Amazing !..great place.

Charged me extra to get in for taxes and fees even though when I booked this hotel I paid for taxes and fees. Fell more like a scam.

The location was good, space was clean and comfortable. It was a little simple for the price but nothing wrong, would stay again.

Easy access

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.

Excellent place to stay to feel at home in Miami

After paying expedia final price. We got charge.at the hotel and extra $42 Dollars. For resort fee plus $35 dollars parking fee. Plus. We call the front desk for more linen for sofa bed we were told they didn't have anymore available so we have to deal with it. Rude guy answer the front desk. Won't be staying there any. More.

I enjoyed my three-night stay and will absolutely stay there again when I'm in Miami Beach!

Run down

Stayed here for four years in a row. Great staff but building is starting to need updates. Room was getting run down and in need of updates to get it back to what it was before.

The property is cheap and like they say you get what you pay for. The parking spaces are really tight. It’s close to shops and restaurants so that’s good but the apartment is not in good shape. The closet in the room I stayed in has mold and none of the outlets worked in the room I stayed in. The WiFi and the telephone in our unit didn’t work. The shower has rust around the ring. Like I said for the price it’s ok but I’m definitely staying somewhere else next time.

Close to shopping and restaurants, beach

They dont have actually front desk, they call it “ office” and when I check out, the guy called “Marcos” was very very rude and he literally said offensive words to me and he is very offensive and very disrespectful, he should be fired, I don’t recommend anyone choose this property at all!!!! If they don’t hire a professional staff, they should close the business!!!!! DO NOT choose this one!!!!’

This place is a gem. I’m a native to Miami Beach and this is a perfect location, safe and quiet. It’s not in the thick of the madness but you are in the heart. The bed was so comfortable and the housekeeping and property were immaculate.

The good…air conditioning works amazing, great location walkable to all the things. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The apartment looked clean and modern at a glance; however the floors were absolutely filthy, the shower had mold all over the window blind, the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear someone taking a shower next door and any and all conversations. There are no accessible plugs in the main bedroom and additional blankets are slim to unavailable. Overall this wasn’t miserable but I would not elect to stay again.

Night in a sauna

When we checked in everything was fine. When we walked into the room it was very warm. We thought it was just because it had been empty and needed the air turned down. We did that. Didn't work. Only way to reach the office was the room phone that didn't work. It was after 6 in Miami Beach in a hotel room with no air conditioning. We got a hold of someone with the company in the middle of the night and were told to tell the office after 7am. No one slept that night. No one was in the office at 7. We had to leave for an excursion at 8 and still no one was in. We got back at noon and the office said someone was working on it. At 4 it was hotter in the room. We went to the office and it was still being worked on. I thought maybe a discount was warrented. She offered a new room. As long as the air worked that was fine by us!!

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is close to everything, shops, beach and walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The staff is professional and always amazing. The location is private and offers many options for larger families. Price is great!

Clean, big and affordable nice staff

Great Place

Julius, Nicholas and Obed were great! The Air conditioner was alittle loud. One of the windows did not lock. But overall a great smaller place to stay with lots to do within walking distance.

Great Option, good value

Very spacious accommodation, close to shops, bars restaurants - spoiled for choice! Stayed two night, first night was a little noisy but this did not overlap to the next night.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to Lincoln road and other attractions. Outside of a few small things, we very much enjoyed our stay here. It is very good for family travel.

When We checked in the floor was wet as we entered the room. Front desk was with us cause we had a issue getting into the room so she helped us open the door she said O be careful they just mopped the floor. The washer smelled like mildew, then I reported it to staff she said the washer was broke the other day, I didn't know due to I texted front desk to ask about washer & dryers cause I put a load of clothes in washer after going to CVS to get Lysol wipes to clean out the washer. The TV didn't work I texted the front desk the 1st day to inform them if they can send someone never responded nor did someone come since we stayed 5 days, The chairs were not 🚫❌ safe, we sat down for dinner then the 🪑 chair broke and my daughter got injured by falling on the ground hitting her head & back onto the floor. I texted the front desk & went to office to get help with my daughter's injury, Jennifer came into our unit she took pictures of the broken chair & set in the other chairs she stated as she had realized herself that the chair she set in was about to crumble to the floor also. Front Desk texted me saying they would get in touch with me later after they talk to manager. I ask if the general manager please call me.

Great location if you are attending something at the convention center! In a quiet corner so you don’t have to deal with the South Beach craziness, but an easy walk or Uber to the more central areas. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming again for my next convention event!

This property was hands down the best! They not only help our luggage prior to checking in but also when we checked out as we had a late flight. The property is very clean they supply everything you need from towels paper towels sparking water, shampoo conditioner hand soap ,dish washing and laundry detergent! Our kitchen was fully equipped with all dishes cups pans and wine glasses and even had an espresso maker. The beds and pillows were comfy. We will definitely be back as everything was walking distance! And the staff are so kind! Loved it!

This 2 story property without elevator . We stayed on first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from unit upstairs first during the day from people cleaning it for about 2 hours - moving firniture, loud foot steps then in the middle of night from people staying upstairs . Loud music playing , heavy foot steps and moving furniture sounds . Outside of the noise , staff was very helpfull .

The perfect place in Miami Beach

I loved it, eveything as shown on the pictures, the bed is too soft for my liking, but everything else was great.

It was fine

The apartment was nice and clean. We were on the first floor and it was really loud early in the morning. Parking was a bit high ($35/night). We also had to pay a resort fee of $40/night for a resort that’s couple blocks away even though we didn’t use the resort. No free breakfast either. Take in all the costs before booking.

Good location but very limited parking requires finding paid parking on your own.

The staff started out quite gracious with being able to hold luggage for 10 of us (2 rooms) a few hours before check-in. We were told to come back at 2:30 and, at that time, we would be able to check in. We arrived back at that time and were told that check-in wasn't until 3pm and they would have our rooms ready then. Well, 3pm came and went and our rooms were still not ready. We watched the cleaning crew enter our rooms at 2:45 and 3pm and START the cleaning. It wasn't until 4pm that we were actually able to get in our rooms and they still didn't feel clean. There were take out bags still left in one of the rooms and both of them had mold growing on the blinds in the bathrooms. In addition, there were a few people staying in the room next to us, smoking weed right outside of the door and this was only at 5pm! Come 11:00pm, one of the other rooms threw a party and were outside of their room screaming and yelling and the staff sat in the office and did nothing about it. This hotel has so much potential to be a great place to stay when wanting to be near South Beach but, with a staff that doesn't pay attention to detail and care about ALL of the guests, I'm afraid we won't stay there again.

My experience at the hotel was gorgeous! They have everything that you need: the room has bottle of water, coffee, shampoo and conditioner, housekeeper service everyday. The staff was super friendly. I will be back next month!!

It was a short but gorgeous stay. I loved they offer bikes for free, Starbucks coffee stations for free, bottles of water inside the room for free. It is a hotel in the middle of south beach, you won't need to take Uber to visit the most emblematic places. Lincoln Rd., Ocean Drive, Collins Ave., South Point Park, Convention Center in front, everything is 10 min. walking. or you also have bikes! Everyone needs to stay here. Friendly staff: front desk and housekeeping. I loved it and I will be back!

I stayed at the hotel because I have an event at the Convention Center. This place is everything you want to see! They have everything you need: room's adorable, comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel has an amazing style and many areas where you can rest under the palms. The provided bikes, coffee stations, bottles of water (still and sparkling) that you can refill as many times as you want. WiFi runs! very helpful if you are working, Daily service cleaning, EVERYTHING FOR FREE!!! They also have parking available right in front. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great stay

It was a great stay! We had some problems with the air conditioner in our room so they moved us to another room with no problem. Overall it was amazing, cozy room, clean, the stuff was great, problem was quickly solved, we deff recommend!

It was terrible, I left early. This hotel is a total scam! The rooms are disgustingly dirty and damp and smell horrible like mold. The first room I was out in the AC was so loud you couldn’t talk over it. Then when I asked to change rooms they put me on the first floor next to a main road with no sound buffers what’s so ever not to mention the doors have rust on them and the floors are disgustingly dirty. I left early and will be asking for a chargeback

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This was a splendid hotel for relaxing without any stresses or worries. Every one is very friendly and welcoming.

I like unlimited complimentary sparkling water. Staff needs coaching on how to focus on customer service. My room didn't had a shower door or curtain, all the water was spilling outside. I kept two towels on the chair as there was a note that if you keep the towels on the floor they are considered dirty, but they picked those good one too. There was a surprise hotel fee which I wasn't aware of it.

Quiet location near wonderful pedestrian mall with lots to do!

Loved the location of this property - two blocks from the Lincoln pedestrian mall with lots of shopping and dining. The walk to Ocean Blvd was a hike, but we like exploring so that was also great. Property was cute and safe. Trundle bed was a little uncomfortable for my daughter so she slept on the couch. This is a hotel, so by booking through VRBO we didn't get an email regarding how to access the property and I had to reach out to them on my own two days before arrival, but that was easily resolved. Note if you are arriving late, ask specifically how to turn on the keypad to enter your apartment - there was a trick to it that I was lucky to figure out at 3am on my own. The staff are wonderfully helpful and were attentive to all of our needs during our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Miami Beach!

Great little place

This is a great little place, in a convenient location. The room was clean, but could use a deep clean in the bathroom - not horrible though. Check in was smooth. As we read in other reviews the outside noise wasn’t great. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location unless you’re directly on the beach.

Nice Place poor pillows

Location just perfect for strolling along Lincoln Mall. Staff friendly, place clean well kept. A bit confused that i did not have any cleaning service during my stay, but I guess it was okay. did not spend much time in room. Only other complaint, PILLOWS!!! Horrible

Thinnest walls ever created

Could here all of the elephant steps from anyone in the building. Couldn’t sleep because of the conversations heard next door.

Disappointment

We've stayed here before and happily signed up again. This time it was a terrible disappointment. We were not told in advance that we would have virtually no cleaning service during our 8 day stay. And we were certainly offered no refund in compensation. No service meant that we had to go to the office for shower not hot enough, safe not working, not enough towels, toilet paper, coffee pot refills, lightbulbs, etc., very inconvenient as we were there for business with very little time to spare!!! Signs of neglect were everywhere, mattress lumpy, tile in shower not spic & span, shabiness! Too bad!

In this hotel I had the most horrible experience of my entire trip. Poor service, and no answer to anything. I arrived for 2 nights and was asked to pay the taxes immediately upon my arrival, when I asked the management to check the amount of payment once again they promised to make an inquiry with Expedia and did not come back to me but the second night locked my room without notifying me and until I complete the payment in full. It was the most humiliating thing and I felt so embarrassed. The representative at the reception office promised me to complete the inquiry and make a refund a few days later, 3 weeks have passed and to this day there is no answer. The room is small and there are unbearable noises from the second floor that do not allow to sleep. When I asked to change rooms or get compensation for it I encountered refusal and degrading treatment. I will never return to this place.

We stayed in the 2 bdr suite. My husband and our 3 children. It was very beautiful and spacious. Even more beautiful than in the pictures. There is no smoking in the rooms but it has a nice designated smoking sitting area outside of the room. The mall and shops are 2 blocks away with several dining restaurants. The free trolly is across the street that takes you less than 10 minutes to the beach. Publix supermarket is a block away. Also the holocaust memorial and Miami botanical garden is across the street as well. would definitely recommend this place. We loved it!

Close to night life, room was clean.

This was a nice property for a quick stay. There were light stains on the comforter and bedroom furniture. My only REAL qualm was the parking, or lack thereof. We were told that we had to park at the parking garage down the road and across the street. Additionally, our parking tickets could not be validated by them, so we had to pay an additional $20. Other than that, you get bang for your buck.

One of the most dissatisfying experiences.

This stay was terrible. I checked in just before front desk closed off by the time I realize no towels in room, front desk was just leaving amd told me they couldn’t access the office once closed and that in the morning by 8am I’ll get towels. By 8:30/9am I choose to leave because firstly towels is probably the number 1 item to ensure a room has. So I could shower, then had no choice to leave because I shouldn’t have to go ask a second time for something so important in any accommodation room.

Everything good but need more communication (English ) plus they shouldn’t let next door music so loud so late (1:00 am) still on

The atmosphere was nice also the rooms. However the customer service was not so good. Most of the housekeeping don’t speak English, and have a hard time understanding English. The stove did not work, the washing machine was half broke, the chairs were weak, also two chairs broke. While eating breakfast one morning the people upstairs will stop in so hard that I made the smoke detector fall out the wall. When told to staff they did nothing.

Girls trip

Had a wonderful stay with my girl friends.Check-in and check-out with no problem and all workers was very friendly. The property was well maintained and clean. Only downside was the bed and pull-out sofa was not comfortable. I would stay there again when visiting Miami

Good hotel but very thin walls

I’ll start with the Pros. The place is nice and the rooms are spacious. Mateo helped me with check-in and provided me a brief introduction to the property. The location is about 5-7 min walk to the beach and is located right across the street from the convention center. The one major Con I have with the property is how thin the walls are. I could literally hear my neighbor’s snoring. Also if you have a loud neighbor upstairs like I did the first few nights of my stay, you can hear them walking and door banging all night at 4am. For most of my stay, I slept with my noise canceling headphones on as I heard doors banging and noise at all hours of the night.

Nobody cleaned my room the whole time I was there

I noticed Security during the last night/early morning hours. There were guest not abiding by the rules of the premises and were a great disturbance to other guests.

Room was clean...the guests were loud, arguing late into the night, slamming doors, smoking marijuana, walls are so thin that trying to get a good night sleep was impossible.with ear plugs! Never go there again

Do not stay there! Noisy!! I could hear the neighbors talking and walking Above me and next door. everybody smoking and screaming all around. Couldn’t sleep during night or morning No maintenance Very dated and doesn’t look as nice as the picture I checked out after one night and looked for another place. However, I ordered this hotel because their north Miami Beach hotel is excellent. Just go there.

Nice chill vibe

|This is a pleasant place to stay. There is a really laid back place to stay. No real amenities, but there is a nice chill vibe in the courtyard. The rooms are nicely appointed and large enough to be very comfortable. My only caution would be not to go if you are offended by people smoking pot in the courtyards (but otherwise minding their own business).

The apartment was clean and nice. I liked the private courtyard and onsite parking. The only problem we had was noise every night. I know a lot of people go to Miami to party but we were woke up each night several times, 1am, 3am... people talking, laughing and arguing loud. I didn't want to complain while we were there because I've done that and then been threatened the next day by the people making the noise. The office is open until 11 pm and I was told they have security there during the night but never saw anyone.

Great staff! Highly recommend!

Great size room and so nice that it's equipped with a kitchen that is fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. It is definitely a younger crowd that stays here, which made it noiser in the night time / early morning hours, so probably isn't the best options for families.

The property was in perfect walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

I didn't enjoy the loud kids outside waking me up.

It was a decent price, the location, and the room itself all was great. We thought the room we had a spacious for the travelers with us. Wish there was a pool and parking was a cramped but that is south beach in general. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This is a nice modern apartment with good amenities such as washer/dryer, kitchen. Close to the ocean and shopping. However, it is very noisy. There were people arguing all hours of the night. There is nobody in the office after 11pm. The parking is $35 per day and the spots are very small.
