        Can I make changes to my booking?

        You can request to modify your booking, however, please note that all changes are subject to availability. Changes can be made to your booking by sending an email to support@travala.com. Generally, the earlier you send your enquiry, the better the chance of your request being fulfilled. 

         Depending on the supplier’s policy, you may be able to make the following changes: 

        • Change check-in/out times

        • Change date

        • Cancel booking

        • Change guest details

        • Select bed type

        • Change room type

        • Add a room

        • Add a meal

        • Make a request
