing doors at night. Which the doors would close more quietly.
